Vệ sinh phòng không kĩ, để Nguyên bịch rác mà dọn phòng không mang đi bỏ, rớt ổ bánh mì dưới đất để 2 bữa dọn phòng vẫn để y. Cái máy hút mang vào phòng tắm khi dọn cũng để y. Không có ổ cấm sạc điện thoại ở gần đầu giường, không có ổ cấm bình đun nước. Đồ bấm tivi bị lờn.bấm khó khăn mà không thay

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was over het algemeen prima. Pluspunt is absoluut het ontbijt: erg lekker, vers en genoeg keuze!

Een minder puntje vonden wij de communicatie. Niet al het personeel spreekt Engels, waardoor het soms wat handen-en-voetenwerk was om simpele vragen te stellen. Als dat verbeterd wordt is het een top plek, voor nu een prima voldoende.

Phòng mình ở sát mặt đường nên lúc tối ngủ hơi ồn xíu vì có quán nướng đối diện.

We kwamen sochtends aan rond 9:00 vanuit de nachtbus en we hadden geluk dat we gelijk de kamer in konden. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en ze hadden waarschijnlijk het beste ontbijt van onze vakantie, al hadden we pannenkoeken ook wel lekker gevonden. Het personeel heeft ons geholpen een nachtbus te regelen na onze laatste dag en we mochten die avond zelfs nog in een leegstaande kamer even douchen en relaxen voor we de bus ingingen, terwijl we eigenlijk al uitgecheckt waren.

I loved the cabin style rooms, and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and we were able to wait in a rest room while we waited for our bus at 10pm which was amazing as it meant we didn’t have to hang about restaurants and were able to shower.

The staff is so kind and accommodating. They helped with any need we had and were very helpful with my dietary allergies. The hotel itself is stunning and very well taken care of. Our room was super soundproof and beyond adorable. The breakfast was outstanding and again they’re very happy to accommodate dietary allergies. I highly recommend you book your stay at Bach Place Da Lat!

This is such a lovely property. The staff are lovely. The rooms are impeccably clean and maintained. The garden 🪴 is 5 Star. We booked two rooms, and we loved it so much.

A beautiful property located in a beautiful city. The bungalow felt so special with a spacious, comfortable bed and a cosy charm. Staff were fabulous, would highly recommend!

Beautiful Gardens in particular

This was a gorgeous spot to stay in Da Lat. When we visited, the airport was closed for renovations so we arrived by bus overnight at 8.30am. The staff already had our room prepared for us so we could check in at 8.30 and shower and take a nap. The bungalows are so unique and we loved the loft bed. The rooms were spotless and spacious. The Aircon was excellent and there was a standing fan in our room too though we didn't need it. The garden area is surrounded by plants and flowers which kept the hotel shaded and cool as well as colourful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It was a small buffet and dining area but the choice was more than sufficient and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful for all our food needs. There were hot and cold options and eggs made to order, how you like. The hotel staff were very helpful with advice on booking tours and buses, both before we arrived and after. The location is close to the centre with lots of cafes and restaurants on the street and a short walk to the market (which is huge!). Da Lat is a beautiful location full of amazing food. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Immaculate French colonial style decore. Very helpful staff. A lady staff member made us an excellent (and gratis) croissant and boiled egg packed lunch for our minibus journey back to Saigon. Some great restaurants within 5 min walk (one right opposite).

Очень красивые домики, все чисто, вежливый персонал, территория заслуживает отдельного внимания, отличные завтраки. Отдыхать в таком месте одно удовольствие. Советую данный отель. Все что на фото , то и на самом деле. Реальность совпала на 200% с ожиданием

Excellent hotel! From the moment I arrived the staff was very polite, professional and helpful. The room was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious, and the location of the hotel is simply perfect. Highly recommended! 😊

Really nice rain forest feel but Da Lat itself is a colder place.

Pleasant staff

Breakfast had limited choice. There was intermittent noise throughout the night - electrical generator or pumps. This meant we slept very badly. When we mentioned it to the staff they said they knew about the problem: why was this room given to paying guests then? Their payment system didn't work with a Vietnamese bank card, so I had to use a foreign bank card!!!!

Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, aber zwei kleine Dinge könnten verbessert werden 1. Die „Toasterstraße“ quietscht fürchterlich und ohne Unterlass, was die sonst sehr schöne Atmosphäre des Frühstücks sehr beeinträchtigt 2. Früh morgens (5-6 Uhr) wird die Außenbeleuchtung an den Bungalows händisch ausgeschaltet - und leider hört man das nicht nur, es vibriert dabei auch ordentlich in den Bungalows

A quirky little hotel in a lovey garden setting that sheltered it from busy road. Very walkable into town & lake… there are rooms to stay in main building, however we stayed in a chalet style villa at rear of property which was nice & quiet. Breakfast was plentiful & caters to many different cultures. The Vietnamese coffee at breakfast was nice & strong. Staff are very attentive & polite. This is a well run establishment.

It was all good, though an insect screen on door or window would’ve been nice, to let fresh air in but not mosquitoes 😅

Замечательный отель, чистый, красивый, стильный. Потрясающий сад. Очень вежливый персонал, всегда готовы прийти на помощь) Мы жили в бунгало на втором этаже, там же на балконе был уютный столик и кресла.

По вечерам немного шумно с улицы, но до поздна не шумят.

Les trois nuits que ma copine et moi avons passé là-bas était génial! Le rapport qualité/prix est incroyable. Le personnel était super sympa, à l’écoute, toujours prêt à aider. L’hôtel est super bien situé. Il était facile de se rendre dans le centre à pied. Je recommande énormément cet endroit

Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten, und das Zimmer (kleine Hütte) hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Es ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben und das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück war eines der besten, das wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch einen Transfer zur nächsten Station organisiert bekommen.

Morgens in aller Frühe wurde jeden Morgen direkt vor unserer Hütte gefegt, und das lange und ziemlich laut. Den Vietnamesen sind blätterfreie gefegte Wege sehr wichtig, aber das könnte man auch zu einer späteren Uhrzeit machen.

그랩 잡기에 어려운 위치도 아니었고 왠만한 거리는 걸어갈 수 있어서 주변 동네 구경도 하고 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 직원분들도 엄청 친절하시고 요청사항에 금방 대처 해주셔서 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다 가요 :) 다음번에 또 달랏을 온다면 방문 하고싶은 장소입니다

Friendly staff awesome nature setting

Die Häuschen und der Garten drumherum waren sehr schön gestaltet, zudem war das Frühstück für Vietnamesische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Wir sind zudem morgens vor der Check in Zeit mit dem Nachtbus angekommen und konnten trotzdem schon einchecken. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Uitstekende locatie met mooie kamers! De ontbijtlocatie is karakteristiek en het ontbijt is fantastisch met verse gerechten. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Beautifully situated just a 10–15 minute walk from the vibrant center, offering a peaceful and spotless environment, lovely gardens, attentive staff, and a pleasant breakfast.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut gelegen. Nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, aber diese ist zu fuß schnell zu erreichen. Dazu kommt, dass das Hotel nicht direkt an der straße liegt und durch eine wirklich schöne Terrasse von dieser getrennt ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet sehr viel Auswahl. Unser Hotelzimmer war auch sehr sauber.

In unserem Zimmer gab es statt einer AC einen Ventilator. Dieser optisch einer AC vorzuziehen, aber bringt nicht die gleiche Leistung.

Relaxing atmosphere

It was very comfy and clean , so lovely having a comfy bed. Staff were really helpful smiley . It was a little over our budget but we had been traveling for a bit and needed a comfy few nights . This was I deal , refreshing to stay in a place that is exactly like the photos on booking.com

Shower could have been a little bit more powerful and maybe a wider selection of breakfast would have been nice but what they did have was fab! It was a shame she they didn’t do lunch and dinner our first night we were quite tired and wanted dinner at the hotel, it was a little far from places to eat.

The hotel is beautiful, lots of plants and greenery outside, the staff is friendly & helpful. I stayed in 2 rooms. The wood villa was cute but cold at night and not very spacious. The rooms in the main building are much nicer , I preferred that.
