Tisztaság. Koszos hűtő és tűzhely, plusz volt egy koszos Felesleges hűtő. A wc ajtót nem lehetett becsukni. Ablakot csak résnyire lehetett kinyitni, csöpögött a csap, nem volt fürdőszobai kilépő. A csiga lépcső és a terasz nagyon koszos volt.

It smells really bad in our room, was difficult to even breathe, too hot at the afternoon even at late evening. Very bad ventilation in the room and toilet. It was really noisy and the entrance was nearly blocked with car and all.

Las fotos del alojamiento no tienen nada que ver con la habitación. Instalaciones sucias, antiguas, descuidadas. Nos costó encontrar la entrada por estar obstaculizada por un remolque que no dejaba visibilidad ni paso. Le escribí al responsable del alojamiento para saber dónde dejaba la llave, con tiempo tanto por Booking como por sms, porque no había recibido instrucciones y todavía sin respuesta.

Zugang nicht an der angegebenen Adresse. Dann nur Zugang über einen mit Dreckwäsche zugestellten Gang. Als Fluchtweg im Brandfall tödlich. Verschimmelter Kühlschrank und frei zugängliche offene Elektroinstallationen. Defekte Fenster , welche sich nicht schließen ließen. Kein Tv Gerät. An Betrug grenzende Täuschung des Kunden zu einem extrem teuren Preis. Eine Schande, das Booking.com so eine Unterkunft im Angebot hat.

Hallo wir sind nicht sehr anspruchsvoll.Die Einrichtung Betten Tisch Stuhl war alles in Ordnung das Bad auch. Dreckiger Kühlschrank,teilweise kaputt und alte Lebensmittel drin. Dunstabzugshaube voll Fett und Staub.Badtür war wohl mal eingetreten.Im Flur selbst übler Geruch.Schon der Eingangsbereich ließ schon nichts gutes erahnen.Ich weiss nicht von welchen Zimmern die Fotos sind von unseren nicht.Ich habe andere Fotos hier. Sehr ruige Angestellte haben in einer Kammer gehockt und Handy gespielt. Leider nicht die Bewertung gelesen.

Czystość w pokoju, duże wygodne łóżko. Wyposażenie i wielkość pokoju (stolik, krzesła, aneks kuchenny, lodówka, płyta, mikrofalówka, płyń do naczyń). Wszystko co potrzeba na krótki pobyt. Jasne informacje odnośnie wejścia do budynku i odbioru kluczy. Prywatna łazienka.
Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju zdecydowanie na minus. Hałas za oknem. Trzeba spać przy zamkniętym oknie.

There was someone's cream under the bed, obviously from the previous residents (they didn't clean it), there was hair in the shower, the floor was dirty and had a not very pleasant smell. This needs to be worked on, the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly

Outside of property was dirty and rundown. Hallway was full of trolleys of unwashed bed linen, broken and dirty floorboards. apartment did not match website images or description: no cups or glasses, no tea or coffee maker, no kettle, only 2 small plates, hot, stuffy, smelt of damp and mould and huge lagged pipes around walls and ceiling - an awful experience. We did not stay, booked another property in Bergen. This property is not up to the standard expected of Booking.com and really lets down the lovely city of Bergen - shocking.

This is a total disaster. I left immediately after checking the room. All the things are totally different from the pictures given. Had the booking via agents with totally different pictures. Difficult to be found as it (44) hide from the main road (48). No instructions given. The environment and the room is dirty and smelly. The floor and the building is heavily damaged. No lift when the room is on the 2nd floor. Dirts and holes are easily found inside the room. The experience was the worst ever and totally unacceptable. I needed to make another booking on another hotel nearby immediately. Wasted my time and money for booking and giving comments here. Besides, booking.com the agency here has marked up too much for the booking, it should not be taking so much via other methods.

Majiteľ by mal niečo urobiť so vstupom do ubytovania, lebo to vyzerá hrozne, ako vstup do nejakého plesniveho brlohu. Nesvietilo svetlo v kúpeľni a majiteľ na našu správu, aby ho opravil, vôbec nereagoval.

Niezbyt czysto w pokoju oraz w kuchni (jedna z dwóch lodówek, po otwarciu okropny smród), lepiej jakby jej nie było w pokoju. Dodatkowo drzwi do łazienki się nie zamykają, co nie jest zbyt komfortowe w użytkowaniu.

Reviewed May 26, 2026La posizione è ottima, la stanza grande a sufficienza. Abbiamo avuto un problema col bagno di domenica, nessuno ci ha risposto alla mail di domenica stessa ma lunedì mattina abbiamo telefonato ed in mezz'ora era tutto ok.
L'appartamento è esteticamente brutto: muri scrostati, le finestre chiudono male, c'è sempre un cattivo odore che arriva da sotto il lavandino e per cui è necessario tenere spesso le finestre aperte.

Reviewed May 22, 2026La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura, molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Bergen.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è stato soddisfacente, soprattutto perché diversi aspetti dell’annuncio non corrispondono a quanto effettivamente trovato. Tra i servizi indicati era presente l’asciugacapelli, ma in appartamento c’era soltanto un diffusore, inutilizzabile per chi non ha capelli ricci. Anche la cucina era molto carente: mancavano completamente le pentole e le stoviglie erano insufficienti, tanto che abbiamo dovuto procurarcele autonomamente. Per un soggiorno di una settimana sono stati forniti soltanto due rotoli di carta igienica, senza alcun rifornimento successivo né servizio di supporto; lo stesso vale per gli asciugamani, non sostituiti né integrati durante tutta la permanenza. Un altro problema importante è stato il mancato funzionamento della finestra, che non si apriva. Lo abbiamo segnalato subito perché all’arrivo l’appartamento era molto caldo. La chat indicata dalla struttura non è risultata utile, quindi abbiamo telefonato: è intervenuto un addetto che ci ha assicurato un passaggio del manutentore il lunedì successivo, ma nessuno si è mai presentato e il problema non è stato risolto. In generale, gli ambienti ci sono sembrati piuttosto sporchi e poco curati, con molta polvere, e gli spazi reali sono risultati sensibilmente più piccoli rispetto a quanto lasciavano immaginare le foto dell’annuncio. Infine, abbiamo trovato poco sicuro il parapetto delle camere sul soppalco, con chiodi ben visibili e sporgenti, un dettaglio che andrebbe sistemato al più presto. Peccato, perché la posizione è davvero ottima, ma l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative create dall’annuncio.

Poussières sur les équipements et tâches de je ne sais quoi sur les murs. Cuisine et vaisselles à moitié lavé. Frigo non nettoyé, hotte engraisser. Cheveux et tâches de dentifrice dans l’évier de la salle de bain. Douche sale. Pas de tapis de bain à disposition. Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre ( moisissures ? Humidité ? ) et qui reste sur les vêtements.

Alt. De 15 billeder der viser lokaliteterne er fake. Stedet var beskidt, koldt og totatl nedslidt. Lignede en gammel narkobule. 1 gryde 1 bulet stegepande 2 gafler 2 skeer en emhætte der var møgbeskidt og ødelagt. Manglende rullegardiner, man sov til fornøjelse for genboen. Tagterrassen var en losseplads, gulvene i indgangspartiet gyngede op og ned når man gik på dem. Slumbolig.emhætten lsrmede konstant

Assenza di personale Oltremodo complicata la localizzazione dell'accesso alla struttura, sistemata in angolo sul retro dell'edificio/ non individuabile dalla strada. Struttura poco accogliente

No tenía microondas nuestra habitación. En otros apartamentos que hemos estado ponen papel de cocina y jabones de baño.

A szálláson nem volt fűtés, csak a fűtőtest állványa... Nagyon hideg volt a szobában, jeleztem a szállásadónak a problémát, aki két nappal később csak annyit válaszolt, hogy van a szobában fűtőtest (fényképem van róla, hogy nem volt). Maga a szállás egyébként a képen láthatókhoz sem hasoníltható, minden régies és kopott, a takarítás eléggé megúszósan sikerült, néhol mintha még egy kis penész is lett volna a fürdőben. Egy éjszaka után eljöttünk onnan, kerestünk másik szállást... Kértem a szállsáadótól visszatérítést, azóta természetesen eltűnt... Akárcsak a booking ügyfélszolgálata, ők se válaszolnak napok óta...

terribile. Camera sporca, puzzava di fumo e c’era un rumore costante che veniva dalla cucina. Capelli e sporcizia sul letto. Costo alto per una camera del genere, si possono trovare strutture migliori a prezzi più bassi. Le foto non rappresentano per niente quello che è la camera in sé, sembrava una struttura vecchia e rovinata. Ho provato a contattarli per un cambio camera ma mi hanno risposto due giorni dopo quando avevamo già lasciato la struttura

Todo viejo y mal mantenido y sucio. Nos fuimos después de la primera noche y terminamos 3 noches reservadas y pagadas. Cableado eléctrico de riesgo, no había sofá, las cortinas caídas, la ventana del comedor no cerraba bien, la puerta de la ducha roto, un desastre.
