Sehr laut durch nahen Flughafen, keine Klimaanlage (sehr heiß) und dadurch offenes Fenster im Sommer nötig - dadurch noch lauter und hell, liebloses Frühstück, quietschende Betten, geschmacklose Einrichtung ohne Charm

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La stanza che abbiamo scelto era una doppia con bagno. Piccolina ma accogliente e il bagno spazioso e comodo.
La temperatura sia della reception che della stanza era ai limiti del sopportabile e senza poter arieggiare con una finestra in alto che si apre solo a vasista, non è stato molto semplice dormire.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Abbastanza vicino all'aereoporto, circa 40 minuti a piedi. Comodo il centro città da raggiungere a piedi, dove si può noleggiare la macchina per iniziare il tour dell'isola. Struttura semplice ma curata, letti comodi, colazione semplice ma con tutto quello che serve. Per qualche notte è una buona sistemazione.

Das Bett war kaputt, der fehlten mehr als 50% der Lattenrostbretter. Man konnte im Bett nicht schlafen und musste die Matratze auf den Fußboden legen.

Plutôt décentré. Dortoir dans une pièce sans ouverture dans laquelle règne une odeur de moisissure (chambre 2). Envoie des codes d'accès et du lit attribué plus d'une heure après l'heure de check in. Prix payé en avril - mai de presque 40 € bien trop élevé pour la prestation.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The staff was very nice, very helpful and accommodating as they offered us early breakfast as we had to leave early to catch a flight. Very calm during the night.
The room was extremely humid giving me headaches. The beds weren’t comfortable and made a lot of noise. There was a small humidity remover which was too small for the room as we had to empty it twice in the one night we were there. It also wasn‘t turned on when we arrived.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Wir kamen schon gegen 10 Uhr an und könnten früher einchecken und noch einen Kaffee vom Frühstück bekommen. Sehr nettes Personal und in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sehr gutes WiFi. Das Hostel ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überdurchschnittlich für ein Hostel. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, gerade wenn man eh vom oder zum Flughafen will:)
Das Wifi in unserem Zimmer war leider sehr schlecht. Wenn man bedenkt, wie gut es in der Küche war, dann fehlt wahrscheinlich einfach nur ein weiterer Router und auch das ist gefixt.

Das Zimmer war sehr feucht und roch schimmlig. An einer Wand löste sich der Putz durch die Feuchtigkeit. Das Bett, die Kissen, das WC Papier, alles war feucht und modrig. Die WC Spülung war kaputt. In der Ecke lag eine tote Kakerlake. Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl.

Kleines Zimmer, abbröckelnder Putz, sehr eng, Türcode wurde falsch gesendet, daher war Reinkommen nicht möglich, Telefonisch dann richtiger Code, Tür klemmt trotzdem, Zimmertür klemmt und sehr laut, Badezimmer Tür verzogen und schließt nicht. Members Kitchen Wasserhahn locker, Preis-Leistung zu teuer

The hostel is quite basic but had everything we needed, including laundry service, hair drier, and a functional kitchen. Spotlessly clean and with a lovely breakfast selection included. We wish we could have prolonged our stay. Definitely recommend.

Hmm... people absorbed in their phones.... not the fault of the hostel. I stopped watching TV about 30 years ago. So i didn't like that they had a TV.

The place is clean, pleasant, and has everything you need. The staff - Marcel (the hotel manager) and Carolina - were very professional, supportive, and made my stay extremely pleasant through their excellent communication. Many thanks to both of you!

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025I booked a bed for my stopover in Ponta Delgada - one night between flights. I arrived at around 1 a.m., and the check-in instructions and entrance code had been sent to me in advance, so everything went very smoothly. It’s a very affordable and convenient place for a short stay - perfect for arriving late, taking a shower, and getting some rest before the next flight. You should take a taxi or a Bolt ride (around 6-7 EUR) from the airport, as it’s quite far to walk. The staff were very kind and helpful, assisting me both before check-in and during check-out. Thank you so much for all your help!
