Rooms smelled of paint, showers not working properly. One needed a PhD just to operate the TV and internet. No signs inside to locate rooms, had to move by faith.

The aircon were not working, stove oven not working, when you request additional blankets you being told that only 2 blankets are given out. Only one fan heater was given while we were six having 3 bed rooms. Wasn't that happy about the facility. Very disappointing.

As a standard, I do not normally complain about or provide negative feedback regarding overnight accommodation. However, in this instance, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay and, in my opinion, need to be brought to management's attention. When we arrived, our room was not ready. Once we were able to access the room, we found that there was no drinking water provided and no milk available for coffee. After purchasing milk ourselves from the shop, we discovered that there was no refrigerator in the room in which to keep it. For a facility such as Seasons Golf, Leisure & Spa, these are basic amenities that we reasonably expected to be available. Furthermore, there was no Wi-Fi and no television available for the entire duration of our stay. We ultimately had to make alternative arrangements at our own additional expense. We were later informed that the Wi-Fi was unavailable because the fiber cable had not yet been installed. This is particularly concerning, as the facility was still in the process of being constructed while guests were already being accommodated. There was also a significant noise problem. The aluminum door immediately next to our room was making a horrendous scraping noise, apparently because the door was touching the tiled floor whenever it was opened or closed. This was extremely disruptive and should have been identified and rectified before guests were accommodated. Breakfast presented another issue. Coffee was included as part of our breakfast, but when we arrived for breakfast, no coffee was available. Once again, we had to purchase coffee from the coffee shop at our own expense. We did report these issues during our stay, but nothing was effectively rectified. The lack of response to the complaints made the experience particularly disappointing. I understand that new facilities can experience problems. Guests should then not be expected to pay the full accommodation rate and made aware of shortcomings.

I mean for the price per night to not even receive complimentary coffee and tea is crazy. It’s the little things that can make a huge difference. Also the cleaning lady had a bit of an attitude because I requested her to clean while we present due to past bad experiences.

Beautiful rooms as seen in images, great environment, I wish they could up their game with the amenities at least have one heated pool .

Service we Recieved at the restaurant was horrible. The waiter Fana was the one who made sure my husband and I were taken care off. The gentleman deserves 5stars.

The entertainment and golf area is lovely and seems to be newly renovated.

The unit was badly maintained, fridge was dirty, no bottle wine opener in unit, stove was not working properl. In addition not one of the 3 aircons were working, we reported it several times and now one came to check it. There were people partying till 3am on Friday and even after we complained nothing was done. They were playing loud music, drinking and shouting most of the Saturday again. It was absolutely terrible.

I liked that it was in the bush

I hated the humid thatch roofs that made us itch all night, i hated the ladle of amenities basic waters for the self-catering unit were charged, i hated the food, the whole experience feels cheap. The showers don’t drain so the water goes all over the bathrooms.

The location was fine.

The place is fine. My only problem was that they was construction right next door, it really was not comfortable for me at all. They were making noise. Next time they should not book rooms next to the construction side. It was to noisy. I did not enjoy my stay at all. But the place it was fine. They should atleast put some fridge in the room. The price we pay deserves some fridge.

There was construction work taking place next to the unit. It was very loud and disruptive.

Property and the facilities are fine

The stay itself was fine, but the booking experience was extremely frustrating and stressful. I made my booking through Booking.com based on the availability shown on the platform. I provided all the required details, including my card details, and received a successful booking confirmation from Booking.com. The next day, I received a message from Seasons through the Booking.com app saying that they had no accommodation available and that my booking had been made by mistake. I then tried contacting the property through Booking.com messages, email and multiple phone numbers listed on their website. Nobody responded to the messages or emails, and most calls were either unanswered or transferred to another number where nobody answered. I literally tried around 100 times because we already had a group booking and this reservation was an additional room, so getting confirmation was very important to me. Finally, just two days before our stay, I managed to reach someone who told me that the booking was actually available. Then I received another message from Booking.com saying my card was invalid, even though the same card works perfectly fine elsewhere. Once again, I had to struggle to contact the property to understand what was happening. Eventually, they explained that because the booking had been accepted despite there supposedly being no availability, they had not charged the card. They then sent me bank details and asked me to make an EFT and send proof of payment immediately to avoid cancellation. I made the payment and sent the proof, but once again I could not get anyone to confirm whether the payment had been received. I eventually had to travel to the property on the assumption that everything was sorted. Fortunately, my booking was there when I arrived. The actual stay was fine, but the booking process was one of the worst I have experienced.

The restaurant service was so bad. There's no one to welcome the guests, music is too loud,food is not what you've ordered and waiting too long to get your food.

we asked for a porter to get our bags to the reception the next day, That service was not available. Asked for a room move closer to reception, was done,,but what a disgusting room. Dirty, slimy shower floor, Shower head spraying water everywhere, walls got holes in, bed did not even have basecover on. for the price we paid it was totally Gross.

We didn't get the twin beds as requested and the bathroom didn't have a mirror and the blinds were broken. No covered parking and it was difficult to get hold of reception even before after hours. We even had to book spa somewhere because we couldn't go through to make the spa booking with Seasons Spa.

Staff was quite helpful

There were two parties happening around us which went on till morning. Despite a rule that curbs noise after 10pm this is not enforced and thus made for quite unpleasant experience

The rooms were nice and comfy.The Ribs and wings for dinner were scrumptious.

The rooms are not sound proof,construction workers were making noise while we were still sleeping in the morning, the cleaners left our room without towels and pillow cases,toilet was not cleaned the breakfast was the same. There were no other options for eggs,it was only scrumbled eggs which were watery,one choice of juice which some of us who suffer from stomach ulcers couldn’t drink. There was no enough staff on the floor during breakfast,people were waiting for tables because it was packed and some tables were empty and dirty…the staff took time to clean the tables. Breakfast was just basic home cooked breakfast,zero effort watsoever. Wifi was not working 70% of the time . The roads were tiny,only fitted one car,have to compromise when u come across another car. On my booking they said spa and jacuzzi were at additional charge,only to be told that they didn’t have a jacuzzi,it’s only a heated pool.. Otherwise the place is ohk if you going on a weekend away with friends not family as it’s not kids friendly(toddlers and below). There were no bar fridges and microwaves in the room which was a bit inconvenient if u had a takeaway.

We liked seeing the roaming wildlife. Enjoyed the variety of activities and the spa facilities (heated pools). Enjoyed the weekly couples package and the waiters at the bar were amazing!

Distance of rooms to the common facilities. They didn’t change the bed linen (3-nights) and every day we had to request for our room to be cleaned (around 3/4pm after being out for the day) A couple of staff members were unprofessional and some were really friendly. Shower pressure was low. Air-con wasn’t working.

It was shocking to say the least to be provided half a bar of soap for the bath and only half a roll of toilet paper as well as a shortage of towels. There were no glasses so I was unable to have juice at breakfast despite asking the staff twice.

Resort location wasn't too far for short break traveling. The weather definitely played the part-28/30° for the first 3 days. The unit was very nice, comfortable and clean. Had everything for a relaxed self catering. Our grandbabies were able to run around and play freely in the water park area. The spa area was really nice and relaxing. Kids enjoyed watching the animals roam around the grounds.

Noise level: 2 out of our 4 night stay Inconsiderate neighbors we had partying until 3/4am the next morning. Pity kids didn't have a heated /warmer pool to enjoy. Resort became so busy with group conferences/functions that my hubby couldnt book dinner for my birthday the night before we had to check out...had to settle for eating something light in the room and celebrating with take-away slices of cake.

Where the room was located. I chose a room with a view but I was given a room right at the back with no view. The key given was not corresponding to the numbers on the rooms. We looked for the room for 15 minutes until I called reception and they advised that the key number was wrong. I would never book there again considering the room we were placed in.

Like too much

Beds were terribly uncomfortable with you actually feeling something poking u. With the king size bed, you could feel that the two beds were put together because during the night you would feel that gap hurting you.

We could not use the restaurant as there was a conference and they could serve us. You have to scan in and out everytime you leave. They give you a code but can't use it. Safe was broken Remotes did not work. Had to take them to reception. Noise levels from neighbours was crazy. Drinking and.music until midnight. Not ideal for a family. Unit also a bit run down. For a 4 star we expected more. Would not return

There was no hot water in the morning, reception was not answering the calls, I requested an iron and did not get assistance. I bathed with cold water and could not change my clothes as the iron was not available. Tv was not working properly. The room was not clean and bed not properly made.

View of the property was good, size was good, facilities was amazing. He really enjoyed it.

The unit was very untidy when I walked in. First of all, dishes was not washed of the previous guest that was put in the cupboard, gave a bad odor. Second of all, there was spider webs all over the main bedroom. Curtains was placed wrong. Patio wasn't swept or mopped. Windows was filthy. I was disgusted. I had to do a whole cleanup that I have pictures of.

Unit not as clean as expected. Previous visitors blonde hair all over floor and strip of lashes in shower. There was a congress when we visited, very loud and noisy till very late.

We loved the room, it was just what we needed for the night to rest coming from a wedding.

The bathroom definitely needs some small touchups where towel hangers and toilet paper holders were not properly fixed into the wall and was pulling out. Minor things that needs to be fixed.

even when both rooms are booked, we cant use amenities like the braai. Tv wasnt working, support takes long. putt putt staff was no where to be found narrow roads lack of parking at reception expensive breakfast package only to find its cheaper at the restuarant

The bed

The bathtub was dirty. The breakfast was cold and horrible and the plates for the buffet were dirty and had hairs on it, we were so put off we didnt even end up having it. We went somewhere else outside of the resort instead.

It was great. Dinner at the restaurant was not nice though. It tasted like frozen food. The WiFi also was so slow on our side. The spa was amazing, the accommodation was clean. The electric blanket was a plus.
