Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La chambre ainsi que les parties communes étaient propres. La cuisine commune est très bien aménagée, agréable et conviviale. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la terrasse commune attenante à la chambre, qui est un vrai plus.

Seul petits bémols : les lits étaient assez durs et une odeur de canalisations était présente pendant la nuit. Cela semble toutefois être un problème indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires.

Very efficient self check-in, very clean room, very central position, change of towels after 2 days, air conditioning.

Room and toilet have windows giving on the street where people walk, not great privacy-wise and noise-wise.

Guest house confortable, nous avions la chambre au rdc qui était confortable. Nous y sommes resté que une nuit. Cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Et petit cadeau de bienvenue.

Une odeur assez forte d’humidité.

Uns hat das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen, auch die Terasse oben war sehr toll zum draussen sitzen! Küche war voll ausgestattet, die Gastgeber haben regelmäßig nachgefragt ob wir was benötigen, also alles super :-)

Lo gestionan dos personas muy atentas a tu experiencia. Son agradables y te echan una mano si lo necesitas. Está todo muy limpio, la cama es cómoda, el baño está bien cuidado y la cocina está perfectamente equipada. Además, está cerca de todo lo importante en Furnas, un lugar excelente!

Quizás es un poco caro pero todo lo demás es muy bueno

Walking distance to everything, when staying in Furnas. We parked our car up the road for free and didn't have to move it the entire stay. Shared spaces were wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked and the little garden full of herbs was so wonderful! The place was well taken care of and the other guests were a joy to talk to during meal times. Everyone was very respectful of the place including being quiet during sleeping hours.

We were on the main floor and it could be loud and bright at times from the streetlights and cars.

Loved the central location. Nice having our own washroom in the room. Spacious common areas and it was quiet and clean.

I would have appreciated a queen/king bed instead of twin beds for my partner and I.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Victoria Guest House (albeit a short one). Ester and her team made me feel at home - they were very supportive and approachable. The house is just as described, tidy and well equipped. Perfect for a stay in Furnas.

Alles bestens, gute Lage. Das Auto konnten wir gleich nebenan auf dem kleinen Gratis Parkplatz parkieren. Es hatte tatsächlich immer 2-3 leere Plätze. Das Haus ist sauber und ist sehr gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer hatte Anschluss auf den großen Balkon, was sehr schön war.

Das Zimmer selbst ist etwas klein und eher dunkel, aber wir hatten ja noch die große Terrasse zum uns aufhalten (wenn das Wetter mitspielt). Aus dem Bad (Siffon) kommt ein strenger Geruch, was aber bei den meisten Unterkünften auf den Azoren leider der Fall war…

Das Guest House liegt zentral und ist einfach zu finden. Ester hat sich im Voraus schon bei uns gemeldet bezüglich Check-In. Das Zimmer war genug gross und die Unterkunft war ruhig.

Habitación y baños un poco justos y con mucha humedad...algo difícil de controlar ahí como ella misma nos comentó a nuestra llegada. El tamaño es suficiente para el tiempo que se pasa en el apartamento.

Excellent location smack in the centre of most sights, shops, and restaurants in Furnas (with the city's tourist office just around the corner) - ideal for both short and longer stays. The spacious terrace with view over a quiet garden really sets it apart, and the proprietors are very helpful and do their best to be flexible for early arrivals. Walking distance to (and towels to use at) Furnas' thermal pools.

Tres bonne situation, logement neuf, chambre bien decorée, bonne literie, jolie terrasse attenante à la chambre..calme. Grande cuisine et salon pour les hôtes .

Hôte très réactive en amont du séjour et de bons conseils. Hébergement avec belle terrasse et vue sur un environnement plein de charme. Cuisine équipée.

Chambres spacieuses, espaces communs bien organisés et toujours bien rangés, tout l’établissement est très propre et le personnel très gentil et prêt à aider.

the location was great, the property was very clean and friendly, loved the spaces.

Nous avons été bien accueillies, l’endroit est très calme et super sympa. Décoré avec le goût. Les chambres sont super propres. Les parties communes sont vastes et c’est très agréable de s’y trouver. C’est idéalement situé à Furnas, on peut tout faire à pied. Parking à proximité qui est presque vide le soir, donc il vaut mieux arriver vers 17-18h

La porte de la salle de bains qui avait un soucis mécanique pour se fermer

Es war alles super sauber, der Check in hat ganz easy geklappt, alle Informationen wurden rechtzeitig bereit gestellt, die Küche ist super und alles was nicht in den markierten Zimmerfächern ist, darf von der Allgemeinheit genutzt werden. Ein mega Bonus sind die bereit gestellten Handtücher für die Thermen! Man hat alles an Supermärkten, Restaurants und Bäckereien drum herum. Wir waren super zufrieden! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ja es richtig ein wenig muffig, aber das ist dort, aufgrund vom Klima, nicht zu verhindern. Wir haben für gelüftet und die Klimaanlage Mal richtig auf warm gestellt und schon war der Muff am nächsten Tag weg! Ansonsten gibt nix zu bemängeln!

I really liked everything here. Easy checkin, great comfy beds and pillows, good bathroom (liked that shampoo was provided). We used the free parking around the corner, and there were always spaces available. Just in general, a great town I would recommend all to stay in and not just do as a day visit, and this place is great for a few nights stay!

We didn't know the coloured towels were for the pools, I'd suggest to leave a note about this as it is a great feature and we could've benefitted from this and saved on hiring 😊

Krásné ubytování přímo v centru Furnasu s velmi milým a vstřícným personálem. Výborně vybavená a prostorná kuchyň

Die Lage war super, es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Man hat sich eine Gemeinschaftsküche geteilt, dort war auch alles sauber und gut organisiert. Man hatte alles, was man brauchte.

Das Zimmer war für zwei Erwachsene mit Koffer etwas klein

Very nice, decent sized room and very clean Parking spaces are located just around the corner Within walking distance of all the main sights of furnas Great check in experience! We booked very spontaneously (around 9pm for the same night) and the host reached out to us within a minute, before we could even write a message. Super easy check in and check out experience We only spent one night in furnas but we wish we could have stayed longer!

Pegamos um guardo de frente pra rua , muito barulho durante o dia e tarde.

Первый раз мы заказывали номер с общей кухней и нам было очень комфортно, поскольку кухня была просторная, очень хорошо укомплектована, посуда разнообразная, очень чистая. Кастрюли, сковородки - все в очень хорошем состоянии. В номере очень удобные кровати. Полотенца идеальной белизны и менялись через день! Даже предусмотрены темные полотенца для посещения термальных источников, до которых 10 минут пешком. Спасибо большое. Мы довольны.

We likes our terrace, location, kitchen, and entire accommodation.

Bedmatress needed to have on top lighter mattress otherwise springs are too harsh to sleep on. Doors both room and bathroom shall be easy to close.

Měly jsme pokoj s terasou, výhledy byly úžasné,. Pokoj na přespání akorát velký. Kuchyně výborně zařízená a čisťounká. Majitelka vstřícná, a ochotná pomoci. Nemám co vytknout.

Tanto la dueña, como todo el personal que trabaja allí son muy atentos y están muy pendientes de que todo esté correcto. Es un gran lugar para alojarte, tiene un comedor y cocina totalmente equipado para que puedas bajar de tu habitación y prepararte desayunos, comidas o cenas. Está en el centro de Furnas, al lado del restaurante Tony’s que es bastante famoso. Todo Perfecto.

The place is spotless clean, in a central location that’s walkable to Terra Nostra and Dona Beija. The staff was responsive, proactive, and warm. The facility is great. The room is cozy and comfortable.

Bed was uncomfortable. Parking was not provided and no information as to where to park was indicated. Heat pump in room did not work. It was cold and damp.

A casa não diz que que é partilhada, telefonei para o senhorio que foi super desagradável, dizendo que apenas só tinha problemas com os de cá, os que sempre lhe deram dinheiro todo o ano. pedi o retorno do dinheiro pois não quis ficar no Al e o senhor recusou retornar o €. Com certeza não voltarei a por pé neste alojamento. Decepcionada.

Um dos quartos o cheiro a esgoto era mesmo muito mau, nem devia o quarto de receber hóspedes. Outro dos quartos tinha infiltração da casa de banho para o quarto. Os colchões não são confortáveis e os lençóis e toalhas muito gastos e amarelos.

Great location and that's it.

I was on the first floor and the room was incredibly humid to the point that I had trouble breathing. I am not sure the other rooms were better. The room itself is ok, but the feeling was that it wasn't very clean. Also the toilet faces a fogged large window that faces a street where cars pass often, which was not great. Room was also noisy because of this reason. The light also had an issue. I would not recommend it unless you are only staying for one night and you cannot find anything else.

Bardzo duża wilgotność w pokoju, po wejściu mieliśmy odczucie, jakby wszystko było wręcz mokre od wilgoci, rano na oknach skroplona woda, co istotne przed drzwiami wywieszony numer, pod który trzeba zadzwonić, by się dostać do noclegu - my byśmy stali i mokli, gdyby nie wpuścili nas inni goście chociaż na korytarz, by wykonać telefon.

Tony was a super friendly and professional host. We loved that he showed us his amazing garden with such a variety of plants and we loved meeting margareta his kitten. Although there were always other occupants we barely heard anything from our room.

It’s a walking distance to Terra Nostra - a terrific place) and the place with thermosprings.

Vybavení pokoje základní, ale dostačující - pěkné. V zadní části domu pěkná velká jídelna s kuchyní a obývacím pokojem.

Ubytování tak na jednu noc. Okno pokoje přímo u hlavní cesty městem - strašně hlučné když kolem projíždí v brzkých ranních hodinách dodávky. Pokoje měli být umístěné v zadní části domu kvůli hluku z ulice. Úzká ulička před domem způsobuje, že auta jezdí přímo u okna a sklo vibruje. Žádná možnost snídaně.
