В отеле необходимо больше банных принадлежностей, в ванной комнате пусто, только кусок мыла, это не 4 звезды уж точно, и по запросу, нам не выдали ни тапочки, ни халат.

No me gustó el trato de las personas que estaban en recepción y que cuando tuvimos un problema nos trataron muy mal. Después del problema recibimos llamadas a la habitación a la 1, a las 4:30 y a las 7:00… evidentemente ellos dicen que no las hicieron ellos pero, que me van a decir? Mejor culpar a posibles niños, que por cierto, no vimos 😂😂

O "Magic Bar" estava em reforma durante minha estádia

La ubicación cerca de La Isla te permite salir un poco de la aburrida zona hotelera y ver un poco al mundo real. La habitación (Suite junior) estaba limpia y era amplia, la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno bufét muy bueno. El personal de limpieza muy amable y simpático. Los animadores se esfuerzan por que la gente participe.

Muy poco espacio en la piscina, con unas 14 tumbonas para todo el hotel. Si te quedas sin sítio has de moverte en las de la playa. Nos hicieron ir a cubrirnos los hombros (llevábamos camiseta de manga recta, no de sisas) para el desayuno abordándonos delante de otro grupo de huéspedes avergonzándonos publicamente. Cuando llegamos al restaurante nos dimos cuenta que era una norma anacrónica aplicable unicamente a varones dado que a las mujeres se les permite desayunar en bikini, top, ombligo al aire, bata... etc. Algunos de los miembros del personal del lobby son rudos y no perderían nada en explicarte las cosas tranquilamente antes de llamarte la atención, los maitres podrían ser más educados. Incongruencias a parte, no se puede desayunar enseñando los hombros, pero se pueden comer perritos dentro de la piscina y derramar copas sin problema. Además la piscina es el centro de todas las actividades de animación. Suerte si quieres relajarte. Si no estás en modalidad de todo incluido es recomendable salir a comer a las zonas de la Isla.

Muy buena atención, el desayuno muy Rico y el Restaurante del almuerzo me encantó. La zona de la playa espectacular y las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Se queda un poco pequeño el espacio de la piscina, no hay suficientes lugares y que solo haya 1 bar tambien es un punto negativo.

La gentillesse du personnel. Ils nous ont permis de prendre une douche dans une chambre après le check-out. Petit-déjeuner bon et varié.

Pas de valet pour la voiture. La décoration des chambres est datée. Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres, on entend normalement le bruit des voitures dans les chambres sur rue. Clim à revoir. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

The staff was amazing, and the hotel rooms were immaculate. Food was good too. There was seaweed at that time of year but the hotel does a good job of keeping the beach as clean as possible. The highlight was seeing the turtles come up on the beach at night to lay eggs! Amazing!

There were not enough chairs for the pool area, and there weren't enough shaded spots on the beach. The hotel is smaller (which we liked), and so the pool is a bit small. The small beach and pool facilities for the number of guests were the only real downside.

L’endroit était bien, l’hôtel avait tout à disposition. Belle piscine, bel endroit au niveau de la plage… Le p’tit déjeuné était très bien ! Il y avait tout. Salle de sport agréable également.

Très déçus par notre séjour. Il est difficile de comprendre qu’un hôtel de ce standing ne dispose pas d’une meilleure insonorisation. Nous entendions les pas des personnes dans la chambre au-dessus, les conversations dans les couloirs ainsi que la musique dès le matin, ce qui rendait le repos compliqué. Nous avons également eu un problème dans la chambre : de l’eau s’écoulait d’un mur, laissant une flaque sur le sol jusque sous nos valises. Le sol était collant, ce qui donnait une impression de manque d’entretien. De plus, la personne qui nous accueillait pour les p’tits dej n’était pas très agréable. On sent que c’est trop touristique malheureusement..

Adorei a estrutura do hotel! Eu comprei a reserva do quarto Suite Júnior vista parcial ao mar e realmente a vista é espetacular! Faz muito valer a pena cada centavo do preço de hospedagem. Além disso, o hotel é pé na areia (MARAVILHOSO) e já tem algumas cadeiras com guarda-sol disponíveis para os hóspedes. Para quem AMA praia isso é maravilhoso! Eu não comprei minha hospedagem com opção "all inclusive" porque eu gosto muito de sair, conhecer os lugares, comer em diferentes restaurantes. Mas recomendo comprar porque realmente as bebidas são open bar e tem um coquetel logo na entrada do hotel com músicas ao vivo a depender da programação que o resort organiza.

Pelo fato de eu não ter comprado minha reserva com opção "all inclusive", me senti menosprezada pelos funcionários do hotel. Como se eu fosse uma pessoa inferior. Ao contrário do restaurante Italiano que tem lá dentro do hotel, que te trata como se você fosse a realeza! Dos funcionários do hotel, encontrei apenas dois funcionários simpáticos e hospitaleiros que salvaram a avaliação do serviço do hotel. Um deles é brasileiro e é executivo de vendas (mas não lembro o nome), o outro lado é um garçom muito simpático que me ajudou com muitas informações enquanto eu tentava me localizar nos serviços que o hotel oferecia, ele se chama Abraham Scott e é muito simpático, gentil, educado. Diferente da maioria ali que não tem muita paciência e educação (não sei se era o fato de não ser hóspede all inclusive). O hotel te dá uma pulseira com as cores de cada opção de acomodação e dá eles saberem as segregação facilmente. Ah, e tome cuidado quando for comprar os passeios com desconto pela agência do hotel, porque os 2 passeios que eu fiz, não foram me buscar no hotel, eu tive que ir num ponto de encontro (enquanto outros hóspedes tiveram a recepção do guia turístico desde a porta do hotel).

The location is good. The pool and beach are very nice. We stayed in a junior suite, which was large and had a nice balcony with a good view of the pool and a the beach.

The lobby was not very clean and not impressive. The room was very simple. The bathroom vanity and sink were much lower than typical, and there was no full-length mirror and no hair conditioner in the shower. They only provided 2 bath towels, and we had to ask for additional towels three times before we got them. There was no dresser in the room, so we were unable to unpack our suitcases.

We liked that it was located close to the La Isla shopping center. It was a safe walk and was fun to explore. We like Stefanie and Mikah and the sweet host at the buffet restaurant (her name slips me)... they were all 3 helpful and friendly and the food at the Italian restaurant was delicious. The view was beautiful.

The restaurant "game" was ridiculous. There are so many rules and limitations on hours and stay minimums and clothes requirements it is almost like they force you to eat elsewhere. Our A/C only partially worked. This was our second room as the first one had a leak. The shower was so tiny that when I washed my hair both elbows were touching the walls and I am a small person! There were no snacks in the room. Almost EVERYTHING was an up-charge... even to play pool in the lobby you had to pay extra! At dinner, wine choices included ONE house white and ONE house red, anything else up charge... even for a Moscato or white Zin. The buffet food was mediocre at best. They put our kids in an entirely different tower than us. They are 2 adult sons, so they were fine but it was a hassle. Also, I booked a room with 2 queen beds for my adult sons and they put them in a room with ONE queen bed, so one of them had to sleep on a roll-away. The sargassam on the beach was terrible (which I realize is not the hotels fault and they attempted to scrape it each morning)... but just be aware. Most of the staff spoke no English at all, so solving any problems was near impossible. If your goal is a nice view and in the hotel zone and a few meals and to mainly leave the resort to go on excursions, it will be fine. If you are looking for an all inclusive, pampered, luxury vacation with fabulous food and drinks, you will NOT get it here.

Das Hotel sieht besser aus als auf der Website dargestellt. Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Anlage äußerst gepflegt und es wurde auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Auch die Auswahl an Essen ist lecker und ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten All-In gebucht und waren zufrieden. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt ausreichend Liegen - auch im Schatten am Strand.

Neben an ist derzeit eine Baustelle, da ein Hotel.gebaut wird. Es gab Mittags zwischenzeitlich Baulärm für ca. 1h. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Trotzdem war uns das vorher nicht bewusst. Der Vorteil dadurch war, dass der Strandabschnitt wirklich angenehm leer war, da keine weiteren Gäste in der Nähe waren. Wenn man im Hauptgebäude sein Zimmer hat, muss man sich darauf einstellen, dass es Abends laut durch die Aktivitäten an der Hotelbar werden kann. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.

Buffet was cold and not fresh. They don’t have food warmers. They just set it on the buffet. Italian restaurant tasted like bland cafeteria food. Sushi bar was decent. Taco restaurant was the best one there, but not included. Actually, there were a lot of items not included in the all inclusive there were quite a bit of restrictions which they don’t state until you get there. They also don’t state dress code requirements so go prepared if you choose to go here which I recommend that you don’t. We ordered fresh coconut and pineapple drinks and they told us they were out, but then turned around and served a lady after us one? Odd. Also, someone drowned when we got there in the ocean while there were red flags flying and they left his body there for hoursssss. I guess that’s México. No urgency and no real medical help. The next day the lifeguard that attempted to save him was not even vigilant. Just sat on his phone not even looking at the water. Insane. Customer service is awful. It was honestly more of a locals’ cheap hangout spot. The reviews online are fake, but they got me. I am telling you to spend the extra few hundred and go elsewhere. This place won’t last it’s going down.

In July, I traveled with my spouse to Cancun and was not sure, which hotel to choose. After reviewing some portals, we decided for NYX. It offered all-inclusive package, various restaurants and much more. We were surprised about the variety of food and also alcoholic drinks, however we used the bar only in the evenings. We had not expected such a generous selections of free beverages and also free parking. Our roomview (Junior suite) was breathtaking. The service staff was more than courteous and polite. We do recommend this hotel.

The overall stay was good, not great. We first stayed in 2024 and loved it so much that we came back. This time around the service didn’t feel as personable and the dinner meals were…not good. It would have been nice to have the meal themes listed so that we could choose which ones to skip. Overall, the trip was good but I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Like many hotels on the strip this one is also built on a hill. If you have problems walking up steps from there road and also down to the beach then this is not for you. Plus some of the rooms are close to the road and are very noisy, especially from local motor bikes. We didn't get much sleep for the whole night, we moved to another hotel. The main restaurant is sure modern and good selection good. For an all inclusive hotel the prices are pretty good. For many people that go to the CDS dental specialists this is just 2 minutes from the clinic. So just select a room overlooking the beach and get your coming boots on!

This is our second time we visited this Hotel and the reason is this place is really awesome. Staff are so nice, very friendly and attentively ready to help you. The All -Inclusive package is really good except that they changed some menus and charge you extra if you want them that’s the DOWNSIDE. The reason I only give 4 stars.But overall, it’s an overwhelmingly nice vacay!!! And definitely come back and will recommend to friends .

We had a all-inclusive option, upon checking we where tolled we could not enjoy all restaurants/lobster. Nice welcome. Our room was next to the road, because there is so much traffic and very bad isolation, i could not sleep for the whole night. That was the point for this hotel. The frontdoor was broken. Koffie we had to pay for It was pouring rain, still we had to get the drinks from downstairs at the pool bar. We asked why they did not open the bar upstairs... 'it is what it is'. after 30 minutes they did open the bar, but most people where soaking wet! Breakfast/Lunch/Diner is buffer is great! Strange black flying bugs (100+) at the doors you needed to get through to enter the hotel. Not a nice feeling. Wifi was very poor at our room (114)

One of the best hotels in Cancun I’ve stayed in. My parents invited to come for their vacation, I was hesitant but glad I came. Will definitely come back here

A very good, solid, clean stay for the price. This was a mother/daughter trip with my 19 year old daughter, and we liked that the hotel was a short walk from a nice little mall, and we felt safe walking there. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles come up to lay their eggs on the beach at night, and the atmosphere was very relaxed, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

O restaurante que serve o café da manhã é o jantar é ok!

Não gostei da experiência, os funcionários MUITO sem educação, reservamos o master e nos colocaram em outro quarto, depois ligaram dizendo que o estávamos no quarto errado sem explicar nada, só depois da mudança é que entendemos. Quando mudo disseram que iria abastecer o frigobar e não abasteceram, mesmo depois a gente pedindo, não resolveu. O all inclusive não é All inclusive, tem inúmeras restrições, cerveja por exemplo somente chopp local. Enfim, muito ruim TUDO! O hotel tem tantas regras que não te deixa a vontade, exemplo, por duas vezes chegamos no restaurante sentamos na mesa e veio nos retirar dizendo que estava reservada mesmo não tendo nada informando a reservar e tendo variassss mesas ao lado por todo lado disponível, constrangedor. Posso listar item a item… piscina pequena para o tamanho do hotel, sem uma sobra, o pessoal desce cedo e já ocupa todas as mesas e cadeiras com toalhas… enfim foi uma experiência ruim, cheguei a olhar outros hotéis na região para trocar, mas não consegui nenhum mas eu iria sem olhar para trás, eu não voltaria e não recomendo.

So excellent in all aspects!! Will be coming back!! Hugo in the restaurant and Francisco in entertainment were beyond amazing. Francisco made things so fun with his positive upbeat attitude, he could not be more perfect for his job :D Hugo at dinner was the best waiter we had in our stay, we loved his genuine kind demeanour and was such a good waiter :)

Continuing my father's review (YuriSasonov) I wanted to bring attention to the wonderful service we've received from Marlenne, Raul, Ernesto, Deyvison, and extra compliments to Yelena ( thank you for making my birthday one of the best!) It was my first trip to NYX after hearing my parents preach about it for years! I went for my birthday and it was more amazing than any of my birthday hotel experiences in the United States. Everyone really went above and beyond with their genuine customer service. I don't usually like receiving massages but I enjoyed mine at the beach thanks to Marlene. She is thoughtful and an expert masseuse. I spent my birthday dinner at their Italian restaurant Chianti. WOW. One of my best restaurant experiences ever! Deyvison was my waiter. He was kind and smart. The restaurant was well managed by Ernesto- he came by to make sure my experience was amazing. I also enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. Nadia Vega provided excellent service and we loved it so much we went twice. Be sure to visit the Beach Club Restaurant- Many thanks to Raul for being an amazing server.

Our room was huge! All the stuff was awesome and helpful. I liked that it’s a smaller not crowded place. Visited in July. The hotel itself is very beautiful.

The only thing, our windows overlooked the bay(not the ocean) and the road below gets noisy due to motorcyclist. I think if our windows looked elsewhere it would be perfect.

We had a bad experience. Aircon was broken in room so very noisy, we only had a room change after first night and a lot of pushback. It should have been sorted immediately, not acceptable to allocate guests to room clearly in need of work. Location isn’t great. Need a taxi to get to anywhere.

The staff were very attentive throughout the hotel. There is a good vibe about the place. The restaurants were lovely and the food was varied and tasty. There were plenty of sun loungers at the beach.

Their concierge are too insensitive to their tourist. They won't communicate in English if you turn down their membership offer. They are not helpful to guide you in direction. They show true character of decisive sellers. Beware of them. Front desk are not welcoming, grumpy and not polite. They seem to work there just for work and no sense of hospitality.

У нас був номер із видом «на озеро». Хоч це і не океан, але дуже гарно! Нам сподобалось! Проте, треба враховувати, що дуже шумно, бо це над дорогою. Номери великі (ми брали не стандарт, не найдешевші). Велике ліжко, багато місця! Досить непоганий сніданок, є вибір, я б сказала якісні продукти. Не прям великий, але вистачає. Персонал при поселенні прям дуже супортів, можливо грошей хотіли, але класні були.

Для такого великого готелю СУПЕР ЗАМАЛИЙ БАСЕЙН! Шезлонгів біля ноього ну десь 15… і сам він досить маленький. Всі інші мають лежати на пляжі, але там така широка берегова лінія, що це поям не зручно. Сніданок досить не поганий, але реально мало овочів. Коктейлі на барі норм, але в інших готелях були якісніші. Дуже дивна історія з ванною кімнатою в номері: туалет не закривався, двері скляні з виступами. Тобто зовсім ніякої приватності… Персонал, якщо ти вже заселився і в тебе є проблема, просто дно… допомоги нуль. Максимально неприємно. Часто не працюють ліфти. Ми там були не багато, але точно, я б не повернулась. Загалом, враженням, не погане, але от прям друзям не радила б.

We stayed here for 10 days while getting dental work done. The place was sparkling clean, every employee was nicer than the next. They REALLY cared that you were happy. Food looked amazing (every night was a different cusine ie: Mexican, Italian,Asian, Barbecue etc). Breakfast was plentiful. Pool was fun. I might suggest putting some chairs instead of loungers near the pool. The guests seems to run from mid twenties to 40s. Of course there were some children and older people. The beach looked nice. But unfortunately it was seaweed season while we were there. We got the master suite, so had a gorgeous view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony. I would have no hesitation recommending Nyx Hotel. I should say. As long as you don't have mobility problems. There are a lot of stairs, and steep ramps. Its possible, but probably not ideal.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff, everyone was very welcoming and kind. Food and drinks were both very good and the entertainment staff especially made our trip both fun and very special!

We return to Hotel NYX Cancun every year, and it never disappoints. The location is stunning, the rooms are comfortable, and the beach is absolutely beautiful—but what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff. We want to give a special shout-out to Yelena Gonzalez, Oliver, Makeh, Nadia Vega, and the amazing Deyvison. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make every stay memorable. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. Whether it's helping with a request, offering a friendly smile, or remembering our preferences from past visits, they make us feel like family. A very special thank you to Yelena for making our daughter's birthday so memorable. She thoughtfully arranged for our room to be beautifully decorated as a surprise and even coordinated with the restaurant to have a birthday cake waiting for her. Beautiful ocean and pool front view

The restaurants didn’t tell you about needing to make reservations 24 hours in advance. Need better food options in the buffet restaurants and lastly the resort needs more kid friendly areas such as kid only pools or splash pad etc

Great experience. New pillows, new shower heads, pool chairs being occupied while the guest isn't at the pool are just a few recommendations for improvement.

Estadia maravilhosa!! O hotel é muito bem cuidado e limpo. A alimentação foi perfeita e o staff muito educado.

Infelizmente, a praia apresenta um acumulo grande de algas na areia em frente ao hotel.. Eu acredito que uma ou duas limpezas diárias seriam suficientes para melhorar ainda mais o banho de mar .

No geral, tive uma ótima experiência no hotel, porém o principal ponto negativo foi o restaurante da praia. Existe apenas um restaurante disponível para o almoço, o que faz com que, em diversos momentos, haja fila de espera. Além disso, apesar de o hotel ser all inclusive, nem todos os pratos do cardápio estão incluídos. Algumas opções precisam ser pagas à parte, o que acaba causando certa frustração. As opções inclusas também são limitadas. Entre elas, há hambúrguer, ceviche, filé de peixe (que achei fino e um pouco gorduroso), pizza em apenas dois sabores e alguns pratos da culinária regional. Senti falta de uma maior variedade, principalmente para quem permanece vários dias no resort. Acredito que ampliar as opções do almoço e incluir mais pratos no sistema all inclusive tornaria a experiência ainda melhor.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand in der Hotelzone in Cancún. Anlage sauber aber nicht mehr im bestzustand.

Eigentlich alles ein bisschen zu teuer. Die amis machen die Preise kaputt.

Muito bem localizado. Estrutura ideal pra quem não busca hotel enorme e super lotado. Boas refeições. Staff muito simpático e acolhedor.

Hotel jest za duży i nie radzi sobie z ilością gości. Do tego karygodne jest to, że na przeciwko balkonu pokoju, który pierwotnie dostaliśmy znajdował się zbiornik z bardzo łatwopalnym gazem. Do tego na zagłówku naszego łóżka były ślady krwi, a z nawiewu kapała na łóżko i podłogę woda. Wszystko to zgłosiłam obsłudze i zmieniono nam pokój. Dodatkowo w jedzeniu znaleźliśmy włosy. Odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu

Instalações em ótima condição, boas opções de café da manhã, quarto/cama confortáveis, bom chuveiro, piscina aquecida muito agradável, praia em frente ao hotel, funcionários simpáticos (exceto recepção).

Mosquitos no quarto. Pouquíssimo suporte ao cliente por parte do hotel: houve algum erro no momento da reserva que dizia claramente ser all inclusive mas ao final incluía somente café da manhã, infelizmente o hotel se recusou a cancelar a reserva ou apoiar na resolução do problema - fiquem atentos para não serem ENGANADOS como eu fui, falaram no hotel que isso SEMPRE acontece.

La ubicación es muy buena, en la zona hotelera, primera línea de playa, a metros del shopping La Isla. Los restaurantes (que sólo pueden usarse dentro del all inclusive en determinadas oportunidades) son muy buenos.

Los desayunos y almuerzos (si bien son buenos) se repiten y no tienen mucha variedad. El hotel, en general está bien, pero requiere mejoras en el mantenimiento. La animación no es buena. La pileta es muy chica para la cantidad de huéspedes. Nula preocupación por limpiar el sargazo que se acumulaba en la playa (en otro hotel que estuvimos en la zona de Playa del Carmen, limpiaban a diario, y a veces más de una vez al día).

The NYX was a great surprise. Considering the price we paid, the hotel delivers far more than expected. For lunch, there is only one restaurant available, operating à la carte. The menu is varied enough that, even during a one-week stay, we never got tired of it and were able to enjoy different options throughout the week. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices and is of very good quality. Although the selection remains the same every day, we did not find it repetitive during our week-long stay. The highlight of our experience was definitely the dinner options. The Japanese restaurant is genuinely excellent, and the Italian restaurant is also very good. We had dinner twice at each. On the remaining evenings, we visited the buffet restaurant, which features a different theme each night of the week. The food was consistently fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. Drinks were served without limitation (in our package) and were of reasonable quality, which is what you would generally expect from an all-inclusive resort. The beach was affected by sargassum during our stay, something that is impossible to predict. However, the hotel staff worked continuously to keep the beach as clean as possible. Because it is a relatively small hotel, the atmosphere feels more intimate and relaxed. There were few children during our stay, and there are limited activities specifically designed for young kids. Families traveling with small children may find better options elsewhere. The location is excellent. La Isla Shopping Village is within walking distance, and it is very easy to catch a bus to downtown Cancún. At approximately USD 170 per night for two people on an all-inclusive basis, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. Even the rooms that are not oceanfront provide beautiful views of the lagoon. The hotel also offers nightly entertainment in the lobby area, which was lively and enjoyable. Overall, NYX exceeded our expectations and represents one of

bed too soft in my opinion.

O buffet era completo, suíte bastante confortável, atendimento - em regra - espetacular dos funcionários. Sobre o Hotel, é central e bem localizado, perto do shopping, farmácias e conveniências 24 horas. O bar funciona 24h e possui boa variedade de drinks. Jantar e café da manhã são buffet, e almoço a la carte no restaurante próximo à praia. A comida foi bastante satisfatória.

Apenas em um dia em específico fomos mal atendidas no restaurante da praia, faltou condicionador na suíte (só disponibilizavam shampoo e sabonetes), e os drinks são excessivamente doces. Mas nenhuma dessas coisas chegou a prejudicar a experiência.

This hotel has an unique atmosphere thanks to friendly staff. Master apartment was huge and provided a fantastic view to the ocean. We enjoyed the stay. The meals in the hotel restaurant are delicious. The area next to the pool is not big, however is sufficient. We recommend the hotel NYC in Cancun also due to the location directly on the beach with pool & ocean view.

The facilities were spotless, quiet, and in a great location. The all-inclusive options offered an impressive variety of food, and there was truly something for everyone. My room was perfect—clean, comfortable. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the spa for the first time, and it did not disappoint. The experience was relaxing, professional, and exceeded my expectations. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, friendly. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. The warmth and hospitality made all the difference. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Çalışanları inanılmaz güler yüzlü, koordine ve çok yardımcılardı. Resepsiyondan tut garsonlara hepsi süper insanlardı! Konum konum konum ! Harika konum! Güzel coctailler ,lezzetli yemekler! Rahat ve konforlu,güvenli hissetmek! Tekrar gitsem cancuna tekrar nyx seçerim!

Düzen süper ama hijyen açısından temizlik daha temiz olabilirdi diye düşünüyorum. Özellikle duş içi ve tuvalet. Ama okay yani. İtalyan restoranının abartıldığı kadar güzel olduğunu düşünmüyorum! Pizzaları güzeldi.yemeklerde o mutfakların ağır yağ kokuları sinmiş gibiydi.

Me gustó la playa, el desayuno y la ubicación

Nos pedimos una habitación deluxe, la habitación era grande y fría. No tenía decoración, el aire estaba demasiado frío, nos congelábamos. No había ningún detalle especial, el aire goteaba y se mojaba el piso las luces también eran diminutas y frias. Nada me invitaba a quedarme salvo la vista al mar.
