Que de entrada te quieren vender el plan vacacional de la cadena hotelera me hicieron perder casi una hora para al final botarme que era para inscribirme a unas reuniones donde de seguro me iban a vender y hacerme perder más tiempo de mis vacaciones realmente eso no me gustó, es importante q entiendan si la gente quiere inscribirse en planes vacacionales con alguna cadena hotelera lo hace y ya no necesitan ni perder su tiempo ni hacérmelo perder…

Custo benefício muito bom, boas comidas, cama boa. Cerveja era Heineken, chop, e uma cerveja local, vários drinks , 3 piscinas aquecida. Vale a pena

Nos dias que ficamos estavam pintando o correndo do nosso quarto. Mas nada de mais.

La recepcionista poco amable, se tardó más de 30 minutos con una familia en poder hacerles chek in, estábamos en la fila y cuando por fin nos acercamos ella nos dijo permitenme yo les llamo.

La ubicación, la playa es muy linda.

Su atención del personal es deficiente o tosca en su mayoría. Incluso los vasos que usan en los bares no los lavan solo les echan agua, es antihigiénico.

Food is so so in the buffet restaurant. The location is good, because it is located in front of the beach.

They have several restaurants, but we need to make a reservation for them at 9 am! That's crazy. Without reservation, we can go to just a buffet style restaurant. Moreover, we can just one reservation for short stay. There is no description about the system. I cannot believe it.

La atención del personal, instalaciones limpias y ubicación…

Aunque fuera de los primeros en llegar para reservar en los restaurants para la cena, ya no alcanzaba lugar, y que los dos últimos días fallaba mucho la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación.

La alberca para adultos, la variedad de alimentos que había en los buffet y la playa del hotel.

El tiempo de espera para hacer el check in fue de más de una hora y todavía tuvimos que esperar otra hora para que nos dieran nuestra habitación. El servicio en las barras de bebidas fue malo, sobre todo el bartender del bar del Lobby te ignora y hace de mala gana los pedidos. Estuvimos 3 noches y solo tuvimos derecho a 1 reserva de restaurant, reserva para la cual tuvimos que hacer 1 hora de fila.

Localização excelente, conforto, qualidade da alimentação. Entrega o que promete, para um hotel intermediário em Cancún.

Relação custo x benefício (preço da diária) é alta, se comparado com outros hotéis da região.

מלוכלך רצפה דביקה ביקשנו שינקו אמרו שינקו עדיין נשאר מלוכלך חדר אוכל פצפון אוכל יבש לא טעים בכלל וה״אלכוהול״ חרטה הכי גדולה מיץ פטל וממש יקר לעומת מה שקיבלנו שילמתי על הלילה הזה ובפועל הלכתי לישון במלון אחר בסוף אצל חברים שלהם היה פי אלף מהמלון הזה וגם השם של המלון הזה יש עוד איזה 3 מלונות עם אותו השם והכתובת באובר מבלבלת לוקחת לכתובת אחרת בכלל כל פעם טועים בזה

A reserva dos restaurantes especiais ser de forma pessoal, tendo que enfrentar filas todos os dias as 09h, com vagas que acabam em minutos, é muito ruim. A reserva poderia ser feita on line, num sistema de IA, de forma muito mais prática.

Everything is spotless, staff are exceptionally hardworking & made sure everyone had a great holiday experience. Food/drink is excellent.The hotel is beautiful, on a gorgeous beachfront location.in Cancun hotel zone. Large bedrooms/bathroom & balcony. Beds are very comfy, great nights sleep. Great power showers.

The bedrooms could do with a little updating but still very nice.

les multiples piscines, les transats disponible, la plage surveillé, la sécurité, les repas du midi, l'ananas, les plats qui sont bon dans l'ensemble, jus d'orange, jus d'ananas, la chambre spacieuse et propre

la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre arrivé (résolu après signalement), 45minutes d'attente pour le petit déjeuner notre dernier matin avant le départ (sinon 5min dans l'ensemble) trop peu de place vu la taille de l'établissement , salle à mangé mal agencé, une fois sur deux on a pris notre commande pour nous servir un café, on va ensuite se servir bien-sur c'est un buffet !!! la machine à café automatique qui ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps et qui n'était pas du matin :-) pas beaucoup de choix en fruits.

Pros: -Staff was very nice. -Drinks are great. -Pools are great.

Cons: -We did not like the food. -Our room was very hot, 78 degrees Fahrenheit. -The internet is very slow, almost unusable. -They claim to have 24-hour room service but we called multiple times and nobody answers the phone. -Our area of Beach/Ocean covered in heaps of Sargassum. I know this is out of resorts control but resorts in other parts of Cancun had no sargassum. -difficult/competitive to make dinner reservations at the resort.

No me agrado mucho la calidad de la comidas del buffet. Además de que no había aire acondicionado en las instalaciones. Tambien nos dieron unos cubiertos sucios en las comidas. Creo que no me llevo una buena experiencia.

Gostei muito do quarto frente ao mar, localização e o tamanho do hotel... teve um show cover do Michael Jackson que superou as expectativas!

Pouquíssima variedade de comida. Só pode comer dentro do restaurante, se desse gorjetas aí poderia levar pra piscina. Sobremesas ruins. Os snacks praticamente eram somente pizza e sempre faltava... Enfim, a parte de comida deixou muito a desejar.

Took 1.5 hours to check in on arrival. Food was poor quality and lack of options. No hand soap in bedrooms. Not worth the price they are charging.

Las instalaciones del hotel, las vistas, la comida del restaurante de Mariscos, la atención del restaurante Italiano, la cama, sus actividades y su comodidad.

La atención de la mayoría del personal no es buena. La mayoría espera propina para atenderte bien, cuando a mi criterio debería ser al revés, además de ayudar de mala gana. Dos veces tuve que pedir cinco veces algo en recepción. En los bares a excepción de Jairo solo esperan propina, te tiran los vasos, no llenan los vasos y cierra 30 o 60 minutos antes del horario indicado.

It was huge, obviously a beauty in the past.

First of all, we kept getting locked out of our room because the keycards would not work. The telephone in the room also never worked, so we could not call reception. Even when we went downstairs to complain about a thing, nothing was done about it. We also had no hot water for two days, which made it very difficult to bathe our toddler. On one occasion, our room was cleaned but no towels were left behind. We kept asking for towels and eventually had to get them ourselves from one of the cleaning staff. The pool was not very clean either. The one thing that made the pool enjoyable was Rambo and his crew, who brought a lot of energy with the Zumba dances.

Good location, clean rooms, good pool entertainment staff Ramiro and his crew were the only good thing this hotel had to offer

Took more than 2 hours to check in The worse food I have ever eaten, they served the same food every day They did not have enough glasses at the pool bar during our entire stay No hot water for the last two days in our room

Mi llegada Una recepcionista realice la fila y me dijo que me fuera a otra fila debido a que ella estaba atendiendo a un grupo , el cual no tenía a nadie y los que llegaban tarde del supuesto grupo los atendían primero y la única fila que estaba para atender al personal en general estaba demorada y ella no quería atender , otra fue que en el restaurante el mirador fui a desayunar con mi grupo que me Encontraba y la señorita de la entrada me dijo que no podía entrar debido a que tenía reservado la terraza para un grupo el cual ese restaurante no hay reserva me pareció de mal gusto que me negara desayunar donde no se realiza reservación y guardar al grupo que no estaba en el momento que yo iba a desayunar. Algunos del bar en la noche se les pedía bebidas y demoraban y no prestaba atención. En las reservaciones de los restaurantes para la cena ponían mucho problema a mi esposo una señora le dijo que solo tenía derecho a una reservación por la 3 noches me parece una falta de respeto pagar por 3 noches y tener solo derecho a una reserva , al día siguiente me acerqué con un chico muy amable y me la realizó sin ningún problema. Demoras en realizar aseo en la habitación .Yo pagué por un servicio el cual por haber otro grupo negaban servicios a otros . Me pareció una falta respeto ver prioridades para algunos .

Bonjour! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans l'hôtel Occidental Tucancún. Nous avons passés 9 jours qui ont été parfaits! Les prestations des repas proposés et des équipements et installations à disposition des vacanciers sont de très bonnes qualités, sans oublier l'ensemble du personnel qui a été très aimable et attentionné. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Yocelin Garcia qui a toujours été attentive et engagée envers le bon déroulement de notre séjour, en étant toujours souriante et disponible! Nous recommandons cet hôtel !!

Viajamos con varios amigos y nuestra experiencia fue increíble. La comida estuvo deliciosa, las instalaciones impecables y la atención del personal fue excelente. Disfrutamos mucho la zona de snacks, los diferentes bares y, por supuesto, la playa y el mar, que son simplemente espectaculares. Todo superó por completo nuestras expectativas. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Como aspecto a mejorar, sería ideal contar con sombrillas en la playa, ya que el sol es bastante fuerte y esto haría la experiencia mucho más cómoda para los huéspedes.

Personal, playa y ubicacion

We got the ocean-front suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The sliding doors opened out to the walkway to the beach and we had some great views. Also, Francisco, at the mid-level pool bar, is fantastic!

Everything else was underwhelming at best. If you do book one of the suites, be aware you HAVE to check-in and out in the VIP area, and check-in took over an hour due to one person working there vs. the 5 people that were not busy at the main desk. The water in the shower took over 5 minutes to get lukewarm, and if you wanted hot, it needed to run for closer to 10 minutes. The microwave wasn't plugged in, the phone didn't work (and when we did get one that did, literally nobody answers the other end for any department except the bellboy, so you have to end up leaving the room anyway). The food in the buffet is so bland that its honestly not worth bothering with. There are several restaurants nearby that know what seasonings are and how to use them, and they aren't expensive. If you do eat on property, the themed restaurants are the only ones with decent options (only open for dinner and require reservations). While they can do currency exchange, dont expect them to have big bills, expect all $50's, which is very inconvenient when getting the pesos equivalent of $100. They also dont refill the fridge drinks daily, which is part of every other all-inclusive I've ever been to, so you have to ration your waters/sodas/beers, or physically go down the desk to request the service (because they wont answer the phone when it does work). They also only have 2 sm9king areas, and are militant about it. Definitely non-plussed with the overall experience. Best part of the trip was leaving the resort for a full day.

The Front desk staff was awesome.... If I had a question, they would help me and go out of their way to answer it... The people at the front desk always had a smile on their face and were extremely friendly... I liked them...

I was asked to take a tour everyday and I did not want to waste my time with it.... I live in a metropolitan city and everyday get asked for something and I know they were going to hit me with something at the end. Not sure because I did not take the tour, but nothing is free in life..

I enjoyed the staff. All the people that work there are friendly. The staff is totally different from another "excellent" and expensive places.

Maybe it was the room. The room was 3037 and it smelled (just a little bit) not as a clean room. And the variety of food. They repeated some dishes all day.

The price vs quality keep a good ratio. Is all u need for a nice rest.

The beach should have more umbrellas. The food could be more diverse. Specially breakfast.

A special thank you to Jose Martin General manager, who is helpful in our stay. A special thank you to our waiters: Miriam Lopez, Caroline Ake, Diana Martin, and Tere Rios. Bartenders were exceptionally friendly: Ismael-Tec, Armando, Daniel Cen, Jairo, Francisco B. In the exercise gym was Fernando Corona who assisted me with my routine. They had a nice variety of shows in the evening. Circus was an awesome show and Michael

La comida no tenia mucho sabor, algunos meseros no eran muy amables, la parte de reservar para las cenas y hacer fila como de 1 hora para poder comer en los restaurantes especiales, y que los camastrones de la piscina se llenaban rápido. En la noche también se escuchaba bulla en los pasillos de personas que venían de fiesta.

Me encantó todo. Una hermosa habitación, vista maravillosa. La playa estaba hermosa, todo muy cómodo. Cuando me fui iba a isla mujeres, me guardaron las maletas y me dieron un pase para el resto del día para usar las instalaciones e incluso comida. Me encantó. Por escuchar la famosa charla que te ofrecen supuestas ofertas me dieron un tour que también lo ame.

Cuando llegue la recepcionista no me atendió amablemente, le pregunté si había una posibilidad de mejorar algo ya que solo veníamos dos de tres personas y me dijo que no, sin ofertar nada extra, ninguna opción. Además, fue muy cortante. Buffet rico, pero podría ser más variado y más mexicano. Tres restaurantes, que debes reservar haciendo fila, podría ser más moderno y hacerlo online. La charla de oferta al hotel es demasiado larga, podría ser más corto.

No tiene nada de malo, solamente que después de las 21hs hay solo una barra en el lobby y se llena demasiado , por ende es una sola barra para muchas personas y eso demóra la atención

Ресторан предлагает достаточно разнообразное питание. Есть круглосуточный бар со снэками и кофе, на территории несколько ресторанов, но основной ресторан был самый лучший по блюдам и напиткам. Номер достаточно комфортный. Быстрое заселение и выселение. Минибар пополняется ежедневно, выдается вода. Удобная территория и выход на пляж.

1. Персонал на стойке регистрации плохо говорит по-английски и их трудно понять. Они толком не могут объяснить некоторые организационные вопросы. 2. Не понравилась система бронирования столиков в ресторане мексиканской и итальянской кухни. Мне указывали несколько разных мест, где бронируют, нужно стоять в очереди, есть квота на количество резерваций и в результате оно просто не стоит того, чтобы поесть обычных спагетти и тако. 3. Сотрудник отеля потратил почти час моего времени предлагая мне какой-то тур по комнатам и требуя предоставить данные банковской карты. Я долго не могла понять, почему для резервации столика в ресторане мне нужно полтора часа ходить по отелю с экскурсией и почему для этого нужные данные банковской карты. Это было очень неприятно. Не делайте так с гостями, которые не хотят быть невежливыми с сотрудниками и вынуждены терпеть попытки навязать им какой-то рекламный тур, вместо 1 минуты на бронь ужина. 4. Отель достаточно старый и номера тоже выглядят старыми. 5. Нет ни тапочек, ни халатов. 6. Отель не предоставляет трансфер в аэропорт или на/со станции поезда.

A localização do quarto e a qualidade dos móveis e enxoval.

Da manutenção em geral. O frigobar não funcionou apesar da insistência em pedir o conserto ou troca. Diversas vezes a TV também não funcionou. E o ar-condicionado não tinha regulagem o que causava algum desconforto. E por fim a limpeza do banheiro inadequada. Havia sempre um cheiro ruim.

Quiero especialmente mencionar a la gente de animación de niños Gabriela excelente y Noelia... y también a José Martin impecable en recepción y atención general, éramos un grupo de 12 personas y la verdad que nos ayudo un montón! .. lo demás perfecto! El Restaurante Italiano es excelente... .

La comida no era muy variada y los lugares chicos, y la limpieza de las habitaciones eran espaciadas

We loved the location of the resort as well as the people. The staff are amazingly friendly.It's not exaggerated.It feels like family, and they want you to have a good time.And relax and be carefree. The beach is amazing.This location is in the right spot!

When we checked in, we were upgraded to ocean view Room. Because the room that we reserved was not available. And they were 99% full. We were completely grateful for the upgrade. However, upon getting to the room, the room was not clean. The room also had mold in the bathroom. It also had a hole in the bathroom ceiling where some bugs were crawling out. And the phone did not work. And a couple of the lights were out in the ceiling and the track lighting, and also one lamp at the bed had no light bulb. So once I did get ahold of someone at the front desk by calling on my cellphone., they sent someone up to fix a phone which they took a phone from another room. And brought it to our room. But as far as the bugs and whatnot, they said they could not help me because they had no other room to send me to, and we had to sleep there that night. And so we just went to a store and got some bug spray and started killing the bugs in the bathroom. So and we went and bought extra sheets because the room actually looked like they meant to clean it. But they missed it, there was still some person's deodorant in the bathroom. As well as a towel on the bed. So we did not end up changing rooms. The next morning, we did go to the front desk and let them know again that something was wrong with our room and they said that they had to wait until people checked out. In order to move us, so we just decided to enjoy our vacation and just go buy some extra sheets. And just deal with it because the location is beautiful and the people I could tell that it was not their fault and I didn't want to get anyone in trouble for missing cleaning the room.

Filas para realizar reserva a los restaurantes del hotel, uno va a descansar y te obligan a las 7 estar en las filas para no quedar sin reserva. en ese caso se debe asistir al buffet del día a día. Actividades nocturnas casi nulas todos los días lo mismo, bar del auditorio cierra a las 10 y el bar que es ultra pequeño, tiene una cantante hasta las 11.
