The hotel was noted for being very clean during the stay.

Frequently praised as 'super clean' and 'la propreté'; multiple guests highlight very clean rooms and public areas, though one report notes housekeeping missed service twice.

Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and room/facility hygiene ("clean", "room and overall facility cleanliness are excellent").

There were mentions of cleanliness issues, such as dirty windows and hair found in the shower.

The hotel has stunning views over the sea and a convenient nearby supermarket.

Strong beachfront location and close to water park and seaside activities; private beach praised. Some guests noted the sea entrance is stony (not sandy) and the hotel is far from city nightlife for those seeking action.

The location next to a cliff offers nice views and activities nearby.

Staff were described as friendly and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Service repeatedly described as excellent, friendly and attentive in many reviews ('Best service', 'שירות מצויין'), though one reviewer felt the service level was below expectations.

Mixed signals: several guests praise staff by name and describe top-tier, outstanding service (Andriani, Ilias), but a strong negative complaint about refusal of a late check-out and unprofessional attitude lowers the score.

Great service and attention to detail were highlighted in the reviews.

Food was varied and excellent, with multiple on-site restaurant options.

Food generally praised ('Das Essen!!', 'Excellent food', 'אוכל טעים וובשפע') with varied and tasty options, but recurring notes about limited buffet selection in places, unlabeled desserts, lack of fresh morning juices and ice-cream formats.

Food, breakfast, cocktails and dining venues receive high praise ("dining room like a palace", "we love the food"); one note that breakfast ingredients could be higher quality.

Praises for the breakfast quality and options available in the hotel.

Amenities were good, but some entertainment options were limited, especially towards the end of the season.

Large pool complex, entertainment, on-site shop, car rental and private beach are positives; criticisms include an aging gym, limited shaded poolside spots, some entertainment seen as weak for a 5-star property, and occasional staff behaviour at beach umbrellas.

Strong amenity offering noted: multiple superb pools (including private pool), concerts at the bar terrace, shuttle service, and helpful car-rental assistance; pools described as exceptional.

Spa facilities are paid, which could improve the score if included for guests.

The overall experience and quality of food provided good value for the price paid.

Several guests explicitly call it good value for money; however, some frustration about all-inclusive details (drinks/water not always included) reduces perceived value for a subset of visitors.

Not directly discussed in the reviews; set to the target overall rating.

Great value for the services and experiences offered, such as diverse breakfast.
