Nice, colorful hotel. Close to everything u need as a tourist in Kuta..liked the use of surfs in the design ;)

All staff are amazing especially April and Norman from the bar/restaurant, great variety of food and drinks. Location was great, 100m from legian food court and roughly 1.5km from garlic lane. Majority of rooms have a pool view. There is a school next door, but it was nice to hear the kids singing hymns and enjoying themselves. Hotel was always kept immaculate. Spa and massage was great value for money. This is our new bali home, 100% recommended.

El hotel no tiene nada malo. Está muy bien para descansar y cerca de la playa. Lo mejor son las camas, muy cómodas y con almohadas. Nos gustó mucho también tener balcón. El baño no es el mejor que he visto en mi vida, pero correcto: suficiente presión, agua caliente, todo bien. El personal muy atento y simpático.

El desayuno nos gustó, pero aviso para occidentales: no encontrareis una selección de fiambres, quesos, bacon, beans, frutas y cosas similares. Es un desayuno buffet multicultural, y hay mucha variedad de platos asiáticos. Tienes estación de huevos y diferentes panes, que es lo que difrutamos de verdad.

Location and money exchange in lobby

Right next to school, get woken at 7am by school children, construction next to hotel with noise all day. There was a cat that cried at 2am most mornings and then there's the rooster that crows early morning til late morning. There is no sound proofing, you can here your neighbours going to the toilet and thumping around, staff on their radios in the hall ways and slamming of doors at all hours. The first week our tv kept breaking down until they replaced it in the second week, our bathroom flooded from a pipe under the sink. Cleaning of rooms pretty average we had to keep asking for towels coffee and toilet paper as they would forget to leave them. No water bottles in room, you're left a jug in room to fill yourself at end of corridor. Breakfast was absolutely one of the worst I've ever had no variety, chicken every morning and hot food was cold. Not once during our stay did we see the pool get cleaned. If given a week to stay for free I would decline.

My double bed was two singles pushed together and shower was basically cold. Booked 7 nights checked out after one night. No refund but expected that as it was stated when booked.

I absolutely love this place. I was there for 28 days as a base on and off. The staff were exceptional.🤗 Always happy to help with anything you need. It's a clean, fresh Great place to stay. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable and clean. The price was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here. Only a short stroll down to the main part of legian as well as the legion food court is literally 1 minute walk around the corner. It's a great location and a little bit quieter out of the hustle and bustle..

I loved everything there. The staff were my absolute favourite. They were a beautiful bunch of people.

We love everything at Bliss surfer which is why we keep coming back, the rooms are great everything you need for a comfortable stay, but its the staff for us especially April from the restaurant they all treat you like family and are very attentive with anything you will need,Location is perfection its on the outskirts of Legian so easy to get in and out in a car or scooter but only an 8 min walk to beach,close to shops and restaurants and only 4 doors down from Legian food court.We love our stays at Bliss surfer Hotel.

Breakfast could have been better. Everything was pretty much vegetarian and not much variety. Small little ants all over the room in dresser and in bathroom.

Stayed here at least 8 times now. Love it. Staff are like family. Our Bali home 🧡

Evriting from food menu in hotel, was very poor, tasteless . No inaf security on floors, to much noise all night people running around intoxicated.

1 just one left in the property 2 the street sound its to noisy because of the balcony No sound insulation 3 swimming pool it’s seems like not clean 4 the staff specially in the kitchen need more positive energy but no body smile there , they not match the concept of hotel

Breakfast was excellent, as were all the staff especially April. The room was spacious and at the quieter end of the hotel.

The air conditioning was pretty poor and didn’t cool the room down at all, the in-house WiFi was patchy at best and couldn’t be relied upon at all.

The staff were friendly, the location was good, close to food court however bit too far from the beach

Hotel was comfortable and clean, with great food and activities. Central location but quiet. The pool was never crowded. The staff very very friendly and helpful especially Nyoman, April and Hendra who treated us like family

Freezer was empty and old Shower water wasn't so hot The balcony socket holes did not match the chargers

Everything is very nice, the staff's treatment, daily service and cleanliness also, a lot of services, a smile at the reception, all the staff have and the reception are very helpful

I had 4 rooms for a family of 7 rooms are clean and presentable. If we had any issues the were delt with promptly. Restaurant food was good and staff outstanding couldn't be more helpful especially when my youngest loves tomato sauce. Pool are was clean and very chilled out to relax.

Lots of noise in the hallways at 2am keep me awake.

💯 recommend this hoyel, it was perfect for our group of 10, 10 day stay,legian food court next door and circle K, cheap laundry shop out front and walking distance to shops and restaurants, the staff at hotel were amazing and welvmcoming especially restaurant staff 10/10

Staff were wonderful. House keeping was especially good.

A little noisy from early morning. Weekdays. As a school is next door. But hearing children enjoying themselves. Is a blessing. Many waves of hello. Towards the rooms balcony. Easy to tolerate.

The TV reception was poor.

Lovely stay for the price it’s almost perfect but if I were to provide honest feedback, I found some of the staff weren’t as friendly as I was use too others made up for it, a little slow on any requests if possibly non existent lol however room was lovely I did request a quite room after reading reviews and was quite pleased I did, i had a ground floor room on a very quiet side of the hotel with quiet garden like area, pool area well presented and breakfast was included so for the price I give it 5 stars but it’s an honest review of specific topics. Area just outside busier part of legian
