It was quite clean and nice

My favourite place to stay at when I'm passing through Jasper! Quiet, clean and safe. The bunks are pretty comfortable. Lots of washrooms/showers. Front desk staff is always nice and helpful!

Las instalaciones están muy bien y estaba limpio. Es una buena opción para alojarse en Jasper sin tener que pagar un precio desorbitado.

Auberge de jeunesse très confortable pour un séjour en famille et en plein centre de Jasper, où il n'est pas toujours simple de trouver des logements pour 5 à prix raisonnable. La cuisine est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de l'espace extérieur et de son bbq. C'était très agréable

Le système informatique d'ouverture de la cuisine, a été défectueux un matin. Tout le monde a dû attendre la résolution de la panne informatique et avons dû petit déjeuner à l'extérieur. Heureusement, nous n'avions pas de contrainte horaire ce jour là... Dans l'espace pour les femmes, il n'y a qu'une seule douche à proximité. Heureusement, les personnes du dortoir n'avaient pas les mêmes horaires.

They don’t have nearly enough lockers and bathrooms for the amount of people they squeeze into this house. We were staying in the basement in a 10-bed dorm with a small window only. It was stuffy and smelly.

Room and staff great , very friendly and kitchen was unexpected bonus, didn’t know that we had kitchen with room so had not planned with kitchen in mind so didn’t use much. Location is great too

Ac was not as effective, didn’t know it come with kitchen , was just looking for hostel stay but we got queen room, which is great but had to pay more than hostel room as we planned originally

There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom, so every time someone went to the bathroom or showered, the smell and humidity lingered for a really long time.

Die Betten sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit eigener Leselampe, Ventilator und kleinem Abstellbrettchen. Außerdem hat man privacy curtains und fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Küche war sehr groß und sowhol Küche als auch Bäder waren relativ sauber. Ein sehr schönes Hostel mit nettem Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Habitación compartida con 10 camas y un baño dentro de la habitación, puerta muy ruidosa. Situada en el sótano con solo una pequeña ventana, olía mal. Sin luz natural. Cocina pequeña para tantas plazas como tiene este hostel. Zona común pequeña también.

Great location, can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, gift shops). FREE PARKING, which is huge because otherwise parking can be expensive. Loved the shelf, hooks, plugs, ligparkinght and fan that are in each bunk. Nice reception area where you can chat with fellow travelers, borrow a book or play a game, and refill your water bottle for free. HUGE kitchen with multiple fridges and handy labeled bins to put your stuff in. On-site laundry for roughly $2US (washer and dryer, each). Very well organized.

One of our group lost her wallet while in Jasper, was deeply worried about it. The staff found it in the room and contacted us after we left, going the extra mile to return it to us. Super kind!

Very private beds, spacious room, a relaxed vibe. It was immaculately clean. It was great that the room came with an attached toilet, and there was additional toilets just outside the room, alongside private shower rooms. It's in a super central location in Jasper, everything you need is in easy walking distance.

Great atmosphere, relaxed and friendly. Staff generally really helpful and patient. Kitchen facilities excellent with 4 of everything and loads of storage space for food in fridges and on shelves, as well as fridges in the rooms. Useful comfy seating area in reception. Used the laundry which worked well and was all done for less than $10. Location excellent really close to everything you need in town.

One untypically grumpy member of staff on reception made this a 9 rather than a 10.

Nous n'avions pas de casiers assignés. Le lit n'était pas confortable et était déformé. La climatisation dans la chambre n'était pas idéale.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Les lits sont confortables et le rideau apporte une touche d'intimité en dortoir Les sanitaires étaient très propre et la cuisine était agréable La petite salle commune est un plus, et l'auberge est située de façon très très centrale ce qui est apprécié

Location was great close to everything in town

There is no AC, so at night can be too hot to be able to sleep, even with the fan on was hard for my family, we need to open all windows but noise outside.

The hostel is modern, clean and right in the town center. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the quiet atmosphere and easy check-in process.

The room was very hot and stuffy because the air conditioner didn't work. To make things worse, my bed was missing a pillow when I arrived. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep in such a warm room without proper bedding.

I the location was ok ,food in Jasper was a bit expensive.

Not much.. there where a few homeless people by the Tim Hortons. The hostel price was a little high.

Lots of good restaurants just down the road from the hostel and there was free parking by the feild just down the road 2 minutes away. The bathrooms and toilets were clean and there was a washer and dryer down stairs on the same floor as the kitchen which you need coins for. The beds were comfortable although the rooms were a bit snug. We had a great few days in Jasper and the staff were very lovely and super helpful.

Not many hikes around that you could walk to so would recommend a car or looking into how to get around as the town is quite small.

I liked the location, the cooking area was very spacious and well organized for several people to eat and there were three kitchens to accommodate everyone. I also appreciated that when you arrive late you can still check in. There was a special note with my name on the door that made me feel so welcome even after hours. It’s a great place to stay for an excellent price.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It’s a wonderfully ran hostel with great staff and very clean.

Heel erg benauwde kamer in de kelder, hard bed, keuken ook ongelooflijk bedompd. Niet te doen, andere nachten geannuleerd.

Boa localização, tem uma área externa legal, mas muito mal aproveitada e ótima cozinha. Tem bastante opção de banheiro e chuveiro também.

Passamos muito calor à noite, mais de uma noite, a ponto de ninguém do quarto conseguir dormir. Hostel muito desanimado. Cama nao fechava a cortina inteira, então não tinha privacidade. Banheiro e chuveiro ficam em cômodos separados, prejudica muito.

One of our beds were used when we arrived, but staff was quick to fix. Our room was very loud and disruptive, made for an uncomfortable experience, no set rules on lights off/on meant interrupting sleep and bad moods

L'emplacement est idéal au cœur se Jasper. Les lits sont confortables pour une auberge de jeunesse et surtout très larges avec un espace individuel assez important permettant une intimité. Les sanitaires et douches sont aussi très propres.

Il aurait été bien de disposer d'un vestiaire à côté de la douche, un peu comme dans les piscines, juste pour s'habiller et se changer. Car ce n'est pas possible dans les dortoirs (nous ne sommes pas seuls et s'habiller dans son lit superposé c'est limité en hauteur 😉) et dans la douche ou les WC c'est trop petit, et ce n'est pas idéal quand les autres ont besoin de ces sanitaires.

It is very central and I was able to get a bottom bunk U6. I have stayed several times. There is free parallel parking a block away by the activity center. I stayed 3 nights.

The dorms are mixed with 9 bunks. Some people snore, some set their alarm early, some get back after 11 pm so it is hard to get a good night sleep. There should be wine glasses and water glasses in the kitchen. There are only coffee cups. There is no salt and pepper shakers either in the kitchen. I had to tell the staff to change the dirty old sponges.

No comfortable place to hang out —everyone goes to their bed and closes curtain making it harder to meet people for solo travelers. Couple in mixed dorm kept “showering” together late at night. Kitchen was well equipped but didn’t offer any salt, pepper, oil etc that many other hostels offer

Room was in the basement, no natural light, the bed was smaller than the others, no AC and there was no electricity next to the bed. No hostel activities, no breakfast. Too expensive for what it is.

I loved the location and convenience of the hostel. The cooking area was very big and comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was kind and helpful.

Loved the curtains for privacy on the beds. Nice to have the lights and fans for each bed. Plenty of bathrooms, friendly staff. Great location, limited onsite parking but plenty free parking very near.

Great stay overall. The location was incredibly convenient—just two blocks from the supermarket, it is truly at the heart of the town. The room was clean and spotless, and we appreciated having our own washroom.

The only downside was the bed — it was slightly sunken and felt a bit deformed, which made it less comfortable than expected.

Il fait beaucoup beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre dans laquelle j’ai été : 35 degrés Celsius au plus chaud. Je n’ai pas réussit à dormir c’était horrible et je pense qu’ils le savent puisqu’il y des mini ventilateurs à chaque lit (la prise dis fonctionnait donc je j’ai pas pu l’activer …

It's a great Hostel, Excellent location about 5 minutes walk to the centre of Jasper. Definitely the best value accomodations in the area. I've stayed there previously and will stay again.

Right in middle of downtown that you can walk to anywhere. Everything you need is there, big common kitchen and laundry, very clean floor, staff is very friendly

No air vent in the washroom

The family room is clean and well equipped, with everything you need for light cooking. I’d recommend using the shared kitchen if you plan to cook anything greasy or strongly aromatic. Condiments are not really provided in this room, nor in the shared kitchen.

There is a vent pipe near the ceiling, but no controllable fan in the bathroom. The sink is tiny, so it's hard to avoid splashing.

Nothing I liked about

The room, bed, pillows, sheets, mixed gender washroom and shower everything smells funky. Non-stop noises during the night interrupted sleep.

The location is very central. The kitchen was well supplied. The room was clean and functional.

You can not park next to the hostel, but we found a space up the road by the church. Jasper is expensive for accomodation, but our bunk room was still very expensive for what it offered.

Clean facilities, spacious but not particularly inviting communal area. Cheerful staff. Easy check in. Light and airy except the basement women's room which was a bit darker. Bed comfier than expected. Quiet, no rowdiness, other gusts were considerate

Only x1 shower outside the women's dorm in the basement, wheres the men's area, top floor has the majority of showers, albeit together. Bit of a trek up there for a shower.

Expensive, not very comfortable considering how much we paid.

The location is fantastic, and the kitchen is quite well equipped. Staff were very kind to lend me an empty room to complete an online class as well.

Upon arrival, the odor of the room was terrible. (This was not their fault, because it was due to a guest). Nonetheless, upon reporting it I felt like something could have been done, like a simple air freshener.

The hostel was very central and clean, we stayed in a private quad room with private bathroom. Massive kitchen. $3 for Washing Machine and Dryers
