Double check the booking before paying because something happens that changes the booking so watch out ! I paid for 3 people and apparently thats was for 1 person and i had to pay extra when i arrived

Insistenza dello staff per compilare la recensione ancora dentro alla struttura: oltre all’insostenibile con gli adulti, mi sono assentata qualche minuto durante il check out e ho trovato una ragazza dello staff con il telefono di mio figlio in mano che assegnava lei stessa punteggio alla struttura!

Personale gentile, soprattutto alcuni particolarmente sorridenti. Bravi i ragazzi del bar nella lobby. Buona la pulizia in camera e nei luoghi comuni. Anche alla reception sono stati disponibili. Buono il servizio offerto da LA PERLA SPA & Beauty center. Nel complesso la struttura è buona ma come 5 stelle ho visto di molto meglio sul Mar Rosso.

La piscina principale è letteralmente troppo sovraffollata: i lettini sono tutti attaccati l'uno all'altro e non ti puoi muovere nè spostare il lettino. Già dalle 9 non trovi più posto. In alcuni punti dove l'acqua viene raccolta e filtrata era brutto da vedere: sporco e trasandato. I fischietti dei bagnini si sentono in continuazione. Il cibo è discreto, ma poca varietà... su 10 giorni sempre gli stessi dolci tutti uguali (sarebbe semplice per esempio inserire un tiramisù); pasta nemmeno una volta per esempio spaghetti allo scoglio.. La spiaggia è bella e ben attrezzata, bello il molo. Peccato che non puoi fare il bagno a riva perchè l'acqua alta solo 10cm il mattino e pomeriggio rimane completamente asciutto!

Everything was great and more than exceptional. Starting from mr.Haytham welcoming us in the lobby and following up whether we need anything to my Khaled at the beach always checking if everything was going well and playing with our child. He even coordinated directly with Mr. George, the General Manager, to refund the extra rooms that the booking system mistakenly added. Their professionalism and genuine care set the tone for another great family vacation. We booked 7 rooms, fully paid in advance, and invited our family for what we expected to be a wonderful stay at the resort. The resort features an exclusive, beautifully designed long boardwalk. As you walk along it, the stunning beauty of the Red Sea surrounds you from every angle until you reach the first set of stairs leading into the water. The water is clearer than any pool, and the underwater scenery is truly indescribable — no photo can capture the beautiful coaral reefs and colorful fish your eyes will see. It’s something you must witness with your own eyes. I haven’t seen anything like this at any other resort I’ve visited. The food at the main restaurant is excellent, with a new theme every day — grilled meats, fresh grilled fish, and more. Just be careful… you might gain a little weight! The pools and snack areas are a lifesaver if you have young kids. They’re convenient, well-placed, and make the stay much easier for families. As always, Tropital has gone above and beyond with their service. Year after year, I’m impressed by how well they maintain the resort. Everything looks fresh, clean, and consistently new. They truly do an outstanding job with upkeep. At night, the animation team puts on great shows and gets the guests involved in a fun and respectful way. My room service team was extremely professional and courteous to me and my family. A special thank you to Mohamed for the constant smile he greeted us with every single day.

Bellissima struttura, bellissima spiaggia, e staff super gentile. Non per caso è la mia terza volta qui. Siamo stati sempre coccolati.. Vista l'ora di partenza del pullman (alle15), ci è stata data la possibilità di un late check out anche se non l'avevamo chiesto. In più ci hanno dato un lunch box a ciascuno da consumare durante il tragitto per il Cairo. Un gesto molto apprezzato.

Food & Sea: The food quality throughout our 2-week stay was consistently great, and the sea area itself is beautiful. If you are a family coming purely to enjoy good meals and lounge by the sea without caring about strict staff intervention, you will have a fantastic time. Responsive Management: When we submitted an official complaint regarding the noise and staff behavior, management actually took action and noticeably decreased the level of noise for the remainder of our stay. They do listen to guest feedback when escalated. Who this resort is for: 10/10 for families who prioritize good food and beach relaxation and don't mind constant supervision. 7/10 for guests sensitive to noise/whistle pollution who want unrestricted sea access. 5/10 for independent travelers who expect genuine freedom and a relaxed holiday atmosphere without constant policing.

Note: We submitted an official complaint about the points below during our stay and the hotel management decreased the level of noise during our stay. Excessive Micromanagement & Noise: The resort is heavily over-policed. Lifeguards constantly monitor your every move and blow whistles incessantly, creating significant sound pollution that ruins an otherwise peaceful atmosphere. We even witnessed lifeguards being unnecessarily rude and aggressive toward elderly guests. Jetty/Diving Area Restrictions: Access to the main sea diving spot at the end of the pier is restricted to bizarrely narrow windows (10:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00). There are zero warning signs about these hours. After walking all the way to the end of the long jetty, we were repeatedly turned away abruptly and rudely by staff. Over-Regulation & Guest Friction: The pool rules are unnecessarily strict (such as splitting sections to forbid kids under 12), leading to frequent tense arguments and shouting matches between frustrated guests and lifeguards.

For weeks, I debated writing this review, but after discussing it with my wife, we felt it was important for management to hear this feedback—especially regarding the restaurant staff. Unfortunately, the treatment we received at the restaurants during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was consistently disappointing. We were repeatedly ignored, barely greeted, and made to feel unwelcome. At first, I brushed it off. But by the third day, the pattern was undeniable. We arrived early—one of the first families to get our seats at a table. We got our food and sat down, and I tried several times to flag a staff member. Each time, they walked past us and instead attended to foreign guests with full smiles, immediate service, and multiple drink rounds—without those guests even needing to ask. Meanwhile, my family and I sat without a single drink order taken. After being ignored for the third time, I firmly requested to speak with a manager. The staff member seemed surprised, apologized, and brought the shift manager. I explained everything, switching from Arabic to English out of frustration. The moment I spoke English, the entire atmosphere changed—apologies, attention, and even a General Manager being called down. But the next day, when my wife and daughters went for lunch, the same behavior happened again.

3rd time in Tropitel and always a good experience. Room cleanliness and food are great. Stuff are very welcoming and would help whenever needed. I'd plan to come again and would recommend it to others.

This was our second time staying at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh, and once again, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel continues to maintain the same high standards of quality and service. The rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pools are varied and well-maintained, and the beach remains our favourite. We especially enjoyed swimming and snorkeling there. The food is varied and delicious, particularly at dinner, where a different theme is featured every night. This time, we also tried the Italian and Mexican restaurants, and both were a lovely experience. The staff were kind and welcoming. A special thanks to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Zaki Said, who welcomed us warmly upon arrival and made our stay even more enjoyable by offering us complimentary privileges. We would also like to extend our special thanks to Assistant Manager Mr. Haytham Sayed, who followed up with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our time. Food in the restaurant was fresh with good variety, good hygiene, and quality. Housekeeping staff, particularly Mr Mahmoud from the housekeeping team. It was also my son’s birthday while we were there, and they took so much care of him, they had some fun towel decorations with balloons in the room, they sent us a birthday cake, and the animation team celebrated him at night during the show, he enjoyed his birthday so much. The food was delicious with huge variety everyday and very good quality. The pool and slides were great.

The sea was amazing. ​Food & Service: Great variety of delicious food and excellent service everywhere. ​The Staff: Everyone was so friendly, but special recognition goes to Mr. Ayman (Reception Manager) for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He made our stay truly special. ​Highly recommended and will definitely return!

​The only downside to our experience was at the main reception bar during the night shift. The staff member working there was unfortunately quite rude (assisting captain Mahmoud). I was skipped twice in line because priority was given to other guests who were tipping for alcohol, resulting in special attention for them and a longer wait for me. To make matters worse, when it was finally my turn, I was told the hot chocolate was unavailable, and no alternative option was offered. ​Aside from this specific issue at the bar, the rest of the vacation was memorable and the hospitality was exceptional. We would still love to return!

ByThe check-in process and room allocation were extremely slow and frustrating for me and my family due to system issues and delays in processing invoices/payments, despite our late arrival. There was no consideration for guests’ fatigue or the children’s desire to reach the pool before sunset. The room amenities were insufficient for a family of four. Blankets were not readily available and had to be requested multiple times, and they were not the appropriate size for a king-size bed. The hotel’s app for maintenance requests and room service was not working. Some services were not included despite the hotel operating on an all-inclusive basis, as coffee and popcorn were charged as extra costs. The food quality was very poor. There was no table service for drinks in either the lobby or the main restaurant, as guests had to go themselves to the beverage stations to order and collect drinks. extra cups were not provided when ordering or refilling drinks, forcing guests to reuse the same cups each time. On one occasion, while I left the table to refill drinks, I returned to find that my food had been cleared even though I was still using the table. Diet sweeteners (sugar substitutes) were not readily available in the main restaurant and had to be requested separately, causing inconvenience for those on diets or with diabetes. One of the staff members responsible for clearing dishes and cups behaved unprofessionally, speaking loudly and moving service carts in a disruptive and inappropriate manner inside the restaurant. The animation team’s performance was weak, and my children were excluded from some kids’ activities such as drawing sessions in an inappropriate way, which caused them frustration and negatively affected their experience. The aqua park is small, and the number of pools is limited compared to the number of guests, making it difficult to find sun loungers. The beach does not allow swimming. the Wi-Fi service and mobile networks are very weak,

I would like to share my feedback on my stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh, which was truly an excellent experience overall. Everything was well organized and exceeded expectations, from the variety and quality of the food to the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our stay. A special thanks goes to Mr. Haytham, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. He played a big role in making our honeymoon memorable and truly special.

They were having kids area even in restaurant with cartons live all the time, Al the staff were very descent and friendly, even the baby cot they had more than one size thats fit with the baby the reception all were very descent and caring all the time especially Mr. Haitham the VP manager who was calling to ask about us and the other clients personally and offered us the booking in the italian and maxican restaurant All the food was in good quality with variety especially the Chef Mr. Ahmed sabry who was using 6 pans in the same time in the morning to finish preparing of all different requests in the breakfast like omelette and others in a very proffesional, fast and good way Overall it was excellent vacation and we may repeat it agaun

A személyzet minden tagja végtelenül segítőkész a szálloda managere Osama Mostafa és Haitham a front office manager aki szinte nap mint nap személyesen győződött meg róla, hogy elégedettek vagyunk-e mindennel és gondoskodott róla, hogy kifogástalan nyaralásban legyen részünk. A takarítónk Mohamed minden alkalommal kifogástalan tisztaságot varázsolt a szobánkban és minden nap volt hozzánk egy egy jó szava, minden nap jó volt vele beszélgetni, de ugyanez igaz a szálloda összes többi dolgozójára is. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom ezt a szállodát mindenkinek aki Hurghadára szeretne menni nyaralni, szerintem nem fog csalódni.

Great thanks to Haitham. Check-in was as sweet and fast as your morning coffee. He was so helpful and perfect in understanding the group's needs and requirements, and also very fast to fulfill all needs. Ayman and Alaa in the main restaurant were professional and friendly, as was Kareem. The Italian restaurant is a unique island of hospitality and friendly service. I really thank Ahmed and Ali, and all the staff there; they are truly different. Special thanks to Mr. Osama, F&B manager, who listened and noted carefully all our notes and comments, and also showed a professional attitude with great experience, as well as immediate solutions and care for each and every word, which conveys to us that real improvements are to be expected soon, which really encourages us to be there again soon.

The quality of food is expected to improve soon, as it has been noticeably getting better daily, which shows great effort. However, it is still within common standards for the area. The swimming pool, in this period of the year, would be nice to operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to allow a good window to avoid the hot sun.

If you won't agree that you would prefer a resort and choose to stay in a hotel only because someone treated you the best way, then you haven't met Haitham yet. Haitham embodies the soul of hospitality in the most perfect and pure way. From the first minute, you realize he isn't just doing a job perfectly, but he truly cares about your vacation and comfort. He goes above and beyond, going to great lengths just to make sure you are creating amazing memories here, not only enjoying your vacation. He pays attention to tiny details and arranges everything beforehand; even before you recognize what you need to request, you'll find it arranged and pointed out to you. This is a level I found astonishing in 5-star hotels in the whole area as a repeat guest in most of the best-reputed ones. I really appreciate and value his efforts and would like to thank him. If we are there again soon, Haitham is definitely the reason.

Won't say it's the best or the most perfect to stay.. but stuff like Haitham definitely you will get the best experience
