Reviewed Sep 12, 2026This was my third consecutive year staying at this hotel, and once again it delivered an exceptional experience. Returning year after year says everything about the consistently outstanding standards maintained by the entire team.
Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable, making every stay feel relaxing from the moment you arrive. The facilities are excellent, especially the stunning main swimming pool and the seawater pool, both of which are immaculately kept and provide the perfect place to unwind.
The dining experience is another highlight. The main restaurant offers an outstanding open buffet with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that cater to every taste. The à la carte restaurants are equally exceptional—both the Italian and the seafood restaurants served delicious meals in a wonderful atmosphere, making each dinner a memorable experience.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the team is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a fantastic stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Khaled Helmy for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention to guests. He consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit special, and he is a true credit to the hotel. My sincere appreciation also goes to the rest of the team for their warm smiles, dedication, and impeccable service throughout my stay.
It's rare to find a hotel that delivers such a consistently outstanding experience year after year, but this one continues to exceed my expectations every time I visit. I am already looking forward to returning for a fourth stay.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Établissement luxueux avec de belles prestations. Diversité de la nourriture. Les piscines sont parfaites. Le personnel est professionnel et aimable. Le snorkeling y est incroyable.
De 21h à 23h la musique est à fond, transformant l’établissement en boîte de nuit géante… oubliez donc toute possibilité de dormir avant 23h, même avec des boule quies, tant la musique est à un niveau élevé.
Il est aussi dommage que, malgré le fait que la réservation de transats soit interdite, les 3/4 des transats sont réservés à 7h du matin… par des individus ne venant qu’à 14h. L’hôtel devrait réguler ce phénomène.
Concernant la nourriture, les desserts sont assez plats, plus beaux que bons. Enfin le restaurant chinois est vraiment en dessous du restaurant principal niveau goût.
Staying in this hotel is like living in a palace. Generous space and endless possibilities for activities including pool, beach, pool table, tennis table, indoor pool, gym, spa, evening shows and entertainment to name a few.
The all inclusive program provides generous access to food and beverages. pretty much didn't pay any extra during our stay.
The place is huge and the finding fascilities are not easy. There were several restaurants on site with no clear map of where to find them. A better map with information would be helpful.
The 3 restaurants require reservations and the process was not easy. Generally speaking, the customer service is poor. During one week of stay, no one checked if we need anything. I approached the front desk twice with questions and the staff were not very welcoming.
Resort is very isolated. Located about 40 min drive from the town. there is no shuttle service provided. The local taxi and uber is not safe and we got scammed one time we took the uber to town.

كل حاجة في الفندق ممتازة، من البحر والشاطئ لحد حمامات السباحة. عندهم كمان حمام سباحة داخلي وحمام سباحة بمياه البحر، ودي من الحاجات المميزة جدًا في الفندق.
المطاعم تحفة بجد، والأكل ممتاز ومتنوع سواء في الفطار أو الغداء أو العشاء، وكل حاجة كانت على مستوى ممتاز.
العاملين في الفندق كلهم محترمين ومتعاونين جدًا، وخصوصًا مستر خالد حلمي، مدير المكاتب الأمامية. كان مهتم ومتابع معانا باستمرار حتى على الواتساب، يبلغنا لو فيه حفلة بالليل أو عشاء خاص أو أي فعاليات علشان نستمتع بكل حاجة في الفندق ومايفوتناش أي شيء.
أنا نزلت في فنادق كتير في الغردقة، لكن بصراحة دي أول مرة أقابل حد بالاهتمام والمتابعة دي زي مستر خالد. واضح جدًا إنه مش مجرد حد بيقوم بشغله، لكنه فعلًا مهتم براحة النزلاء وإنهم يستمتعوا بكل لحظة في إجازتهم.
بشكر مستر خالد جدًا بشكل خاص، لأنه فعلًا ساهم بشكل كبير في إن إجازتنا تكون جميلة ومريحة وممتعة، واهتمامه ومتابعته معانا خلت تجربتنا في الفندق أجمل بكتير. ❤️
تجربة رائعة من أول يوم لآخر يوم، وإن شاء الله مش هتكون آخر زيارة. أنصح بالفندق جدًا لأي Couple بيدور على الهدوء، الخصوصية، الراحة والاستمتاع وقضاء وقت مميز مع بعض. ❤️

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The bar staff were not as welcoming or friendly as the rest of the team, whose service was excellent throughout our stay.
The beach facilities could also be improved, as they were not on par with those at similar hotels in the area.
Additionally, it was a little confusing to know which restaurants were included in our booking package. Clearer information or signage would make the dining experience much more straightforward for guests.

Mr .kaled Helmy the recpition manager is amazing manger . He was making sure we get everything we need to make our vacation unforgettable, and Abdallah in the reception was so nice and helpful and Reda in room services.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Otelde baştan sona her şey çok güzel düşünülerek tasarlanmış. Personelin tamamı güler yüzlü ve her konuda destek olmaya çalışıyor. Ayrıca tüm restoranlardaki yemekler ve içecekler gerçekten çok başarılı ve lezzetliydi.
Geliştirme önerisi olarak ise akşam kullanılabilecek bir havuz alanı olması ve odalardaki televizyonların akıllı TV olması güzel olabilirdi. Netflix, YouTube gibi uygulamalara erişebilmek vakit geçirmek açısından önemli diye düşünüyorum.
Otelde çok fazla yaşlı insan var bunu da değerlendirerek seçim yapabilirsiniz.
L'hôtel est grand, très bien entretenu et propre avec de la très belle décoration et mobilier. Le personnel sont tous adorable et au petit soins. Tous le monde parle Anglais et Allemand. Notre chambre (suite) était magnifique, propre et bien équipé avec un lit super confortable et une grande salle de bien avec jacuzzi. Nous sommes très content d'avoir pris la formule VIP avec le très grand choix de restaurants à la carte car même si le buffet est très bien, on ce lasse rapidement si on doit y manger 3 repas par jour.
Je souhaite remercier les employés suivant pour leur gentillesse et accueil chaleureux et engagement: Ghaiuon - l'homme de chambre / Abdala - maitre nageur / Sahla - fitness / Adam - bar VIP / Shenouda - bar de la piscine.
Le grand problème avec l'Egypte est qu'on doit constamment faire attention a ce qu'on mange et boit afin de ne pas tomber malade. Nous avons aussi trouvé la musique le soir au bord de la piscine entre 20h00 et 23h00 assez bruyant pour ceux qu'avaient des chambres côté piscine, mais on comprend qu'il a des clients qui recherche ce genre d'animation (ce n'était pas notre cas). Le fait de devoir accéder a la mer via un ponton de 100m a cause de la barrière de coraux qui ce trouve au bord de mer était très décevant car il n'y a pas d'accès directe à la mer depuis la plage.

Le Pack VIP donne accès à tous les restaurants à la carte et à un salon bar exclusif. Nourriture de très bonne qualité et variée (y compris au restaurant central all inclusive). Belle chambre, super propre. Fitness de qualité. Spa payant mais très pro. Vraiment pas déçus !
Clim dans la chambre trop bruyante (ventilation)
L’inconvénient de l’avantage d’être éloignés d’Hurgada et donc au calme, les Uber veulent tous vous charger de gros extras pour vous conduire en ville. L’hôtel pourrait organiser une navette ou un bus le soir.

I wish it had access to the seawater. The beachfront was bad. It would be worthy if they invest in surfacing the entrance to the seawater with sand.

Mr. Khalid who welcomed us did above and beyond and upgraded our room from garden view to suite with Jaccuzi. He also offered us to book a la carte restaurant more than once per our stay.
The staff always trying to help and very fast in responding.
The Italian restaurant is so good, food, staff and everything. Fabulous. This is the one we tried.
The activities are kind of okay (We tried the submarine boat “okay”- and the parachute/tube ones “insanely good” .
The live shows at night were mainly targeted to the elderly folks which were so many in the hotel ( The live songs are kind of old enough).
You need to book a restaurant and the number of bookings is related to how many nights you stay.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026The kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff, from the manager and reception staff to the waiters and cleaning staff, were outstanding. They were all incredibly helpful and eager to make guests feel welcome and ensure an unforgettable stay. They surprised us with a room upgrade to a spectacular suite and even allowed us a late checkout since our flight was at midnight. The beach and pools are absolutely stunning.
Without meaning to diminish anything, we especially suggest having a wider variety of imported drinks in the VIP Lounge. They are very attentive, but there isn't a great selection to choose from.

Навіть зустріли тут знайомих відпочиваючих, які приїздять сюди вже в восьмий раз!!! На ресепшені нам у всьому допомагали Mr. Mohamed Hefny та Mr. Khaled Helmy, щиро дякуємо! Дуже приємна дівчина Badria! На басейні Carlos! У Lobby Bar всі неймовірні! Потоваришували з аніматором Crazy Garrie! Відвідувала SPA та Beauty Salon, дуже все сподобалося! Снорклінг тут для мене ідеальний, не глибоко та вдосталь рибок! Для більших вражень потрібно брати екскурсію. Наявність ресторанів a la carte зі смачними стравами! Є освіжаючий басейн з морською водою! Є променад для прогулянок! Є більярд та пінг-понг! Я думаю, що ми ще повернемося...
GYM треба вже трохи оновити! Як на мене, не зовсім вдале місце проведення вечірньої програми! З мінусів я б назвала лише Wi-Fi.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026My stay at Le Rêve—“disappointing” would be an understatement.
I initially chose to address my concerns privately, giving management the opportunity to respond before making this public. Unfortunately, the response came 10 days later, did not include my name, and read like a generic copy-and-paste—offering no real acknowledgment or solution.
For the price I paid, I expected five-star service. What I experienced felt closer to two-star.
A simple situation—forgetting a towel card—turned into an unnecessary issue when staff refused to provide a towel, even when I offered my room number or key as a guarantee. In all my travels, I have never encountered this level of inflexibility, and it immediately set the tone for the stay.
The situation escalated further when I attempted to return a towel one evening and found the station already closed. Anticipating potential issues, I left the towel there and recorded a video as proof. At the front desk, I explained everything and showed the footage, only to be told it was not their responsibility and that I should return the next morning. When I did, it turned into an unnecessary dispute, with staff insisting the station had been open despite clear evidence. After considerable back-and-forth over a minor issue, my card was eventually returned—accompanied by a lecture on what I “should have done.”
For a property of this size, the towel policy is impractical. Expecting guests to carry towels from the beach to dinner and evening activities is inconvenient and detracts from the overall experience. More importantly, I am on vacation—paying a premium to relax, not to be lectured.
The hotel store was another low point. We were nearly charged $18 for cigarettes with no visible pricing. When I asked for clarification, the staff member responded, “This is my price. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is unacceptable in any hotel setting.
The spa experience was equally disappointing. I was approached by staff on the beach while trying to relax, which felt intrusive—the beach is not a place for aggressive promotion. Additionally, one staff member had a notably poor attitude, and the overall service did not justify the high price point (around $150 for a massage). There are far better options outside the hotel.
Even the bar fell short. The alcohol quality was noticeably poor, and the cocktails were poorly executed—to the point where even a basic dirty martini was disappointing. This reflects more on the hotel’s standards than the bartenders themselves.
Overall, this stay was one disappointment after another. I consulted friends in hotel management before writing this, hoping the hotel’s response might resolve the situation—but it did not. A response filled with empty language only reinforces the problem.
At this price point, guests expect professionalism, flexibility, and accountability. This experience reflected none of the above.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Anlage war ein Traum. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, dass das Essen sehr gut und die Poolanlage sehr schön! Wir hatten auch ein Upgrade für eine Junior Suite bekommen. Die war sehr sehr schön. Wir können diese Anlage in Ägypten nur weiterempfehlen.

Het hotel had alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geslaagde en zorgeloze vakantie.
We hadden twee extra activiteiten geboekt, deze waren zeer geslaagd, enkel werden we "gedwongen" om geld te spenderen aan waardeloze spullen tijdens onze quas safari. We hebben dit de laatste dag van ons verblijf gemeld aan het management, zij hebben dit onmiddellijk ter harte genomen, wat we ten zeerste hebben geaprecieerd!

在Premier le Reve Hotel & Spa住了三天，体验非常好！酒店很漂亮，维护得也很好。因为是16岁以上成人专属，整体氛围非常安静放松。
餐饮是亮点，每天有不同的主题，种类丰富。我们正好赶上周四的晚宴之夜，特别丰盛，体验感拉满！每天晚上酒店都有现场表演，气氛很好，吃完饭看个秀很惬意。
特别感谢酒店给我们升级了房间，让这次旅行更完美了。强烈推荐给想放松的朋友！

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026I liked friendly and kind staff, helpful management who tried to solve any kind of problems. I loved the luxury and spacious room with a beautiful view, outdoor facilities, warm sky pool, snorkeling, sport and entertainment activities, very good breakfast.
The food could be tastier and hotel should hire some international chef. Regaring alkoholic drinks hotel could provide a better quality of wine. ( the house wine was extremely sour). As well there was only one person for sport activities which is not enough, there should be an animation team which will offer interesting activities throughout the day.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Nous avons été agréablement accueillis par Ramy à notre arrivée et avons même été surclassé, ce que nous avons apprécié. Le personnel est chaleureux, aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très propre et la chambre spacieuse. Les piscines sont belles et propres (nettoyage tous les soirs). Les beds sur la plage sont très bien également. L’accès à la mer par le ponton permet de faire quelques snorkeling facilement, nous avons adoré. Nous avons également apprécié de toujours trouver une place facilement à la piscine ou à la plage. Au niveau de la restauration rien à dire, les buffets sont variés et changent tous les jours. Il y en a pour tous les goûts en plus des 3 restaurants inclus sur la semaine. Bref nous recommandons et reviendrons sûrement!
Le sèche cheveux mural, je n’avais pas apporté le mien car dans ce type d’hôtel en principe un sèche cheveux de meilleur qualité est mis à disposition. Il manque également un fer à repasser dans la chambre.
Hôtel un peu loin du centre, une navette serait appréciable.

La piscine chauffée dehors est parfaite et la nourriture délicieuse.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Our stay at Premier Le Reve was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. As an adults-only resort, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and sophisticated—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Staff: The service is world-class. Every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to our needs.
Dining: The food quality is some of the best we’ve experienced in Egypt. Having multiple à la carte options (Italian, Japanese, Chinese, etc.) added great variety, and the main buffet was always fresh and diverse.
Facilities: The resort is spotless. We loved the variety of pools—especially the glass-domed sky pool and the saltwater pool. The private beach is well-kept with very comfortable loungers.
Rooms: Our room was spacious, modern, and the housekeeping was impeccable.
If you are looking for luxury and tranquility in Sahl Hasheesh, this is definitely the place to stay!"
The Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger in some beach areas, but it didn't impact our overall amazing experience.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Everything was excellent , the hotel offers extensive recreation, from the fitness center to pool to evening entertainment ensuring guests have plenty of options for fun and relaxation during their stay. All the staff especially Mr Ramy , were very friendly and helpful also the food taste was delicious especially the Italian restaurant.
