Die Matratzen sind super, die Zimmer Balkon sind schön und hell. Sehr schöne Duschen! Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und auf dem rooftop sind nett und serviceorientiert.

Das Hotel als Haus war sehr angenehm bei der Nutzung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, höflich und sehr positiv bei der Bearbeitung von persönlichen Anliegen meiner Seite. Auch die später nach der Hotel-Buchung zusätzliche Bestellung eines Care-Service vom Airport zum Hotel hat sehr gut geklappt - Kommunikation war schnell und effektiv. Besonders angenehm war der Aufenthalt auf der Dach-Terrasse mit dem gastronomischen Angebot sowie dem sehr schönen Rundblick über die Stadt

Es sind mir keine Mängel aufgefallen bzw. ich hatte keine negativen Erlebnisse

I specifically asked for a quiet room, but I got put next to a constantly noisy staff-only room. Most of the shower head jets were not working and there were just 2 coffee pods. When checking out I was told in a very officious manner my room was to be checked and to wait. After approx 5 minutes I was allowed to leave the hotel. (On my last visit there was no such check.) Being better on these points is critical to being able to award a decent number of stars considering the relatively high price for a night stay. Tribe seems to have 4-star pricing, but on this occasion I think the room and service were more 1-star!

This is an amazing place located close to Riverside Promenade. Clean rooms. Extremely polite and accommodating staff. Overall one of the best places in phnom penh.

I had an amazing experience at Tribe staying there for 11 days while in town for work. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet. TV, shower, sink, iron, hair dryer, tea kettle all nice and worked well. The breakfast buffet had good options. I ate at all of the restaurants and they were really good. The rooftop bar has a great view. The staff was attentive and helpful. I loved the Khmer Tonic spa. The location was great. I would highly recommend.

Excellent in every aspect: the room, bar, pool, and the complete breakfast catering to all types of diets, not to mention the clean and organized gym. Perfect for short and long stays.

A wonderful hotel with a modern style; despite the 35°C heat outside, the room stayed perfectly cool, and the air conditioning worked excellently. The breakfasts were delicious, and the dinners were presented with restaurant-quality flair. The staff were pleasant and polite. On my last day, I didn't get a chance to tell the young European man at the front desk that he had beautiful eyes.

I was stay here, the place is very comfortable zone. The room is very good such Bed and materials inside. Moreover, service is very good, nice restaurant and nice food provided.

We stayed in TRIBE for 2.5 weeks during a work trip and they did a fantastic job hosting us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the food was very nice. They were so accommodating whenever we needed anything. Definitely recommend!

I switched from another Accor Hotel to Tribe Hotel in Phnom Penh. What drew me to this hotel were the details paid to almost everything that the guests handled - breakfast, room service, cleanliness, security, house-keeping ... Above all, the warm hospitality and friendliness from every hotel staff. Some went an extra mile like helping me pay for the delivery service in advance when I was not back in the hotel in time, keeping my delivered items secured etc... As a gold and Explorer member, Ms Mey / Sales personally took care of all my hotel bookings; average 2 weeks per month. The room that I need, items within, cleanliness etc.... was personally looked into prior to my arrival. That is the main reason why I kept returning to the hotel to stay. This is a hotel I recommend to those seeking a quiet, safe and friendly accommodation in Phnom Penh. Reasonably priced too.

Decent hotel, room we were given was too small without a balcony so paid extra and upgraded. The floor was polished concrete so if you walked bare footed my feet were black. Nice breakfast. Swimming pool was good but not in the sun all day. Good location, we walked to the King's palace and back.

The staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty while we took in the breathtaking views. A special thanks to the team for their expert cocktail recommendations, each drink was a work of art. If you want world-class service with a view to match, this is the place to be. but it's the hospitality from people like ( Srey On ) that will bring us back. If you visit the Sky Bar, definitely look for them, you'll be in great hands!

Placed well in Phnom Penh, close to plenty of restaurants and activities. The rooms are very clean and the service is perfect. Even tho the road is right under the hotel, we can’t hear the noise coming from outside.

One of the best room experiences we have ever had, clean, very modern, and sustainable having an area under the bed to place a suitcase is excellent use of space that air-conditioning adjustments next to your bed also excellent we had a small balcony with an excellent view of the pool and the river gorgeous at night time. Overall this is a tenant of Ten experience very clean staff are very friendly the entire hotel smells amazing and will definitely be back next year

Pretty much everything was excellent except for the size and location of the room (see below). Otherwise, fantastic location -- not too close to the pubs meaning we weren't bothered by noise, but close enough to walk. The pool was well maintained, and the hotel has an efficient, attractive, and modern layout. The food was excellent.

Unfortunately the last time I had an upgraded room with a balcony and pool view. This room was small and cramped, no balcony, and a "city" view. But that's not the hotel's fault. Just be sure you thoroughly review the room details. Pool view rooms are recommended.

We stayed at Tribe in Phnom Penh for 4 nights, the room was good, the gym is small but okay, the outdoor pool on the 4th floor is good and has a view of the river. The restaurants were very good with different styles of cuisine from around the world . The rooftop bar / restaurant had great atmosphere and the of the city & river were sensational. We came to Phnom Penh 15 years ago on river cruise up the Mekong and there were hardly any HI-RISE Buildings at that time would stay again .

I love it here, they’re all kind and generous, service and workers are amazing. Cafe, rooms and many more space to explore this hotel 10/10 I recommend!!

Great modern hotel with stylish and comfortable rooms, plus super comfortable bedding that made the stay extra relaxing. The convenient location made it easy to explore the area, while the rooftop bar, khmer funk, was a perfect spot to enjoy light meals and drinks with a river view. The bath amenities were high quality and added a nice touch to the experience. What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming front desk team, especially Sokcheata, who made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Also, all the servers and hosts from restaurants (Khmer funk and Tribe cafe) were all approachable, attentive and always ready to assist with smile.

Location is perfect. Close to everything but not crowded. The room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Chhorng at the reception was such a nice young lady, she was very hospitable and help me to extend my stay till 2:00PM after I registered as a member.
