It was really amazing, Marina from guest relations has been so helpful during our stay and always smiling! Amr Mohamed from the main restaurant is the best, he made our stay and food endeavours very comfortable. Also we would like to thank Gerges from the beach snacks & Italian Restaurant for his services. Abanoub for his great hospitality in the Indian a lá carte, and also Martin for his great service in the Cairo nights restaurant. Our stay was EXTREMELY pleasant, this is our third time coning, which already indicates our satisfaction, but this time it was outstanding, 10/10 service, food and definitely the smiles from the staff were amazing. The water park is amazing! We had so much fun during both the day and at night. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The service was also very good. A special thank you to Marina from Guest relations, who was extremely nice and helpful. She made sure that everything we needed and wanted was taken care of, and she really made our stay more comfortable.

The beach itself wasn’t sandy, and to reach the sea you have to walk quite a long way across a bridge before being able to get into the water. This wasn’t very convenient for us with little kids, especially when they just want to play and easily get into the sea.

Struttura pulita con una dedizione maniacale per la gestione del verde. Villaggio molto grande con 3 piscine molto grandi dove ci si può rilassare dopo una giornata al mare sorseggiando cocktail nei bar nella piscina stessa. Spiaggia di sabbia con moltissimi ombrelloni per cui non c’è bisogno di correre per occuparli, teli mare a disposizione gratuitamente con cambio giornaliero. La barriera corallina è dopo il pontile, non è come andare a fare la gita in barca ( bellissimo super consigliato) dove sembrava di essere in un acquario, ma ha comunque il suo fascino Servizio ristorazione sopra la media considerando che siamo in Egitto e personale di sala molto gentile Prenotato con Booking è possibile avere un bicchiere di spremuta di arancia gratuita durante la colazione. Servizio spa con prezzi ottimi e personale molto competente. Animazione internazionale con ragazzi simpatici ma non invasivi.

Un bon séjour en famille au stella beach resort makadi Service clientele au top surtout madame Marina yarovenko qui est vraiment à l'écoute , tiens à la satisfaction de la clientèle et de leurs séjours , personnels très respectueux, hôtel propre et bien entretenu, chambre familiale communicante et spacieuse, un point très positif pour les bracelets permettant l'ouverture de la porte de la chambre (facilite énormément l'accès à la chambre sans se soucier d'être en possession de la carte) et aussi l'ouverture nocturne de l'aquaparc,une belle plage avec un ponton sympa comprenant deux zones de nage et snorkeling une profonde et l'autre moins pour les enfants avec des douches, casiers et bancs pour attendre , buffet pour tous les goûts, plusieurs restaurants à la carte proposer gratuitement pendant le séjour. Pas de descriptif de la formule All in dans l'offre. L'hôtel propose plusieurs extras payant (Barbe à papa,maisse griller, café froid, soirée beach club....) à la formule All in.

Les chambres, les différentes piscines et l’Aquapark.

La nourriture était moyenne et le service à améliorer: nous aurions apprécié que les serveurs viennent nous voir spontanément pour nous installer à table et/ou prendre la commande des boissons par exemple. La qualité des animations le soir mérite aussi être améliorée.

Aucune personne francophone, Très peu d animation en journée Piscine calme et très peu de musique . Le soir les activités s arrêtent trop tôt 23h. Spectacle et animation du soir payante. Le buffet manque de fruit et est fermé trop tot .

Nous avons d’abord séjourner une nuit puis nous avons souhaité prolonger notre séjour. Marina est venue spontanément vers nous à l’hôtel et a été très disponible et à l’écoute. Nous avons pu visiter une chambre avant de valider notre réservation, elle a su nous accompagner au delà de nos attentes et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Elle est également très disponible sur WhatsApp lorsque nous en avons besoin. Hôtel propre, le ménage est fait chaque jour dans la chambre, nourriture variée, le buffet est propre, ainsi que les piscines. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel.

We spent two weeks at Stella Hurghada, and it was absolutely perfect. Everything from the incredibly friendly staff and the delicious food to the prime location was top-notch. The entire resort was kept exceptionally clean, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was a flawless vacation, and we highly recommend this resort.

Food was good. Pools are good and rooms are clean.

Sales representative at front office was really annoying, not helpful at all. I was very disappointed with his attitude. Aqua rules are the most restrictive all over hurghada hotels. I stayed almost in all 5 stars hotels their that do have aqua parks and non offers their rules. The stuff are very afraid and always very protective for themselves not to face any penalties. However the manager of the aqua was the exception.

I requested an early check-in through the Booking.com app before my arrival. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response until two days after I had already checked into the hotel, making the feature completely useless. When we arrived at the hotel late at night with our young child, I asked the reception staff about the possibility of an early check-in. Instead of providing a proper solution, the receptionist told me that he could arrange it only if I secretly paid him USD 100. Because I was traveling with my small son and had no other realistic option, I felt forced to pay the money. This was an extremely unprofessional and unethical experience. Better communication from the hotel through Booking.com could have prevented this situation and reduced the opportunity for staff to solicit unofficial payments from guests. I cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor management and the unacceptable behavior of its staff.

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, they made everything they could to make it a pleasant stay for us. Special thanks to assistant manager guest relation Marina Yarovenko, she was very kind and always made sure we were having a good time. Also special thanks to CEO Mister Romany for being so helpful. This hotel has everything in one place. The aquapark is the best in the region and i have been to many aquaparks but this one really stood out. The beach was absolutely mesmerizing and a great snorkeling spot. The food was amazing too and had great variety. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to have it all in one place.

Fifteen stays later, Stella Beach Resort Makadi Bay still feels like our second home. The moment we arrive, the staff welcome us as if we’re family — and that’s exactly why we keep returning. Their kindness and dedication turn every holiday into something special. The food is consistently good, with something for everyone and a new theme each evening. The à la carte restaurants add even more choice, and the new aqua park is a brilliant addition for all ages. The only small thing we noticed is that some areas of the resort could benefit from a little refresh in the future. For example the sunbeds at the pools. But for us the atmosphere and service easily make up for it.

Das Zimmer war gross genug und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem und alles sauber. Der Stuhl war total kaputt, wurde aber sofort, problemlos repariert. Essen hat sich seit unserem letzte Aufenthalt recht verbessert. Der beste Streusselkuchen, den ich je hatte fand ich dort zum Frühstück! Personal ist freundlich, jeder findet etwas Leckeres.

Einige Gäste fanden wir eher nervig... Und die morgendliche Lektion über "wie ich das Omelette korrekt bestellen sollte" von jemanden der kaum ein Wort Englisch korrekt ausspricht, hätte ich nicht gebraucht. Es wäre schön, wenn die Anlage (beheizter Pool) besser gepflegt würde, es fehlen so viele kleine Fliessen, und die Fugen sind schwarz, das ist sehr schade. Auch der Steg, welcher offenbar durch ein Boot beschädigt wurde, wurde einfach gesperrt nicht repariert, sodass man um das Boot herum schwimmen musste. Animationsprogramm am Abend ist echt traurig. Kein Konzept dahinter. Kinder werden eher erschreckt als alles andere... und auch für Erwachsene nichts Schlaues, alles an den Haaren herbeigezogen und lieblos... einzig die Sängerin/ Tanzabend war gut...

Le resort est beau et bien entretenu, les piscines sont nombreuses et grandes, la nourriture est variée et bonne, la gentillesse des serveurs. Le top : les fonds marins accessibles au bout du ponton vraiment magnifiques 🤩

les piscines n’étaient pas chauffées c’était un peu juste pour se baigner. La plage n’est pas baignable il faut aller sur le ponton et marcher pour pouvoir se baigner.

Отель превзошел ожидания Честно говоря мы посетили более 30 стран , но в Египте впервые. И нам сразу очень повезло, мы познакомились с Мариной, работающей в отеле, которая и сделала наш отдых ФАНТАСТИЧЕСКИМ. Марина заботилась о высоком качестве сервиса, о исполнении включенных услуг, о нашем комфорте, впечатлениях и пребывании в отеле. разруливала конфликты и рассеивала наши страхи. Спасибо Марине! (помошник директора, но по факту ангел хранитель и фея отдыха!!) Семья впервые так качественно отдохнула,. тем более, это не сложно когда ВСЕ ВСЕ ВСЕ включено и с огромным красивым номером с собственным бассейном-джакузи! и даже завтраками в номер и включенными романтическими ужинами в любом из ресторанов. (и ..можно перечислять бесконечно, что еще) Отель при этого с ОГРОМНОЙ территорией, красивый, разнообразнный. С огромной программой для взрослых и детей(йога и цигун утром прямо напротив недалеко от номера), дайвинг, катера-яхты, снорклинг, пенные вечеринки и программы для любого возраста ! мы даже не везде успели побывать(например в аквапарк, который находится прямоьна территории отеля, в сдед.раз уже пойдем-это включено) В 10 мин езды- плавание с дельфинами и катание на лошадях. В отеле несколько огромных бассейнов, часть с подогревом и пляжными барами. Пирс , который макчимально уходит от берега, что бы не зависеть от приливов-отливов. В главном рестооане огромный выбор еды на любой вкус и в любое время(без ограничения)на любую диету, Так же пляжные бары с едой и выпивкой, коктейли(мы правда не пьем алко, но соки, кофе чай, пиво были включены и мини-бар тоде включен) , какие то услуги спа были включены в стлимость номера и много всего еще. Наши номера были самые близкие к берегу моря, Я уверена, у нас был лучший отель, лучший номер и лучшее обслуживание! Обязательно приедем еще! Я плакала, уезжая . потому что ...нам не хватило времени на все.

Ветер периодически и медузы в это время года- но к ветру привыкаешь, а медузы не опасные, зато на фото очень красиво смотрятся! PS Я думаю нам бы не понравился отдых без феи сопровождения Марины. в любой момент ей можно быдо бы позвонить или написать и любая проблема превращалась в ничто. Обязактльно ищите при отеле такую "Марину" , не знаю есть ли еще вторая такая!

Struttura davvero ottima, molto bella, sembra di essere in un villaggio e non si ha mai la percezione di chaos e troppo affollamento per come è fatta. Servizi ottimi, la lavanderia in poche ore ci ha ridato tutto lavato e stirato perfettamente. La spa è molto bella e i massaggiatori bravi e competenti. Il cibo è spaziale e davvero molto vario e ogni giorno ci sono molte opzioni per vegani e vegetariani. Il diving center ben organizzato, forse un po' caro.

Kurz gesagt: ALLES! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer. Der Service ist spitze, das Zimmer immer sauber und Handtücher liebevoll dekoriert, vielen Dank, Hassan! Marina hat uns bei der Anreise super schön willkommen geheißen mit einem frischen O-Saft und stand weiterhin hilfsbereit zur Verfügung, auch hier herzlichen Dank. Das Essen war zu jeder Tageszeit super lecker und "unsere" Kellner, Kareem, Abdalla und Mohammed waren mehr als freundlich. Hier fiel uns der Abschied ganz besonders schwer, weil sie jeden Tag zu jeder Mahlzeit super nett, lustig und sehr aufmerksam waren. Auch der nette Herr, der jeden Morgen das Omlet für uns zubereitet hat, war außergewöhnlich nett. Man wird dort richtig verwöhnt! Die Mädchen haben großen Spaß im Aquapark gehabt mit vielen tollen Rutschen und sogar einer 'Welle". Alles in super Zustand. Die Bademeister sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und passen wirklich auf, dass nichts passiert. Super Job! Außerdem gibt es ein Hausgriff, an dem man Fische beim schnorcheln sehen kann. Es gibt tolle Pools mit Pool Bar und überall Liegen. Selbst habe ich es nicht genutzt, aber es besteht sogar die Möglichkeit für 9 Euro einen Shuttle nach Hurghada Zentrum zu buchen und sich die Stadt anzuschauen.. Auch für die Kinder wird gesorgt und die Animation war meines Erachtens gut und passend. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen!

Es war alles gut!

Os funcionários incriveis, sempre super disponiveis, piscina de água aquecida. Possibilidade de mergulhar e de ver corais e estrelas do mar na praia do hotel.

Comida no bar de praia resumia-se a batatas fritas, hamburger de pouca qualidade e pizza. O restaurante a la carte chines era pessimo (sala cheia de fumo, pouca quantidade, molho agridoce da carne era basicamente ketchup, gelado derretido e banana frita rija e fria com tempo de espera de uma hora.

L'emplacement au bord de la mer avec un tout nouveau parc aquatique a l'entrée. Une restauration très variée et très bonne. L'ensemble du personnel très souriant et agréable. Une équipe d'animation au top avec une programmation de spectacle de très grande qualité Une chambre très spacieuse, calme et propre grâce a Ahmed.

Als erstes möchte ich hier Marina nennen die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Außerdem hat sie sich um alles gekümmert falls es Probleme gab. Des weiteren das sehr freundliche Personal das schon nach kurzer Zeit wusste was wir immer bestellen. Der Zugang zu dem Riff hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Allein wenn man über den Steg geht fühlt sieht man Rochen, Moränen, Seesterne und Fische in den verschiedensten Farben. Alles ist nah zu erreichen. Es gibt auf dem Gelände ebenfalls einen Shuttlebus. Man bekommt überall Getränke und essen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir sind sehr positiv überrascht worden.

Es gibt einige Touristen die einfach auf dem Riff herum klettern und die Korallen kaputt machen. Das sollte wenn möglich unterbunden werden. Es steht ebenfalls immer ein Aufpasser am Steg der pfeift wenn ein Boot kommt oder ablegt. Das sollte auch passieren wenn du Leute auf den Korallen herum wandern.

L'hôtel est très beau, idéalement placé pour snorkeller. Chambre spatieuse et bien équipée. Personnel de chambre agréable.

Impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude entre 16h30 et 18h30 (l'heure où tout le monde doit prendre sa douche après la plage). Les activités de l'hôtel, notamment la plongée sont à la limite de l'arnaque : on vous vend 2x25 min, vous ferez 20 min en tout... Il fait laisser des pourboires partout, tout le temps. J'ai aussi été malade avec le buffet. La sécurité qui ne laisse pas passer les ubers sans raison.

Некоторые пишут, что отель на отдалении от Хургады и прогуляться негде - отчасти это правда. Но это Macadi Bay - он весь в получасе езды от Хургады. Но прогуляться есть где - по береговой линии можно гулять часами, она общая у всех пляжей, но будьте внимательны - закрывается после 18.00 из соображений безопасности. Персонал. Выше всяких похвал. Я чувствовал себя в буквальном смысле рок-звездой - столько внимания и заботы было получено. Улыбчивые, внимательные, с прекрасным чувством юмора. За весь отпуск у меня случилось одно недоразумение, после которого все мои замечания были устранены в течение двух дней, и ко мне лично пришел пообщаться генменеджер (Виктор, спасибо большое!) для того, чтобы убедиться в том, что моя проблема решена. Отдельного упоминания, как и в других отзывах, заслуживает Марина - администратор отеля. Она безупречна. Изумительный профессионал и теперь - наш хороший друг. Море. У отеля собственный пантон до ближайшего рифа. Риф богатый. Любителям снорклинга и дайвинга будет, чем заняться. Некоторые жалуются на длину пантона (метров 350-500), но мы с женой любим прогуляться и нам было в кайф. Питание. Такого обильного и вкусного питания я не видел в других отелях. Уехать отсюда, не набрав лишних пару килограмм невозможно. Имейте это в виду. Развлечения. У отеля есть собственная команда анимации, и она точно не даст заскучать: растяжка, йога, пляжный волейбол, танцы, караоке, дартс, концерты артистов, вечерние шоу с вовлечением гостей - всё это тут в избытке. Шеф местной анимации Фифти - умничка, трудяга и очень харизматичный парень. Вы его полюбите. Номер и уборка. Почти идеально. Просторно. Чисто. Уютно. Вернемся снова. Не раздумывайте. Бронируйте, пока еще есть свободные номера.

У отеля есть песчаный пляж, на котором очень комфортно принимать солнечные ванны. Но купание всё-таки в основном устроено с пантонов -- то есть сразу на глубокой воде. Семьям с детьми, ищущим плях с классическим плавным входом стоит подумать. Напор воды в номерах слабоват для жителей больших городов. Но это Египет и отель на 600 номеров. Странно было бы ждать московского качества воды. Принять душ вам хватит, но гидромассажного душа ждать не стоит. У отеля множество бассейнов. На любой вкус и цвет. От детского до чил-бассейна и плавательного. Но подогревается только один из них. Поэтому, если вы едете в холодное время года, будьте готовы к тому, что все гости набились в единственный бассейн. В сезон проблем нет и места хватит всем. Других минусов замечено не было. Да и это не минусы, а скорее - особенности, которые стоит учитывать.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans votre magnifique hôtel, merci beaucoup! Tout était parfait, de l'accueil à la réception, à notre très belle chambre et aux repas très bons et variés. De nombreuses petites attentions ont rendu ce séjour unique. Mention spéciale pour leurs exceptionnelles qualités d'accueil, de délicatesse et de gentillesse à Marina et Mickael Aziz. Un plaisir et un privilège de rencontrer toutes ces personnes dans ce cadre superbe.

Les chambres sont bien , propre et certains sont aimable

Nous sommes arrivés avec une réservation avec un enfant de 15 ans , nous avions bien mis l’âge de l’enfant quand on a reservé , a l’arrivée on nous demande de payer un supplément de 540 euros car les enfants de 15 ans doivent payer en adultes . C’est inadmissible

Bij aankomst werden we te woord gestaan door een meisje van de receptie die we niet verstonden. Wait here. Geen uitleg over het park, waar wat was, de mogelijkheden en waar de pasjes voor waren die we meekregen. Het personeel vond ik sowieso wat onpersoonlijk behalve als ze iets van je nodig hadden zoals een beoordeling op Booking. Op het eigen terrein van hotel werden we elke 5 minuten lastig gevallen voor massage/snorkeltrip/aquagym. De Jongen van het animatie team maakte het zelfs zo bond om mijn dochter van 15 te dwingen haar telefoon te openen en een Google recensie te schrijven. Het eten was grootschalig en middelmatig op z’n best. Het zwembad koud.

What was really amazingly good that they bake fresh oriental bread and croissant (both white and brown) every single day that you eat them almost warm (perfectly made and very delicious). Moreover, the service in the restaurant was really quick and the staff was very polite although the hotel was almost fully occupied.

The size of the room was small. There was no hair dryer. The spa was not free of charge and the fancy restaurants weren't free unless you are staying more than 6 nights.

My husband and I consider our two-week vacation at the Stella Beach Hotel one of our best trips in terms of value for money, and we travel two or three times a year to different countries. The staff was very friendly, and manager Marina helped us book an airport transfer and answered all our questions both online and during our stay. The pool area was beautifully maintained, the room was clean, and the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were delicious. We took two amazing day trips: to Luxor in a mini-group and to Cairo, the New Egyptian Museum, and the pyramids by plane. The hotel beach has a pier leading to a coral reef with a variety of fish, perfect for snorkeling and underwater photography.

Die einheimischen Menü's waren super fein. Es wäre besser, wenn sie nur so kochen würden, denn die europäische Kost war solala. Die 4 Spezialitäten Restaurants sind nicht authentisch.

Dass die Drinks nur mit irgendwelchen Spirituosen gemixt wurden, anstatt Markenprodukte zu nehmen. Selbst die Pinacolada war weit weg von einer Pinacolada, wie ich sie von anderen Orten auf der Welt kenne.

Nice hotel with a lot of trees and flowers on it's territory. Room was clean and tidy. Good food with enough varaency. Personal was responsible and helpfull. Wifi is free!

The hotel was great and the staff of the hotel were friendly and worked super hard. The food was very good considering the numbers they had to cater for. The pool bar service was also very good.

Animation was just terrible the worst I have ever encountered. They put on very loud Christmas Music on Christmas Eve at the pool repeating on a constant short loop and then they all disappeared for the whole day. This played for 7 hours ... they could not be found anywhere. Reception did not know where they were or how to contact them. It was HORRIBLE. The next day we advised them and were met with unfriendliness and then they put the same thing on again so we complained again and eventually they played other music. The animation communication was non-existant and they changed scheduled classes when they felt like it with no warning. They also argued in public which was unprofessional. They truly did not care, and it let the hotel down. The evening entertainment was poor and ended early ... and repeats so if you are there more than 6 days be warned. There are too many smoking areas and in the evening whether you are inside or out, you will end up smelling like an ashtray. Very unpleasant.

Wir hatten gefühlt das beste Zimmer des Hotels mit Meerblick. Das Essen ließ keine Wünsche offen, besonders der Eierkoch hat beste Arbeit geleistet. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Schnorcheln am Hausriff wegen des starken Winds nicht so optimal, aber im Dezember gut möglich. Leider sind die Korallen stark geschädigt.

Extrem freundliches und bemühtes Personal, sehr sauber, sehr reichhaltiges Essensangebot, beheiztes Pool mit Bar , breiter Strand. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Sonne mit meinen kleinen Enkelkind 😀 Jeden Tag wurden wir von sagenhaften Handtücher Tierkreationen überrascht, Danke dafür:)

Wir hatten in der Lobby beim Taxiunternehmen ein Taxi zum Flughafen gebucht, auch mit Angabe wohin wir fliegen. Der Taxifahrer hat uns aber zum falschen Terminal gefahren, und war natürlich schon weg als wir es erfahren hatten. Somit mussten wir ein neues Taxi bezahlen welches uns dann zum 4 Km entfernen Terminal gebracht hat. War leider nach einen wunderschönen Urlaub eine ärgerliche Situation. ALSO ACHTUNG: beim Einsteigen ins Taxi auf jeden Fall fragen ob er zum richtigen Terminal fährt...erspart Ärger im Taxi ,)

Коктейли в баре - надо улучшить. Идет стройка - крайний ряд домиков может быть шумным, мы переселились. Кораллы на 80% мертвые - проблема всего Макади. :(

Das Zimmer hatte gewünschten Meerblick und eine grosse Terrasse ohne Nachbarn . Die Buffetauswahl war gross und das Essen sehr gut . Allerdings haben wir vermieden ungekochtes zu essen .Die Restaurants die wir benutzen durften 2 pro Woche haben uns nicht so begeistert. Der Kaffee war gut , die Dicksäfte eher grauslich da nur Zucker mit Farbe frisch gepresster Orangensaft zum Frühstück gab es nur hie und da ( keine Orangen geliefert )

Das besetzen der Liegen durch die Gäste bzw. durch das Handtuchausgebende Personal ( gegen Trinkgeld) . Vom Fitnesscenter war ich enttäuscht, keine Fenster und Plastikgeruch, Geräte wären gut gewesen. Beim Buchen habe ich übersehen dass wenn es einen Steg ein Riff vor dem Strand liegt und man nicht schwimmen kann da Wasser nur knapp knietief ist . Weg zum Stegeinstieg ziemlich lang .

Zimmer war auf Pools gerichtet, leider in der Nähe der sehr lauten Poolpumpe. Die Freundin wollte jedoch im Zimmer bleiben, damit sie die sechs Katzen regelmäßig versorgen konnte. Mücken, ständige Belästigung durch Angebote, egal ob zum Tauchen, oder Beauty Sachen. Mein Tipp: Beschilderung mit Angeboten, fertig. Wenn man belästigt wird, hat man das Gefühl das Angebot ist nichts wert, weil ja die Vermittler auf Provision aus sind. Ich bin dort zum entspannen, nicht um 20x pro Tag dankend abzulehnen.

Room is great. View from the room and the beach is exceptional. Food and drinks all inclusive is wonderful every day. The entertainment and activities are interesting every single day. Staff is kind.

Unable to attend alacarte restaurants if stay shorter than 5 days. I should’ve been noticed this before I confirm the booking so I could lengthen my stay or reduce the limitation to allow more people to attend or at least can walk in.

- les employés tirent la gueule et ont une attitude désobligeante. Ils en ont rien à foutre des clients - la chambre était sale, les finitions sont catastrophiques - 2 fois, un des linge changé avait une tache de sang. Une autre fois il y avait un trou dans le linge - la climatisation est énormément bruyante - les piscines sont froides - le buffet est très moyen, peu varié. Les desserts, mise à part 3-4 fruits, sont des desserts congelés. Degueulasse et sans intérêt. - les tables sont sales même après avoir été « nettoyées » - les employés qui nous harcèlent sur la plage pour les spa/massages - safari - plongée etc, c’est insupportable - les boissons

Das Riff ist der absolute Hammer. Wenn man einen reinen Schnorchel Trip machen will, beste Wahl so ein großes hausriff gibts sonst nirgends glaub ich und eine extreme Vielfalt an Fischen. Auch der steg ist mega. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und vor allem das Reinigungspersonal mega lieb. Es ist viel Grün und sehr lebendig gestaltet. Auch die pool area. Die zimmer mit Meerblick sind auch schön. Der strand ist auch schön...aber man nicht wirklich direkt ins meer falls man einen Badeurlaub plant. Definitv ein platz für Schnorchler und Poolchiller . Für die ists perfekt :)

Das Essen war echt nur so lala. Leider auch immer wieder verdorbene Früchte und Salate..man hatte sich immer was gefunden aber es war leider echt nix besonderes und brachte auch eine ziemliche Magen/Darm Verstimmung mit sich... Nur das Essen im Taj Mahal war ausgezeichnet. Die Animation/Entertainment ist stark ausbaufähig... Abends ists recht lang laut...

Det var rent vid poolen. Marina i personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och enkel att kommunicera med. Vi fick förmåner (som egentligen borde vara självklara för ett all inclusive) och sen check out för att kompensera den dåliga servicen i början av vistelsen som förstörde två dagar för oss. Det var enkelt att kommunicera med hotellet via WhatsApp och jag kände mig hörd av Marina när jag påtalade de problem som uppstått med rummet. Uppskattar all hjälp av henne, utan henne hade vistelsen varit värre än den var.

- handdukarna vid poolen är så slitna att det går att se igenom dem, de behöver bytas ut. Solstolarna är också i otroligt dåligt skick. - vi blev erbjudna kompensation för att vi förlorade en hel dag när personalen i receptionen skulle ordna ett nytt rum åt oss då vi fick fel rum, en del av den kompensationen var att vi skulle på ett glas färskpressat juice på frukosten varje morgon. Dock blev det problem VARJE morgon när vi skulle få juicen, personalen var otroligt jobbig och otillmötesgående. Min sambo behövde bråka med dem flera dagar i rad och detta förstörde vår vistelse ännu mer. Att börja med att bråka med personal om saker man har rätt till på frukosten förstör resten av dagen, på ens semester när man ska slappna av. - vi blev erbjudna spa och massage som kompensation. Under massagen pratade tjejerna med varandra hela tiden, de gäspade och skrattade under hela massagen. De var duktiga på att ge massage, men var otroligt oprofessionella. På SPA-avdelningen var bastun inte ens varm, ångbastun stank kloak och stängdes av fastän vi inte ens hade varit där särskilt länge. Jacuzzin var avstängd, de hade fyllt ett badkar som alla fick nyttja, som hade gammalt vatten och det byttes inte mellan gäster = vidrigt. Hade jag betalat för att gå på detta spa hade jag krävt pengarna tillbaka. Värsta spa:t jag varit på och slösat min tid i. - a la carte: italienska, libanesiska och indiska var bra. Kinesiska gick inte att äta. Vidrigt, smakade otroligt dåligt. Ingen på restaurangen var nöjd. - säljare jagar dig varje dag för att sälja utflykter, spa, diverse saker varje dag vid poolen och stranden. Otroligt störande att hotellet tillåter detta. De är otroligt ihärdiga och lämnar dig inte ifred. - vattentrycket i hotellrummet är obefintligt. Gick knappt att tvätta håret. - luftkonditioneringen låter otroligt högt, även på lägsta läget. - maten var varierad, men det enda som smakade bra var de två-tre grillade kötten de hade om dagen, resten smakade inte alls bra.
