Videli smo podgano v kuhinji. Zadnjo noč so imele podgane ples nad najino sobo. Na srečo v sobo niso prišle.

On a été très surpris dès notre arrivée. L'entrée ne paie pas de mine, mais dès qu'ils ont ouverts la porte de notre cours intérieure, puis de la chambre, ce fut juste un wouah. Une piscine privée magnifique, 2 beaux transats et parasols, une belle table et des chaises, un frigo avec un petit congélateur. Tellement confortable et cosy. La chambre super spacieuse avec un énorme lit confortable. Tout y était et fonctionne très bien. C'est propre. Le personnel comme la propriétaire sont tellement gentils et réactifs. Il y a 4 choix de petits déjeuners livrés sur notre terrasse. On est à 20 minutes à pieds des 3 plus belles plages de sable. Il y a plein de restos et de magasins tout autour. Juste incroyable !!!!!

Il faudrait peut-être restaurer les meubles de la kitchenette et de la salle de bain, car ils vieillissent mal. Mais c'est un détail par rapport au reste.

Esperienza favolosa! La piscina nell’atrio è davvero bellissima: crea un’atmosfera di benessere e natura e completa perfettamente l’idea di una casa accogliente e speciale. Le camere sono eccezionali, curate e dotate di ogni comfort. Consigliatissima!

L’unico piccolo peccato è la cucina, un po’ poco attrezzata e leggermente disordinata. Probabilmente è pensata per offrire il minimo indispensabile. Tuttavia, la splendida piscina proprio di fronte e l’atmosfera generale della struttura rendono speciale anche questo spazio.

Nothing! We stayed for less than 1 hour. The villa was not fit for purpose. Suprised Booking.com allows this standard. Only good thing I can say, is the dodgy bathroom light and broken drawer handle were fixed quickly. Tried complaining to Booking.com still waiting a reply 1 week later.

Everything. Dirty/rusty shower head. Dirty extracter fan which had plastic bag hanging from it, bathroom corner rack/shelf was rusty, toilet had stains in it and rusty bolts. There was a dodgy light, flicking off on off. Outside kitchen had a frying pan and a pan, not healthy looking. The cooker was rusty and had broken jet. A rusty salt sellar, no cooking utensils, didnt see any cutulry. Outside table drawer full of old switches, batteries, dirty packets of tea/sugar all 2 of them. Cutting board was filthy. Opened another drawer, the handle fell off. Steps to pool had algea growing on them. Pool had bits of leaves in it. Artificial grass walkway was muddy. Attached 4 photos, have more. Have no idea what year the villa pictures were taken, certainly not recently. .

Average property, definitely not 4 star

Toilet wouldn’t flush properly even after they tried to fix it. Ended up using the toilet next to reception but that was locked at night. Shower had water supply problems- intermittent, bloody annoying.

The location was about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The villa was also across the road from Coco's supermarket. The pool was refreshing and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms was cold. The fridge worked and the bedroom TVs had cable. The staff were friendly.

Oh dear. Easily one of the worst places I stayed in. The google reviews must be fake and the photos must be over 10 years old because it looked totally different. The villa was impressive but really run down. The main bedroom down stairs had an electrical burning smell coming from the ensuite. There was mould and mildew in the bathroom. The washing machine was missing. The mattress was sagged. The sheets looked dirty. The towels were old and yellow. The kitchen had hardly any cutlery. There was a dirty sponge supplied to wash up - I threw it out and bought a new one. There was no towel for drying up. The pool area was falling apart. The outdoor shower didn't work. The window latches were broken. The breakfast was poor and it seemed like the toast was recycled from the day before. Generally this place needs a revamp. We only booked as we booked late. Never again. You have been warned!!!

We come second time, we like the private yard with a pool, the room is clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is good. The location was good for us as we liked the 7 min walk to the beach. You have a big supermarket accross the street and very nice restaurant, just 2-3 min to the street with many shops and restaurants. We like this neighbourhood of Nusa Dua.

It was very private, room and facilities were a great size, it was clean and in a great position.

Old villa but quiet and comfortable. Nice staff but they didnt understand English very well so communication was hard.

We were there for 5 days and not once did they come and clean the Villa or change bedding and towels. Had to go ask for a rubbish bag to empty the bins myself. Power went off for hrs because they had to put more money into it.

If you are a light sleeper there are some local roosters that like to wake you up around 5.30am till about 7.30am. The water fountain on the pool starts about 7. Would be great if it turned on later.

There was absolutely nothing to like about the substandard villa we were duped into hiring through booking.com. We foolishly believed that it was a "genuine deal" as advertised, only to find out we'd been robbed. The photos on booking.com only show the pool at our villa and the staircase, which has a grey couch, which in real life is blue and very grubby. The little dealing we had with the staff at the villa, they were welcoming. The only thing the villa has going for itself is its OK location.

The villa was filthy, smelled of damp and mildew, and there was black mould in both bathrooms. The villa hasn't been renovated or properly cleaned for many years. The kitchen counter has bug nests in plain sight. The price does not reflect what we got and had to go look for other accommodation, which we found around the corner for a similar price. There was no comparison between the two properties. We've stayed many times in Bali and do know what to expect with accommodation there and know this is day light robbery. We brought up this issue with booking.com, who in turn contacted the owner, neither parties have resolved any issues or accepted any responsibility. We are now left very disappointed and disillusioned by both parties. BE WARNED, DONT BE FOOLED

Hospitality was pleasant. Locals were nice. Villas were clan, spacial and pool was amazing.

The bedroom on the bottom floor smelt mouldy and musty, wo we stayed in the room on the top level.

What a hidden gem; from the outside you wouldn’t even know it was there. Great value for money. The villa was lovely and clean and well appointed. A little TLC needed where there has been previous damage. Shops and restaurants all close by. The beach is only a 10-15minutes walk.

Breakfast was tasty but portion size was small: half a piece of bacon each. 1 way transfer was included in the booking but when we asked and showed the booking confirmation we were told it wasn’t included so had to arrange our own that was cheaper than what was offered. The night before our departure it was extremely loud until 1:30am; literally like being next to a club. Not ideal when we weee getting picked up at 4am for our flight home.

El personal. Encontramos abandonado a un gatito muy pequeño, y el personal se hizo cargo de cuidarlo. Está relativamente cerca de una playa muy bonita. La piscina no la usamos.

Location was good. Supermarket opposite. Restaurant opposite and an easy walk to lots more restaurants and bars. Comfy seating in the lounge and a lovely little private pool. Linen was wonderfully crisp and clean and daily housekeeping was good.

The whole Villa is a slightly crumbling baroque grandeur. It appeared a little tatty but actually was clean and tidy. The breakfast was not great.

Ubicació genial, la Villa és molt bonica tot i que un mica antiquada. Sobretot ens va agradarà la zona exterior amb piscina privada.

L'esmorzar no era massa bo... El llit una mica tou i l'aigua calenta s'acaba de seguida.

Good central location to restaurants and not far from beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was ideal for basic amenities and pool area good. Air con good.

Room bit dated, didn't have extra little touches like some water on arrival. Bathroom handsoap etc not refilled when we arrived. Not serviced with new towels. Breakfast menu not much to choose from.

Friendly staff, excellent location, quiet and secluded

Very nice little hotel with private villa type accommodation. The bed was comfy, the outside sitting area was very nice and they brought the breakfast to the room. Only 10 min walking to one of the best beaches there in front of Aodya hotel. You are passing by a very nice street with lots of clothes shops and restaurants. The supermarket is just across the street and a very nice cafe next to it. The promenade by the beach is very long, you can walk for hours up along the coast. Very good value for money, just behind the big resort hotels. The whole area is very clean with lots of greenery to walk around.

After they turned off the swimming pool noise, everything was good along the whole stay of 5 days.

The villa comes with everything you need, upto a small family. It's large in size, has virtually all facilities you need and comes with a private pool. All furniture is of good quality, entire villa is very clean and hygienic. The staff are trained professionals and were very receptive of any requests we made.

Very quiet and safe. Comfortable bed, amazing water pressure in shower. The plunge pool was fabulous. Even had a fan outside so you could sit out and be cool. The villas are tired and could do with an upgrade. For the discounted price it’s good value. A good supermarket is across the road.

A bit old and needs some work

Quite, peaceful, comfortable villa with plunge pool, excellent helpful staff, great coffee and Ice cream from associated shop, supermarket directly across the road, plenty of Restaurants close by and beach is 15 min walk. The staff made this and enjoyable staff, so helpful and friendly, providing a great breakfast and clean room

The kitchen wasn't as well equipped as described but it didn't worry us as we ate out. However, the refrigerator was great.

Nothing negative

Location was perfect for us, massages, restaurants and supermarkets very close by and a short walk to market shops 😀 Room was clean and large enough and the pool was beautiful. The staff were happy and 24 hour security made us feel really safe. Scooter park right outside and the juices from the cafe were delicious

Complimentary breakfast wouldn't/couldn't be served before 9am so we only got it once. I understand Bali time but from 9 the traffic is terrible, starting the day early is helpful if you want to see the rest of the island. The kitchen wasn't very equipped and I had to ask for a kettle to be supplied to boil water for coffee.

The Villa is lovely and spacious and clean, the linen was nice and lovely fluffy towels, the facitlities are good, good size fridge, theres a supermaket across the road and a laundry service next door and Natys resturant across the road was really good. Location is good. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definatley stay there again.

Just few minor things, There was no hand soap in the bathrooms I had to purchase soap from across the road at the supermarket. There were no bathmats, hand towels or facewashers and no tea towels to dry up the dishes.

Very cute little space with a bedroom, bathroom, little kitchen, terrace and a very small plunge pool. All well appointed. AC worked very well. Very hot water. All very clean. Would surely go again!

The villas are exactly as pictured. Very comfortable & great value for money.

The TV only had 2 channels in English, 1 sport & 1 with travel highlights of Indonesia.

The pool and staff

Property didn’t have facilities like was advertised such as bbq, dishwasher. Had poor cutlery, holes in the roof, tv didn’t have any reception, dirty air conditioner, hard mattress with stains on pillows. The worst thing was the smell coming from the bathroom that was so bad that we had to leave and find another hotel. We paid for 2 nights but we didn’t want to go back at all after a few hours at the property. This place needs a total renovation as everything looks old and worn out and please get rid of that smelly bathroom.

This place was amazing, we booked Villa 2 with private pool. The staff were lovely, it was very clean, a lot of space, the pool was great. It was very private and relaxing. Breakfast as nice. Great value for money, 5 mins drive to two beaches.

Private pool! Air conditioning, full kitchen, so we could make our own meals if we wanted to (we didn’t - because there were so many great cafes and restaurants close by). Having a fridge was great. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included.

The restaurant of the villas delivered good drinks and delicious breakfast. Clean, friendly and helpful staff.

The fridge in the room was noisy as everything calmed down at midnight, you could hear it clearly. The faucet was leaking in the kitchen.

Approaching from busy street we had a quiet fit thinking it would be very noisy but it is a hidden gem which began at reception wth its welcome greetings and we were really delighted by our little villa and all it offered
