Lo que menos me gustaron fueron las camas. Tampoco me gustó el plástico protector, daba calor y se movía. Y lo que menos la forma en que estaban hechas, por un lado había sábana y por otro se te salían los pies. Los cubre canapés están muy viejos y dan mal aspecto.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Labai paslaugios ir malonios moterys, dirbančios registratūroje. Puikūs pusryčiai. Nemokama automobilio stovėjimo vieta visai šalia buto durų. Baseinas didelis, švarus. Bute esančioje terasoje galima pasideginti, pavalgyti ar išsidžiovinti rūbus. Labai rami aplinka.
Gal reikėtų atnaujinti rankšluosčius bei patalynę, nes kai kurie jau buvo apdriskę bei su mažomis skylėmis. Bet tai nesugadino nuomonės apie šią vietą.

O pequeno almoço muito fraco. O sumo de laranja não era natural, só havia um tipo de queijo, não havia salada, os ovos e o tomate assado sem sabor, sem sal. Ao almoço pedi uma salada César, cujo molho não percebi o que era. A minha filha pediu um hamburguer que veio seco e meio queimado, sem sabor. Enfim, só a refeição ao jantar é que comi melhor. A piscina achei pequena para tanta gente

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026It was well located and the facilities were to a decent standard. Only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Carvoeiro, 10 minutes the other way to Vale Ceneanes beach.
Overall the site is quite small so the facilities are a bit limited - small gym and spa, one medium sized pool and a tennis court.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Super lokalizacja, fantastyczny ogródek z widokiem na ocean, przestrzenne apartamenty, ładny basen i odległość spacerkiem na plażę i do miasteczka. Bardzo miły personel. Hotel dosyć kameralny (chyba 80 apartamentów?), nie czuć tłoku, na basenie nikt się nie bije o leżaki. Basen piękny i czysty. Na miejscu knajpka, można wykupić śniadania za 12,50 euro (chociaż jest codziennie to samo, ale smaczne i świeże). Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Parking przy wejściu do domku.
Hotel ma 4 gwiazdki, kosztuje sporo, ale łazienkom i kuchni naprawdę przydałaby się renowacja. To nie jest kwestia wielkiej inwestycji, ale po prostu odświeżenia i wymiany takich sprzętów jak obdarte lustra, zużyte deski klozetowe, parawany prysznicowe, silikony itp. W pokoju był zapach wilgoci. Słabo wysprzątane po kątach (pajęczyny itp.) Jest potencjał na rewelacyjne miejsce, ale trzeba dopieścić

Não são cumpridas as regras que estão à entrada da piscina: não usar bolas e bóias na piscina grande. Por vezes, era impossível nadar tranquilamente. Chegaram a estarem ao mesmo tempo 12 bóias enormes na piscina. Deixam levar vidro do bar para a piscina, o que também não era suposto.

As casas-de-banho são completamente obsoletas (aliás, todo o resort está a carecer de remodelação). A água tinha pouquíssima pressão, e a água quente não era constante. Foi a primeira vez em que tive de apresentar todos os detalhes da reserva do Booking, porque a funcionária da recepção, apesar de ter a reserva impressa, não sabia a tipologia de quarto que tínhamos pago (quarto superior, não reembolsável). Nunca tinha ficado num AT, mas as 4 estrelas que classificam esta unidade ficam muito aquém do padrão Pestana. Uma decepção.

A short walk to the beach which is spectacular. Staff very nice and helpful. We appreciated wine, water and pastries waiting for us on the table. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The resort is well maintained and quiet at night. Beautiful cliff walk nearby, perfect for sunsets. I would definitely go back there!
We loved everything! Minor things that we would have liked: no shampoo and conditioner, salt and pepper, and could have used more dishwasher tablets (we only had 1 for a 3-night stay).

Habían mosquiteras. Plazas gratuitas de aparcamiento de sobra. El desayuno estaba bastante bien. La comida del restaurante del hotel tbn estaba muy buena. La piscina estaba bastante limpia y no tuvimos problemas ningún día para conseguir tumbonas con algo de sombra.
Las camas eran de muelles, incómodas para dormir. Las almohadas tampoco eran cómodas. La presión del agua del baño era mas bien poca

En nuestro caso el alojamiento (un apartamento) era escaso en relación con el precio pagado. Muy escaso a nivel utensilios de cocina para poder realizar comidas o cenas en el apartamento.

Gros plus pour le parking juste devant le logement, très pratique et pas besoin de chercher une place. La plage n’est pas tout près, mais la ville est accessible à pied pour ceux qui aiment marcher. Il faut juste prévoir une petite montée au retour 😄 Une adresse agréable pour un séjour tranquille en famille !

Breakfast plentiful, with lovely fruit, cereal, bread pastries and cooked options. We had dinner one night too which was really enjoyed by all of us (2 vegetarians included!). This was a lovely relaxing stay and perfectly fitted the end of our holiday .
It was a shame our neighbours were chain smokers, both sides, and so being outside our house wasn’t so pleasant.

Muy anticuado y deteriorarlo el mobiliario en especial los baños, con los muebles de lavabo de madera, corroído por el agua y sanitarios y equipamiento de baño muy antiguo. en el gimnasio, algunas máquinas están estropeadas

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Localização, pequeno almoço bom, simpatia funcionários, instalações confortáveis e com tudo que é preciso, bem espaçoso e com muita arrumação. Camas confortáveis e roupa de cama igualmente confortável. Estacionamento grátis e disponível.
Limpeza dos quartos má, não trocam toalhas quando é pedido, não mudaram a roupa da cama durante a estadia de 1 semana, não passam o chão a pano e varrem mal porque mesmo depois da limpeza feita a casa de banho continua a ter cabelos no chão. Tudo o resto foi muito bom.

We hadden een appartement voor 3 personen geboekt. De 3e persoon moest in een uitgetrokken zetelbed slapen (dat wisten we), maar er kon in de ruimte niks verduisterd worden. Ook bleef de sproeikop in de douche (bad) niet staan (stond helemaal los) waardoor we niet comfortabel konden douchen.

El centro está muy lejos para ir andando y las limpiadoras suelen hacer la ronda a las 15-17 de la tarde que suele ser horas de descanso y se escucha mucho el ruido y los golpes, el baño es muy pequeño en comparación a la habitación que si es muy amplia

Ik reisde met een collega en had 2 éénpersoonsbedden gevraagd maar toen we aankwamen was er 1 dubbelbed en moest de andere op een matras op de grond slapen. Om alsnog elk een bed te hebben moest ik €90 extra betalen terwijl in de bevestigingsmail stond dat er 2 éénpersoonsbedden zouden zijn.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and nearby beach (that is not a major tourist beach and so more relaxed). It is close to town so we could easily drive 5 minutes for restaurants and ice cream.

Havia várias obras a decorrer dentro e fora do alojamento. Tivemos também algumas baratas em casa, situação que ficou resolvida ao fim de 3 dias. O horário da piscina parece-nos desajustado (19h) principalmente com os dias tão longos.

Our son loved the pool, they have a kiddies pool which is perfect for toddlers. Very friendly staff, we are going back next summer.

A única parte má do alojamento era a casa de banho que apesar de visualmente limpa, cheirava a esgoto e estava muito velha. Moveis já a precisar de renovação.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Fantastic, stylish accommodation with everything we needed, 1min away from a beautiful pool area and bar. Brilliant location - close enough to walk 15 mins into town to the main beach, or 5 min walk to a nearby beach and short 7 min drive to Benagil beach for Kayaking trips too! Great gym, tennis courts and table tennis with free racquets and balls, daily cleaning and great reception staff made the stay feel high end. Would definitely return.
My only grumble was that the Lovely pool closed so early at 7pm. 8pm would have been better to allow people to enjoy the sunset and cooler temperatures. Or, perhaps close the pool but allow you to still sit around it enjoying your drink or reading a book. A pool table somewhere to enjoy in the evenings around the bar restaurant area would also have been a good addition.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Beautiful property with many amenities that made out stay very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and a reasonable walk into the town. There is a restaurant, fitness room and spa on the property as well. The apartments were spacious, clean and very comfortable.
We rented two apartments for our family of 8. We could not open the washing machine door in one and had to call maintenance who arrived quickly and was able to help us get the door open. Besides this minor hiccup, we were very pleased with our accomodations and stay at this property.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Hotel jest trochę na uboczu Carvoeiro w osiedlu szeregowych domków. Dzięki temu była tutaj spokój i cisza, zaledwie o kilkaset metrów od centrum Carvoeiro. Parę minut spacerem jest najlepsza plaża w okolicy Praia de Vale Centeanes. Praia Vale de Covo się zawaliła i nie ma do niej dostępu, a Praia de Carvoeiro jest prawie 2 km od hotelu. Dodatkowo na terenie ośrodka jest przyjemny basen w którym można się ochłodzić w ciepłe dni oraz restauracja SAL & TAL z pysznym jedzeniem w przystępnej cenie. W domku było bardzo czysto i przyjemnie, codziennie obsługa sprzątała w domu i wyrzucała śmieci. Mieliśmy domek z drzwiami tarasowymi na trawnik ze stolikiem, parasolem i dwoma leżakami. Co dzień rano jedliśmy śniadanie i piliśmy kawę w promieniach porannego słońca. Jedyny mały minusik, to że z ogrodu nie było widać oceanu tylko z balkonu z pierwszego piętra. Z tego co widziałem to w części domków z ich ogrodów było widać ocean, ale były też takie z mikro ogródkiem przy ścieżce. Także polecam rezerwacje domku z widokiem na morze na pewno będzie bardziej kameralnie.
W opisie było, że jest widok na morze. Rzeczywiście był, ale tylko z balkonu na pierwszym piętrze, a nie z ogrodu na parterze. Może warto przyciąć żywopłot, żeby i z parteru było widać ocean. Dzięki temu można by było pić co dzień rano kawę z widokiem na ocean.

The studio was big, comfortable, beautiful and clean with a huge kitchen with all you need, even a washing machine. The restaurant was amazing and the staff as well. Bigger than expected. Good facilities and very comfortable. The pool area was great and a huge thanks for allowing us to use it on check out day and extend our check out time. Food was quite good. Breakfast had a great selection and was really good value. Would definitely stay again. And beautiful grounds. 20 min walk into town. Nice and quiet during the night too.

Tive problemas com agua quente no 1o dia e nao me avisaram que faltaria agua no 2o dia apos 9hs por causa de uma obra. No geral boa opcao para familias, grupos grandes e quem esta de carro.

Achei as instalações (quarto) um pouco largadas. Pecaram em alguns detalhes como fiação da televisão e internet. Tapete velho na sala, sofá cama velhinho e toalhas também meia vida. Tem potencial mas precisa melhorar a manutenção dos quartos.

Pool is good with a nice bar besides with good cocktail and mocktail options, restaurant is pretty good Free Parking and safe inside the property
Only issue was the trouble with Cockroaches, seems they are hiding in corners of the Bathroom and coming out every night, this cause a lot of discomfort to my kid. Talked to the lady at the reception, they said they will ensure that those holes in Toilet and bathrooms are patchup and ensure that cockroaches are removed
