It’s really well run. Staff evident everywhere doing things and to greet you. Very pleasant. Nice grounds with lots of trees where one can take a walk around. Rooms nice. We had the Grand Courtyard that came with a hot spring tub. That was so awesome as you can really enjoy the benefits of a good soak before bed and after hiking and sightseeing.

Tout est splendide, il y a de l’espace et il fait calme. Divers piscines tempérées et chaudes. On se trouve en bord de mer et c’est très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, hyper gentil et serviable <3 Il y a tout le nécessaire à disposition, les serviettes de piscine a la piscine, le personnel vient jusqu’au transat voir si on souhaite un cocktail. Une pépite!!! Un massage offert lors de la réservation, un excellent moment.

Comme partout il y a des signes voleurs et agressifs… mais le personnel les chasses lorsqu’il les voit, sinon il suffit de les appeler et ils viennent surveiller

1)ムンジャンガンへのアクセスがホテル前から出発できること。 2)海を目の前にしてお茶ができること。

1)バスルームが半屋外で寒いし誰かに覗かれる怖さがあって不快だった 2)夜にシャワーを浴びると毎晩水に近いぬるま湯で水圧が低かった 3)日本人には部屋の照明が暗すぎる。明るいのが嫌な人は電気をつけなければいいのだから電気の設置を増やしてくれたら有難い。 4)バスルームにある敷石は一生掃除してないくらいに汚かったし3泊したが3泊とも同じゴミが同じ位置で放置されてた。 5)庭が広大すぎるためか掃除が行き届いてないしプールが汚くって入る気がしなかった 6)お役所のボスみたいな態度をしてるゲストリレーションに向いていない男性スタッフがゲストリレーションカウンターにいる 7) レストランのレベルが南部エリアにある同クラスのホテルのレストランと比較するとかなり低い。ネスカフェもないしビュッフェは滞在中1回だけで毎日ではなかった。お隣のpemuteran には安くて美味しいレストランがあったので西洋人が集まっていた。

Tranquil and relaxing. Perfect rooms and location. Staff are so beautiful and friendly and helpful. Location was like a dream. The local Plaga wine is exceptional. The beachfront and location are so peaceful I would challenge anyone who is stressed out to leave here don’t feeling like a million billion rupiah. There are monkeys. Squirrels. Fish. Ithere is exceptional coral reef diving and snorkeling Day spa is great value and the treatments on offer are fabulous and well priced.

The dinner food was hit and miss. Some of the nights the food was really awful. And other night’s good. The bbq night food was as fresh and delicious. We had the mahi mahi fish platter and it was old cold dried out tuna and a cold pre baked potato. Awful. The next night we all had various burgers and they were hot tasty and delicious and fresh. And the fries were fabulous. The Balinese tuna was tasty but undercooked. Breakfast has perfect t omelettes and the best shredded chicken and Sam al Mara I’ve ever tasted.

I liked the outside bathroom and the room gets cleaned everyday. The food at the restaurant is good and I also did an hot stone Hawaiian massage which was really nice. I also liked the towels available to grab nearby the pools areas

Wi-fi is a little bit slow and there is no Netflix app on the tv. They mentioned that there are a lot of local restaurant outside but that is not true, there are very limited options of doubtful quality. The prices for the food at the resort are also very high for local standards and they take advantage of the fact that there is nothing else nearby in walkable distance. Also there is no beach in the resort. Lastly the hot pools have algae. some people mentioned to me it could be because of the hot water and it is done because too many chemicals might destroy the quality of the water, so it is natural, but for me it is just weird to swim in a pool with slimy edges or bottom. The chairs around the pool have the cushions all stained and dirty. some of them can be cleaned or replaced.

Mimpi is one of the older properties in the region, but this is its charm! Fabulous property, quiet rooms, great staff and excellent food in the restaurant. The espresso coffee in the morning also great!! The staff went out of their way to assist me with a snorkeling trip, they were always conversational and helpful.

need to change the tea in the room (jasmine is not my favorite!) Also When you are out of stock of a menu item its helpful to let the guest know when you hand them the menu.

hot springs, everything

Loved the whole property the gardens and pools were beautiful and loved our own hot pool. So nice and peaceful with such great snorkling on our doorstep. We can thoroughly recommend a visit to Mimpi Resort.

Really big resort with hot springs. Villas are comfortable esp if have one with hotspring. Staff are trying very hard. Snorkeling at Menjangan island was awesome.

We love our getaway to Mimpi resort. The hotel itself has amazing ground with garden and local hot spring pool. Foods are gret as well as the service. Will definitely come back.

There’s not a lot nearby such as shops or restaurants so can feel a bit isolated. When we stayed there were many children running around loudly well after midnight.

接客スタッフはもちろん、清掃や庭の手入れをしているスタッフまで、全てのスタッフから気持ち良い挨拶がある。 私はダイバーですが、今回はあえてダイビングをせずに温泉やスパでのんびりした時間を過ごしましたが、最高のホスピタリティのおかげで最高の時間を過ごす事ができました。

無料有料を問わずヨガからダイビングまで、ホテル内の全てのアクティビティの時間、場所、料金などのわかりやすい一覧があれば、もっと滞在が楽しめたと思う。

The room with a hot pool/spa was excellent

It's the perfect place if you want to treat yourself and have some rest from the travels. The room, the views from the restaurant, the hot pools, the gym, the staff, breakfast... Everything was perfect.

スタッフのフレンドリーさ、温泉施設。ダイビングショップと桟橋とレストランと露天風呂温泉が、10㎡に集中しているのは世界でここだけだと思う。

ヨーロッパのお客様が増えたせいか、朝食がヨーロッパ寄りになり、私たちが好きなローカル料理が昨年に比べ少なくなった。特に私が好きなミーゴレンが全く朝食に出なかったことが残念。また毎週土曜日のBBQの品質も、イセエビ名が無くなって居たり、牛肉が固かったり、昨年に比して品質が落ちていたのが残念。

Les bungalows courtyard sont sublimes. Le bain chaud privé exceptionnel. Les divers piscines tellement agréables. Vue mangrove. On a tout adoré, particulièrement les cabrioles des singes, un vrai plus pour nous! Le restaurant avec magnifique vue mer. Les plats sont très bons. L'endroit est grand mais très paisible et peu de monde. La boutique est qualitative.

The rooms are very far from the Restaurant and Dive Center!!! The way is like a maze, not at all recommendable for elderly people with walking difficulties

Every thing was wonderful, from the most beautiful people that work there, I had the space with the hot spring pool in it which was amazing. The grounds were glorious the pools were glorious, then there's the restaurant with stunning views supper delicious food and regular variety, here again the staff look after you SO well. There's stunning views from the restaurant to the volcanos and the snorkelling there is wonderful, the spa treatments are brilliant and then there's the monkeys

Ubytování bylo krásné a nejlepší byl teplý bazének ve vile . Ochotný a milý personál . Zahrada je krásně upravena . Skvěle výlety na potápění nádherné potápění na menjanganu .

Jediné co mi vadilo bylo , že jste v rezervaci a jsou tam opice ,které se koupají v teplých bazénech místo lidi :-((( a že vám seberou věci, pokud je necháte třeba na lehátku ,ale je to příroda bohužel moje blbá zkušenost .

Nous avions une petite villa avec un coin jardin comprenant un bassin de source chaude. Le complexe hôtelier est très beau, situé au sein du parc national. Le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Nombreuses activités sur site.

Le service au restaurant est trop long. Vous passez commande et on vient vous dire que les plats ne sont plus disponibles surtout les recommandations du Chef. Un petit conseil au personnel : s’assurer des plats disponibles en cuisine avant de prendre les commandes et essayer de servir toutes les personnes d’une même table en même temps. La nourriture est très bonne. Merci

Could you please train your staff about wine and serving it ,some didn't even know what white or red wine was or how to open a skew top bottle.Many of your wines on your menu are not available! It is VERY frustrating. your staff don't know what IS available>

Stunning resort set in a huge area of tropical gardens bordering the national park. The rooms were fabulous, incredibly stylish and well equipt. Beautiful ocean front resturant with extremely helpful and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend this resort to friends.

Because this resort borders the national park and it is such a huge garden setting monkeys did sometimes enter into the grounds. The security staff do come and assist and for the most part it is not a problem.

Great place overall. Surprised by the onsite natural hot springs. The restaurant is great. This is a proper "Resort" with huge grounds and multiple pools. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Boat tours depart directly from the onsite dock.

Staff communication could be better. For example, they should explicitly inform you that the hot springs will ruin your gold and silver jewelry.

Mimpi resort is very special. Beautiful architecture and I especially loved the mineral pools and the spa treatments.The food is very good and views from the restaurant are amazing. The staff are the most exceptional people, always helpful, cheerful and happy.

Très Bien entretenu. Beaucoup de Nuisances extérieures ( routes et bains publics attenants) , par ailleurs nous avons demandé un changement de chambre car nous avions l impression que nos voisins vivaient avec nous tellement c’était mal insonorisé. L’hôtel a bien réagi pour nous offrir une chambre/villa. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Le personnel est très agréable. Les différentes piscines sont magnifiques. Dommage, je n’y retournerais pas .

Hot spring water pool

Het restaurant en het daarbij horende uitzicht over de baai. Vraag of in de avond een tafeltje op het stukje strand gezet mag worden (vooraf resereven) voor een romatisch diner. Perfectie lokatie om vanuit hier naar Menjangan eiland te gaan. Het buitenzitje voor de patio-woning is heerlijk om te relaxen. De buitendouche is ook erg aangenaam.

De fietsen mogen wel eens een onderhoudsbeurt krijgen. De tegels van de bodem van het beach-zwembad zijn erg ruw en ongelijk (niet glad). Dit geeft een troebel effect aan het water waardoor je je afvraagt of het water wel schoon genoeg is.

Great location on the edge of a sheltered harbor with wonderful views of volcanoes in the background. Hot pools were so relaxing after our days of snorkeling around Menjangan island. Our room was well stocked and comfortable. Staff were outstanding. The diving team were very well informed and extremely helpful

Everything was great

I really liked the huge space, the restaurant with its beautiful view, the very friendly staff, and the large areas for walking around. I was especially pleasantly surprised by the natural hot springs pools.

The only thing I didn’t like — though it is completely understandable — was that renovation work was taking place. During my stay, the restaurant was under renovation, so I could only have dinner there. Other than that, everything was wonderful.The restaurant management arranged breakfast in a different area, and lunch could be ordered to the room. It was only a small inconvenience.

다이빙 투어 가기에 최고의 조건을 갖추고 있었으며, 침대또한 편했습니다. 오로지 다이빙만 이용하여서, 호텔 내부 수영장은 이용하지 못했는데, 시설은 좋은거 같았어요. 그리고, 원숭이들이 많이 있어서, 따로 보러 가지 않아도 됩니다.

호텔 내부 식당외에는 배달이나, 음식을 먹을 것이 없습니다. 마트도 이용이 어렵습니다. 이용하실생각이면 호텔오기전에 간식이나 음료수 사서 오시는게 좋을것 같아요

Staff were lovely and very kind. My wife had an injured leg and they were very helpful. The restaurant has a lovely view over the inlet with boats going in and out a lot of the time. There are well-kept gardens all around. As I am into bird photography, Mimpi is very well situated for this with a local bird guide just down the road, whom I would recommend.

There is a bit of a hike down to the restaurant which was a bit of an issue for the wife but they produced a wheelchair which we used to get her there and back. The area around Mimpi is not that developed and rather rural. Not an issue for us but don't expect well-kept roads and local shops to peruse!

Great activities, out of the world underwater activities

The food in the restaurant were a bit too "westernized". I would have loved more local options but the resorts' clientele presumably prefers differently.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at Mimpi, and I’m sure I will come back again. Everything here feels so peaceful and close to nature. People speak in a slow, calming voice, and every day is filled with smiles from everyone. The swimming and spa facilities are perfect, with a great view. The hotel’s restaurant is exceptionally good. Because I stayed for many days, I was able to try a wide variety of dishes from the menu—nothing ever disappointed, and all the chef’s specials were outstanding. The staff are very friendly and respectful; they made my stay easy and comfortable. As a solo traveller, I felt completely safe here :) I’d say this is an absolutely perfect stay for anyone who wants to relax, be close to nature, and enjoy good food :)

One minor downside is that some rooms are adjacent, so noise from neighbours can occasionally be noticeable if they are loud. Another small drawback for solo travellers is that many activities arranged by the hotel require at least two people. That said, there are plenty of other places to book activities, so it’s not really a big issue.

Не понятно, как работают теплые бассейны и циркулирует ли вода. Они были выключены.

The view from the restaurant! The location being close to Menjangan island with easy boat access and skilled snorkelling & diving guides and instructors. The spa is a must! Cocktails by the pool and the natural hot springs! Very peaceful… and the monkeys stay away but are very entertaining… Staff were lovely and helpful. The selection of tours was excellent. It had a beautiful old world feel. I’ll be back.

Large swimming pool in the middle of the resort with warm water (mix of regular water and hot spring water, plus clean pool towels), natural hot springs pools near resto (pools area and water were clean and water comfortably hot (maybe due to open to sky and breezes from the bay, so water was not as super hot as the back pool).

Patio room (no. 224) is not well soundproofed ( I could hear people in next room talking in ordinary conversation voice). Natural hot spring pool at the back (near patio rooms) was not clean (lots of dead animal and things in the pool water). Food at breakfast and room service can be improved (fried rice and fried noodle a little bit tasteless), but please don't use MSG to make them taste better, just use more appropriate spices.

Gym, spa/massage, pools, green territory of the resort well maintained. Nice sea and mountain view from the pool and restaurant. Big outdoor bathroom with trees/plants, patio with comfy sofas. Cozy interior in general. Amazing quiet place to rest!

A bit high prices for the tours, spa and restaurant. Sometimes slow service in the restaurant. Beach not suitable for swimming. Nothing to do/nowhere to go outside the resort (wasn't problem for me this time).

Eine unfassbare weitläufige Anlage, extrem freundliches Personal und alles sehr gepflegt, die Preise im Hotel sind etwas teurer als landesüblich aber alles im Rahmen und alles auf einem hohen Niveau Das mimpi ist Familie geführt und das Gegenteil von Massentourismus!

Ab und zu kam eine affenherde in die Anlage :D
