L’hôtel est incroyable que ce soit pour les adultes ou pour les enfants , le personnel est très gentil . Le buffet était très bon avec plusieurs variétés 😊

This is genuinely one of my favourite hotels anywhere, which is why I keep coming back — I’ve now stayed here five times. What makes Stella Gardens so special isn’t just the hotel itself, it’s the people. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel incredibly welcome and genuinely valued as a guest. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and somehow they manage to make you feel special every single time you visit. The staff are exceptional — warm, friendly, attentive and professional without ever being over the top. The hotel is beautifully looked after, the facilities are excellent, there’s always plenty to do, and the whole place has a fantastic atmosphere. The food and choice are great, everything is kept incredibly clean, and the pools and waterpark make it particularly brilliant for families. I’ve stayed in plenty of good hotels over the years, but there’s a reason I keep returning to Stella Gardens. You arrive as a guest but very quickly feel like you’re being welcomed back by friends. For me, that’s something you can’t manufacture, and it’s what makes this hotel stand out.

It’s genuinely difficult to find anything negative to say. If I had to criticise something, it would probably be that eventually you have to leave! After five visits, the fact that I continue choosing to come back probably says more than anything I could write here.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, mit tollen Mitarbeitern und wirklich wunderschönem Meereszugang. Meine Mutter reiste mit meinem Sohn alleine und diese Bewertung schreibe ich aus Ihrem Namen. Hier findet jeder was für sich!!! Tolle Anlage, tolle Zimmer, tolles Essen. Super für Groß und klein. Personal überragend lieb und zuvorkommend!!! Was für Kunstwerke die Roomcleaner machen ist bewundernswert und hat beiden jedesmal ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Besonderen Lob sprechen wir an Ahmad, dem Rezeptionsmanager aus! Er hat mich stehts über alles informiert und war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn ich eine Frage hatte! Er macht seinen Job Weltklasse und fragt auch, ob es allen gut geht oder man noch etwas tun kann. Ich kann hier wirklich aus tiefstem Herzen Danke sagen!!! Meine Mutter und Mein Sohn hatten wunderschöne 11 Tage dort! Rundum mehr als zufrieden! Das wird nicht unser letztes Mal im Stella Garden Resort sein. Macht weiter so 🙏

Resort bom geral ,embora não seja novo. Boas piscinas,apesar de ficar a uns minutos da praia o transfer está sempre a passar. Comida razoável para o Egito. Mas ok geral bom resort para férias

Bebidas pouca variedade, pouca.fruta também nas refeições. Pedir gelo a alguns empregados meu deus ,que problema. No refeitório como e um grande resort acaba por ficar muitas pessoas ,algumas delas muito mal.educados,sem regras de civismo ,mas isso o resort nao tem culpa. A limpeza dos quartos também deixa muito a desejar embora façam todos os dias.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The NUNIA Aqua Park was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, great fun for both adults and children. The stunning coral reef right on the beach was another unforgettable experience. The marine life and crystal-clear water made snorkeling there truly amazing. The à la carte restaurants were also excellent, especially Wok Royale, which was one of our favorite dining experiences during the stay. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ahmed Khamis for his exceptional professionalism, kindness, and hospitality. He was always available and genuinely caring, checking on us every single day to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay. His attention to detail and warm attitude really made us feel welcomed and valued. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great facilities, beautiful beache and reefs, and outstanding hospitality! 🌊🏖️🍽️❤️

Très bon séjour au Stella Gardens Aquapark ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la qualité du service. Un grand merci au responsable de la réception Ahmed pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, notamment pour nous avoir accordé un late check-out jusqu’à 17h. Merci également à notre homme de chambre, toujours aux petits soins et très attentif à notre confort ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe dont Malina. Une équipe vraiment professionnelle et attentionnée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et son aquapark avec plaisir !

Notre séjour à l’hôtel a été une très belle expérience ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et l’Aqua Park est vraiment impressionnant : très grand, avec beaucoup de toboggans pour petits et grands. Un grand bravo également à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, le personnel est vraiment au top, accueillant et professionnel. Et surtout, un immense merci à Ahmed, le responsable de la réception, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et nous a vraiment arrangés pour le départ tardif. I liked the room and the aquapark it was very nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful and when I gave comment related to restaurant they listened and it was resolved the next day. Le parc aquatique est vraiment super, la plage avec le ponton pour le snorkeling est appréciable, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est confortable. Petite attention avec fruits frais et gâteaux dans les chambres. La piscine principale est agréable, toujours des transats disponibles, même si le son de la sono n’est pas top. La nourriture est bonne et variée . Restaurant asiatique très bons et serveurs très sympathiques. Amehd de la réception est sympathique et arrangeant 🙂

Beaucoup de déchets qui traînent, longue attente au restaurant principal, surtout le soir, tables sales, gobelets en carton même pour le café du matin. Le restaurant italien n’est pas terrible, l’accueil agressif et difficile d’avoir à boire. Les serveurs ne sont pas très agréables de manière générale mais pas tous heureusement ! Douche qui fuit et carrelage qui craque dans la chambre.

J'ai beaucoup aimé les restaurants à la carte, et le buffet du petit-déjeuner était également excellent.

Séjour très mitigé au Stella Garden à Hurghada. Pour un 5 étoiles, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur : restauration répétitive, attente importante, qualité insuffisante et incivilités fréquentes. Les chambres mériteraient également une rénovation, ne correspondant pas aux standards attendus. L’animation pour les adultes est quasiment inexistante, ce qui rend les soirées particulièrement décevantes et peu dynamiques. Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant, surtout comparé à d’autres établissements de la région offrant une bien meilleure expérience. Enfin, mention spéciale à Ali, en charge de notre chambre, pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse exemplaires. 😊

When asking the receptionist about the tooth kit, he told me that this is for the VIP only, while I paid for 2 rooms with US dollars (4/10) 6. After an accident in the aqua, i searched for a pharmacy in stella Garden as i was accommodated there, the team inform me that the pharmacy in stella beach only , which is very bad point (5/10)

Nous n avons pas du tout aimé l hôtel,le service l entretien les chambres étaient vieilles la nourriture ne correspondait pas aux critères de l hôtel qui est soit disant un 5 étoiles !! Nous n avons pas bien mangé le restaurant était bruyant cela ressemblait à une cantine, beaucoup de choses en supplément pour un All in,service d entretien pas très motivé pas très souriant.Complexe avec un hôtel piscine et l autre plage nous ne pouvions pas utilisé les piscines ou aller manger dans les restaurants de l autre hôtel c'est vraiment dommage !! Expérience très décevante pour notre 3eme voyage en Egypte !

The aqua park was fantastic, with a great variety of slides and attractions for all ages. We especially loved that it stays open until 11:00 PM twice a week, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and having two showers was a great convenience for our family. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Khamis for his kindness, generosity, and warm welcome. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel truly valued. We had a wonderful experience and would be happy to stay here again.

نعم ، كل الوجبات كانت لذيذة ومتنوعة. الألعاب المائية جميلة. والمسابح متعددة ونظيفة. مستر أحمد خميس (مدير الاستقبال) شخصية محترمة جداً. مستر أبانوب (مسؤول النقل والمواصلات) كان متعاوناً جداً. مستر محمد الأسيوطي (أخصائي المساج) محترف جداً ونتائجه رائعة. مطاعم المنتجع أكلها مشهي وطواقمها مضيافة.

لا توجد فعاليات في المنتجع ! المسرح صامت ، الشاطئ حزين ومظلم ، المكان بالكامل يفتقر للطابع المصري المرح والغني بالنشاط ويميل للجانب الغربي الهادئ والممل.

- The hotel has excellent infrastructure. The buildings, landscaping, pools, and aqua park are impressive and truly have the potential to be a genuine 5-star resort. - The hotel managers were the only people who consistently tried to help guests. They were experienced, professional, and able to solve problems quickly whenever they were involved. - The reception staff, especially during check-in, were very friendly, cooperative, and professional

Unfortunately, almost everything related to the daily service fell far below what should be expected from a 5-star resort. - Most of the staff lack the professionalism, hospitality, and customer service skills expected in a luxury hotel. Their attitude makes the entire resort feel more like a 3- or 4-star property. - The aqua park staff were particularly disappointing. Instead of focusing on guests' safety and assisting visitors, some employees appeared to spend their time watching, commenting on, and flirting with female guests rather than performing their responsibilities professionally. - The restaurant staff require significant training. Out of a large team, only a handful seemed suitable for hotel hospitality. As an All-Inclusive guest, I asked for an additional serving and was unexpectedly asked, "How many people are you?" This was both surprising and inappropriate. - The breakfast egg station was another example of poor organization. Despite a queue of waiting guests, the chef prepared large batches of only one recipe instead of asking each guest what they wanted. Anyone requesting something different had to wait until the entire batch was finished while other guests were served first. When questioned, the responses were unfriendly and sometimes rude. - One of the biggest disappointments was the hotel's pricing policy. Guests booking directly through Booking or the hotel often pay around EGP 10,000 for a double room, while some travel agencies sell the same stay for nearly EGP 6,000 with free accommodation for children. Such a huge price difference naturally creates frustration among guests paying full price. - The hotel does not enforce basic pool and aqua park rules. Many guests entered the pools and water slides wearing regular clothes, socks, and water shoes, with no intervention from the staff. I even witnessed a foreign guest asking an employee whether this was actually permitted.

Room service, fue muy bienal nivel persona y trabajo, Tienen varias piscinas no grande pro solo bien. El Aqua park esta muy bien. Hotel en general, habitaciones y restaurante son limpios. El aire acondicionado bastante bien.

La comida puedo dar 5 de 10, nada especia, carne roja mal, el único que bien es una carnes se llama Kufta. El arroz no se come, el pollo esta bien. vasos, equipos, zumos ninguno de calidad, el único que disfruta es el agua. La playa es muy mal, no es una playa que me imaginado es los foto, es muy raro, y no se puede nadar como todas las playas y no hay olas. Es una playa muy raro ni me gusta. Compartido foto. Para hacer el check-in mas de 40 minutos, fue desastre, no es fallo de empleado, fue fallo de administración de recepción, porque solo fue 3 personas para mucha gente quien quejan, otras check-in y otro cliente enfadado, no se porque, pero el gran trabajado en este momento fue un señor se llama Mohamad Fathy, tenia una paciencia y rapidez no visto antes en ningún hotel por mis viajes mundial.

We loved everything about Stella Garden, from the staff's welcome and service to the clean, spacious facilities. If you have any problem, you can ask for Ahmed Khamis, who will be happy to help you, he provided us with excellent service. As for the beach, there is a wonderful spot at the end of the pier where you can swim and snorkel for free; be sure to bring your own mask, as renting one on-site costs extra.

La struttura si trova a circa 30 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto. Zona tranquilla, mare splendido e servizi top sopratutto se si viaggia in famiglia. Il parco acquatico compreso nell'offerta all inclusive veramente degno di nota per essere in un villaggio. Molte piscine adatte ad adulti e bambini tra cui una con altri scivoli e una con le onde. Camere molto ampie con doccia e vasca (almeno la nostra) e sempre pulite alla perfezione. Ristorante a buffet con ampia offerta e possibilità di mangiare a qualsiasi ora nei vari punti ristoro. Ristoranti alla carta di qualità. Staff eccezionale, gentilissimi e pieni di accortezze (io viaggiavo solo con mia figlia e ognuno di loro è riuscito a rendere ogni giorno una sorpresa per lei). Vorrei ricordare i nomi di tutti ma è impossibile, i ragazzi del slides pool bar, quelli della piscina grande e tutti i ragazzi dei ristoranti. Ringrazio in particolar modo Mostafa Rashed per averci sempre fatto trovare la camera in condizioni fantastiche, aver lasciato sempre una sorpresa a mia figlia con gli asciugamani e averle insegnato anche un pò di Arabo e Ahmed Salah per le attenzioni in sala ristorante... un complimento anche a Ahmed (reception manager) per la professionalità sua e del suo staff

Most of the snacks were not included in the all-inclusive package The check-in process was not well organized and took until around 3:30 PM although I am an Egyptian citizen, the payment was withdrawn from credit card in USD, which caused me to incur around 5% extra charges above the announced prices.

The food quality was very poor and caused a very bad experience for my family. My 3-year-old daughter vomited 3 times after dinner, and after we reported it, the hotel management insisted that the food was fine. The next day, she vomited again immediately after lunch. The management handled the situation with complete lack of care and professionalism. They refused to refund the remaining nights at first, and the issue was only solved after Booking.com intervened. The main restaurant also had an unpleasant smell, and when we complained about the food quality, one of the chefs replied in a very unprofessional way, saying they cannot taste 180 or 200 items just for us. The hotel did provide a doctor after the first incident, and he was respectful, but the prescribed doses were not suitable for my daughter’s age or weight based on our later review. The worst part was the way one of the pool guards reacted when my daughter vomited near the pool. He was sarcastic and disrespectful instead of helping. The service level is not even close to hotels like Albatros Palace, Jungle Aqua Park Hurghada, or Albatros Beach Sharm El Sheikh, even though the price difference at the time of booking was only around EGP 10,000.

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Stella Gardens Resort & Spa. Het resort is mooi onderhouden en via een directe verbinding loop je zo naar het zusterhotel aan het strand. Het nieuwe aquapark is erg leuk en in mei waren de wachtrijen verrassend kort. Overdag is er genoeg entertainment en ’s avonds zijn er leuke shows om van te genieten. Ook willen we Ahmed bedanken voor de geweldige persoonlijke service en gastvrijheid.

Hotel magnifique, ultra sécurisé, super bien entretenu de la chambre, aux parties communes ainsi que le parc! Le personnel est à nos petits soins, toujours un sourire, soucieux de notre bien etre, un mot gentil et adorable avec les enfants! Large choix au buffet, multiples plats typiques pour que chacun y trouve son compte et même un mini buffet pour les touts petits qui peuvent se servirent eux même ! Un large choix de piscine zen, fun, à vagues et un parc aquatique gigantesque pour le plaisir des petits et grands grands enfants! Accès egalement à la plage soit par navette ou à pieds en 5/10 min tout en restant dans le parc des hotels stella garden et beach! On y trouve un super spot de snorkeling au bout d'un ponton avec une eau cristalline! A noter certains services du Stella beach sont accessibles en séjournant au garden! En bref, je conseille les yeux fermés cet hotel, et je suis même étonnée par certains commentaires négatifs que j'ai pu lire avant de réserver ! Allez y les yeux fermés!

Colazione pranzo e cena tutti a buffet, cibo vario e per tutte le esigenze. Ahmed si è sempre prodigato per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, una citazione di merito per il cameriere della zona esterna Mustafa'.

In spiaggia personale un po' troppo insistente nel proporre massaggi alla spa, snorkeling e diving.

Ottima esperienza, il personale è stato veramente accogliente simpatico e cordiale, Ahmed è stato sempre disponibile ed ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta con competenza e professionalità. Il Resort è ordinato e pulito sia nelle camere che nelle zone comuni. La cucina è varia e abbondante.

La pasta per gli italiani è importante, qua era sempre troppo cotta. Animazione non in linea con un 5 stelle.

Mr Ahmed khamis is really exceptional , everything we needed he arrange it even before asking and he keeps following up to make sure everything is okay many thanks for him.

В первый раз отдыхали в Египте, в Хургаде. Первый раз в отеле по системе все включено. Нам понравилось. Красивая большая ухоженная территория. Со множеством бассейнов на территории. Но главное, это фантастический аквапарк при отеле, сразу рядом с главным входом. Он очень большой и очень классный, нигде лучше аквапарков я не видел. Персонал тоже очень отзывчивый, много кто разговаривает по русски. Сразу на входе нас встретил менеджер Ахмед, и все дни нас сопровождал и помогал нам, объяснял как все здесь работает. Убирали каждый день, каждый день приносили свежие фрукты в номер. Еды много, для нас не привычно)). Меню разнообразное, каждый день что то новое. Море рядом, пешком мы ходили по 10 минут. Но зависит от номера, у нас был где то по середине. От самых дальних номеров каждые 10 минут ездит автобус. В отеле есть анимация и всякие другие активности, но мы не пользовались. Только аквапарк и море. У нас всего 3 дня было). Есть пристань, риф, и в принипе весь makadi bay доступен с пляжа, можно гулять по всему побережью. Лежаков и всего прочего тоже полно, но мы особо не лежали.

Le personnel est très sympa, je les remercie tous pour leur bonne humeur, il y a un entretien permanent de l'hôtel, je remercie Ahmed qui a veillé sur nous, tout les jours un message pour savoir si on avait besoin de quelque chose. Le buffet est bon et varié.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stella Gardens Makadi and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived we felt truly welcomed. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the whole Front Office Department specially to Mr Ahmed Front Office Manager and to Ashraf. Their professionalism, hospitality, and genuine willingness to help made a world of difference. They were always available to assist with a smile, making us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. A couple of words regarding the territory: The hotel grounds are vast and incredibly well-maintained. We loved walking through the lush, beautifully landscaped gardens every day. The new aqua park is a fantastic addition! It’s modern, safe, and provides endless fun. The Room: A huge shout-out for the sleeping comfort—the bed and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring we had a perfect night's sleep every night. Main Restaurant: We were impressed by the variety of dishes offered. Every meal felt fresh and there were plenty of options to satisfy different tastes. The Pier & Snorkeling: If you love the sea this is paradise! The underwater world accessible directly from the pier is breathtaking. The colors and variety of fish right at your feet are simply stunning. We have met octopus and stingray there. Stella Gardens is truly versatile. It is a great fit for any age group—whether you are a young group of friends looking for fun or a family with children seeking a safe and engaging environment for a holiday. We cannot recommend this place enough and look forward to returning soon!

La struttura è curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va al reception manager, Ahmed, che si è distinto per la sua professionalità, disponibilità e attenzione al cliente. Ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con gentilezza e tempestività, facendoci sentire sempre ascoltati e ben accolti. La sua dedizione ha fatto davvero la differenza nella qualità del nostro soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un ambiente confortevole e un servizio impeccabile. Der var et stort udvalg af mad, hvilket var lækkert og dejligt. Masser at vælge imellem, på alle tidspunkter af dagen. Service niveauet var tip top - især den service vi har fået fra Ahmad Khamis (Receptionchef), hvad end vi havde problemer med, blev løst på meget kort tid. Beliggenheden var ok, tæt på stranden- men langt væk fra byen. Det var helt fint. Jeg vil gerne anbefale dette resort til alle, det er skønt at være, behageligt og personalet er super venlige.

Wi-Fi var lidt ringe, det virkede ikke altid, og virkede heller ikke på bestemte steder. Ydermere var der høj musik hver dag i deres ude areal til kl. 23 om natten.

Overall, we had a really good experience staying at the hotel. Everything worked smoothly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to highlight Ahmed Khamiz, who provided excellent service. Every time we contacted him, he responded quickly and made sure our requests were handled efficiently. His helpful attitude and professionalism made a big difference and contributed a lot to our positive experience. The only area that could be improved is the cleaning. While it was acceptable, we believe there could be a bit more attention to detail to make the overall stay even better.

We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel during the Egg Festival. The atmosphere and ambiance were perfectly suited to the Egyptian spirit. On the first day, we had an unfortunate room reception; we were given an unprepared room, but I think it was due to the staff's negligence. Upon immediately reporting the problem, the Reception Manager, Mr. Ahmed, quickly found alternative solutions, which pleased us greatly. He made our stay at the hotel more comfortable. He took great care of us every day, morning and evening. He even provided us with extra sweet treats, fruit, and drinks in our room, and different figures greeted us on our beds every day, much to the delight of our children. We were treated to two different restaurants; all of this was truly wonderful, and I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed very much. He is one of the rare people who truly excels at his job. Also, Ms. Malina in the lobby was very kind and helpful in every way. Because she speaks Turkish, we were able to express ourselves more easily and receive support. She is a very kind and sweet consultant who helps with everything wholeheartedly. And finally, Ezz, a manicurist who knows her job very well, immediately corrected the staff's mistake and did everything she could to ensure we left satisfied. We want to come back again and left the hotel very pleased.

Struttura bellissima e pulitissima. Staff super accogliente soprattutto Ahmed che ci ha assistito durante tutto il soggiorno e ha risolto tutti i nostri problemi, rendendo la vacanza unica, la sua disponibilità e gentilezza è stata fantastica!

La struttura è molto bella, il personale gentile e disponibile, le camere sono pulite e spaziose, il cibo abbastanza buono e variegato. Un grazie speciale anche ad Ahmed che si è assicurato giornalmente che tutto andasse bene.

Unica pecca in questo periodo la mattina al mare c'è la bassa marea, quindi non è ideale per farsi il bagno, ma c'è il pontile che ti permette di immergerti nella barriera corallina.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Stella Garden. L'hôtel est très agréable et les jardins fleuris sont magnifiques. Le staff est très sympathique. Un grand merci à Ahmed K. Du service de la réception qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréable. Je vous recommande cet hôtel si vous voyagez avec des enfants. Le snorkeling depuis le ponton est superbe.

Esperienza super positiva. Camera nuova, pulita e letto comodo. Tre ristoranti tra cui scegliere, con particolare lode al ristorante Libanese. Staff super accogliente e disponibile. Il ragazzo delle pulizie in camera lasciava ogni giorno frutta, acqua ed una composizione sempre diversa fatta con gli asciugamani, lo staff del ristorante sempre sorridente, il signore della zona BBQ era il top. Per concludere speciale menzione per Ahmed della reception, ogni giorno si accertava andasse tutto bene, sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Super disponibile e professionale, una garanzia. Se dovessi mai tornare ad Hurghada sceglierei sicuramente il Stella Garden Resort.
