Reviewed Jun 9, 2026La amabilidad, disponibilidad y generosidad de Karim y Nabil no tienen igual. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y enseñarme cosas. Todo está hecho para sentirse como en casa, desde su hospitalidad hasta las zonas comunes, salón y terraza donde uno puede relajarse, dormir o conversar con vistas sobre toda la médina.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Nabil kwam ons ophalen toen we arriveerde in Fez. We apprecieerde dat aangezien we laat aankwamen en Fez is nogal een dolhof. Hij raadde ons ook een van de lekkerste restaurants aan! De dakterras is aangenaam!
Het is nogal donker. De geur van de stad drong wat door.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Karim e suo nipote sono molto accogliente e disponibile.In 5 minuti si trova dentro la Medina. 5 scalini in su e ti trovi su Place Rcif. Ti vengono a prendere x portarti alla struttura. Giusto lasciare un caffè a tizio da esterno..Mi raccomando.
Struttura si trova a fine di una viuzza con un abitazione che sta crollando di fronte alla porta di Ingresso - portando tanta polvere a interno. Ho risentito - soffro di allergie di primavera e il polvere non e piacevole x me. In cima- di solita ce una apertura con sopra una copertura x fare circolare aria - Ma e chiuso. Finestre verso esterno non c'è a piano terra - solo dai bagni ai Piani sopra. Terrazzo - da fare investimento x ...E un ostello.

O guia recomendado pelo hostel também foi maravilhoso e tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Super recomendo!

He was very attentive, polite, and professional — he sent clear instructions on how to get there in advance, met me, and was always ready to help. There is also a nice terrace with a view over the medina, which creates a great atmosphere. As for the hostel itself, everything was clean, but the interior and furniture are quite old and could use some renovation.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Very cosy vibe. The staff are lovely, lively and attentive, making you feel very welcome. There is also a beautiful upstairs area which allows to take in a great view of Fes from above. The rooms and the downstairs lounge was cosy and roomy.
The bathrooms were a bit frustrating to use for showering, as they felt quite cramped and not particularly well designed for that purpose.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Karim, Nabil, and the rest of the staff are a dream team, creating a welcoming warmth that's hard to find and offering me a taste of Moroccan cuisine with mint tea, desserts, and tajine. I felt like a guest they genuinely cared for. Nabil was especially helpful sorting out transportation and kindly answered any questions I had. The terrace has a great view and is a perfect place to exhale after the intensity of the medina. I recommend ordering the delicious breakfast for a lovely start to the day. I enjoyed my stay so much and all the other travelers I met that I came back a second time, and leaving was genuinely hard.
The space is comfortable and with a little more attention to interior design details, it could become a dream you wouldn't want to wake up from

La ubicación dentro de la antigua Medina es muy dura para las mujeres. El ambiente es hostil. Hombres persiguiéndote y diciéndote que x calle es más peligrosa y que te pondrán una multa. NO recomiendo esta ubicación.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Had a very pleasant stay hosted by Nabil and Kazim. The tea was always warm and ready for the guests and they were very helpful. It was also very easy to get an orgsnised tour or an airport transfer with them.
At first the medina might be experienced as a little unpleasant because it is built like a maze. But after a little walk you will feel more secure and its completely fine.

청결상태가 아쉬웠어요. 제가 별로 깔끔을 떠는 사람이 아니라서 왠만하면 청결상태에 대해 이야기하지 않지만 벌레에 좀 많이 물려서 청결상태에 대해 이야기를 하지 않을 수가 없네요.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026I wish I could live here :) I keep returning to this hostel, I think this is my fourth time here. Such a beautiful terrace with views over the old town. Often a nice mix of other travellers to talk to. Interesting courtyard architecture inside. Karim and Nabil and the others are stress-free and have always made me feel genuinely at home. If God wills I'll return again soon.

숙소를 안내하는 표시가 부족해서 처음엔 여러번 헤메게 된다 골목길에서도 더 작은 길로 가아하는데 GPS를 따라 가기가 어렵다 수시로 오동작을 얼으키는 작은 골목걸이다

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026La amabilidad del personal que trabajaba en la hostal. Principalmente al irme a buscar donde me dejó el taxi, ya que llegar a la hostal en plena medina es muy complicado. También me ayudaron a mi salida a tomar taxi. Lo valoré muchísimo, ya que andaba muy cargada.
Mi cama no contaba con luz propia, estaba la conexión, pero no tenía la ampolleta ( no sé si estaba mala). No había mucha privacidad, sería ideal pusieran cortinas en los camarotes. Además, la puerta de la pieza cerraba mal y teníamos que estar poniendo una silla, lo que generaba mucho ruido al entrar y salir.

They invited me for dinner for free and also I asked one guy if I could change the room, he immediately changed my room to another one. Despite i booked a bed in 8 . THEY ARE AMAZING . Karim mi ha aiutata a gestire tanti problemi logistici, con estrema educazione, disponibilità e gentilezza. Le camere sono pulite e l’ostello in generale tranquillo. Lo consiglio fortemente!
