If they could just be open abt the steep entrance to the place. Other guests with less powerful cars had to carry their luggage up that hill, or else have some sort of help for them should they be challenged coming up to the place. The standard was not what it is portrayed to be. Broken kitchen cupboard doors, no plates, cuttleries and microwave in rooms(if this could have been explained up front). Facility needs some improvements.

The driveway and bathroom was a complete turn off Driveway is absolutely steep and we could not take the car up in the rain as it was slippery. Had to park the car across and walk up that drive which was not nice at all. Bathroom shower was absolutely disgusting looking and really needs maintenance it made me feel like not even wanting to bath there.

Breakfast menue if it can change not scramble eggs every day. Swimming pool to be clean not only wen there are clients. Breakfast tables very small to accommodate 2 people and food. If microwave can be in the room...its far especially wen you have to climb the stairs.

The steep at the entrance it's bad, our car nearly got damaged from the many attempts to drive up the steep to the property. You on vacation for a break for you to come back with an unplanned expense. The furniture is old, the beds are uncomfortable and make noise. The bathroom drawer in room 1 is broken The Wi-Fi was not connecting at all, worse we had no electricity and water from 10am to 5pm and there was no backup 🤦‍♀️ The haeted pool was not working and the tiles by the pool are broken. The place has potential..... You can do way better

The breakfast was OK but we had no idea about that steep hill. Our car couldn’t go up🙈🙈 and it was quite frustrating that we had to walk up with our bags. The views were absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations 🔥🥰🫠❤️ We’d definitely come back with a bigger car for steep of course!🤣🙈 we ordered food and got delivered to our room within 45 Minutes 🔥

The fruit salad was not fresh at all,brown apples and the yogurt flavour was not very good.pork was used on their sausages,no chicken or beef to accommodate my diet.The jacuzzi was not working and I was looking forwad to it.

We had cockroaches in our room, there was an insect killer spray placed in the room though. The shower needs to be renovated.

The view of the mountain and dam was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunrise over the dam and mountain . Breakfast was delicious . The lady Eva was friendly and very helpful . We had a lovely boat cruise which was 5min away from where we stayed . My 81 year old dad thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Sitting by the pool playing the guitar and watching him so happy made my heart smile .

I would’ve preferred to have a microwave oven in the room as it was a bit frustrating having to go downstream to warm our food and fetch utensils . I’d also suggest that your rooms cater for people who are not couples . It would be great if you gave us the option of 2 single beds in a room as opposed to a large double bed . Thank you for sending us a blow up mattress with blankets . That was very thoughtful .

The accommodation was peaceful and relaxing, with breathtaking views, especially in the mornings and 🌅 .The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. If you need an iron, ice, swim towels just ask those nice ladies they will assist you.The rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which was a great feature as the weather turned cold during our stay, allowing us to use the heating function and remain comfortable. Also their breakfast buffet 👌The overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

There's nothing to like about the experience I had, from the gate just to gain access. I had to wait for 30 minutes for a code from the host.

The host didn't allocate me the room I paid for. He advertised his best room to deceive people. He did the same to other guests who traveled from Durban and it was just an unpleasant situation. When I called him and asked why, he was very rude and told me the rooms are all the same and he won't allow me room 2. His Zimbabwean helper told me that he is reserving room 2 for his friends. Room 1 was dusty with no towels and when I asked his helper for the tv remote, because I wanted to watch the comrades marathon, I was told the owner will bring a remote later that night. That guy needs to go for training in hospitality, he spoiled my vacation

The place was not suitable for someone with sinus issues. It was dusty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the environment uncomfortable and not conducive for us to stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to continue with the booking.

I’m def coming back again… NB: I ain’t buying any face, I really had a positive experience at Letamong ! Already recommending it to my colleagues….

Limited food for breakfast everything was so small i could not get every food that was on the menu because they we finished before I could dishup what worried me is I booked for 2 people but I ended up coming alone so I asked myself what was going to happen if we were 2 in the room the was only coffe and teabags no sugar no milk And about the step hill one must know you really need a strong car to go up there to the lodge I saw other guests end up parking on the road because their car could not climb the step hill
