Everything. The accomodation was absolutely gorgeous. Aircons worked really well for the rooms. It was cleaned daily, the space was beautiful. Would 100% stay again.

The road to the accommodation became annoying toward the end. May need to look into have the road fixed to make it more comfortable getting through and down the driveway.

we stayed here for a week and it was one of the most relaxing weeks i’ve ever lived. the villa has a convenient location, perfectly between cloud 9 and general luna. the staff are easy to contact, responding within seconds, and have always been helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. the private pool, breakfasts, staff, cleanliness— everything was perfect. if you need a tuktuk, reception will call one for you. there were wifi issues during our stay for a couple of days, but they treated us to a complimentary movie night which was a sweet and thoughtful surprise. if you ever stay here, the floating breakfast is a must! so grateful to the seaclub team for making our first visit to siargao memorable. if we ever return to siargao, seaclub is a must!

Very nice swimming pool, path to the room, spacious villa.

It was my birthday and I advised the staff several days before, unfortunately they gave not even a little amenity or gesture to congratulate. No welcome drink. Very small beds. The staff only cleans superficially and uses the same broom for everything. All of this is not a ,problem‘ in that sense, however it is not acceptable in this price category

Exactly as shown in the pictures, we loved the concept of the 2 bedrooms and the outside kitchen and living area. the staff was amazing, really kind and extremely responsive. We could hv depended on them to arrange everything that we needed for a stress free stay. The location was also close to everything. Highly recommended to rent a scooter.

The room has a beautiful sea view, and the environment is peaceful and well maintained. The hostess is very kind and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was nice and satisfying, and all the staff were warm and helpful. The swimming pool was very relaxing and enjoyable. There is also a very well-behaved little dog who sometimes comes to visit, which was such a lovely bonus. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely love to come back.

1.The breakfast or the food menu itself should have options for locals too because, some local guests especially the seniors would like to eat fish or veggies. I asked them where we can buy some breakfast or any restaurant that is open for us to check, but they didn’t bother to respond to the message. 2. Bathrooms were not included in cleaning I guess because the floors are still dirty, and towels are not changed daily. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and we didn’t receive a new towel until we asked for it on the 3rd day. we rented 3 villas that means there were more than 1 person for each villa. I made a request for a new set of towels, but we just received 1 new towel for each villa. 3. We left a jacket/sweatshirt inside a cabinet in one of the villas where we stayed, I messaged them via whatsapp and they just responded once. They said they have not found it and when I asked if they can recheck, they didn’t give any update nor response to the request. 5. One of my companion also left her water bottle and they didn’t even said anything about it. 6. There were no personal kits provided like toothbrush and body wash. 7. It would be better if they labelled which one is the shampoo and conditioner or if it is a body wash as well as which one is the hand soap and the dishwashing liquid. 8. The air-conditioner in Villa 3 would be better if it was placed at the side of the bed and not above the head. It takes so much energy and time to get the whole room cooled. And the bathroom remains totally hot!

This was an amazing stay. We loved the feel of the villa! It was so spacious and stylish and I wish this could be my permanent home. The staff were very responsive via WhatsApp and always extremely helpful. We ordered breakfast at the villa every morning and it was such a treat. We had an incident one night with noisy neighbours, and although the security guard on duty didn't handle the situation as was expected, the staff made an intentional effort to investigate the situation and reported back multiple times with updates of the event and always apologising which makes one feel as though your concerns were deemed as important. I would love to come back here again in future.

The villa was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and responsive. Rooms were gorgeous and clean. Everything was great.

The whole stay was fabulous. Service was quick and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We made use of the airport transfers, did a day trip to Sohoton Cove and hired a van with a driver for the day - all arranged via WhatsApp messages. Drinks were available on demand and we ordered drinks to be waiting for us when we arrived. Every member of staff was a pleasure to deal with. The property was cleaned and fresh towels provided regularly. The property is situated in a great position in walking distance to Cloud 9 surf area with some lovely bars and restaurants at the end of the drive.

The road leading to the property can be a challenge after heavy rainfall. We'd recommend packing a pair of cheap flip-flops for going through the puddles.

The staff were exceptional! They responded to my various and multiple requests without any issue, and were very responsive. The private chef breakfast was fantastic and was set up to perfection.

There was an issue with arranging a tuktuk but that was quickly fixed, with multiple apologies.

The entire Villa is big and can accommodate groups. The pool is also big enough for the our group. Kitchen utensils are complete also. Had a best time staying at Seaclub!

Nos vimos afectados por el tifón Tino y perdimos 2 noches de 3, y aunque en todo momento entendimos que debíamos pagar el precio completo, el alojamiento hizo muy poco por ayudarnos y no tuvieron ningún detalle, ni siquiera el late check out de las dos villas que habíamos pagado.

The place was extremely clean with complete appliances in utensils. The staff was very attentive.

We stayed in one of the villas for one week. At first it felt amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The villa looked great. The pool was great for the kids. But it quickly went bad from there: 1. we had to move rooms as the toilet was broken in the master bedroom. Because the hotel was fully booked, we had to wait 2 nights with a leaking toilet (note: there is also no to little water pressure in the shower but this is the case for all rooms) 2. the road to the resort became a major hassle. Drivers did not want to enter and walking was no option neither. It feels embarrassing… 3. overpriced extras. Everything you get from a float for the pool, to yoga mats or having a TV / Movienight, you pay the amount of the item in one day / night. 4. the greediness of management became really visible, following a life threading accident of my child during the hotel organized surfing lessons. We had suppose to certified trainers and catchers, but still my child collided with a rock because of no safety instruction and lack of professionalism of the instructors but still the hotel management denies any responsibility (even we have shown them the video evidence). No safety protocol, no safety instructions, no licenses. Just a family in tears. Greed at its finest. Charging extra 30%-50% but taking no responsibility. Stay away from this hotel - a constant construction site with greedy management and no interest in your well being and safety.

Option to curate a menu with a chef and cook in the villa was excellent, a little expensive with the cost fixed per person but food was delicious. Easy to communicate with front desk via what’s app, they are responsive and ensure needs are met in a timely manner. Fruits available for us on arrival, a classy place to stay in siargao.

Wifi signal was questionable in the villa, and massage therapist use your bed rather than bringing a massage table with them…so a villa massage was a little uncomfortable. The road to the villa is problematic in the wet weather and some tuk tuk drivers will not accept your journey!!

Excellent stay

The staff was very sweet and helpful and did all they could within their power to make our stay comforting. The rooms were clean.

There were moments that were uncomfortable. Spiders, frogs and other creatures in our quarters. It’s as if you are living outside with the way they have the “common living area” wide open to the local elements. Weather - bugs etc... WiFi outages often. Not great. Difficult road to drive in never mind walk when it rains and the road floods.

Stayed here with a group of 6 people and we had the absolute best time. The villas are so beautiful in their layout and we loved the pool + garden area. The staff here are incredible, they did grocery runs for us and kept our fridge full of beers! They also cooked breakfast for us in the villa one morning which was amazing. We were also able to book a private boat tour to visit the surrounding islands through them and we had the best time! Definitely the highlight of our trip! Thank you so much seaclub

Showers were cold but it was ok

The staff were so friendly. Really easy to communicate and anything you needed they did straight away. An excellent place to stay. Only downfall is the main road into the villa but we were shown a short cut by a local and that was a game changer, I cannot fault the staff. So accommodating :)

Absolutely stunning villa. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean and spotless. Our highlight was having breakfast cooked and served in our villa. A big thank you to the ladies who cooked for us.

The only downside was that the road leading to the villa got very flooded which meant we had to get a tricycle in and out because it was too flooded to walk through. The villa were great at organising the tricycles and it wasn’t too expensive.

The location was fantastic and the staff were so accomodating and easy to communicate with. The property was also beautiful - probably the most beautiful plan I’ve ever stayed

I’d seen a few negative reviews not long after booking so I was a little worried arriving at the villa. That was soon put to rest! The whole place is a dream! Staff were all friendly and super attentive. Housekeeping everyday. Movie night extra was an added bonus for us. Location is good but I’d highly recommend getting scooters to get around.

Road leading into the villa isn’t good but we were luckily to have no rain so this didn’t bother us at all. I can imagine with some heavy rain the road would difficult to get down so just something to bear in mind.

This Villa was immaculate, beautifully presented & clean. The pool was great also. Staff were attentive & helpful.

The only real downside we can say to the villa was the road entering needs to be upgraded, however this wasn’t an issue for us as we were fortunate not to have any rain. Also, a restaurant in house would be great - but there is a few good restaurants near by.

Staff was very helpful and it was very easy to communicate our needs to them. Place was very clean and overall was just really great!

The path to the location wasn't in a very good condition (due to a past storm), so the cost of the tricycles was more than usual as the tricycle drivers weren't very keen on driving the terrible pathway.

The Pool was lovely. The garden was cosy. The design of the space, kept the area cool, despite the intense heat. The Villa was of the style you'd expect in Bali or Phuket

Everything about this place was amazing! From the staff, the location (it was still close to the centre but far and hidden away from the chaos). Everyone was super helpful, and just made our vacation easy as they helped us arrange most of the things. The hospitality was impeccable from bike rentals, our tour, and even helping us out on emergencies! The whole villa was immaculate too, everything in it was thought of - down to the very small details.

Getting to the villa was a bit difficult as the roads to get there wasn't developed yet and often times we'd have to walk to the main roads because most tricycle drivers wouldn't even want to go in but I heard the roads will be developed soon.

Friendly staff. We loved the pool! It gets cleaned daily which is amazing and keeps the pool looking great. The layout is well designed, the little garden is also beautiful and makes you feel like you have your own little jungle.

The property is run down and needs a bit of maintenance done. Small repairs and replacements will make a huge difference. The taps and faucets are loose. The big outdoor cushions by the pool are completely torn up. Our fridge was completely rusted. Something else we noticed was that the fences that separate the villas from each other as well as from the foot path in front of the garden have some gaps so people can see in. This was a bit concerning as you would like to swim and tan and not feel like people are looking in. If they plant more plants in front of these gaps it should solve this problem. Also, be aware that the fresh water in the taps and showers are very brackish and smells eggy. I understand that this isn’t something the property can help but is good to know. The reception staff, the cleaning ladies and the pool man were all very friendly. We would just recommend for staff coming to the villa to inform what time they will be coming and always knock before coming in to clean/ clean the pool:)

The villas are bright, spacious and pretty. The gardens are beautiful.

Villa 1 should be avoided at all costs- there is construction going on all day long with loud banging right on the walls. The villas are poorly maintained- drawers not opening, lights hanging off the wall, stains on the floor, sinks clogged, shower gel falling off the wall. The beds aren’t king, they’re rather hard Service isn’t good- the women/manager smiled but seemed resentful. For 300 USD per night it was not up to standard

I cannot stress how homey the villa is. The 3BRs were super comfy and the layout of it was really aesthetic as well (loved the full length mirror lol). The bathrooms were spacious with complete set of essential toilettries such as shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, etc. The open kitchen and living room in front of the pool could not be any more perfect. I loved how the kitchen had everything you needed so it made cooking a lot easier. We encountered 3 power outages during our first night that lasted about 5 mins, but it isn’t an issue at all lol Transportation: the airport transfers were seamless. the motorbike and car rentals were smooth. the private tour was chef’s kiss. Service: all of them were so nice and accomodating. they always reply fast and act immediately like when the master’s BR had a leak which was resolved in less than 10 mins because someome was sent to fix it right away. Location: the road leading to the villa is truly rough, but it’s manageable since the beach is already close enough once you get to the main road. there were a lot of cafes nearby too and it’s just a 15-20min motorcycle ride to Gen Luna. A little con: the mosquitoes. since the front of the pool has a little garden set up to it, the mosquitoes were quite prominent in the bathrooms since they would fly in the BRs when the doors were open. We had to buy mosquito coils to put in the dining area to make dining at night more comfortable.

It’s not a big concern for me, but a tv in the living room would be a nice touch as a form of entertainment.

SEAClub is a magical place. We had a terrific time! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you to Jen & Samantha and to all those folks behind the scenes who made our stay so enjoyable. The masseuses were equally great!!

It was one of the best places I have ever stayed in and I have been to over 40 countries. The reception desk spoke fluent English! Amazing

The villa itself, swimming pool, staff and location is pretty near to GL.

The ROAD going to seaclub is appalling especially during the rainy season. All of the Resorts connected to the road should have at least funded and contributed each other to have a concrete pavement.

I really loved how it made us feel at home. And the staff was very helpful and efficient.

It was hard to access via walking, but fine with a car.

The horrible path leading to the property: numerous potholes and puddles such that vehicles driving you there really take a beating trying to navigate the route - and so with the passengers as well! I can’t see why measures can not be taken to improve it!

The hospitality could have been better. The room wasn’t ready and clean when we arrived nor properly checked on during our stay and the staff were very absent. The service didn’t match the price of the rooms and felt lacking in terms of hosting and making it a pleasant and comfortable stay

The road leading into it is essentially a dirt road with heaps of pot holes. It’s ok if you have a moped, but difficult if travelling with young children or infants.

Beautiful, spacious property! Staff provided excellent prompt service requests: tricycle ride , tuk tuk rental with driver, in-room massage, personal 3-island tour, and airport transfers were seamless! They provided detailed information on local restaurants, groceries, and food delivery services which we used when it rained one night. Nika and Charm were super accommodating and fast to reply to our requests and questions! I wish we stayed longer!

The worst part of the property is the road it's on. It's as if you're riding on the moon's surface. Full of pot holes, crevices, and when it rains tons of puddles. It's unfortunate the local municipality will not take initiative to pave a simple road. NOT a deal breaker! The property certainly makes up for it!

It is a bit difficult to get to the property from the main road. The path is t paved so there are tons of puddles. The van we rented had difficulty getting through

Having toilet in every room, clean, spacious and comfortable

Not much, except when we needed some assistance during tsunami alert. We went to the front desk asking for help, to get a ride from the Villa so that we can bring all my family safe on the uphill area of Siargao. But unfortunately, the guy from the front desk didn’t do anything to help us or even call a tuktuk for our transfer. Despite with the vey dark and inconvenient road, me and boyfriend had to walk all the way to the highway to find a ride/tuktuk.

The road going to the place was like surfing thru unwelcome waves, sorry . The reception was such a letdown after expecting so much because of the beautiful pictures posted in the website . It looked like an afterthought, sorry .

Super close yet far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of general luna. The place was suuuper nice. Very spacious and the ac was seriously a life saver! The pool and the high ceilings really made this place feel soo luxurious. It was really easy to communicate with the staff to get transportation to and from where we wanted to go.

Getting to sea club was a pretty bumpy ride since it rained previously but it wasn’t something that ruined my trip.
