Friendly Staff, Dorm bed is comfort & medium size but ok, has curtains, good AC, large windows & nice garden view, bathroom ok, they cleaning everyday

I book for 2 nights and left after first night. For following people who look for accomodation. Excelelent review received from locals are not the same as you are aspectating when travelling. Some of the personel sleeps in tje bunk room having no minimum respect to keep silence. Smelly bathroom. Wifi is very poor.

Love this hostel. the cafeteria is the newest addition. food is good. live music occasionally. just perfect for a stay in Rishikesh.

Bed sheets,pillow and blanket are torn off dirty with stains not at all comfortable to sleep one of worst experience in my stay

The location is great

The rooms were not clean, there were some cockroaches, electric kettle was not working, and many other things. I stayed in this property 2 months ago but it was a totally different experience this time. I don't recommend this now.

The washrooms could be more ventilated and the amenities like toilet paper and soap, shampoo can be checked and refilled at regular times.

I like the staff and they maintain it very properly. And all the facilities available here, iron, laundry, rental bike, food everything is here and the common area I love the most, the vibe and the peace ✌️

Staff is great. I want to specially thank Sachin for taking care of small details. For being considerate and understanding and caring at a human level. I wish him all the success. I hope he does well as he grows in management. I attach his photo. The first one is him.

Staff behaviour is very good

When I asked at reception for booking they asked to book through bookings.com so that I could get best discount. During booking my amount got deducted 2 times. When transaction shown to the reception guy. He said it's bookings.coms part and it will be returned within 5 days. We tried to visit site there is not any customer support calling number. When checked out we discussed again they said it will be refund in 7 days and they can't do anything in this case while another guy standing for booking experienced same dual transaction issue but got no response nor any update from bookings.com.

The ambience of the place and its location. Staff is helpful and co operates at all stages. The late night check-in facility adds value to the property. Deluxe rooms have good balcony view.

The utilities and room facilities need constant review and renovation. Most of the electrical and electronic appliances have become old or faulty. They need urgent replacement and same goes with the washroom shower sets.

Friendly staff. Property in a prime location. Good common area.

Washroom door handle was broken. They took much time to fix it. Washroom wasn't being cleaned everyday. Water filter on my floor didn't have enough water so had to go ground floor to just fill up the water in night. There was a noticeable gap between my bed and wall, in that gap lots of waste such wrappers, plastic etc. was accumulated. Some of the beds didn't have proper electric socket so we couldn't charge our properly since it was comming out of the socket easily.

I arrived to check in at 12:00 and waited until 13:45, but the room still wasn't ready and the wifi wasn't working. I politely told the staff it was fine but asked them to please cancel my reservation. He said no problem. However, two days later, they still refused to issue my refund. I went back there, and the same guy claimed he hadn't received the request, so I resent it and double-checked the email address with him. To this day, I still haven't received my money back.

Only the common area is good.

Rest all not good. It was full of cigarette smell. Beds are uncomfortable.

Close enough to the super crowded tapovan market but in a quieter side lane.

Didn’t feel clean enough. Especially the linens and towels. I wouldn’t dare use the kettle.

The room was very neat and clean and had a balcony to sit and chill. It was a decent size room, with food options available nearby and coffee shops nearby. The location is good too, its walking distance to the Lakshman Jhola through the narrow roads which had lots of hidden cafés.

We were at the second floor and there was lot noise of traffic.
