Honestly, we loved everything about our stay! The location is amazing, right on the beach, and the views are breathtaking throughout the day. We really enjoyed the privacy and peaceful atmosphere. The place was also spotless and very well taken care of. Bertrand was a great host. He’s very helpful, responsive, and understanding. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves nature and privacy.

Le logement est vraiment magnifique, très bien entretenu et parfaitement propre. La personne en charge du ménage fait un excellent travail, tout était impeccable pendant notre séjour. Bertrand, le propriétaire, a également été très sympathique avec nous. Il nous a notamment donné des informations utiles pour nous déplacer et nous a gentiment proposé de faire une lessive lorsque nous en avions besoin. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa et avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le cadre.

Notre principale déception concerne la plage. Les photos mises en avant sur Booking donnent l’image d’une plage vraiment paradisiaque, et elle peut certainement l’être, mais cela semble beaucoup dépendre de la période et de la houle. Pendant la majeure partie de notre séjour, il y avait beaucoup d’algues dans la mer ainsi que sur le bord de la plage, ce qui rendait la baignade très difficile, voire impossible certains jours. C’est assez frustrant lorsque l’on choisit un hébergement notamment pour profiter de sa plage. Je pense donc qu’il est important d’en tenir compte avant de réserver et de garder à l’esprit que l’état de la plage peut varier selon la saison et les conditions de la mer.

Bellissima villa sulla spiaggia, splendidamente arredata e dotata di ogni confort. Anche senza auto si può raggiungere a piedi Anse Georgette e con un breve viaggio in taxi, tagliando poi per un sentiero Anse Lazio. Il proprietario è estremamente disponibile e sempre pronto per fornire suggerimenti e aiuto! Veramente consigliata.

Un alojamiento muy cómodo, grande y limpio. Muy próximo a las playas de Anse Georgette y petite Anse Kerlan, que para mi gusto fueron las mejores de la isla.

Der Bungalow liegt direkt am Strand und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Tägliche Reinigung. Es waren auch Handtücher für an den Strand vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Viel Seegras am Strand. In dieser Jahreszeit aber normal.

Es war sauber und die Lage war gut.

Der Strand war voll mit Algen. Das stand nicht in der Beschreibung und die Fotos waren geschickt gemacht, sodass man es nicht sieht. Nach meiner Auffassung sollte entweder der Preis dem Strand oder der Strand dem Preis angepasst werden.

La casetta è carina, spaziosa e rifornita di tutto il necessario. Il gestore è stato molto cordiale ad aiutarci con qualsiasi cosa. La pulizia giornaliera della casa è stata apprezzata.

Si sa la natura è imprevedibile, ma se si riserva una casa in spiaggia al mare e poi la spiaggia si rivela piena di alghe, in cui non ci si puo bagnare e la puzza delle alghe è bella intensa, beh la struttura perde di qualità e il rapporto qualità-prezzo diventa elevato. Anche la posizione non è ottimale, per visitare la spiaggia Anse Lazio bisogna fare tutto il giro dell’isola. Per visitare Pralins, a meno di non cercare la calma assoluta, consiglio di riservare qualcosa a Anse Volbert, dove la Cote D’Or beach è molto più bella, con ristoranti e centri di scuba diving.

Ein wunderschönes ruhiges Plätzchen direkt am Meer, wir haben die Lage sehr genossen. Außerdem ist man nah an einem der schönsten Strände Anze Georgette.

We were very happy with our stay. The house is well-designed and fully equipped, offering plenty of privacy. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the beach is just a short walk away. We loved the stunning sunsets and the great communication with the host.

The ocean is a bit rougher in that area with plenty of seaweed; however, the owner does his best to keep the beach clean

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Villa Belle Plage in Praslin. The place is amazing, beautifully located, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Bertrand, the owner, was extremely kind and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Es gibt nur zwei Hotelgaststätten in der Nähe und den Supermarkt konnte man Fussläufig gut erreichen. Im Standbungalow war es am Abend eh am schönsten.

Bertrand war ein super Gastgeber. Wenn er helfen konnte, machte er dies auch.

We absolutely loved this amazing beachfront property — it was the perfect place for our honeymoon. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning sunsets made it truly unforgettable. Bert, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful — he was attentive, friendly, and always happy to assist with any enquiries.

There aren’t many restaurants or bars within walking distance — just a couple of options — but the property has a lovely kitchen that’s perfect for cooking your own meals.

Beautiful beachfront location, it is a bit out of the way but perfect for us as we don't like it too busy, definitely need a car to explore the island. The owner was very helpful regarding car hire.

Because of water shortage, water had to be used at certain times of day, which was a bit of a shame, other than that , all good.

Widok na Ocean, szum Oceanu to najlepsze czego możesz doświadczyć. Posiłki z cudownym widokiem! Prywatna plaża z leżakami, ręczniki plażowe również są do dyspozycji. Bertrand przywitał nas i udzielił wszystkich niezbędnych wskazówek do zwiedzania Praslin. Zorganizował nam również wypożyczenie samochodu, który czekał na nas na lotnisku. Spędziliśmy cudowny czas w Villa Belle Plage i będziemy polecać to miejsce wszystkim 🥰

Wszystko było idealne!

The villa itself was fantastic, a wonderfully appointed comfortable little space to relax. The sound of the ocean was nice and soothing. The sand in front of the villas was raked clean every morning.

We did not like the fact that the private beach was unusable because it was covered with a seaweed swath about 5 feet wide and the water was full of seaweed and un-swimable. The local that cleaned the sand in front of the villas called the water "dirty". According to the host the is a seasonal occurrence. We understand that no one controls nature, but if this seasonal occurrence creates an unusable beach and swim area, we believe that this issue should have been explained clearly in the description. We imagined swimming in the mornings and evenings on the private beach when we booked and paid the premium price of this Villa for that experience. Consequently we were very disappointed that was not possible during our stay and seemingly for a good portion of the season. There is also construction on-going next to the villa we stayed in.

Malheureusement en arrivant nous avons constaté que la plage était recouverte d algues et que la baignade était impossible ; nous aurions aimé être prévenus avant sachant que nous avons appris que ce désagrément était courant en cette saison . Le propriétaire est aimable mais sans plus : la première chose a été de nous demander les 50% restant sans même faire la visite complète du chalet, et le seul message durant le séjour a été de nous indiquer de nous garer autrement alors que notre voiture ne gênait nullement.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in deze geweldige bungalow direct aan het strand. De bungalow is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden ons geen betere plek kunnen wensen op Praslin.

Останавливались на Villa Belle Plage на Сейшелах, и это был потрясающий опыт! Берт — замечательный хозяин, который еще до нашего приезда организовал аренду машины, доставив ее к порту. Встреча прошла без лишних формальностей, представитель компании ждал нас с табличкой, и мы получили отличную машину. Вилла просто замечательная: уютная, чистая, с кондиционером и всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Она расположена прямо на частном пляже и шум океана создает атмосферу полного расслабления. Особую благодарность хочу выразить Берту за помощь в организации моего дня рождения. Он предложил отличного капитана для морской прогулки, которая стала незабываемым событием! В общем, всё было на высшем уровне, и я всем рекомендую эту виллу для отдыха на Сейшелах!

Единственный минус во время нашего пребывания на северном побережье Сейшел — это водоросли на пляже. Однако мы были к этому готовы, и благодаря арендованной машине это не стало большой проблемой.

Beliggenheten er rett på stranden og nydelig å se solnedgangen. Leiligheten var ren og ryddig, enkelt å komme seg rundt på øya med bil. Verten Bert ordnet med bil som sto klar på ferjekaia, helt supert!

Litt sjøgress på stranden, men det var å forvente i forhold til sesongen.

Vi hadde 6 netter i en godt utstyrt villa, som ikke manglet noe av utstyr. Sengene var veldig gode! Villaen lå rett på stranda og utsikten var upåklagelig. På grunn av sjøgress og en del vind, som er på denne årstiden, var det ikke der hvor vi tok flest bad. Kun en liten gåtur unna, med inngangskort fra verten, kom vi til den vakreste stranda på øya, Anse Georgette. Vi leide bil og fikk sett hele øya. Hvor man en stoppet var det vakre strender og utsikt. Lokale butikker og take-away i gangavstand. Bert var en veldig hyggelig vert. Svarte på alt vi lurte på, ordna hvis noe måtte gjøres og fiksa leiebil. Dette stedet kan anbefales på det varmeste.

The villa was quiet a ways from the shops and restaurants but that’s ok we hired a car and cooked local fish each night . Nice sunsets 🌅

We were not warned that the private beach is not swimmable between May and September, due to massive amounts of sea grass ! We had to drive 45 minutes each day to Anse Lazio on the other side of the island for swimming . People need to be prepared for that disappointment. Coming from Australia we had no idea it was something on this Island we would have stayed on the other side. Also the living area is not air conditioned so it made it extremely hot to cook . One day we forgot to switch off bedroom aircon and someone entered and turned it off and also ceiling fans , it felt invasive to say the least . Also came back to a hot house . The only time we saw the owner was when he came to collect money for taxes and then to say goodbye and making sure we were leaving by 10 am! Such a shame !

Das Apartment direkt am Meer ist einfach perfekt gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem ist es sehr geräumig und sauber. Leider war der Strand von Algen bedeckt, was jedoch an einem Sturm und dem Wind lag. Am Abreisetag war nur noch 1/3 der Algen vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich dafür der traumhafte Strand Anse Georgette, zu dem man als Gast dieser Unterkunft immer Zutritt bekommt.

Perfect located directly at the private beach. The host Bert was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean.

Everything was perfect - from arrival to departure. Every evening we had the perfect view to a beautiful sunset on our private beach. The island is small so the location was good, with a car you can easily visit the whole island. Easy access to grocery and restos. The property is clean, the accommodation was comfortable/cozy - we could have stayed much longer if permitted ;)

Location was the perfect base to explore the island, we rented a car (arranged by Bert) and it was great to come back to a home from home in the evening, sitting on the veranda was perfect for our breakfast and for sunsets, which we came back for every evening. Bert was fantastic and answered all of my annoying questions leading up to our trip and gave me some great advice.

Bert villa is a hidden gem. He is a terrific host and manages three villas that open up right on the beach front. The villa was well detailed and maintained. The kitchen had all possible utensils and care was taken to provide for beach towels and reserved beach furniture for each villa. Internet was fast and accessible from all areas of the property. Bert was prompt with help and gave us several valuable tips and advice from before our trip through to the end. I highly recommend Villa Belle Plage. We will be sure to come back. Thank you.

Just wonderful - everything. The kitchen was well equipped with proper equipment, plates and cutlery; not the cheap goodies you often find in similar self-catering units. Also good quality bedding, bathroom was great - all good. It is worthwhile taking a unit on the beach - walk straight into the sea. The bus stop, shops etc are in reasonably close proximity (about 300 - 400m walk). Overall situated in a quiet area of the island on the northwest side - which means not many tourists, no noise and beaches with significantly less sea weeds - fantastic. Bert (the host) assisted with whatever he could, was prompt to respond every time and a very pleasant person to speak to. He gave us a lot of info starting even before we arrived. An air-conditioner in the lounge area would have perfected it - then again, people are out and about anyway during the day. That is the best we can do in terms of not liking - and a bit far fetched maybe. All else was just superb - thanks Bert. Just a note on Seychelles beaches - bring beach booties to avoid your feet getting hurt from corals.

Location of the property is a little away from the more touristy areas but that is what we were looking for. The owner Bert was very accessible and a pleasure to deal with. A little cottage right on your very own private beach. Hard to beat. Great value for the accommodations.

We stayed for 9 nights at Villa Belle Plage and really enjoyed our stay. All the information we received from Bert in advance was useful and relevant and helped us to plan our stay. Bert booked our hire car and it was ready and waiting as we stepped out of the airport doors. He also printed out our ferry tickets for a trip to La Digue (a definite must) and took a message from a restaurant we were trying to get in touch with. Such a lovely gentleman! The Villa is beautifully situated on a quiet beach not far from Anse Georgette, another stunning beach. The winds were coming in quite strongly most of the time we were there and bringing in some seaweed so we often swam elsewhere on Praslin but always came home for sundowners at sunset! There are several local grocery shops you can walk to and we ate in as well as dined out (the villa is well-stocked with cooking utensils). Praslin is a beautiful island and we found lots to do. We visited both Vallée de Mai and Fond Ferdinand nature trails (you can get a ticket online to cover both.) We also took Bert’s recommendation for a day out by boat to Curieuse and St Pierre for giant tortoises and snorkelling. I thoroughly recommend Villa Belle Plage.

Such a wonderful stay in paradise! The beach and the sunsets were beautiful. The host provided so many nice touches to make our stay comfortable, including a pass for us to access Anse Georgette whenever we wanted (rather than having to call and make reservations). We were very glad that we splurged for the beach-front house, so that we could admire the views of the ocean from the comfort of our air conditioning when the heat and the sun were too much for us, or while it was raining!

This is not the fault of the host, and did not change my amazing opinion of the property, but just be aware that there were not many takeaway options right near the property. Several restaurants/takeaway places seemed to be closed whenever we happened to go looking for food. But, we had a rental car and were able to find open places, and we also had everything we needed to cook our own meals when we bought groceries.

Great place for a family holiday. We had a great time with my wife. The owner, Bert, was very kind and helped us with any question before arrival: ordering a car and after arrival: ordering excursions, advice on where and how best to order food or which super place to go to. The house is cleaned regularly. Sugar, coffee or tea are added as needed. Private beach right at the entrance to the villa. It's just Hakuna Matata!

The high rating covers all: the location, appearance and equipment, as well as the host. The size of the accommodation is most optimal for 2 people. 3 equally large villas, which are separated by greenery to provide guests with privacy, are located right by the sea and offer a private beach with sun loungers. In the immediate vicinity is the golf course of the Constance Lemuria hotel and a road along which you can walk to a few smaller supermarkets, souvenir and clothing shops, restaurants and take-aways. In front of the villas there is also a small private parking lot where you can leave your rented vehicle. The surroundings of the villas are very quiet. The buildings are designed with a touch of local architecture, as well as the interior. The equipment of the villas is new, very aesthetic and of high quality. On the terrace of each villa, which faces the sea, there is a table with chairs and two loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Sugar, salt and oil are also available, so you don’t need to buy them. The coffee machine works on ground coffee, not capsules. The accommodation also includes umbrellas and a flashlight for possible walking and strolling when it gets dark (around 6:30 PM). We had no problems with mosquitoes, but the accommodation also offers a spiral that lights up and whose smoke repels insects. Cleaning is daily, the result is that cleanliness is top-notch, in the bathroom you have shower gel and shampoo available and really a lot (almost too much) of soft white towels of various sizes. Each guest also gets a large, beautiful beach towel. Wi-Fi works great. All published photos show the actual state. We could even say that reality is even more beautiful than in the photos. I recommend the accommodation without hesitation. And I have never met such a caring and friendly host. Mr. Bert is really a special, wonderful person.

The only drawback is that it does not offer breakfasts.

This is literally paradise on earth. Bert is an incredible host and the house is just perfect for a couple - search no more. Access to a basically private beach, incredible sunsets, dinners on the porch, anything you can possibly need for cooking. WOuld go back to seychelles just for this place

Very good location, walking distance to the best 2 beaches on Prasline, Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio. The house is better than the pictures , and it is literally on your the beach. Everything in clean , the furniture is good quality and the mattress is really soft. And last but not least, Bert, the owner is really nice , welcoming and provided us with good information. Thank you, Bert!

Is a bit far from good restaurants, but if you rent a car this shouldn't be a problem.

It's a gem on Praslin with beachfront access into a almost private beach. The villa is excellently equipped and has everything you need to the detail. The bed is big unlike many other places. Bert was extremely nice, told us many tips and shared a lot of useful information. I would definitely see myself coming back. Highly recommended!!!

There's nothing particular about the villa. There are not many restaurants closeby (walking distance) and occasionally you hear noise from the airport. None of these affected our stay.

The chalet is really like in the pictures. It's clean and comfortable, and most importantly it's directly on a private sandy beach, with an amazing view of the sea. I really liked that you get a pass to Anse Georgette, so you can enter the beach through the golf course any time by a 30 minutes walk.. The host is very kind and helpful, he does his best to make your stay special. He organized the transfer for us from the jetty, a day trip to Curieuse island, and gave useful advice on nearby activities.

If I have to mention something, it's seagrass... There were a lot, making swimming impossible in the private beach area. Also it was a bit smelly. Nevertheless, the kids enjoyed playing on the beach, collecting shells and climbing the trees.

We had amazing time at the villa. Kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is specious. WiFi is fast. The accommodation is cleaned every day. After arrival they provide 2 bottles of water and 2 small juices. It’s very attent. Veranda is perfect in the evening to enjoy sunset. The house is located at the beach. When you stay at Villa Belle Plage you can go visit Anse Georgette without reservation.

In september there was seaweed on the beach which didn’t look nice and smell not so good.

Great location, with their own beach. There are 4 villas 2 in the first line of the beach and two behind those(the garden villas) which was ours, but it had also ocean view from the terrace. Everything was very clean and well equipped with quality staff. The bed is huge and super comfy, and the bedroom and bathroom too. You’ll find everything needed, also a guide that Bert has done with everything you need to know about restaurants, takeaways,markets... It’s literally 5 minute far by car from the Hotel that lets you get into Anse Georgette, the most popular beach in the island, you will find the authorization which lets you visiting it in the table. We highly recommend to rent a car to move around Praslin, and above all if you stay here. It’s not because of its far, it’s just that the roads do not connect directly, as it usually happens in small islands.

We didn't have breakfast provided but there were good facilities to make our own. The location was incredible with an amazing beach only a few yards from the front porch! The host, Bert, was amazing and went above and beyond to help us make the most of our stay, organising trips, car rental and taxis when we needed them - incredible service and a genuinely lovely guy! Our 14 year old daughter didn't want to leave but we'd already organised accommodation on a couple of other islands... would love to return some day!

Die schönste Unterkunft während unseres Aufenthalts auf den Seychellen. Der Host Bert war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts in der Villa Belle Plage an nichts gemangelt. Unser Bungalow (Gartensicht) war sehr sauber, groß und alles schien sehr neu zu sein. Falls wir wiederkommen, dann auf jeden Fall in diese Unterkunft! Der eigene Strand war zudem ebenso wunderschön. Im Gesamten können wir die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villas sind sehr sauber und gepflegt und liegen im ruhigeren Teil von Praslin. Der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Von dort hat man jeden Abend einen schönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben besonders die private Atmosphäre in der Anlage geschätzt. Bert war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. We will come back !

Hey people, this place is unbelievable! Cozy beachfront house on a private sandy beach! You could literally have own prepared dinner on the beach under the palms just a few meters from the ocean. One of the few places on the island with this privilege. All pictures are absolutely authentic, no photoshop used. Spacious bedroom and bathroom and all you need in the kitchen. Our host Bert was more than helpful with everything. He even organized a rental car, which is a must, waiting for us at the ferry terminal. A few takeaways in the vicinity and some supermarkets also with food basics including fresh vegetables on almost reasonable prices 😊. Overall a great place for relax!

This was our 2nd visit to Praslin and we decided to stay at Villa Belle Plage again. The fact that the property is right on the beach and that it is a private beach, is what makes us visit again and again. Everything is provided for in the villa and the owner is very involved from the booking arrangement to the upkeep of the property. A must-stay for us!

A lovely beach cottage in a quiet and great location. Everything you needed was found in the cottage. It is worth renting a car and exploring the surrounding areas. There are many wonderful beaches nearby. The host was helpful and we got a lot of information about what to do on the island.

The location next to the beach was absolutely fantastic. Great view from morning all the way to sun set.

The location is beautiful right on the beach with a lovely sea to explore and white sand with palm trees. The decor is to a high standard and the host was very friendly and helpful, providing us with information of the island and coconuts to drink and banana chips when sunbathing for free.
