If you reserve through booking.com they dont ask for prepayment, but separately they will send fhe mail with an indian bank account which looks like spam and ask for 50% bank transfer. Being non resident indian how anyone will pay inr if they dont bank in india ?? If you dont pay, they will cancel the booking.

Nothing actually they themselves have cancelled my booking as they were demanding money before arrival

Dirty Bathrooms, Dirty Pool, They dont give you a key for your own room, Too expensive restaurant. 0/10 for this accomodation.

The property is great with good amenities. Pls book prior if you are travelling with your family as the room gets filled very fast.

The receptionist was quite slow.They don't care about their guest.They always gives excuses about room booking.pathetic experience with receptionist.

The toilet was leaking, the bathroom had a repulsive smell of sewage, the fan was making noise when running felt as if it can fall any time. When asked the staff to clean the toilet they cleaned it with a dirty mop which intensified the pleasant smell that was already there in the first place. The elevator has tissues and packet of pan masala and chewing gum for 4 days, no initiative by staff to maintain the hotel. The internet connection in the hotel was soo weak that I could do my office work had to rely on my mobile data, when asked the staff why is it like this they said it's like this only.

My primary concern was the guest demographic — the hotel has a dormitory section that attracts a largely bachelor crowd. The 2nd floor common area near the pool was frequently occupied by groups who were smoking (not just cigarettes - you know what I mean), drinking, and playing loud music until 1–2 AM every night across our 3-night stay. Beyond the atmosphere, the property itself is poorly maintained. The photos look appealing, but the on-ground reality is quite different — don't let the pictures set your expectations.

The breakfast spread is really good with multiple option of breads, cereal and idly sambar with something light like poha etc. They also had boiled egg and omelette as an option. It has good option to cater to every need.

The cleanliness was the biggest problem in this and the other stay in and around the area. The pool area and the restaurant are in the same floor. There was layer of dust everywhere, there were dirty tissues dropped around the area which was not cleaned for sometime. The sheets in the rooms were dirty which were changed on request and also they had spring mattress which did not sit right for my back. I also found and killed tiny cockroaches in the bathroom which had a very compact shower area. All in all the staff is really polite and well-behaved. The property has a lot of potential if maintained properly, but they really need to step up their cleanliness.

El hotel excelente muy limpio y con muy buenas instalaciones. Tiene restaurante en el rooftop es algo costoso, pero da igual porque en el sector hay buenos y variados restaurantes.

The property was good,neat and clean. Staff were courteous. The food was nice, though menu was limited (due to lpg shortage).

The facilities were not very well managed, Lifts were slow, gaming room's equipments were not upto the mark. ACs of some rooms were not fully operational.

1 - es un engaño reservas en este hotel y te envían a otro. 2- es sucio , sábanas manchadas, baño curtido de mugre , paredes con manchas. 3- no te regresan lo que abonaste , la única opción es perder tu dinero e irte a otro lugar. 4- sentí pesar por los trabajadores, mientras estábamos reclamando, habían más personas reclamando. 5 - el lugar de las fotos tal vez fue así hace años ahora es totalmente diferente , muy mala limpieza. 6 - te asomas a la cocina y es como los vídeos virales....todo sucio, pisos paredes, mesones.... 7 - no es para personas occidentales que quieran algo limpio y digno para dormir. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo a menos que el mugre te agrade.

Nada, es una estafa, las fotos no son reales y una vez llegas te mandan a dormir a otro hotel al lado que no tiene ni 1 estrella y es muy muy sucio.

No vallan a este lugar!!! es un engaño ellos se fusionaron con un hotel al lado que es terrible Sucio viejo y con cucarachas en la habitación sábanas sucias Paredes manchadas, los baños sucios , manchados Etc...nada rescatable. las fotos que muestran no son las verdaderas, cuando ya estás ahí te dicen sin vergüenza, Que el hotel donde te vas a quedar es otro que queda cerca y ahí comienza el calvario. No te dan solución simplemente te toca quedarte en otro lugar, piden dinero por anticipado y no te hacen la devolución. Horrible. Un lugar que nunca en la vida recomendaría a un occidental.

The property is old now, and needs serious renovation. We changed our room 2 times in a stay of 3 nights, every room had mould on the walls. It smell was damp and bad. The poor staff could only shift guests from one room to another, but the management needs to do something about the mould problem in the property.

Everything else - room was never cleaned and toilet seat was dirty. We asked for someone to clean twice and nobody was sent. Only after asking third time they sent someone for housekeeping late at night and they seemed understaffed for the kind of demand they’re getting which is pretty bad because we paid with expectations that we’d be getting a clean room to stay in.

Water coming out in a darkened colour, someone took a dump in the showers and it wasn’t cleaned for ages until multiple people had moaned, it’s so dusty you can barely breathe, electricity keeps turning on & off, now I’m itching like hell with a rash so probably bed bugs, the restaurant breakfast is cold and closes early and there’s not much selection, on top of all this the staff are actually so rude - I was stuck in India due to Middle Eastern war so my visa ran out during my stay, I was on an extension from the FRRO which I showed them the ID for so they could contact the FRRO to confirm. They woke me up from my sleep THREE TIMES, twice calling my phone and once with two full grown men physically coming in to FEMALE ONLY dorm at 2am in the morning basically trying to tell me I had to contact the FRRO or leave at 2am by myself, which offices are open at 2am?? They called the police who advised the to not put a solo female traveller in a dangerous situation and allow me to stay and call the FRRO in the morning. I had given them sufficient evidence to leave my alone the first time they asked but to continue to pester me at this hour is blatant harassment. AVOID

They send you to back side building which has no facilities or amenities always you need to go to front building for anything

The initial staff greeting, offering water, the buffet, the swimming pool. Although i didn't plunge into the water but the property decor was good. I Travel a lot, so my review is coming from the experience comparing with other properties too.

The indoor games timings at night, specially the billiards. The rude behaviour of a guard for relocating car, citing a fabricated reason, Although on requesting one staff member at reception, He allowed me for half an hour after knowing i am a professional and want to practice and won't make s noise, which was so generous of him. But then he sent that guard again who was again talking rudely how other guest downstairs are being complaining and want me to stop. I know my billiard game and kind of noise it would create very well, so i was in cinstant self check. Clearly he was lying. First timr i had to encounter this. But I am not coming to Miustache Rishikesh again. My often come to Rishikesh and my usual stay is goSTOPS and coming here proved I was right chosing goSTOPS.

The room shown in photographs online doesn’t match with the actual room. Dirty walls, small room, poor hotel staff at reception. No confirmation of money transactions. The activity room was poorly maintained.

I purchased a room in the Luxuria hotel and we were placed in the Select hotel. The room we stayed in, we killed 10 cockroaches in 3 days.

Rooms were not clean. We stayed for 3 days. They didn't clean the washroom or change the sheets even after requesting. They claimed to have changed the sheets but had not done it. There is no heater in the room given that it is a 4 star property

Property was neat & clean with good lit up common areas.

There were not enough blankets to cover the chilling weather requirements.
