Très bel emplacement avec une superbe vue sur la plage, personnel sympathique, bon restaurant et plusieurs activités proposées directement sur place. Le logement est simple mais correct pour le prix.

Petit bémol : nous avons eu des travaux très bruyants juste devant notre première chambre toute la journée. Nous avons pu changer de chambre, mais celle-ci sentait fortement l’insecticide et nous avons malheureusement trouvé un gros cafard dans la nuit. Malgré cela, nous gardons de bons souvenirs de notre séjour, notamment grâce au cadre magnifique et aux activités !

Le personnel est très agréable, et ponctuel pour les activités,l'emplacement est exceptionnel. Le service de dépôt de bagage au jetty est vraiment pratique.

Die Chalets liegen am Ende des Strandes sehr ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Hier lässt es sich vom Strand aus schön schnorcheln. Es werden verschiedene Touren angeboten. Die Schnorcheltour nach Coral Island war sehr schön. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher und zur Begrüßung Trinkwasser. Einen Transfer zur Unterkunft und zurück wird ebenfalls angeboten. Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit und würden wieder hier buchen.

The staff were great as was the restaurant. The cats were super friendly!

I chose a fan room (my fault) and the room was unbearably hot even with the fan. There was direct sun in the afternoon and you couldn’t be inside as it was a hot box!

This place is wonderful! The people are super friendly. They organized great trips, such as the amazing boat trip to snorkel at the coral island. Nice restaurant right at the sea. The huts are cozy (air conditioning is recommended). It's right at the beach, with palms, snorkeling to see corals and colorful fish. Just unbelievable.

The beachfront chalet was so beautiful. The layout of the chalet was really good and well thought. Food for our lunch was delicious too. We hiked about 90 minutes to Monkey Bay. Stayed just one night but should have just stayed here for the whole 4 days stay in Tioman (we were beach hopping).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel, qui a été très chaleureux tout au long de notre séjour ! 😊 Le chalet est rustique, mais reste confortable et agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’île. L’emplacement est également très appréciable pour découvrir les alentours

Nice location at the beach, good restaurant

The chalet I had was next to the tiny road where some locals do drive with a scooter till late. And the cottage doesnt have AC so with the window open its quite noisy. Also the cottage lacked atmosphere.

Der Blick auf die kleine Bucht ganz am Ende der Bucht ist toll. Es ist weil am Ende schön ruhig. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen. Man kann sehr gut schnorcheln direkt vom Strand.

Das Restaurant des Hotels war ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Les chalets duo côté jardin sont un peu vétuste, mais au vu du prix, cela reste très très bien

We had an amazing experience at ABC Chalet and would definitely stay there again. The location in Air Batang was perfect, right by the beach and very convenient for exploring Tioman. They even arranged to pick us up directly from the ferry when we arrived, which made everything really easy. The room was simple but very clean, with hot water and a fan that worked perfectly. We booked all our activities and snorkeling trips directly through the chalet, and everything was well organized. The food was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. We ate there almost every day because everything we tried was excellent. Even our friends staying at another hotel regularly came over to eat with us. We especially loved the BBQ nights. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. There’s also a ferry less than a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient when we left the island. Overall, great location, excellent food, clean rooms, well-organized activities and amazing service. One of our best experiences in Tioman!

Non é effettivamente una stanza, ma una sorta di baracca con tutto traballante, connessione internet solo alla reception, il ristorante é molto mediocre con pochissimo assortimento (si trova di molto meglio a qualche centinaio di metri di distanza), stanno costruendo un edificio in muratura a 2-3 metri dalle 8 alle 20 é sostanzialmente un cantiere edile, la proprietaria, onestamente efficiente, non sorride mai..

L’emplacement isolé sur la plage, très calme mais à proximité des restaurants et boutiques de plongée.

Chambre peu lumineuse et literie relativement confortable

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und gut ausgestattete Chalets mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und Wasserkocher. Direkt am Strand und andere Strände sind mit dem Moped auch gut erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut aber das restliche Essen leider nicht. Es gibt auch leider keinen Wasserspender und man muss die Wasserflaschen im Restaurant kaufen.

Heerlijk! Rustig. Prima huisje voor 3 en voor 4 personen. Aan het strand. Heerlijk eten. Het ziet er gezellig uit en iedereen is aardig.

Niks. En zijn verschillende trips te regelen en ook het vervoer willen ze graag regelen..

Un posto bellissimo gestito da persone molto accoglienti, se cerchi una vacanza esotica questo è il posto perfetto, organizzano escursioni e sei sempre seguito in ogni cosa, ti portano al molo con il taxi boat, è possibile lavare i vestiti nella lavanderia, c’è un ristorante nello chalet molto buono, la camera ha tutto il necessario per fare una vacanza rilassante, è possibile anche fare la doccia in spiaggia con vista tramonto!

Todo era perfecto, la gente era muy amable y te hacen sentir como en familia, es muy recomendable y volveré

Bungalow penché, porte qui ne correspond pas a son encadrement, propreté a revoir, ventilateur moyen ageux, travaux à moins de 10m du Bungalow, personnel qui jardine bruyamment à 7h20 du matin, souffleur utilisé tous les jours même si le linge est étendu....

L’emplacement devant une plage magnifique, la gentillesse du personnel.

La vue sur un chantier et un refuge de chats.. Chalet très rudimentaire juste pour dormir mais bruyant à cause du ventilateur et des bruits extérieurs. Les odeurs et la présence de nombreux chats. Il manque vraiment un espace détente, on ne peut jamais vraiment se poser.

La gentillesse et la réactivité du personnel. L’activité de snorkeling proposée est très bien.

Séjour en famille à 4 mai mais annulation 1 mois avant d’une de nos Chambres et proposition de relogement dans les bungalow nazri 2. Ayant déjà pris les billets du bateau et ne trouvant aucune offre d’hôtel sur l’île 1 mois avant, nous acceptons le relogement dans deux bungalows à Nazri. Malheureusement, les logements ne sont pas très propres(sdb, excréments de gecko sur le rebord de la fenêtre) et pas de wifi contrairement à ABC chalet.

We got a jungle facing room and could see wildlife and it was exciting. Great stay. Beach is super clean. Perfect island getaway. Host was friendly and we even watched the FIFA worldcup final with the locals. You can simply walk along the road and discover good eateries. And you can snorkel to your heart's content.

La vue magnifique depuis le chalet. L'emplacement au calme au bout de l'île. Le restaurant était bon avec une belle vue et il y a plusieurs endroits sympa pour se restaurer autour. La gentillesse du personnel.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable au ABC Chalet ! Tout était parfait : la chambre vue mer, l’emplacement magique en bord de mer … le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable et toujours souriant . On a profité des excusions snorkeling et jungle et c’était vraiment top ! Le restaurant est aussi très bien et il y en a plusieurs autres à distance de marche !

L emplacement est paradisiaque. La vue chaque matin est un rêve. Prenez un chalet avec vue sur l'océan Le personnel est très disponible, serviable et professionnel. C'est propre et il y a la clim ( indispensable). Organise des tours.

Le resto est moyen ( comme toute l'offre sur l'île) Chalet assez basique Le ménage n'est fait qu'à la demande Petit dej pas inclus dc au final c'est assez cher. Les prestas extras sont assez chères ( pick up au port de Tekek par ex )

Localisation, personnel sympathique, logement propres

Les chalets vue mer ont une vue incroyable. Les chalets sont assez petits mais il y a ce qu’il faut. La salle de bain est un peu rudimentaire. Air batang est un quartier animé et sympa. Les excursions proposées par ABC chalet sont assez chères mais bien organisées.

Les noix des arbres tombaient sur le toit du chalet et faisaient pas mal de bruit la nuit notamment.

La localización dentro de ABC y lo cuidado que está la zona del chalet, nos alojamos en uno con vistas al mar y fue espectacular

Nous avons adoré notre expérience à ABC. Nous avons fait des excursions avec eux : super Accueil au top, emplacement super avec du Snorkeling depuis la plage. Et le coucher de soleil ....

Le restaurant n'était pas ouvert pendant 2j mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la rue vers tekek.

Great location on beach at quiet side of island. Relaxed vibe , plenty of room to sit in restaurant /communal area. Woke up to sound of rain on the roof of my little hut ! Wide beach surrounded by jungle mountains.

Nice little hotel, we had the cheapest room (budget with fan) and it was fine if you don’t mind no AC. For the best and cheapest food in tioman go to : Mawar Beach Restaurant.

The place isn’t located in front of the nicest beach but Air Batang (ABC) is the best area to stay in Tioman. Don’t book your transfer to Juara with them as they will overcharge you, which is disappointing.

The accommodation is small but cozy and it works just fine for one person. The position was perfect, near the beach and the restaurant. It has basic forniture and a lovely porch with a view over the forest. The ABC staff was really kind and available with any problem or request. The ABC restaurant offers a variety of good dishes including fish BBQ which was excellent.

It was not possible to stay inside the budget chalet during the day with just a fan (there is no insulation or tree shade to keep the chalet protected by the heat). The WiFi was not working all the time.

Great staff, simple amenities but comfortable enough for the stay. Could be quite hot during the day, but at night it’s cooling and a fan is sufficient.

エアコンが無い、暑い日はバルコニーや特に部屋には居られない西日が入り夕方も暑い（もう１つ反対側に窓が有れば風が通り涼しいかもしれない）、ABCrestaurantでムカつくジョークを繰り返したり会計を誤魔化そうとする若いリーダー的なウェイターが居た、トイレシャワー室が激狭い、トイレのハンドガンが無い（シャワーを代用）、BOXティッシュが無い、ハンガーが無い、ハンガー掛けが無い、トイレのドアが壊れていた、電灯調整が壊れていた、窓に網戸が付いて無い、バルコニーにハンモックが有ったらなお良いだろう

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, exzellente Lage :)

Leider sind die Fenster nicht komplett verschliessbar und es hat keine Moskitonetze, dadurch wurde ich trotz Moskitospray sehr verstochen. Leider gab es am morgen immer sehr lauten Baustellenlärm, so konnte man auch nicht ausschlafen. Die Katzen sind zwar sehr süss, aber schon fast eine Plage. Man konnte nichtmal sein Badetuch kurz draussen aufhängen ohne das die Katzen draufgelegen sind. Einmal hat zudem eine Katze vor meinen Eingang gekotzt.

Cheapest room requires a little walk up a incline path.

Good location, friendly staff. Stay already second time there. It is not perfect, but for this price it is the best choice. I stayed there already 2 times. In room without AC it is very hot by sunny weather between 10:00 and 22:00. Don't take it, if you going to stay a lot in room during the day.

There is a lot of cats around and lot of them have some problems with their hair/skin.

Wir hatten das Beachfront Chalet und können es wirklich sehr empfehlen. Es handelt sich um eine einfach ausgestattete Holzhütte in einer traumhaften Lage und mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Bucht. Auch das Essen im Restaurant gehört zu den Highlights auf Tioman. Die von der Unterkunft angebotene Schnorcheltour war toll.

Wir haben über die Unterkunft eine Dschungeltour gebucht, aber leider war der externe Guide (Ari) kaum in der Lage, etwas auf Englisch zu erklären.

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Bungalow direkt am Meer ist spitze! Auch die Lage toll, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe.

Niets totaal geen communicatie!!

De slechte communicatie

Schönes Bungalow mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und mit einem bezaubernden Ausblick auf den Strand. Sehr entspannter und freundlicher Familienbetrieb mit einem Restaurant, wo man gemütlich frühstücken oder zu Abend essen konnte. Ausflüge zum Schnorcheln oder Dschungel Trekking konnte man auch buchen. Direkt hinter dem Bungalow fing der Regenwald an und man konnte einen gut ausgebauten Weg entlang der Küste gehen. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, den wir gern wiederholen möchten. Danke für alles!

The room was clean with good views from the balcony , the staff was so kind and let s not talk about the food so delicious.

Staff very friendly and place is at a great location. Snorkeling tour was excellent.

Rooms were a little basic.

Nina from the staff very elastic and fast responding person. Nearby restaurant with a great local flavorish food and plenty of tours to organize on the spot. This is the last accommodation in the village which makes it less crowded and with the direct entrance to the jungle track.

No problems at all apart from the somebody cutting the loan which was too noisy for a moment.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et agréable! Le logement est à quelques mètres de la plage. Je recommande également la sortie snorkeling qui était formidable!

Logement pas très propre, couverture en guise de drap (pas très agréable), ventilateur très bruyant la nuit et vitre au dessus de la porte sans rideau donc lumière pour dormir.

Die Lage direkt am Strand an Ende der Bucht war toll. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Auch die Schnorcheltrips wären gut organisiert.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Das dazugehörige Restaurant war auch super und das Personal sehr nett.

We got beachfront chalet #1 and it was probably the best chalet location of the whole village - right at the magnicifcient beach, peaceful location at the end of the village, super nice hosts fullfilling all our hopes and requests. Note that at low tide the beach further south is rocky but not in this part of the beach, here it's just incredible sand and corals surrounded by primary rainforest. Also, I assume that chalets further away from the beachfront might be a less luxurious but that I don't know for sure. My advice - take the beachfront chalet if possible! Superb location, beach, activities (diving, snorkling, jungle trekking) arranged by the host. And the island overall is truly amazing, whole island is just protected primary rainforest. And snorkling and diving - incredible corals, sharks, turtles. We've travelled a lor and this place is really unique. Without hesitation 100% recommendation if you like nature activities and peaceful beachfront surrounding!

No beer available like in most restaurants - but nice that room had a mini fridge and own beer was allowed in restaurant. And a couple of places with cold and reasonably priced beer nearby.

Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Hotel liegt am ABC Strand in einer sehr schönen Ecke, nur leider war tagsüber viel Ebbe. Aber man kann einfach mit einem Wassertaxi an andere Strände fahren. Abends gab es viele Restaurants und auch zwei Bars. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr lecker und die Hotelmitarbeiter unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das nächste Mal, wenn wir auf Tioman sind, definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

Location and friendliness

There was nothing to dislike.. it was perfect

We opted for the sea facing chalet and it was worth the added cost. Loved the village setting and the locals were very friendly. Very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Beautiful hike that you can do to get to monkey beach. The chalet was reasonably clean and comfortable for 3. We visited during the month of Ramadan and it was quiet time. Many of the restaurants were closed or had reduced hours. The ones that were open offered, good food at reasonable cost and amazing views.

The section of the beach that you can walk, swim and access is very small with most of it covered with stones and rocks. The primary attraction for us was the village and the hiking trails. May not be an ideal location if you plan to swim and walk the beach.

locatie direct aan het strand, helemaal top. De kamers 1 en 5 zijn het mooist met een buitendouche. Erg vriendelijke mensen in het restaurant, de host, schoonmaak etc. Allemaal super. We waren met 3 jarig kind, die had ook aansluiting bij de lokale kinderen. Goed restaurant. Wij gaan zeker hier weer heen als we weer naar Tioman gaan.

El persona esl muy amable. El lugar es bastante tranquilo pero en una zona donde hay lugares para comer (aunque ya con el restaurante de ABC Chalet estamos bien). El mar a 20 metros como maximo.

Me gustó todo pero algo que podría ser genial para tener un 10 sería tener unas sillas más cómodas para leer en la terraza :)

The location was superb, and the relaxed atmosphere was just what we were looking for. The weather was great and not too hot. Snorkling was fantastic.

The wifi was a little slow - but 4g was fine.

Wonderful accommodation! We were in beachfront room and it was perfect for three. The view and balcony are the best in ABC. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to nature. You can see monkeys and big lizards, flying foxes and lots of butterflies. Lots of cats also. My sons were with cats all the time. You can snorkel right in front of beach. There are some corals and colourful fish. But snorkeling trip was amazing. We saw turtles, sharks and even barracuda.

Spitzenlage am Ende der Bucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am Meer. Preislich natürlich höher aber angemessen.

Great location right on the beach. The staff were helpful and attentive to our needs and take the time to recommend activity’s on the island.

The beds and pillows leave some to be desired for. Also the chalet was not level to the ground so the front door would swing open and bang into the wall

Everything is just perfect!! So near to the beach, and people are sooooooooo nice and helpful!! They came to take us and our luggage when we arrived and when we left without even asking for that!

Very nice staff and Coral island snorkel activity is a must.

La ubicación.

El personal no nos facilitó información para conseguir el ticket de regreso en el Ferry. La habitación estaba “destartalada”. Muy mala calidad. La excursión “Coral Island” no se realizó. Nos quisieron cobrar a 2 personas, como si fuésemos 6.

The bungalows are nice and the gardens are well kept and with beautiful flowers. The staff is very competent and helpful.

The budget room is really basic, we changed to the garden bungalow, much bigger and better maintained.

Pas d’eau potable à disposition ni le moyen d’acheter une bouteille d’eau à certaines heures. Car restaurant fermé.

All good. Basic but functional. Just expect no frills. Had a small problem with A/C but that was fixed immediately.

Somewhat expensive for low season

直ぐ目の前が海で、直ぐに海にも行けるし、レストランの目の前も海で眺めはよかった。

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very good experience. Also did a snorkeling from a package of the hotel. It was a great experience. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

On a personal note, the hotel has many cats - and they lay everywhere. Personally, we didn't' like those laying on restaurant area etc (Although they seem to be very clean and calm). Therefore we had to go out for food.

Less than 3 months and we are back at this property. A place where you will find peace and sanity.
