Groot huis met 2 slaapkamers, grote keuken met tv, gastoestel, waterkoker. Grote open badkamer naar de buitenlucht. Ruim terras. Zwembad. Heel vriendelijk/behulpzaam personeel. Connectie met hele goede duikschool.

Staff were excellent welcoming and helpful.Property and facilities are good and accommodation comfortable at a reasonable price. Restaurant on sites was excellent cat e ring for western taste as well as local food.

There was nothing not to like, the property is unfortunately a bit off the beaten track but I had my own transport so was able to to visit local areas and attractions.

Weisse Hadtücher auf den Zimmern ungeschickt, da stets ungewaschen aussehend. Stühle und ein Tisch vor dem Zimmer wären auch nett gewesen. Gästetoilette verdient mehr Aufmerksamkeit!

Riesige Zimmer. Sehr sauber und bequeme Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Große, schöne Terrasse. Ein Traum von Pool, der in der Realität größer ist als er hier auf den Fotos wirkt. Sehr gepflegter Garten. Ruhig. Eine richtige Oase. Das Personal ist der Hammer. Vor allem all die Damen in Küche, Restaurant und Rezeption sind so so nett. Ari hat den ganzen Laden im Griff und man merkt ihre Leidenschaft für ihren Job an. Auch der Manager Gatut ist sehr nett und behandelt sein Team respektvoll. Im Hotel wird großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt und Umweltschutz. So gibt es keine Einwegprodukte, kein Plastik und Strom aus Solarpanelen. Die ganze Anlage verfügt über eine Wasserwiederaufbereitung, um nichts zu verschwenden. Wir fanden das ganz toll. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und für europäische Verhältnisse sehr günstig (wenngleich auch etwas teurer als sonst in Bali). Für uns war es traurig abzureisen- wir waren sehr gerne hier. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

This was our second time staying in Batu Ampar Resort. The property is a 10-15 minutes walk from Pasir Putih Beach. The rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold, and the outdoor bathroom is a nice addition. The room was cleaned daily. The food is delicious, and the staff is absolutely lovely! We very much enjoyed our stay in Batu Ampar. Thank you all!

We hebben hier een leuke tijd gehad. Het zwembad is goed, het eten was heerlijk en het personeel was vriendelijk.

De wifi werkte niet goed in het huisje en het warme water was snel op.

The whole hotel was spotless, facilities great and comfortable rooms. Staff from the Manager to the garden staff were kind,friendly and efficient. The restaurant had a vast selection and great prices

Everything. Pool and pool area was great the pictures don't do justice to size of pool. Very clean and deep. Gardens were lovely and relaxing. There is aroof top area which didn't use as it was so hot. Rooms were comfortable with air con and tea/coffee/kettle. Spacious shower room with hot water. Really friendly owner. We ate there 3 nights as without a car you are very limited. Food was good and very reasonably priced. The whole place has been decorated very well.

It is quite a way from anywhere else ie next village, you would need a taxi or car, but in so e ways that is it's beauty.

This property was quite clean and good. The pool and gardens well kept. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and was delicious.. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant for evening meal however was disappointing.

The walls are very thin, so one can hear even the person next door to you snoring. This was quite disturbing.

Amazing facilities, great staff and lovely vibes. Also great value for money. I really enjoyed the food, espresso coffee is amazing (Italian standards) and they helped organise a nice snorkeling trip to Menjangan at fair price. Would def go back!

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. the pool was nice. the location was ok. the snorkeling was great. breakfast was very good. the location is very close to two very nice beach side restaurants, Sunset beach and Menjangan Dynasty Resort

Generally speaking we thought the place was very nice and we will return. So, Please keep that when you read the "didn't like" these are suggestions for the hotel and staff. None of these items is a "show stopper" but rather just things that could make it better. 1. The towels are very hard and scratchy. this is probably the only item we would call a complaint. 2. the first day we were there they ran out of Bintang after we had 2 or 3 each. 3. it seems the staff is either not trained or empowered to do a lot without the manager and he is not there most of the time. It is annoying to keep being told to "wait for the manager" for anything from paying the bill to asking about a trip you have already scheduled. 4. We booked a snorkel trip with the hotel including "Pickup". It ends up the "pickup" is a guy showing up to walk us to the dock. The walk is only about 1/2k but we were expecting a pickup so really didn't have the right shoes (we were dressed for snorkeling). The "tour" also included lunch but ours were chicken sandwiches and to be honest i had to search to find any chicken. Again, please don't take the comments to seriously or persuade you from staying here. it is a nice, clean place with friendly staff and a good breakfast... there is just a few things they could do better

Fabulous bungalow for 4 with extensive facilities. Warm pool, friendly staff.

Too far to walk to the beach and my first beer was warm. The fridge had last users fruit in it.

Location is perfect, just close the dock for Manjangan island. The room was very big and very well furnished. The restaurant offers very good food and drinks that you can sip by the pool.

The hot water in the shower sometimes doesn't work well.

Very quiet, staff and manager were available when we needed to ask questions. Very efficient for short notice booking for excursions.

There is literally nothing in town or nearby. Only one or 2 Dive Shops and the odd dodgy looking Warung. It is Super quiet here. Nothing to do other than stay in the hotel and swim at the pool. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the water down some very rough tracks. The White Sand Beach is very nice once you arrive though. If i had my time again i would try to stay somewhere closer to the White Sand Beach. Its still easy to arrange Dives/ Snorkeling as every hotel can do this for you.

Very nice awaited us here. Gatot was excellent in his recommendations for diving snorkelling and cycling trips. Swimming pool was great, so was breakfast.

The property is about half an hour’s walk from the coast so isn’t in the best location.

I loved their solar, less plastic & water recycling efforts. Free water refill station with a metal water bottle to use during your stay! Staff were lovely & food was delicious 😋. The superior room was very nice & private with a view of the gardens & pool. The only thing we missed was a mini fridge in our room. As the manager explained, it's costs to run fridges, which would then increase guest cost. Great pool, tours on offer & a beautiful clean bay not far from the accommodation. Would love to stay here longer.

Beautiful place with just a few rooms, very quiet and lush green garden to relax in. Pool is nice, restaurant has delicious food and personal are all very kind. They organized a snorkeling trip that I could join to Menjangan Island which was great. Definitely recommend staying here.

We have booked the cottage, which turned out to be a very spacious bungalow with two bedrooms, large living/kitchen area, spacious bathroom and private terrace/garden area. There is also a restaurant at the venue, where we enjoyed several meals. We experienced the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our highlight during our stay was the snorkelling trip to Menjangan island.

Hot water for showering is limited, but we did not really mind showering with less warm water.

Wonderful place

The breakfast was really amazing, plenty of choices and large portions - a perfect way to start the day! We were impressed with how the resort was really in line with their "eco" name, the pool had very few chemicals and was great for swimming, there was a large refillable water tank in the room, and there were plenty of birds living on site. A great way to access Menjangan Island, as the boats leave from docks 400m away.

Everything was fine, but do keep in mind that it is an eco resort, so there will be geckoes in the rooms (not dangerous) and the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, as there were gecko droppings in the bathroom and we noticed that the chest of drawers was very dusty - may be after the room not being used for a while. The cleaning should be more complete

The staff were very accommodating and did anything for us. The restaurant food was lovely. The property was very quiet and relaxing. They are currently adding some improvements and hope to host more tourists in the near future. Like a lot of places in Bali, they are still getting back on their feet following Covid lockdowns. The potential is there for this to be a fantastic resort.

The staff is really helpful, they can provide everything for every kind of need. It’s also a good place for a medium-term stay while working (at least it was for us as the place was not crowded, so really quiet and peaceful).

The pool is amazing. The staff is very friendly. The shower was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. Gatot the manager was so kind and welcoming.

There was no lamp next to my bed. I told Gatot - the manager - and he installed one. So nothing to report.

The big pool with a separate space for our children to play! Very friendly staff and the manager, Gatot, also arranged a fantastic snorkelling trip for us!

The facilities were good and the staff could not have been more helpful. The private outdoor shower facility was novel, but very practical

Unfortunately, there is a dog rescue centre behind the hotel and a couple of the dogs barked incessantly thoughout the night making sleep impossible. I discussed this with Gatot the Manager and I hope he will find a way to address this.

The place is under new management and they are AWESOME. Ketut (aka Gato) was on top of everything even before we arrived. The place ia great in so many levels but the staff is the first one. Also, the food was extra yummy. Best nasi goreng I have ever eaten, with a touch of sambal matah and a very different recipe. Must try!

The location and facilities were excellent. Outdoor bathrooms and pool were all well kept. The meals on site were exceptional and great value for money.

Our package didn't include breakfast, which was a shame. Worth noting needed cash to pay for the accommodation.

This place is a gem. The gardens have a great natural feel; the pool is soft water, and you feel so pampered. The restaurant has good food, or cheap snacks - lovely coffee! - and a great basic breakfast which you can add to for a little extra. Staff were attentive, friendly. Even the music was good!
