The shower pressure was really bad

Spacious and clean room as well as bathroom. The dorm bed had a big locker that fit my entire backpack as well as a small locker around the power outlet (with a small gap for the charger cable - how thoughtful!). The staff was super helpful with everything and even let me check in early as I arrived on a nightbus.

The hostel was clean. Bedroom was spacious, like really big!! It doesn’t have air conditioning but the weather is already cold so it’s fine for me. They provide coffee, tea, and some fruits for breakfast. They also arrange barbecue so we can socialize with other travelers. The hot water works well. I love staying here, I would say it’s the best hostel I have stayed. They have very well behaved puppy so you don’t have to worry if you’re afraid of dogs. Free water refill is provided!!

There’s no hairdryer in the bathroom. The bathroom is inside the bedroom, it only has 1 bathroom for 10 people so it’s quite challenging. Other than that it’s perfect.

Excellent place! The owner and the entire staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need and are always very understanding. The price is great, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. It was genuinely hard to leave because I enjoyed staying here so much.

Mooka family are lovely people, I had a lovely stay and the property and facilities were very clean and tidy. The BBQ was amazing and had great value for money and they have the cutest dog ever.

It was a bit hot inside the room during day and night (not air conditioning only fan) and the shower stream was weak.

So eine tolle Unterkunft! Das Hostel wird von einer Familie geführt und ist super organisiert. Chilllounge im Eingangsbereich, Dachterasse mit super Ausblick! Ich habe eine Tour über das Hostel gebucht die fantastisch war. Frühstück und Abendessen super preiswert und lecker! Einen Abend war ich beim BBQ-Dinner dabei und auch die vegetarische Variante war traumhaft! Beim Buchen eines Sleeper Busses wurde mir auch geholfen und ich wurde mit Transfer dann direkt von der Unterkunft abgeholt. Danke für 3 schöne Tage!

Die Locker für die Backpacks gingen teilweise nicht zu verschließen. Es gab keinen Föhn und keinen Strom im Bad.

Amazing staff, clean rooms and great food

The hostel is owned by the sweetest and most helpful lady, it’s in a great location and they provide a very helpful guide of activities, tours, restaurants to do/visit, as well as some tips and tricks about transportation and other practical stuff. Can’t recommend enough!

Très bon séjour dans cette maison d’hôtes / auberge de jeunesse. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien entretenues. L’ambiance conviviale permet de rencontrer facilement d’autres voyageurs tout en profitant d’un environnement calme pour se reposer. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort, avec un accès facile aux transports et aux principaux lieux d’intérêt. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour.

Staff was very friendly and offered plenty of suggestions for local food and activities, and it was very easy to book tours through the hostel. On my second night there was a barbecue on the rooftop and it was amazing, grilling stations were set up and we had were able to grill meat and vegetables and make our own Banh Mi, it was delicious. The common area on the main floor was also comfy with plenty of seating.

The shared bathroom of the dorm had a minor bad smell that persisted.

Nice room, great rooftop terrace with pool, family dinner in the evening, full payment after stay.

It’s well maintained and well organized. Staffs are real helpful. And they have a limited food menu with delicious food. They have a 24/7 reception and hot tea and banana.

Not so social but overall great stay

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Mooka is very kind and organised. I accidentally left my wallet at the hostel without realising and Mooka contacted me straight away and helped me get it back just in time for my bus. Thank you so much again!

Best place I stayed in Vietnam. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Booking tours, renting bikes, everything was available. The food was incredible and a good mix of local Da Lat dishes, Vietnamese food and some not local so all tastes covered. BBQ on the roof a great chance to meet your fellow travellers. If you plan to go to Da Lat, this is the place to stay!

Das gesamte Team ist super herzlich und hilft einem in allen Belangen, die Betten sind bequem und insgesamt ist es sehr sauber. Das BBQ alles zwei Tage macht den ohnehin schon sozialen Charakter des Hostels nochmals sozialer und auch die vegetarische Option ist sehr lecker. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! :)

The staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. The dorm did get a bit stuffy of a night time but with the windows open it was fine

The shower pressure wasnt great but just down the road there was a woman that could wash your hair for 80,000

The private room is excellent—spacious, with a comfortable bed and a satisfactory bathroom. There’s also a nice common area, and they offer breakfast.

I didn’t find it very social, despite having a good common area. I think it lacks organized activities to create that kind of atmosphere. The location also makes getting around a bit difficult—it’s quite far from the main attractions, such as the lake, and there aren’t many shops or services nearby.

Alles! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Jeden zweiten Tag gab es ein BBQ (auch sehr gut für Vegetarier geeignet und auch sogar für Veganer) und das BBQ war wirklich top! Lecker und gesellig. Von dem Hostel aus ist alles zu erreichen. Entweder zu Fuß oder mit einem Grab. Das Hostel bietet auch genügend Aktionen an, ganz klasse!

Wenn man in Da Lat eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Natur haben möchte, dann müsste man was anderes suchen.

Tout était chouette, la proprio est trop cool et le lieu est cosy et on s’y sent comme à la maison !

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Allemaal leuke activiteiten te doen bij de homestay en een leuke plek om samen te komen!

I stayed 4 nights at mookas home and it was so great! I met great people and the staff were so nice. I highly recommend this hostel for da lat, it’s not in a super busy area and the vibes are great!

The rooms can get a bit hot at night

Perfect place to stay in Da Lat! I stayed in the 10-bed mixed dorm which was very comfortable. The lockers are super spacious, and the staff were in every day to clean the rooms and bathrooms. The location is in a great neighbourhood that isn't very noisy, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hostel serves really good breakfast options and offers a BBQ dinner on the rooftop every second night. Definitely worth going to (and go hungry). Above all, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Van worked the front desk most of the time I was there, and she was super helpful with any requests I had. The other staff were great as well. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Da Lat!

This is fantastic! Arguably the best hostel I stayed at in Vietnam. Hostel is immaculately clean. Staff are very friendly. Great social space downstairs. Free coffee. Large beds. Great barbecue organised by the owner. Very large rooms. Definitely stay here if you are visiting Dalat.

Only thing is that it is not right in the centre, so some of the food options nearby are limited and is at the top of a steep hill!

Ik vond de kamer vrij gehorig.

Super schone en ruime kamer. Ontbijt was niet duur en heel lekker. Gewoon goed verzorgd over het algemeen en behulpzaam personeel.

De locatie lag wat buiten het centrum (wisten we). Alleen was er echt niks in de buurt waar je beetje goed kon eten en het lag op een berg. Niet heel storend want grab is mega goedkoop

This was one of the best hostels we have ever stayed at! Mooka & her family are so attentive, caring & welcoming. The rooms are so clean, the bed is so comfortable & cosy! They have a family bbq every other night which was so nice! Could not recommend this hostel enough, we would 100% return if we ever came back to Da Lat!

C’était vraiment super ! Thé, café, bananes à disposition déjà petit plus ! Petit dej et restauration possible. Un gros plus! Organisation de journée activités ! Super aussi. Bien placée, 30 min à pied du marché et du lac. Le salon magnifique et pour chiller génial! La soirée bbq super aussi :D

Nourriture sans plus. Assez grasse. Thé et café oui mais pas d’eau potable gratuite.

Great place, comfy bed and overall great value where the team helped to sort activities. It was a nice quiet reset hostel.

Location was okay but not in the main area, and it wasn’t the most social hostel - but I also didn’t make it to the family dinner.

The owners are incredibly kind and funny, they really made me feel at home. The hostel has nice facilities, including a rooftop with a pool table, ping pong and very comfy sofas at the lobby. The hostel felt social in a chill way. Definitely my kind of hostels!

One shower for a 10 ppl dormitory felt like not enough, but you can always use the shower of the other dorm room if it is vacant
