Le seul point positif c’est la situation géographique, dans le centre historique.

Pour une auberge, ça donne vraiment pas envie de traîner dans les espaces communs : la cuisine commune est passable, l’espace séjour peut être amélioré pour que ça soit plus conviviale (à part juste une table et des chaises), une salle d’eau (wc+douche)/2 ne ferme pas. Le plus décevant c’est la qualité des chambres : murs fins donc très bruyants. Les sols grinces donc on entend les passages dans l’espace commun à toute heure. La musique du bar également jusqu’à 23h30. Les photos des chambres sont mensongères : pas de lampe de chevet, uniquement le plafonnier avec trois types de lumières (jaune et blanche en même temps), pas de bureau, pas de patères pour accrocher vestes, manteaux, serviettes, pas de tapis. La fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas (condamnée). Bref. À éviter.

Die Lage ist super, ruhig gelegen im Hinterhaus und zentral zu Bahnhof, Restaurants, Kneipen, Zentrum.

Im Raum war nur ein Doppelbett mit einer kleinen Lampe am Bett und ein niedriger Tisch, ca. 40x80 cm . Wir haben vermisst: Regale / Schrank / Haken, um Kleidung aufzuhängen und um Sachen abzulegen.

Location was great as was ease of checkout and check in. We did not use, but kitchen facilities were good and there was a washer/dryer.

Bathrooms were run down, one of them did not have a lock which was impactful since it was a shared bathroom.

Old hostel without proper care for decades. It is unworthy to that beautiful city. Windows are not sealed, doors neither. Every sound comes and goes. Smells either. Toilette door locks broken. Even in Bangkok we were in a simillar style hostel with way way higher standards.

OK location

The booking page implies the room comes with shower and toilet, but these are shared with everyone else. The one available toilet/shower when I arrived did not have an inside lock, so anyone could open the door from the outside for a look at me in the shower or on the toilet. The room was not sound isolated so I shared all phone calls with the neighbouring room taking place throughout the night. The the little furniture there was in the room was coming apart, the room was not particularly clean and the only light had its switch on the far side from the bed.

Sehr nett, das Zimmer größer als gedacht, großer Gemeinschaftsbereich mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zentral gelegen, nahe zum Bahnhof und zum Hafen. Sehr sauber gehalten, sehr ruhige Zimmer und sehr gemütliche Betten.

Die Lage war super, das war es dann aber auch schon.

Zugänglichkeit über Schlüsselcodes, die nicht erneuert werden und gleich bleiben sind unsicher. Das Hostel war extrem ungemütlich und spartanisch eingerichtet. Es war viel zu teuer für die schlechte Ausstattung. Von 3 Duschen waren 2 defekt. Die sanitären Anlagen waren schlecht. Dass die Zimmer ohne Flur direkt am gemeinschaftsraum/Küche liegen ist extrem nervig, weil laut. Bei einer buchung hatte ich für die letzte nacht ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, das lag hinter einem Waschraum der total unordentlich war und extrem unangenehm immer dadurch zu laufen.

Az elhelyezkedés felülmúlhatatlan. Néhány perc séta a központtól. A net valóban nagyon gyors. A konyha teljeskörűen felszerelt. Személyzet nincs, de a bejutás a kódokkal egyszerű és egyértelmű.

Rendben van, hogy az apró szoba csak alvásra alkalmas, de az nagyon nincs rendben, hogy a matracon nagy vérfolt látszik a lepedőn át. Az egyetlen szemetes a konyhában található.

Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. Owner neglects to clean the bathroom drains among other things. This place should be shut down by the health department. Also I was not sent codes to enter property until 23:59 on the day of my stay. Do not stay here.

Frankly, I took one look at the bathrooms (one of which the lock was missing) and I booked a stay at a different hotel. The other reviews are correct, this place is not worth your time. There's many rooms here, and I suspect not enough staff to manage them. The linens were washed, but I don't think anything else about the property gets cleaned. The walls are thin, you can hear people at all hours. The whole place is rather depressing.

De ligging van het hotel was prima, maar dat was eigenlijk het enige positieve aan dit hotel.

Wat ik niet goed vond, was dat er geen wc/was- gelegenheid is op de kamer. Het bed was veel te smal voor 2 personen. Er was geen personeel te bekennen. Ook dat er maar weinig badkamers/WC's (3) waren. Ook het onderhoud liet te wensen over. Er waren ook geen liften aanwezig. Alles moest met de trap. En de prijs staat gewoon niet in verhouding met wat er werd geboden.

The position of the Hotel in the city centre is optimal.

Nevertheless, the Hotel is presented (in words and images) as a hotel, while it is actually a hostel, with shared kitchens and bathrooms where the facilities are clearly old, very used, and not thoroughly clean.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta muy cerca del centro y de supermercados. Sin embargo bergen es muy pequeña asi que la ubicación no es tan importante. La habitación estaba limpia y la cocina también.

El baño no es guau, es muy normal y al menos cuando yo fui uno de los dos que había no funcionaba.

部屋の鍵がないことについて伝えた清掃のスタッフの方が素早くマネージャーに連絡を取り、対応してくれたのがとてもありがたかった。

指定されたキーボックス内には鍵はなく、部屋の鍵が空いていたため入室できたが、前の宿泊者が使用したままで部屋の清掃がされていない状態だった。Booking.comのメッセージと宿のチャットに連絡したが一切返信がなく、次の日に清掃に来たスタッフに直接相談したことで、部屋の鍵を手配された。それまで、部屋に施錠ができずとても不安を感じた。鍵を渡し来たマネージャーから１泊目の返金をすると言われたが、チェックアウト後に返金に問い合わせても返信がない。返信がなくとても不安を感じる。

The hostel was quite clean overall, including the room, kitchen, communal sitting area and bathrooms. There were also helpful printouts throughout the hostel explaining things clearly, which made it easy to understand how everything worked. The location is another major positive. Bergen Harbour, the city centre, train station and bus station are all within a short walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Bergen and getting around.

Unfortunately, there were so many negatives that they outweighed the positives for us. The biggest problem was the noise. The hostel is in a very busy part of town surrounded by pubs and restaurants, with a restaurant directly underneath it (see attached picture). It was extremely noisy at night, and getting an uninterrupted night's sleep was almost impossible. Our room was right next to the main entrance door to the floor, which made things even worse. Every time somebody entered or left, the door slammed shut very loudly. The walls were so thin that we could actually feel the vibration from the door closing, and we were repeatedly woken up during the night. The room itself was incredibly small, with the bed squeezed underneath the stairs. Lying there genuinely felt a bit like sleeping in a sarcophagus. The furniture was extremely basic: a tiny table, one stool and a wardrobe with a door missing (see attached picture). What was presented as a double bed seemed more like a slightly oversized single bed with two single duvets and two of the thinnest pillows I have ever seen. There was even a hole in the windowsill — perhaps left by some previous guest regretting their accommodation choice! The service was also disappointing. On our first day, I asked for an additional pillow because the one provided was so thin that it offered virtually no support. I was told there were no spare pillows available. When I asked whether I could get one the following day, I was told it might be possible if there were any unoccupied rooms. I followed up again by email the next day, but received no response and had to spend another uncomfortable night with the same pillow. By checkout morning, I genuinely couldn't wait to leave. Bergen itself was wonderful, but unfortunately this accommodation was the worst part of our visit. I would strongly recommend spending a little more money and staying somewhere else.

The location was very good but that is all that I liked

The communication system is terrible. We didn’t receive any of the check in messages or information until we called twice. Our room, number 10, faced the terrace directly so we had no privacy and were kept awake at night from people going onto the terrace. It’s very loud you can hear people all night using the bathroom and entering their rooms, the floors in our room were very sticky.

Way too noisy as wall are thin. I could hear clearly people talking and eating and laughing up until 1am. Single room is very basic. Way too expensive for what is offered

La posizione e la grandezza della camera.

Manca una sedia e un mobile dove appoggiare ed aprire la valigia. I bagni dovrebbero essere aggiornati in quanto sono fatiscenti. Le dice erano decenti. Mancano pentole per cucinare qualcosa. C'era l'asciugatrice rumorosissima e disturbava perfino con le porte chiuse. Le porte e le pareti molto sottili, fanno sentire troppo i rumori dall'esterno. È un ostello non particolarmente economico per quello che offre, anche se siamo in Norvegia dove tutto è molto caro.

The room wasn’t as expected in the pictures and both room and commons area were not very clean. I didn’t get any information about the check in, so I had to call the staff to get the information I needed to enter in the room

Fabryka has one of the best locations in the Bergen city center. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful when I contacted them by chat and phone. The check-in instructions were sent well in advance and we had a smooth check-in. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and the toilets are common but there 3 bathrooms on the floor, so you can find always available bathroom and toilet. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped an you can eat and cook your own food.

In the rooms there is not any wardrobe and you should keep your clothes and stuff on the floor. I would rather to have at least some hangers on the walls where I can put my jacket or towel. The noise from which everybody is complaining is not a problem at all because it usually happens when the people go to toilet and shower and this is not during the sleeping hours between 00:00 and 08:00 am. I had a very good sleep in Fabryka with ear plugs.

Alles. Foto's op de booking.com site zijn zwaar misleidend. Kamers, sanitaire faciliteiten en douches zijn zwaar verouderd en vertonen onacceptabele gebreken. Kwaliteit en hygiene is slecht. Deze hostel is aan grondige renovatie toe; duidelijk is te zien dat de eigenaren er al jaren niets in hebben geïnvesteerd. In de huidige staat veel te duur voor de kwaliteit die geboden wordt. Schoonmakers wel vriendelijk.

Otroligt lyhört. Rekommenderar det därmed inte. Ingenstans att hänga upp något på rummet. Ingen spegel och ingen papperskorg på rummet. Trasig duschkabin i ett av badrummen. Ingen stol eller fåtölj på rummet. Men lyhördheten var värst.

No reception, two toilets for several hostages and unfortunately They located me in the behind the laundry room and people washed their clothes during night time and didn't allow me to sleep properly.

The location is the only thing going for this place and the owners know that, so they don't bother with upholding the standards of anything else.

-You're given 3 key codes, via direct message, for doors that don't even require them. As I found out just before checking out, all the doors into the building are unlocked anyway so anybody can just waltz in. -There's no staff on site so, if you have a problem, you have to phone someone or message via booking.com. I messaged to complain about my room but received no reply. -The pictures of the room advertised on Booking.com look pleasant and comfortable but the reality is that your room will bare very little resemblance. The rooms are sparse, dreary and unwelcoming. Completely lacking a lot of the things shown in the initial pictures, such as rugs, a comfortable chair or other furnishings. In my room a light fixture was broken and just dangling from the ceiling, plus a random hole in the ceiling too. There was no wardrobe, rug, chair, mirror etc. It looked more like prison cell. -The whole place is noisy, you can hear people talking, quite clearly, and moving in the rooms next to yours, as well as people walking around the communal area. I had to wear ear plugs. -The bathrooms are grubby and unclean. There's grime and black mould around the base of the shower. Also, some of the showers don't work properly, yet nothing was done to fix them. The storage units, such as the cupboards, are warped and falling apart. There was also a toilet seat barely hanging on to its fixture. -I didn't use the outdoor areas but they didn't look like inviting places to relax. Very unkempt looking. All of that for £125 per night. It's disgraceful. Absolutely no care is given to this place. It needs a complete refurbishment, but I don't get the impression the owners give a damn. Honestly, if I were to learn that this hostel is just some money laundering scheme by a criminal gang, I wouldn't be surprised. I stayed here as it was one of the cheapest in the area.

It's in the middle of all attractions. You can visit the famous tourist attractions on foot. They have a nicely equipped spacious and clean shared kitchen, nice common space, functional washing machine and dryer, big fridge.

The budget double room was tiny and not worth the price. They don't clean rooms for staying guests even if the room is dirty and dusty. They don't have any wall hangers or cloth racks in our room. We requested by messaging into booking.com. But they never responded. They won't respond once the guest arrives and checks in. Even before check in we had to make phone calls for information as they don't respond to messages.

The location was great, very central.

The hostel was not at all like the pictures on the websites. We were 13 rooms with only one fonctioning shower and only 3 bathrooms. The space is not insulated at all, you hear everything so the sleep is very not great. Trust the reviews!!!!

Please note that this hotel does not have a reception/front desk, so you should be aware of this when staying here. I made a reservation through Booking.com three months in advance, but I received no information at all regarding the check-in procedure, including the access code, until the day of my stay. There was a phone number posted on the hotel door, but I did not have a SIM card with a phone number, and the number was not registered on WhatsApp either. As a result, I had no way to contact the hotel for some time and ended up wasting a considerable amount of time. I also sent a message through Booking.com, but I did not receive a prompt response. In the end, I had to ask an unrelated person nearby to make a phone call for me, and I was finally able to get in touch with the hotel. After that, I received the access code and other necessary information through the Booking.com messaging system. I may have been partly at fault for not checking carefully enough in advance that the hotel had no reception. However, I would have appreciated clear instructions in advance regarding the check-in procedure, access code, and other information necessary for my stay. In particular, I recommend that travelers from overseas, as well as anyone who does not have a way to make phone calls, be especially careful. If you are unable to contact the hotel when you arrive, you may end up wasting a considerable amount of time. Also, if you arrive after dark, it may be difficult to find someone nearby to ask for help. When making a reservation, I strongly recommend confirming that the hotel does not have a reception and, more importantly, making sure that you have received all the information necessary for check-in in advance.
