We had a wonderful stay at Aviary Hotel in AlUla. What made it truly special is that the chalet is located inside a beautiful date farm, which gives it such a unique, peaceful, and authentic atmosphere. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to do anything within his ability to make our stay comfortable. As a lovely surprise, we even received a bunch of fresh dates when we checked out! It was such a warm and memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting AlUla. Also, the location is very close to Elephant Rock, where you can enjoy burgers/ fries and ice cream.

The actual chalet., Good water pressure, good AC and beds. Beautifully set up.

Some bathroom fixtures leaked No wifi Access road was very rough for a regular saloon.

كل شي المكان نظيف و مرتب رغم ان الجو كان حار لكن داخل المزرعه كان الجو بارد فقط وقت الظهر كان حار و الليل و الصباح بارد

تجربه جميله وتستحق التجربه والتكرار والمكان جميل جدا والتعامل جيد والنظافه ممتازه

Only very very very small little detail was no coffee or tea available in the chalet.

إقامة استثنائية، الكوخ مجهز بالكامل للإقامة صيفاً وشتاءً، خدمة التسجيل والخروج سهله جداً، مناسبه جداً لمن يبحثون عن الاستجمام والاسترخاء ومناسب جداً للعوائل، قريب من جبل الفيل ٥ دقائق، ومن البلدة القديمة ٢٠ دقيقة، ومن الحِجر ٢٠ دقيقة. نظيف ولا يوجد به ازعاج. قريب منه محطة وفيها بقالة. حولة اسطبلات خيل واستراحات. الطريق له سهل ومباشر. صاحب المكان والعمال متجاوبين ويلبون احتياجاتكم. هطل علينا مطر شديد خلال اقامتنا ولكن ماشاء الله لم يتأثر الكوخ ولا الفناء نهائياً.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, very clean, and in a great location. The courtyard was a big highlight for us especially since we were traveling with children, who absolutely loved playing outside. The host was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

Location, nice communication with an owner, comfortable houses and nice green territory with palms.

The Villa was very clean and comfortable. And it had all the necessities needed for a lovely stay. The bed was big and we had a relaxing sleep. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook our breakfast and dinner. I liked the design of the villa overall. The outdoor seating area and garden was just beautiful and felt like you were in the center of nature. It was secure and private. The staff were friendly and easy to contact anytime we had a question or wanted a recommendation for things to do in AlUla. Highly recommended!

فكرة الكوخ بالمزرعة 👍وسرعة تجاوبهم مع الطلبات تعاونهم باي طلب نطلبة وتلبيته بسرعة العامل نذير كان جدا متعاون

للاسف نقص بطقم المائدة بالمطبخ لم يكن كافي ل5 اشخاص كعدد نزلاء الكوخ وكذلك نقص عدد الفوط ككل

نظافه المكان وأجواء المزرعه الجلسات الخارجيه المكان يستحق نجي له مره ثانيه

ماشاء الله المكان جميل ومريح جداً ربي يبارك لأصحابه يبعد عن مركز العلا تقريبا عشرين دقيقه بالسيارة جداً مناسب لو حبيتو تنعزلو كم يوم وسط الطبيعة المطبخ مجهز بكل شي وفي جاكوزي وشاور خارجي 😍 حقيقي كانت تجربة استثنائية الف شكر للاستاذ مجدي ماقصر معانا وكمان الاخ نبيل كل شي ينقصنا نتواصل معاه تجاوبهم سريع وتعاملهم احترافي وفي اسطبلات حواليه للي حابب يجرب ركوب الخيل لان المنطقه مناسبه جداً تلاقو ارقام الاسطبلات وتتواصلو معاهم بنفسكم للحجز هذا مكاني الجديد المفضل بالعلا ❤️

Was unable to connect to WiFi which was my only way to contact even hotel staff (no telephone in the unit), so had to walk to the very front of property to find staff. They had to switch out the router.

The location is ideal, mid-distance from all the main sites in AlUla and in the middle of a palm oasis

Very cozy and comfortable villa.

The location is in a date farm so the apartment is surrounded by palms and is a 10-minute drive to the main Al Ula locations Elephant Rock is 5 minutes. I would recommend for families or groups. There is loads of indoor and outdoor space and 2 ensuites which makes it great for kids. The staff were welcoming and helped us settle in. The chalet is as good as it looks in the pictures.

Wonderful farm experience. The beds were comfortable and it the hut was super clean. We enjoyed seeing the ducks coming to our garden.

Some devices inside the villa need to be fixed such as water boiler and stove. The villa lack mosquitos killer. House keeping is not available and no water bottles.

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect.

It's close enough to the town but far enough that there is no noise. The accommodation is situated in the middle of a palm grove.

Host was very kind and welcoming . Excellent communication before and during our stay. Phoned us after stay to make sure we enjoyed our time and that everything was ok.

The hut itself is charming and cozy, and the rustic atmosphere added a unique touch to our experience. The location is within a farm and the surroundings are very peaceful. Check-in worked well.

In relation to the Elephant Rock the location was good, However it is away from any other restaurants and AlUla town. Coming back in the dark leads through an area of poorly lit and empty streets. The kitchenware, in particular the china, was not sufficient for a group size of five. If one would like to cook, then it should be stocked with enough dishes and kitchen utensils. As was typical for all places in AlUla during this time, the value for money was out of balance.

It was really a pleasant surprise to stay here. At night, I sit in the yard with my friends and chat and watch the stars in a quiet environment. Listen to the birds chirping. So happy. It is relatively close to the scenic spots and convenient. Especially suitable for families to stay together. The interior design of the room is also very exquisite. This journey is more complete because of this place.

Such a lovely wooden cabin with such beautiful private front. Everything was in order. Kids loved exploring the farm setting.

Everything about this place is fantastic, the location, the setting, the staff on duty, its on a date farm and the setting is just absolutely beautiful and perfect. Lounging on the porch star gazing was a fab experience. Place is new and exceptionally clean, both rooms and the kitchen is quite big, can comfortably fit 6 people. Will definitely be back

Only issue we had, the water during the day was extremely hot and you could not regulate it so we could not shower mid day, however at night and in the early morning it was ok.

I booked this hotel just 1 day prior to the stay. Right from the time of the booking, the hosts were in touch through whatsapp and made it absolutely easy for us to reach and stay. The property was reasonably maintained and any issues that we had were resolved very quickly. The best part was that we went as two families (2 adults + 2 kids + 1 nanny and 2 adults +1 kid) and it had ample space for all of us without a cringe for a 3 night stay for SAR 4800. The kids loved the fact that the ducks, turkeys and chickens came to the front lawn and were grazing. The banana and lemon trees made the surroundings very beautiful and the car park before the property was quite large to accommodate 3 to 4 cars. One of the biggest challenges in AlUla was to find proper restaurants (we were close to the Old town).. However, if one could pack some rations (or you could buy it all in the Eid Bin Market which has a great variety including Indian groceries), this property offered a full kitchen to cook all meals. It was a proper farm-house. The entire property is basically a farm and in the evening it was a pleasant walk through the trees. When we asked if we could have a late checkout given we had children who could use some afternoon nap time, the host replied as follows: "There is no reservation after you at the hut. Don't pressure yourself to go out in hot weather. Sit in the hut, no problem" I thought that was a great gesture. While the first two days were spent roaming around in AlUla, we had a quiet third day where we remote-worked peacefully in the hut and left for our homes happily.

The only downside was that it was far from any shop and it is necessary to stock yourselves with enough water bottles.

Communication withe management was excellent and they they were very accommodating. The care taker was always available.

Sensational stay - host was so accommodating and was there for anything!! Also came and gave us freshly picked fruit in morning and let us have a very late check out. Highly recommend!

The Villa is large and spacious and everything is brand new! The property looks interesting and distinctive with beautiful surrounding areas. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The owner was very welcoming and gave us ideas and tips on where to go and what to see in Al Ula which helped us a lot! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay at this Villa again in the future.
