Die Lage direkt am Strand und die tolle Privatsphäre. Die Villa war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Am Strand war viel Seegras. Schwimmen zu dieser Jahreszeit schwer bis unmöglich. Das ist aber ein bekanntes Phänomen und daher trotzdem eine hervorragende Bewertung.

Purtroppo, non è colpa della struttura, la spiaggia davanti era piena di poseidonia e quindi non abbiamo potuto sfruttarla come volevamo

The host was really helpful, and also helped us once when we forgot to lock the door. The location was amazing and peaceful like we wanted while still being near the supermarket. We loved it and can't wait to be back there sometime!

Velmi milá a se vším pomáhající hostitelka Anna Rose s maminkou absolutně respektující vaše soukromí. Nádherná zahrada a terasa s výhledem na moře. Pohodlné postele. Klid a mír.

Je dobré si zkontrolovat datum dovolené ohledně řas v moři. Ocenil bych větší pohovku k televizi.

Facilities were cleaned every day. Very private and comfortable place. Nice beach with no people. Location is very close to anse georgette and supermarkets.

Beach was full of sea weeds so it wasn’t good for swimming. Our house the first day had no working Air Conditioning. We had to wait until late evening to have it fixed. The second day water pressure was very weak and later in the evening there was no water at all and I couldn’t use shower before bed. And there was no answer from the staff. Maybe it was bad luck but still it made our stay uncomfortable.

Relaxing beachfront villa with a really nice patio and View of the sea and the palms, it was awsome to have breakfast or a sunset drink. The bed was really comfy, maybe the Best we have ever slept on. Easy parking near the villa, all the electric hardwares were well functioning, ac in the bedroom was good.

You couldn't swim in front of the villa, at least in this season, for the seaweed and the rough sea

The place is beautiful and very clean and spacious. The apartment has all the amenities that you might need. If we come back to Praslin we’d definitely go back. The owner is super lovely and kind.

Las villas están muy bien con una habitación amplia y muy cómoda. El baño también genial. La ubicación es increíble a pie de playa con vistas al mar. Personal súper atento y amable. Se puede aparcar el coche

Cap Jean Marie est un petit havre de paix, isolé et calme, où l’on est les pieds dans le sable sur une petite plage déserte, avec le bruit du vent en fond sonore. Le paradis. La maison « Petit bijou » (à droite côté plage) porte bien son nom. Elle est très bien équipée et très confortable. Anna-Rose et son frère ont été très serviables et aidants tout au long de notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons assurément

Piękny i super wyposażony domek. Tuż na plaży. Przepiękny ogród. Anna bardzo kochana i troskliwa. Lokalizacja niedaleko plaży Georgette - 30 min na nogach, ale przez ekstra teren pola golfowego.

Niestety były glony w trakcie naszego pobytu (sierpień), więc z pływania na naszej plaży nici. Ale podejrzewam że w innym okresie jest super z własną plażą Bez samochodu jest się zdanym ba taxi lub nogi

The villas offer plenty of space, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings are peaceful and picturesque, allowing to fully unwind. Anna Rose was a very attentative and kind host, always making sure we felt welcome and taken care of. The beautiful Anse Georgette beach is within walking distance.

Nous avons choisi une villa plage mais le vent est si fort et la mer si déchaînée de ce côté de l'île que nous n'avons pas pu même nous asseoir ou nous allonger sur nos transats . Et que dire de l'odeur des algues....nous avons du partir tous les jours de l'autre côté de l'île et rentrer le soir.....attention à la saison

A little sanctuary in paradise. Such a perfect setting to base yourself on Praslin. Whether you are exploring the island, just relaxing in the villa or on the private beach, it's just fantastic. It really looks like the pictures, but being there in real life is so much better! Nana was super helpful and friendly and made sure that I felt welcome. Even though her family live next door, they never imposed on my stay, but were always there if I needed anything. The villa is well appointed. There are shops locally within walking distance and several restaurants and more shops within a very short drive.

A large spotlessly clean modern apartment, built to a high standard, with a large very comfortable bed, a high pressure hot shower, and a good kitchen. Right by the beach and sea, with sunbeds under shady trees, and easy entrance for a morning and evening dip. Good access to everywhere on the island including nearby Anse Georgette inside the Lemuria resort, and you can drive to within a 15 minute walk of lovely Anse Lazio. I recommend the tour AnnaRose organised for us with a couple of excellent snorkels and short walk on Curieuse Island. The Valle de Mai is a must see. AnnaRose was delightful and very helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I strongly recommend SeaBreeze restaurant and bar as being the best value and highest quality fresh local fish. Praslin exceeded our expectations. A perfect way to spend the second week of our three weeks here in the Seychelles.

Everything liked very much: location on the beach, private garden, a house, that was very clean, cozy, tasteful and beautiful. The hosts Iris and AnnaRose are very friendly, hospidali and nice!

Nana and her family made us truly feel at home, the place is gorgeous , you’re based right at a beautiful beach. Villas are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything u might need

Nothing really, but you might take into account that it’s very quiet and far from most restaurants ( shops are walking distance though + one restaurant and one takeaway place which is totally enough )

Anna Rose was a great host. She organised for us a taxi transfer from the jetty with a reasonable. A car rental for only one day was organised for us without problem. Anse Georgette is only 25 minutes away ( in a walking distance).

The villa was really nice, large and clean. The position on beach but we did not use it becouse so many seaweeds. Very kind AnnaRose and her mother. But except this little thing it was really good , nice docoreting house.Location is perfect, close to Anse Georgete and thanks to AnnaRose you can visit beach without the problams.

Some things has to be fixed in the kitchen but you have everything you need . Also in the morning we have no warm water becouse no sun. , it should be no metter how.

AnnaRose is a great host and made our stay really unforgettable. Nice details in the villa and garden! The villas are very comfortable, directly near the beach. Perfect location for very nice sunsets and a view to the stars (milky way).

Good to know: Payment is not done via booking, but 50 % in advance per bank transfer and the final payment in cash in EUR or SCR.

We had the beachfront apartment. Beautiful, and staff were exceptionally hospitable.

There were some mosquitoes, so bring insect repellent.

Lovely quiet location, nice beach, the villa is spacious and comfortable. Ideal for relaxation. And of course, very hospitable hosts, AnnaRosa, thank you very much to you and your family for your hospitality, organization of fishing and barbecue. If we come to Praslin again, we will definitely stay here. Nadezhda & Alexander.

We stayed for 3 nights at Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas and we enjoyed every moment. There are villas with large balconies facing the ocean. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and air conditioner is quiet. We prepared breakfast ourselves. Convenient if not dependent on predetermined times of day. The location is pleasantly quiet, surrounded by small accommodations. Located directly on the beach. Small shops within walking distance. Good location to hike to Anse Lazio. We later regretted not planning to stay longer. AnnaRose is a very kind and sweet host. She really cares about her quests.

Perfect place. We loved everything, the view, the beaches nearby and the landlords was super helpful and friendly. Recommend it 100%. Our honeymoon went smoothly in this apartament.

A wonderful balance of privacy and attentiveness from Iris meant we had a perfect week here. Looking out on the ocean, comfortable accommodation, great air conditioning. An ideal base.

Nothing not to like..you will need a car for some of your time to explore more of Praslin.

The accommodation was amazing, we loved the beach view and the amazing waves that came with it. The villa itself was very nice and had everything you need. The personnel, Iris and her family, are amongst the most hospitable people I have ever came across by. They were kind enough to recommend us the best places and to give us a ride if needed. Thank you very much and hope we will be able to come back one day!

Allways clean house, staff here is realy nice they are friendly. Iris organized us a renta car, amazing boat trip... Location is perfect and peacefull.

On the beach was quite allot of seagrass so we didt swimm there.

Cap Jean Marie beach villas are very comfortable, lovely furnished with a perfect location. We really enjoyed our holidays there. AnnaRose ist very kind and helps wherever she can. The apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth it!

Beautiful and comfortable bungalow directly on the beach, in a very quiet and peaceful location, where all we could hear was the sound of the sea. We were impressed with how warm, friendly and kind the owners were, always there in case we needed anything, but at the same time giving us full privacy. The villa was impeccable clean, and maintained so all throughout our stay, daily cleaning and small extra details that made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for booking for us a beautiful boat tour, the car rental and giving us tips of must see on Praslin. We will definitely happily return !!!

Everything needed in the villa, including those things you normally do not expect to meet. Modern and expensive amenities. Quiet area, many shops and restaraunts nearby. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help with any matters.

The only problem is the ocean (specifically, the seagrass) - although, it is not the fault of the hosts, indeed. However, you can visit marvellous Anse Georgette located nearby (access through the neighbouring hotel or through trail).

this was a wonderful place, it felt like a dream. the beach in the front is so nice, clean and full of small details. The owner of the villas are welcoming and heartwarming. they helped us with everything, thank you so much for this time. we will come back for sure 😍

One of the best places we've ever stayed. Fantastic with "own" beach right from the house and wonderful sea view. The hosts were very nice and helpful, and the house was clean, modern and fully equipped. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the Seychelles.

We had very nice days in the Jean Marie guest house. The location is unique and Anna Rose and her parents care for the complex very lovingly. Nothing was missing in our bungalow. We really appreciated the wide range of towels and that they were changed when we put them on the floor. This is not a matter of course in guest houses in the Seychelles. In addition, it was cleaned very carefully every day. Anna Rose took care of a rental car and a taxi and she and her mother Iris gave us very valuable tips for Praslin. Unfortunately, it was a pity that there was no breakfast. A visit to Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio is a must. If you drive through to the end of the paid parking lot at Anse Lazio, you will come to a restaurant where you can park for free for a drink. The coconut milkshake is awesome. In the associated shop there are very nice souvenirs. We also recommend taking a private guided tour of the Vallée de mai National Park. Otherwise you only see trees.

Anna and the family take good care and give you enough privacy although they live next door. The Beachfront villa is good located with wonderful sunset view. The facilities in villa are ok. You will find everything what you need. If not, just ask Anna. - easy check in and check out - good WiFi - comfortable bed's (OMG 😱 where they get the mattress?) - clean villa - direct access to the beach - 2 takeaways and shops in walking distance

- because of COVID-19 they don't offer any breakfast. So you have to buy something from shops. Anna please start to offer breakfasts. 😁 - refrigerator is not able to cool the ice, so we bought the ice from shop. Bigger Fridge will be better, because you keep all food there. We have to admit we didn't mention Anna about fridge and breakfast. We are sure they would find a solution for it. - check the season for seaweed and please be aware that this is not under control of host.1😉

This accommodation deserves more than 10 points. You just have to feel good here: A very well maintained and equipped villa, right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. In addition, you can reach what we think are the most beautiful beaches on the island - Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio - by foot via impressive trails with great nature and amazing views. Supermarkets and take-aways are also nearby, as is the bus stop, which means you can get around the island quickly and very cheaply. But what makes this accommodation unique is the hospitality of AnnaRose and her family, who are always available and do everything to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your holiday. We really had a fantastic time!

Attention to details, awesome location, friendly staff and good advices on places to visit. AnneRose was very nice with us leaving messages on the bed and I even got one for my birthday. the house was very spacious and comfy. the view was breathtaking! breakfast and dinner with the sound of the waves was unforgettable.

nothing! it was a pity there were algae on the beach. however we noticed algae all over the west coast!

If I have to mention something it would be nice if the chalet had scissors, bowls for fruit and for example yogurt and a cutting board.
