My 12th visit to Bali and this is my first time at Claremont Villas - I wouldn't look anywhere else in future. The trip was made by Ari & all of the staff that went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the perfect stay, they couldn't do enough for us, the service was so personal and made us feel like we were the only people there and VIP's. It's our second time staying in this area, and we really like it here. Opposite a Circle K, next to a Chinese Restaurant and a walk to Seminyak Village and Eat Street. The villa's are down a quiet alley and didn't hear street traffic at all, or the neighbouring villa's. The bed was amazing, slept so comfortable every night. Full kitchen, bathroom and living room with filtered water and all amenities was so convenient. Cleanliness, daily servicing and turn-down service was immaculate - and we were always communicated with on if we required anything more or when was convenient was us to do cleaning or turn-down service. The villa was stunning, but really what made the trip was the staff and the service - I can't speak more highly of it. The staff text through WhatsApp and were constantly in touch making sure we were taking care of and if we had any needs - from breakfast, to house-keeping and laundry. We threw an impromptu birthday party with some friends at our villa and threw some obscure requests at the staff, all of which they did their best to find answers to or resources for and our friends were just in awe at what the villa staff were able to do for us and the kindness and service they provided - all with a smile and a laugh - the staff are just truly incredible and I know this is common in Bali, but this was more than above and beyond. We had breakfast included every day and enjoyed really yummy Western breakfasts, Mie Goreng's, fruits, breads, pastries, fresh juices and coffees - we had absolutely no need to look elsewhere for a better breakfast.

Difficult to find on GPS, We were going in circles in heavy traffic though it is 20 feet away from the main road. We had requested pick up from the airport to the villa from them but the driver took us to the wrong address.

Our villa was amazing. It was modern, clean and spacious size. It was perfect for a couple with a young baby. We loved having breakfast by the pool each morning. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed.

Big private swimming pool with good lighting is very nice, very nice staff. Walking distance to Seminyak central area with shops, bars and restaurants.

Small lobby, limited breakfast options, hard to find for some drivers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Claremont Villas Seminyak. The villa was in the perfect location, within easy walking distance of the main streets, shops, the bank and an EasyMart, which made everything incredibly convenient. What really stood out was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and genuinely made us feel at home throughout our stay. The combination of the location, beautiful villas and exceptional hospitality made our stay absolutely perfect. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Claremont Villas to anyone visiting Seminyak! 🌴🇮🇩

De villa voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen. De fotos gaven een andere indruk. Slecht onderhouden. De schuifpui lag er half uit. Als je de schuifpui dicht maakte, ontstond er aan de andere kant een flinke spleet. Het zwembad zag er niet fris uit en de lampen IN het zwembad kwamen los. Glijbaan zag er vies uit. Buitenvloeren waren niet gelijk, erg gevaarlijk. Schimmel zat in de gordijnen die ook nog eens kapot waren. Algehele sfeer was erg koud. Om op de tweede verdieping te komen moest je met een buiten trap naar boven, veel treden. Woonkamer wel erg klein. Bedden waren kapot. De locatie was al erg moeilijk te vinden. Bevind zich in een steeg, wat opzich niet erg is. Maar dit voelde niet fijn/veilig. Op de site stond dat er een restaurant aanwezig was. We vroegen naar de mogelijkheden en kregen als respons dat het restaurant permanent gesloten was. We hadden onderandere ook hier naar gekeken, reisend met 2 kinderen was dit een must have. We kwamen ook laat aan en moesten nog eten. Er werd ons verteld dat we in een nabijgelegen restaurant konden eten (op eigen kosten uiteraard). We wilde hier niet verblijven en vroegen naar andere opties. Die konden ze ons niet bieden. We zijn laat in de avond, tegen 22u, opzoek gegaan naar een ander accomodatie. En dat met 2 kinderen. Booking.com was in deze ook erg onbetrouwbaar. Tot op heden geen contact weten te krijgen met Booking.com. Zogenaamd 24/7 bereikbaar! We gaan hier in Nederland nog werk van maken. Personeel deed haar best, maar kon verder "niks" voor ons doen.

Everything was above our expectations.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, but that's generally a thing in Bali.

The Villas are conveniently located within walking distance to the most happening places and shops. Exceptionally clean with attention to small details which made our stay unforgettable ! To top it all, the warm, cheerful and extra helpful staff made our stay so memorable !

The location was great. We stayed in Villa 6, so by the time you walk to your villa all the road noise disappears. A very quite place to stay. The Villas are very spacious and have a great kitchen lounge area with a generous private pool.

The bed was too hard for us. We asked for a topper, but that didn't help much. Also when my hubby moved I could feel it, so I woke up a lot. The air con in the bedroom was a bit noisy for sleeping so we just used the fan in the roof. If they changed to a better bed and a less noisy air con I would stay again in villa 6.

The location was excellent, and the villa was clean, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always friendly, which made our stay enjoyable.

One major downside of our stay was that the villa had little to no running water every night for around two hours due to the property’s filtration system maintenance. This meant we couldn’t shower or use the bathroom normally during that time, which was quite inconvenient. While we understand the need for maintenance, this significantly affected the comfort of our stay and should be better managed or clearly communicated before booking.

The villa is very nice, you have your own pool which is also deep not just a 50cm deep pool. It has kitchen utilities and the living room was nice for movie nights. Had a TV in the living room but also in the bedroom. The bathroom was nice but the door at some slight issues. The breakfast was avaiable between 7am and 11am. I like sleeping a bit long so having the oppertunity to sleep to 10:30-11am and the breakfast come to you (you ask the previous day what you want) is such an experience compared to the boring hotel breakfasts.

The bathroom door was not able to lock properly, and their wash service ruined 10 out of 30 pieces of my clothes. So this a very bad thing and i only got the wash for free, when i had 10 pieces of clothing that did not fit me anymore. If any of my expensive clothes was ruined i would have given the score way less than 9/10 but it was some old T shirts and old shirts.

The villa is exactly as shown on the website. It was absolutely spotless. The pool was incredible & everything modern. The staff were great. I wasn’t very well for a day whilst staying there & they really made me feel looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they were really proactive & so friendly & efficient. The cleaners were just incredible & a turn down service was also included which is lovely. I will definitely be back & would highly recommend this villa.

Every think was perfect from the beginning before we came the staff contacted me and asking about arrival time to prepare the villa the staff very very helpful 😀 and the villas was very clean 👌 breakfast was delicious location great no noise and many things near by walking or taxi because no traffic in the road there's super market and restaurant

الفيلا نظيفة جدا والموظفين محترمين ومحترفين والمعامله رائعه وخدومين بدرجة كبيرة ولاينتظرون اي شيء بالمقابل كما في بعض الاماكن بالنسبه الى الحشرات بالي منطقة بحرية وجبلية وغابات انتشار الحشرات شيء طبيعي لاكن للامانه داخل الفيلا لاتوجد حشرات او زواحف فقط من الخارج تتواجد والحمام يوجد فيه شطاف والبركه جميلة والفيلا جدا راقيه يوجد فيها كثير من الشغلات والاثاث جديد نوعا ما نصيحه الى الخليجيين بخصوص الصرف الصرف في بالي افضل بكثير من الخليج يعني تصرف لك فقط مبلغ بسيط في دولتكم والباقي دولارات افضل شيء للصرف وشكرا الى الطاقم جدا متعاونين

The staff were wonderful and very helpful, room was cleaned often and the food was lovely. Aircon and pool were great and helped cool down on the hot days/nights.

The calm location. We have chosen the location for purpose. They prepared very nice decoration.

I am not sure about the pool cleanliness. The filtration should be more powerful. You have to daily communicate about everything (breakfast, cleaning). For somebody maybe this is a plus :)

nothing major , the breakfast they were missing my main course whilst i had to remind that you forgot my main course . while delivering breakfast cutleries were not set . lastly there gotta be some extra floor mat example at entrance so you can dry up your feet . or in the bath room coz its a huge bath room .

The villa is amazing. Very spacious. Room cleaning offered everyday with a 6pm curtesy clean if needed. The reception would contact us through WhatsApp everyday to get our breakfast order and time of delivery that we wanted in our villa, with the option to eat it at the LeClaire restaurant next door. The villa is a 3 minute walk to Kayu Aya road, where all of the restaurants, shops and markets were located. It is also a 5 minute walk from The Compound Gym which was perfect. Right outside the estate is a Mart, so water, food and drinks are easily accessible. Staff were always friendly. We felt safe also.

The villa was beautiful and really well appointed. It had everything we needed! The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast could be delivered to the villa or eaten in the restaurant. We preferred the restaurant as it was hotter, fresher and the staff were lovely!

The bones of the villas were good with lovely pool to swim in and great staff.

From a far the villa looks fantastic, however, on the surface is quite rough and dated.

Clean and modern design within the apartment and pool, all with digitalized controlling. The private pool is deep enough and good sized. property staffs are very friendly.

- no telephone in the room and the reception. The only possible connection to get help or questions is through WhatsApp messages! - no possibility to have breakfast in the hotel except own room ("villa"), only delivered in the room with a prefixed time (no chance or not flexible of time) - no possibilty to have so called "brunch" or dinner in the property. - no garden or other view except the entrance with the pool - size is not as described in Booking.com, smaller! -

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at The Claremont Luxury Villas. The villa was well maintained, peaceful, and truly luxurious. A special thanks to Yuka, Ari, Sefia, and Ninda for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again.

Neyini beğenmedik daha kısa olurdu. Herşey mükemmeldi. Ev kusursuz. Konum mükemmel. Sessiz huzurlu, asla sinek ve haşerat yok. Havuz tertemiz ve yeterli büyüklükte. Nem yada başka bir koku asla yoktu(eşimin koku problemi var). Kahvaltı bitiremeyeceğiniz kadar zengin ve dolu. Hava alanı transferi inanılmaz programlı. Personelin yardımları ve iletişim kusursuz. Özellikle Ninda’ya teşekkürlerimizi iletmek isteriz. Hemen karşısında para bozdurma, market ve spa merkezi var. Hotel mexico yürüme mesafesinde Küçük bir not: otelin spa saatleri bize uymadığından kullanamadık ama otelin karşısındaki masaj salonu muhteşemdi güvenle gidebilirsiniz.
