La zona, la playa, la ubicación. Depende de en qué parte te hospedes, si en los edificios que son viejos o los nuevos, las habitaciones son lindas y cómodas.

Podría explicar mil cosas de las razones para no volver nunca mas. Voy con algunas: 1) el equipo que entretiene es muy junior, están muy cansados todo el tiempo, los hacen bailar, saltar, cantar, animar durante muchas horas y se nota. Comienzan con un baile durante la mañana y ya arrancan cansados, no sonríen, no disfrutan y no transmiten. 2) Las cenas en restaurantes donde hay que reservar son, en general, muy básicos. Platos muy "ornamentales" pero sin sabor. Además hay que reservar y la app funciona mal. 3) Los guardavidas ponen siempre la bandera amarilla o roja para no trabajar o para prestar poca atención. Si te dan un kayak tienen que estar atentos y con ganas, entonces suelen poner la bandera amarilla y tienen la razón justa para no hacer nada. Una vagancia tremenda! 4) Con la idea de intentar animar a la gente, hay música y mucho ruido todo el tiempo. No se puede hablar en lo restaurantes como La Yuca o La Terraza, están muy mal acustizados y no podes conversar con la persona que tenes enfrente. 5) Los mozos y las personas que atienden en la zona de los snaks bars, sacando a la genia de La Creperia (la única!!), el resto esta cansado, con flojera, vagancia, como si les molestara atender.... Podría seguir eh!

La playa es espectacular!!

El personal es poco atento, La comida y las bebidas no son de primera se terminan y no las reponen. Las habitaciones no son acordes a la geriatría de un hotel de ese nivel, No hay cafetera en la habitación y en el baño no habia jabón y artículos para el cabello.

la comida es bien variada y muy rica, mucha calidad. cuenta con varias piscinas dado que se pueden utilizar las del beach y son todas muy bellas. Las habitacion amplias y comodas, si sacas vista al mar es increible.

quiza la gente de la casa de deportes no era muy amable y las distancias del hotel eran bastante grandes y solia perderme recurrentemente, sumado a que la gente del hotel esta todo el tiempo tratando de venderte una membresia

Hermosas las instalaciones, el personal muy atento a todo. Destaco a Raysuri Perez que a la llegada de encargó de mostrarnos y explicarnos todo detallado, estuvo pendiente que de que estemos muy cómodas en el alojamiento

Lo que no nos gustó, es que a la llegada nos dijeron que a modo de bienvenida nos regalaban un desayuno con vista al mar. Fuimos, el desayuno era como indicaron pero tuvimos que estar TODA la mañana con una persona que nos entrevistó para hacernos socias, le aclaramos que no queriamos e igualmente tuvimos que acceder a otra reunión.

Las instalaciones esteban comodas

En un par de ocasiones el personal no fue amable. Incluso en dos ocasiones para referirse al tema de vestimenta en los restaurantes.

No me gustó la insistencia para concurrir a la charla, una vez allí me pareció extremadamente larga, sin necesidad, preguntas íntimas y redundante, 2 hs perdidas de sol y mar, además el regalo prometido (una taza) no fue otorgado En los 6 días no hubo reposición de materia prima en la creperie Los platos de los restaurantes me parecieron escasos

La parte de playa y actividades que tenia era lo unico bueno, todo esto fue opacado por el personal que trabaja ahi, desagradables.

Tiene potencial… pero el personal arruina la experiencia. Estuve alojada recientemente y lamento decir que, si bien las instalaciones son lindas y la ubicación es excelente, el trato del personal fue de lo peor que viví en un hotel. Falta de amabilidad, desinterés total y en algunos casos actitudes directamente desagradables. Una pena, porque el lugar podría ser increíble si se trabajara más en el servicio humano. Además, la comida es muy repetitiva y con poca variedad, lo que se vuelve monótono si te quedás más de dos días. No lo volvería a elegir, salvo que se noten cambios reales en el equipo de atención.

The grounds are very nicely arranged and maintained. It is in a beautiful beach location. The food was tasty and the buffet had good options. The staff was very friendly and amenable. Brick oven pizza rivals that of Wooster Street. Located in an area where guests can leave the resort and walk around the town outside the hotel.

The rooms could use some updating. Drinks often take a while to get when a location is crowded. There is no wait service at the bar or pool and the bar is far from the beach. Snack options from 3-5 before dinner are limited.

Location and food was ok. Sport option were also good.

Personnel was highly demotivated, food was missing in several moments of the day, animation staff lacked animation spirit, thry were very demotivated to do their job... hotel is missing maintenance.

making dinner reservations- the times were full when we arrived and the only options were late at night. it would be good to allow guests to schedule prior to arrival in order to secure spots.

In general the service is good. I want to highlight Isamar in the coffee shop, Teófilo in the Il Palco restaurant and Tony, a bar supervisor at one of the pools.

At our arrival we wanted to change our status to VIP by paying the difference and they told me that they did not have that option. Then we discover that it does exist.The beach had a lot of algae due to the hurricane that had recently passed. I had requested a room with a king bed and was given one with two queen beds. Despite the building being brand new, a lot of water got in after a heavy rain and we had to call them to dry the puddle of water that had formed under a window that was completely closed. The bathroom door did not close properly and all this despite being a new building. During our stay they were installing the elevator and there was noise all the time, hammers, drills, different heavy machines which made it impossible for us to rest. There was no water or soft drinks in the minibar, no coffee maker, so we had to call and ask for everything. They charge for the use of the safe that is in the room. When trying to book at the a la carte restaurants we were told that everything was full and that we only had to go to one. We booked at Il Palco and when we arrived it was almost empty and it was like that all the time. In general the hotel is not bad, but I think it needs a lot of improvement. The check-in and guest services staff must improve. Customers are there to spend a few pleasant and restful days, not to be told no to everything and put in unnecessary impediments.
