SAMADHI Resort & Hydrospa Panglao

I like the vibe of the hotel. I think it is managed by a Spanish family, hence the toilet has a bit of Spanish design and is very clean and dry. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They also have an in-house resto/cafe and serve good food.

The hotel is around 400-500m away from the main road, and it was so hot during my stay. Consider renting or hailing transpo tricycle/bao-bao to get from the main road to the hotel. Overall, good stay.

De mensen die er werken zijn zo ontzettend aardig. We werden echt ontzettend goed geholpen.

Все очень понравилось! Вежливый и приветливый персонал! Очень вкусные блюда готовят на кухне при отеле. Цены нормальные. Очень большие порции. Понравились и завтраки и паста карбонара! Бассейн чистый и круто плавать в нем вечером, когда солнца уже нет. Я бы 100 процентов остановилось еще раз в этом отеле. Кондиционер и вентилятор в номере хорошо работали. Мне понравилось, что отель в тихом месте. до пляжа Алона 5 минут на байке или тук-туке. Лучше установить на телефон приложение и вызывать мотоцикл или тук-тук в приложении, тогда вас заберут прямо из отеля и отвезут куда надо.

В целом все очень понравилось) Может напор воды в душе недостаточно сильный.

Les habitacions son àmplies i còmodes i disposen d’aire acondicionat. L’establiment és espectacular. La maria, la propietària, us pot aconsellar amb les excursions i activitats. Disposen de lloguer de motos i servei de taxi a l’aeroport que us el poden gestionar ells! Estem encantats!

La limpieza y confort de sus instalaciones es excepcional. Todo hecho con muy buen gusto y cuidando los detalles para sentirse como en casa. Amabilidad y atención del personal. Maria (la propietaria) cuida de ti y te guía por toda la isla. Comida buenísima en su propio restaurante, muy recomendado.

Todo un 10, para repetir

We loved our stay here, beautifully decorated. A communal vibe without it feeling overbearing or intrusive. A very peaceful atmosphere amidst building work going on which is a credit to the space that has been created.

There weren’t many things we didn’t like honestly. The one thing to note was a slight lack of organisation, for example going to the bar in the evenings and there not being a bartender, the masseurs that were external but could be booked were a bit hit or miss and one evening came an hour late which meant we had to change our plans. None of these things dramatically affected our stay as overall we loved it! An idea that could make the resorts experience even better could be an in-house morning or evening yoga/pilates class or something to that effect, as it’s quite small and slightly out of the main town some form of entertainment for guests that matches the general vibe of the resort I think would be really nice for guests who are interested.

Pool is amazing. Too strict on policy implementation. Won’t even accept unforeseen events.

Todo el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. María estuvo muy atenta a nosotros en todo momento y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. La piscina con el hidrospa es genial después de un día de playa. Los desayunos son riquísimos. Repetiríamos 100%

En alguna ocasión el tiempo de espera de la cocina algo alto

Un sitio muy especial, las trabajadoras muy amables y comida muy muy rica!!

Para llegar hay un tramo que es un poco engorroso, pero en general todo perfecto!

The pool and the cosy environment is more than promising and good. It’s a calm and good area to chill. The rooms spacious and the food well made.

Se nos hizo raro ver a uno de los chicos del servicio tumbado y viendo videos en alto en una hamaca para clientes.

Nuestra estancia ha sido simplemente excepcional. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo el personal fue súper amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La habitación estaba limpia, y es muy cómoda. Las instalaciones son preciosas, creando un ambiente muy agradable y relajante. Aunque esté un poco alejado de Alona Beach ( que se llega en unos 3 minutos o así en moto), para nosotros la ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la zona y moverse con facilidad. Queremos agradecer especialmente el trato recibido, porque ha marcado la diferencia. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado. Lo recomendaríamos al 100 % y, si volvemos a la zona, sin duda repetiremos. ¡Muchísimas gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta!

Nada, todo estuvo perfecto

Nuestra estancia en Samadhi Resort fue excelente y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. El resort está impecablemente cuidado, muy limpio y con unas instalaciones preciosas. Desde el momento en que llegas transmite una sensación de paz y tranquilidad, con muchísimo encanto. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y desconectar. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa.

Como aspecto a mejorar, el aire acondicionado y la neverita de la habitación hacían bastante ruido durante la noche, lo que puede resultar molesto para las personas con el sueño ligero. Además, una de las noches hubo una fiesta en las inmediaciones y el ruido llegó hasta la habitación, despertándonos. Aun así, fue una experiencia muy buena y volveríamos sin dudarlo. Si buscas un alojamiento con encanto, limpio y en un entorno tranquilo, Samadhi Resort es una opción totalmente recomendable.

Prachtig hotel en erg goed ontbijt. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk.

Es ist sehr modern und man hat sich direkt super wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist einfach super gepflegt und alle sehr freundlich.

Very closed to everything, gives a Bali vibe The food within the hotel was one of the best we had in the Philippines

The white building on the construction photo was our room.

It is under construction!!!! They did not inform us prior to our visit that they would be building new rooms all day! The rooms that are already there are also the least soundproof rooms ever. You can every sneeze, cough and conversation from the other rooms. The location is also in a bit of a sketchy street. We checked out after the first night because we came here to rest, but could’t rest with all the noise. They refused to refund us for the 2 nights we didn’t stay. Said we had to get our money back through booking.com and now refuse that as well.

Nice layout of the rooms in the resort, all facing the beautiful pool. Overall, the place has a relaxing, pleasant and safe atmosphere. Loved the food and all the staff were friendly. Rooms inside were clean, spacious and well designed. Motorbikes also available for rent.

The four hydropool spout systems need replacing or maintenance, as they don't work too well.

Quiet, good restaurant (very reasonably priced), lovely staff attentive and engaging. Deluxe room very spacious and comfortable.

No tv. A little out of Alona Beach area but peaceful because of that. (Approx only 5 mins by tooktook to Alona Beach)

Queda lejos para ir caminando. Lo cogí porque leí los comentarios pero, ni la comida era tan excepcional ni el hotel era de 10. Quizá es que esperaba más después de leer los comentarios.

Love the vibe. It may seem far but it isn't that far really from Alona beach where the life of the island is. I could get there in 3 to 5 minutes by motorbike that I also rented from the hotel. Room's quite spacious, minimalist but really comfortable.

When the electricity went out, there was no water, too. Glad the staff were kind enough to hand over gallons of water so we could shower prior to checkout.

Estetisk flot hotel, pænt og rent. Dejligt at det er småt hotel.

Sengene var meget hårde og man kunne høre ALT hvad naboerne sagde. Dette indebar også naboer der kom hjem sent om aften/natten, snorken fra andre gæster og sågar også alarmer, når gæster skulle op tidligt.

Pool area is lovely

There is no sound proofing in the rooms, even with ear plugs we were woken up at 5am but other guests. The hotel was also doing building work right behind our room which started at 8am each day - we were not aware of this before. The hotel is quite a walk down a dark and bumpy road

Clean, unique, quiet location but not far to walk to main area.

You could hear all that was happening in the other Villas as they are so close together. We had some really disrespectful neighbours that were loud from 10-2am every night, the staff try very hard to enforce no noise after 10pm-7am however unfortunately we had to experience this despite staff efforts.

Es precioso

Mucho ruido: se escucha al vecino de la habitación de al lado. El colchón no era cómodo y faltaban cojines y mobiliario. El personal no era muy atento tampoco: cuando necesitabas algo tenías que ir a buscarlo, varias veces incluso.

El trato del personal, de los dueños, el alojamiento es muy bonito, se come bien y está muy limpio.

Se escucha todo en las habitaciones (salvo en las horas de noche) y la luz de las habitaciones es muy tenue. Si quieres luz, tienes que abrir las cortinas, que por otro lado te quitan privacidad.

El hotel es increíble, la decoración, servicios, piscina.. genial

Prachtige locatie, helemaal in Bali stijl. Lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad is erg mooi. Airco en wifi doen het ook goed. De ligging is ietsje buiten het centrum, maar echt prima op loopafstand te doen, of eventueel met een grab of tuktuk. Duidelijke communicatie vooraf (we wisten dat wij een kleinere kamer zouden krijgen en bij het inchecken werd er verteld dat ze in verbouwing zaten, waar we overigens geen last van hebben gehad) Ze verhuren scooters op locatie, super fijn en ook niet duur!

Er zijn zitzakken bij het zwembad. Ik zou ligbedden veel fijner vinden, maar toen we weggingen zagen we dat er twee ligbedden uit dozen werden gehaald. Dus dat is eigenlijk al opgelost. Daarnaast zouden parasols (al zouden het er 2 zijn in totaal) erg wenselijk zijn, zodat mensen ook in de schaduw kunnen liggen. Er zijn genoeg parasols op internet te vinden in Bali stijl, ook met riet. Wij zaten achter de receptie in een heel klein kamertje (dit wisten we van te voren), maar hier was helaas geen klein koelkastje aanwezig waardoor ons eigen drinken lauw was.

El hotel es muy bonito, esta decorado con mucho gusto y las habitaciones son espaciosas. Esta a nada andando de Alona beach y restaurantes con lo que es tranquilo pero a la vez separado. La dueña fue muy maja con nosotros la verdad ofreciendose a ayudarnos.

Eche de menos alguna hamaca más en la zona de la piscina y otro puff para sentarse fuera (solo hay uno por habitación)

This was an incredible place with a real Bali feel to it! It looked stunning and the rooms were modern and it genuinely felt luxurious! Bathrooms were stunning! Couldn’t fault it! Pool open late and available early in morning. Food was delicious and able to get tuk tuks or grabs from right outside.

Nous avons tellement aimé l’hôtel, que nous avons réservé une nuit de plus. L’emplacement est idéal : pas très loin du centre de Panglao, au calme. Possibilité de louer un scooter pour 500 pesos la journée. Possibilité de déjeuner et dîner sur place. Massages super, personnel très agréable !

Cuando limpiaban la habitación no dejaban completamente la cama hecha, un día puede ser despiste, más no. Cojín en el suelo y plaid doblado en un puf.

Nous avons passé seulement 1 nuit au Samadhi Resort, c’était super nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps ! Le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant La piscine est très agréable et le restaurant très bon. Le cadre est calme, loin des zones touristiques

Beliggenhet i nærheten av sentrum, men langt nok unna til at man har ro og at man føler litt på å «bo i jungelen». Ekstremt hyggelig og behjelpelig personale som hjelper med alt man måtte trenge! Mulighet for parkering. Store rom, nydelig hotellområde! Skikkelig oase.

Lytt på rommene, men det er bare å ta med ørepropper.

L’établissement est vraiment génial, nous recommandons les yeux fermés. La proximité avec le centre de panglao est top, location de scooter est disponible sur place, les chambres sont belles et l’endroit est vraiment magnifique. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, très agréables. Les massages sont top.

Everything was perfect! Really lovely small boutique hotel, close to Alona beach but far from the noise of the town. The staff was super nice and Liezl at reception was the most lovely person. They rent scooter for a good price! Highly recommend

Nice looking buildings with thatched roofs and interesting high ceilings in the room!

In room kettle and tea making facilities they only offer two free tea bags and coffee per day hard work asking for more very tight ! In room not enough sufficient lighting no bedside lamps! Building work in progress! Location had to get tuk tuk to go anywhere too far to walk to the beach town restaurants and bars!

Gorgeous resort, very aesthetic & staff are very attentive! Special shout out for Liezel, she was absolutely fantastic - very professional & so kind!

Struttura stupenda in ogni cosa, nulla da dire. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione comoda e vicino ad Alona Beach. Noleggio scooter/bike disponibile in loco.

Purtroppo le camere non sono molto insonorizzate, quindi privacy poca. Si sente letteralmente tutto quello che il tuo vicino dice o fa (e loro sentono voi di conseguenza)

There's no exhaust fan in the toilet. There's only one (1) folding bed to accommodate additional person in the room.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, es gibt nur wenige Zimmer, daher ist die Atmosphäre sehr privat und angenehm. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr toll und gepflegt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gab kein Duschgel oder Shampoo im Badezimmer. Es gab leider keine Liegen beim Pool, sondern nur Sitzsäcke.

Hvis man absolut skal finde noget skidt at sige om dette sted så ville det være at det ligger lidt længere ude fra byen. Men dette er med til at skabe ro og afslapning.

Was clean and comfortable but I think next time we will pick somewhere with no kids allowed as it really ruined our experience here. Staff were nice. They should have their own tuk tuk to take guests to the main road.

I would say it’s too expensive for what it was, had 8 kids running around like crazy and using the shared space like it was their own private tv viewing area / being loud and playing ball games past 10pm. I feel bad for the resort because it’s not their fault but really for everyone else staying there at the time it was really not great I don’t think ball games should be allowed in that area at the least. Bathroom was cleaned with some really extreme flower smelling chemicals which was overpowering but then went away over time.

A charming hotel, perfect for relaxing after a day Tour. Just a 15-minute walk from the Alona area. The staff are very friendly and cheerful and helped us with everything we needed. The food was delicious; we loved their banana pancakes and eggs Benedict. Definitely a place to return to.

Heerlijk paradijsje! Mooi gebouw en heel mooi opgezet. Prima bedden en ruime kamers/badkamer. Voor €50,- per nacht is het een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het kan wel wat schoner allemaal; bijvoorbeeld het prullenbakje en de handzeeppomp. Ook zaten er wat olie vlekken op één van de lakens. Het was niet helemaal duidelijk dat je de handdoeken in de mand moest doen voordat je nieuwe kreeg. Zou fijn zijn als er ook handdoeken voor het zwembad extra in de kamer liggen. Er zaten vogeltjes in het dak te ritselen wat ons soms wakker hielt en er viel soms wat riet van het dak op bed haha. De bouwwerkzaamheden hadden misschien vermeld kunnen worden vooraf, maar wij vonden het niet erg en het viel heel erg mee!

On a adoré la beauté du lieu et la propreté.

Le personnel aussi gentil soit-il, étaient omni présent dans le resort et parler très fort entre eux, certains regarder même des vidéos avec le son à fond. Je trouve ça dommage car le lieu est très sympa et le Service au top, mais ce côté très bruyant vient gâcher un peu l’expérience. J’ai par exemple été réveillée lors de ma sieste, le long de la piscine par les rires du personnel.
