Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The hotel is located very close to airport, 10 minutes by a tuktuk. At the same time, it is a very peaceful place, at the shore of the Negombo Lagoon. The staff is kind and helpfull. Several nice restaurants are close by.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Proximité de l’aéroport très pratique pour 1 nuit veille de départ. Il est directement sur la lagon donc on respire grâce au vent et c’est très agréable !!! Les balcons ont vue sur l’eau. Personnel très sympa. On recommande. Il a proposé par un message Watsapp avant notre arrivée un transfert vers l’aéroport pour 10 USD si nécessaire. Hôtel très simple mais parfait pour le prix.
Parfait pour nous mais il faut savoir que les chambres sont à l’étage avec escaliers en colimaçon.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026立地の良さとスタッフの素晴らしいホスピタリティ。 空港と観光地のネゴンボまでそれぞれ車やトゥクトゥクで10分ほど。帰国前の宿泊や、到着後の宿泊にぴったりだと思います。ネゴンボラグーンに面しているので、ラグーンの景色や、心地の良い風に癒されます。 スタッフの方も、我々のステイを最大限サポートしてくれました。チェックアウト後にも関わらず、荷物を預かってくれ、お茶のサービスまでしてくれました。また、空港までのトゥクトゥクも手配していただいて至れり尽くせりでした。
ベッドや、シャワールームは最低限の印象。価格相応だと思いました。(十分に清潔ではありますのでそこはご安心を。)気軽なステイには最高ですが、もしラグジュアリーなステイをしたければ少し抵抗感があるかも。

There were lots of mosquitoes in our room as bathroom window has no screen and was open, very hard to shut we packed with toilet paper it helped the bed was uncomfortable but the staff and breakfast was amazing

AC leider sehr laut (vermutlich nicht in Ordnung). Bett durchgelegen. Aufgrund der Lagoone auch viele Mücken. Für Sri Lanka recht teuer.

There is a pub near the hotel, the music was so laud till midnight. The rooms are not like on the pictures some developement must be done.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026The Staff is very helpful and super friendly. The breakfast comes fast and was good. Nothings special but for that price included in the price it’s a fair deal.
The Wifi is actually not working. Even standard websites doesn’t load. The AC is very old, due to this very inefficient and loud. The rooms are very bright during the night. There are cracks on the walls and there’s mold in the bathroom and bedroom. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, of course its nothing personal. But that place needs an update

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025The hotel was by the Lagoon and also very close to the airport and we were just looking for somewhere to stop for the night with a late arrival. Staff stayed up late especially for us. We had breakfast by the Lagoon. There is a supermarket close by where we purchased items for our journey. The staff are lovely and the owner drove us to the train station in the morning on the way to picking his son up.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Trato excelente del personal. El hotel tiene un bonito jardín con un embarcadero y está al lado del aeropuerto lo que hace más cómoda tu llegada o salida del país. Camas grandes y cómodas.
El acceso al hotel está algo escondido, hay que prestar atención a los carteles de la avenida principal para dar con él.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025La vicinanza all'aeroporto è il punto forte di questa struttura, lo staff era gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste, come quella di anticipare la colazione il giorno della partenza.
Nonostante avessi scelto una king deluxe, la camera era davvero poco accogliente e un po' triste. Da booking sembra molto più carina, nella realtà siamo rimasti delusi. Tra l'altro zero insonorizzazione, come tutti gli alloggi dove siamo stati in Sri Lanka, ma qui c'è un bar a fianco che fa musica dal vivo fino a tarda sera, quindi il rumore era fastidioso in camera. Diciamo che è da scegliere solo per una notte come appoggio per l'aeroporto

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Окно в номере выходило на красивый океан. В номере есть чайник. Завтра английский: омлет с сосисками, сок, тосты масло, чай/кофе и фруктовая тарелка. В целом персонал приветливый, помогают сориентироваться в городе, также дали мне утюг чтобы прогладить вещи.
На завтраке давали очень мало масла для тостов. Не разобрались ночью, как подключить водонагреватель и мылись в холодной воде. Муравьев много, но это нормально для Шри-Ланки.

pokoje na parterze znajdują się blisko recepcji, goście hotelowi i obce osoby cały czas przechodzą obok Twojego pokoju i jeżeli nie zasłonisz okien wszystko w pokoju jest widoczne, z tego powodu nie można skorzystać z widoku na lagunę, cały czas jesteś zasłonięty w pokoju, brak ciepłej wody, cieknąca klimatyzacja, na podłodze w pokoju mieliśmy kałuże wody.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025Einfaches Haus, aber vollkommen okay für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Flug. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, bereits um sechs Uhr morgens standen Frühstücksboxen zur Verfügung und die Lage direkt am Wasser mit Terrasse war sehr schön. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, beide Bäder waren wirklich nicht schön.

Ruido insoportable tanto del local de al lado como del vecino. El encargado no nos avisó al llegar, nos dijo que cesarían ruidos a las 12 de la noche tras volver de la cena y luego no pararon hasta pasadas la 1am.

There was a lot of loud music in the evening from the neighbors till 23:30h. After that it went silent. The airco was working okey.. The breakfast was very minimal.
