We had an amazing time at We Hate F Tourists. The location was excellent, and we especially loved the rooftop. They offered a wide range of services, and the staff were incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. A special mention goes to Thiago! We hope to be back soon.

The hostel is amazing! Everything looks brand new and the space is extremely clean! The location is great and the reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Really social but also a lot of privacy! Every guest is treated with a lot of respect. I was sad to leave ! Thank you for this extraordinary stay.

The location wasn't as central as I expected and it was on a small hill so much walking. Also the tap for the shower wasn't convenient to use and we woke up every night because we could hear every single noise out of the door...no soundproofing

Frühstück viel weniger Angebot als angegeben. Kein frisches Obst zum Beispiel. Der Tapas Abend war eine Abzocke: die Weine waren nicht gut, das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt und wurde kaum erklärt. Der Fadoabens war ein Witz: erst mussten wir 40 Minuten durch die Stadt laufen und dann ewig warten, um dann für 10 Minuten den Resr eines Konzerts mit einer Fadosängerin zu sehen. Die Musik war toll!

Wow, best hostel ever. From the room view to the price, to the rooftop bar to the lounge downstairs - amazing. But it was Demat (I’m probably spelling the name wrong) at reception, who even gave me a lovely note when I checked out, who made the difference. I’ve been struggling a bit lately and her kindness and love was just, so appreciated and wonderful to receive. I’m so grateful!!!

Otel çalışanları şu ana kadar gördüğüm en ilgili en yardımsever en güler yüzlü insanlardı. Daha otele girer girmez aşırı derecede ilgi gösterdiler, üm birimleri titizlikle ve ayrıntılı bir şekilde tanıttılar, yaklaşımları çok arkadaş canlısı ve içtendi. Odama gelip yatağıma baktığımda bir hoş geldin mektubu ile karşılaştım ve çok mutlu oldum, hatta bu ince davranışlarını sosyal medyada paylaştım. Ertesi gün yine yatağımda başka bir bilgilendirici mektupla yine karşılaşarak daha da mutlu oldum. Ayrıca yatağım her gün temizleniyor ve toplanıyordu, duş jeli şampuan ve temiz havlu ücretsiz olarak sunuldu. Oodam çok temizdi odamın manzarası Lizbon'un tarihi bölgelerine bakıyordu. Kahvaltı fiyat olarak çok uygun olduğu gibi yeterli düzeydeydi, lobi kısmı eğlenceli ve rahat yer olup keyifli dakikalar geçirilebiliyordu. Otelin konumu şehir merkezine çok da uzak sayılmaz, bir 10 dakikalık yürüyüşle kolayca tarihi noktalara geçilebiliyor. Ben 2 gün kaldım ve iyi ki de kalmışım diyorum. Her şey için bir kez daha memnuniyetimi bildiriyorum kendilerine.

I absolutely loved the rooftop. As a digital nomad, it was such a perfect space to chill and work when I needed to. The basement area was a really cool space too, and I was able to cook almost every day. The staff is INCREDIBLE. Tiago, Fabio, Less, Demet, and everyone else were so darling. I was truly blown away by how each and every person was so lovely. To have one great staff member is nice, but for everyone involved to be that wonderful is insane. They are the heartbeat of the space and why it feels so warm. I cannot get over it. They make you feel so at home right away. It’s easy to make new friends and connections here which made my trip even more fun. I initially booked for three nights but ended up extending my stay for three more. If they hate F$&!$ Tourists, you wouldn’t know it. 🥰

You do have a 20 minute walk to the city center and other views. Personally, I did not mind this and Ubers are also very inexpensive, but it’s worth noting. I really liked the location and views from the balcony and rooftop.

Schönes, modernes Hostel mit nettem, hilfsbereiten Personal. Nach meinem Aufenthalt konnte ich mein Gepäck bis nach Mitternacht dort gratis lagern. Ich holte es um 2:00 in der Früh ab und wurde dann noch auf einen Tee eingeladen, während ich auf mein Uber zum Flughafen wartete

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, von 30 Hostels in 44 Tagen Portugal und Spanien, hatte diese Unterkunft die saubersten Zimmer und die besten Betten. Darüber hinaus war das Frühstück ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich und unterstützend und es war insgesamt eine super coole Location.

I didn’t get shampoo and soap and towel which I think staff forget to provide but it is not a big deal for me sometimes it happens so it is ok but please sleepers must be provided for toilets and to go down in the reception and for breakfast or dinner etc. thanks

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y olía genial. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y están muy bien. El personal era muy agradable muy pendientes de todo.

Al ser un albergue había un poco de ruido por los pasillos. Pero a partir de las 12 aproximadamente hasta las 8 del día siguiente no se escuchó nada.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Arrival was 5*. Lots of activities for people to get to know one another. Clean and modern rooms/bathrooms. Lift.

- Staff has been nothing but friendly and always trying to help when needed. Lots of good advices of where to go - great rooftop - nice rooms, very clean - easy to meet other guests

- I loved the concept of using eco friendly electricity or of trying to save water. Just that the water in the shower often was cold or rather took a while to heat up, so I didn't feel, I was really saving water after all while I was waiting for the hot water to come. - mattress would be too big for the bed sheet and got off my mattress a few times, which was kinda annoying at night - breakfast was OK, but I would have at least expected there to be some fruits

Close to everything walking distance, the staff is so welcoming, it has so many great events as well over there, very nice hostel even for a couple with a private room. Not too loud. Comfortable beds.

A bit noisy, bring earplugs as they might be drunk neighbors after their pub crawl. The door is slamming as well so beware.

In my opinion, the mattress is not comfortable, it could be better.

- sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal - tolle Terrasse und Aufenthaltsräume, insb. gut zum Arbeiten. -morgens um 05:30 Uhr wurde mir zum Arbeiten immer ein Kaffee angeboten. Kostenlosen Kaffee gibt es auch bei der Dachterasse - sehr sauber - die Schließfächer sind sehr groß (aber auch etwas umständlich). Möglichkeiten anderweitig zu langen ist bei vier Personen im Zimmer sehr begrenzt.

- Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen und Bettlacken wies in der Mitte extremes pilling auf -Badezimmer haben durch die Feuchtigkeit teilweise etwas gerochen

The staff made the staying absolutely amazing, great vibes and fantastic atmosphere. I loved the events they made during my time here, and the fact that each member of the staff let you feel at home and welcome. I knew really well Lisbon as I lived there many years, but this was an opportunity for finding a great spot to know good people and enjoying the journey in a nice place. Was only there for one night however the staff was amazing and tried to help me get all the top sightseeing places done in that time period. The facilities and location were amazing, you can see why it’s a top rated hostel. Will be returning and for a longer stay next time 🤟

I can't recommend this place enough. I arrived around 1am and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They also went out of their way by checking me up early in the morning if I woke up for my early flight and provided tips for my next location in Portugal. The shared room itself was nice and clean, beds were comfy and had curtains. It is also located close from the city centre and the price for all of this was amazing. 10/10 recommend and Obrigado!

La amabilidad del personal y las habitaciones y terraza de arriba. Me encantó la decoración del baño el arcón de debajo de la cama y la iluminación.

El desayuno podría ser más variado, con fruta o algún cruasán 🥐. Las camas estaban muy juntas.

Location is great, as are the views from the rooms with balconies. The room was clean nd functional. The shared rooftop and basement space are nicely done and the views from the top are fabulous.

The shared bathrooms are cramped and felt like it could be cleaner (realistically, to achieve that, there would need to be more than 1 bathroom per floor - and they are restricted by gender, so only 2 men's and 2 women's for the entire building!). Also charging for borrowing a towel the same as it costs to buy a new one at Ikea feels extreme.

I loved my stay here. Fabian received me in the middle of the night still with enthusiasm. I loved the people I met here. So good atmosphere. I wish I stayed here bit longer. Pub crawl is ultimate. I loved it so much.

During breakfast, I was treated bit different from the rest of the people. I felt bit sad, didn't wanna make my day worse by addressing it. Like if someone asks for something that staff was so polite, when I asked for the same she just pointed where it is bit harshly.

Loved the decor of the hostel and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were very well air-conditioned, and my room had a nice little step-out balcony. Rooms were quite soundproof, beds had curtains.

Not sure if this is a one-off, but the bathroom had lots of tiny white mites crawling on the walls. When I was showering I was able to use the water to clear them off, but it was a bit deterring and I couldn`t stop thinking about it everytime I used the bathroom.

Everything! The 4 x female dorm room with balcony is a luxury. Slept peacefully. Met lovely girls to share with. Perfect stay. Loved everything!

Everything! Great area and peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. They organise lots of fun tours and events with amazing food! The staff are really lovely. The rooms and the communal areas are very stylish, practical and comfortable. And the rooftop bar and terrace is beautiful.

Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I enjoy the interaction with others. There's a sense of community. I recommend the stay for single travelers, male or female.

The neighborhood is up & coming. Location is within walking distance to the Metro, but on a back street. Exercise common sense caution when coming back at night.

Someone stole my labeled food, with a camera in the common area, zero help from staff, they just shrugged their shoulders and told me it should just “not be in their mindset to steal”.

The facilities were great, very clean and with good spaces to hangout.

It is not right in the city center but it's close enough. Around 20 mins walking or you can take the metro.

All the staff were nice and willing to help. The ground floor terrace and the rooftop bar are amazing. The location is extremely central and next to the metro stop "Intendente" which makes it easy to access every part of the city.

The organisation was lacking, the top bed of the bunk beds had a terrible ladder that made it hard to get off of it, the bathrooms were clean but smelly because there was no window, the toilets were separated by gender (good), but there was only one toilet per floor (meaning your toilet could be on another floor), you had to pay 3,50€ to rent a pad lock or a towel,

The staff is great - very kind welcome and supportive! The rooftop bar is lovely to meet others and chill with a nice view. Location is ok.

I booked a private room which was disappointing at this price. The smell in the room was weird, some things need to be repaired which were broken, some hair on the bed... this needs to change. Also, I had to leave early for the airport, there was coffee but no early breakfast which should be offered as it is included in the price normally. I would not book here again.

Die eine von 2 Rooftop Terassen war eher eine Baustelle. Kochbereich eher klein, es wurde allgemein wenig gekocht. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit, Ablagen im Hostelzimmer. Mitarbeiter immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, wirkten aber immer etwas ausgelaugt und Infos wurden meist nur knapp gegeben.

Only negative for me was extremely small kitchen. Not really suitable for preparing dinner. Only 1 small fridge which was always overpacked so food wasnt kept cold. Maybe not an issue for most people as the majority appeared to eat out.

Hay poco espacio y poca ventilación. Hay un cajón sin candado, por lo que, si necesitas, hay que pagar un suplemento.

Чисто, уютно, общие пространства очень просторные, терасса на крыше с красивым видом. Хостел свежий, с нормальным ремонтом, очень чистый, удобные кровати, кондиционер в комнате. Есть где оставить вещи до заселения. Персонал отдельно стоит отметить, очень приветливый, внимательный, подсказывает маршруты по городу. Ну вообщем хостел на высоте! Один из лучших в Лиссабоне
