Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione della struttura, la cura dell’ambiente, le camere io ho preso anche una suite direttamente sul loro sito. Oltre che la stanza qui su Booking. La posizione della spiaggia (tra l’altro bandiera blu) bellissima e pulitissima con questi super letti.

Segnalo un atteggiamento poco gradevole di una signorina che lavorava in sala da pranzo a buffet con la camicia rosa e un tatuaggio sul polpaccio esile dí corporatura non troppo alta. Si è comportata in modo davvero poco professionale. Ero seduta dopo che un signore gentilissimo mi ha fatta accomodare e registrata all’entrata, dopo poco lei vede arrivare altri due ospiti (due donne) e lei si era puntata a farmi alzare nel posto in cui ero( un posto da due normalissimo ma vicino al buffet) perché quello era riservato (le signore volevano per forza quello) ci tengo a precisare che erano due signore di 50 anni in salute senza problemi (non mi hanno fatto alzare per esigenza perché avrei compreso) mentre stavo mangiando mi hanno fatto prendere tutte le cose e levata perché aveva urgenza di far sedere queste due donne ( probabilmente gli davano la mancia sotto banco) una vera maleduca anche tutti gli altri camerieri cercavano di dirle qualcosa ma lei era in fissa così. Ho pagato una suite da 3800€ farmi trattare così mi sembra assurdo

Очень понравилась территория отеля , бассейны ! Чистота просто везде, персонал очень дружелюбный))) Питались по системе все включено - еда просто превосходная и разнообразная. Особое спасибо шеф повару в зале где Шведский стол было все вкусно. Много рыбы. С большим удовольствием вернемся в этот отель еще.

Lo mejor: la comida y el servicio de los restaurantes, especialmente la atención y amabilidad de Israel, Daniel, José, Samuel y Raúl. La disponibilidad de camas en la playa, excelente. La locación: buenísima. La playa siempre limpia y muy tranquila.

Lo que dicen del WiFi es verdad, no funciona bien todo el tiempo. Lo que deben mejorar urgente: el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones, y en general la disposición y atención de las señoras que arreglan los cuartos. Muy muy regular.

El desorden para poder comer, hay mucha fila. La habitación no fue lo que pedí , contraté con cama doble y solo me dieron una cama matrimonial porque no habían más, pero si me ofrecieron otra habitación por más dinero.

La comida de excelencia, la cena en el restaurante cerca de la playa espectacular, me encanto su lasaña. Su pizza muy rica, la atención de Víctor en la barra de bebidas es de excelencia. El personal de intendencia super amables, regresaría en diciembre sin duda alguna.

Talvez a la hora de registrarme, ya que llegue de la isla de Holbox un poco cansado, sin embargo, la atención del personal de registro al llegar es muy amable.

En realidad es un buen hotel de acorde a sus estrellas y precio. Muy limpio todo y organizado. Es un bufet pequeño pero los alimentos bien elaborados y una variedad no muy grande pero aceptable. El restaurante italiano a la carta aunque no tiene muchisimos platillos los que tiene estan muy ricos. La pizzeria de las pizza a la leña estilo italiano que sw encuentran al lado de la piscina q da a la playa muy ricas y el personal muy agradable,muy atentos y siempre divertidos y haciendo bromas, sin dudas los mejores de todos los trabajadores del hotel. La zona de playa es de las ms bonitas creo de cancun eso favorece mucho tambien el hotel.

No le doy mas de 7 en mi evaluación xq con el personal del checking-checkout pésimo. A mi llegada a pesar q tenia reserva confirmada desde hacía 10 dias antes o mas, me salen con que tenían q cambiarme de hotel y para uno q se les ocurrió que esta en una zona de playa malisima, dicen q porque se ha ia sobrevendido. Si no me pongo fuerte hasta que me podían reintegrar, como si yo viviera al doblar del hotel, despues de ponerme super fuerte, siempre con respeto eso si pero con mis derechos...al fin me asignaron habitación despues de mas de una hora en la pelea literal. Y a la hora de retirarme cuando solicito mi factura no me la dieron alegando mil historias, despues de 4 dias que salí del hotel estuve en la batalla hasta q al fin me la enviaron. OJO PADRES...El club de niños en mis 4 dias en el hotel jamas lo vi abierto a pesar q era una de las cosas por las q elegí el hotel. Nunca ni 5 min estuvo la persona q devia estar a cargo de eso.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Flamingo fue simplemente perfecta. La habitación era muy amplia, limpia y muy cómoda, ideal para descansar. El desayuno, la comida y la cena fueron variados y deliciosos; todos los días había muchas opciones y todo estaba muy rico. La atención del personal fue excelente: siempre muy educados, amables y atentos, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos en todo momento. Además, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, las áreas comunes son agradables, la piscina es excelente y el ambiente es tranquilo y familiar. La ubicación también es muy buena, lo que hace la estancia aún más cómoda. Sin duda, fue una experiencia maravillosa. Todo estuvo perfecto y superó nuestras expectativas. ¡Lo recomiendo al mil por ciento y volvería sin pensarlo!

La comida

Te ofrecen una membresía pero si no aceptas , la actitud de la persona que te otorga el precio del paquete cambia totalmente y deja mucho que desear. Por dos dias no limpiaron la habitación. Tuvimos que reportarla y fueron a limpiarla hasta en la noche.

Que lo que prometen en sus servicios lo cumplen y todo el personal es muy amable. La comida es muy rica en el buffet, tienen variedad. Las camas muy cómodas, descansamos muy bien. Me gustó mucho que el hotel es consiente de la vida silvestre, nos toco ver una tortuga marina desovando y los vigilantes se tomaban el tiempo de decirle a las personas que no debemos molestarla con luz con fotos, todo con mucha amabilidad.

Intentan vender paquetes vacacionales, pero lo bueno es que, al menos a nosotros respetaron el no querer escuchar su charla y no insistieron.

Me gustó que está cerca de Plaza La Isla. Habitaciones Cómodas. Personal del Restaurant Albatros, el servicio de bar y la coctelería, todos muy atentos y agradables. La parte de la playa está muy bonita y tiene poco sargazo.

La Aplicación dice que tienen estacionamiento incluido, pero no es así, el estacionamiento está a disponibilidad, cuando llegamos tuvimos que dejar nuestro coche afuera porque no había lugar. La porción que sirven de comida es pequeña, pero igual pueden volver a pedir mas. El aseo de las habitaciones puede estar mejor. Por la aplicación reservé una habitación con vista al mar y otra con vista a la laguna, y cuando llegamos no tenían habitaciones disponibles, y terminaron asignándome las dos con vista a la laguna. La piscina es un poco pequeña para la cantidad de personas que están alojadas. El room service se tardó demasiado (casi 2 horas) en llevar la comida, la comida estaba fria y no era buena la calidad de los alimentos.

La playa, aunque había zargaso, estaba la arena parecido talco. Las piscinas limpias.

El buffet no era variado y no había buena preparación.

Excelente trato y recibimiento. Había leído en otros comentarios que el bufette no era muy bueno y sí dude en eso, pero la verdad me pareció muy bueno, sólo los postres si les falta mejorar un poco. El buffete de desayuno en el restaurante Albatros muy rico, las pizzas del restaurante Don Roberto igual muy buenas, los snacks deliciosos también, las bebidas en el bar de la piscina si les falta mejor un poco. Ahora las instalaciones todo Excelente, todo limpio, cómodo, si me hubiese gustado que hubiera música en el área del jacuzzi y de los camastros en el mar o más amenidades para disfrutar en la noche. Pero a mi familia y a mí nos encantó y sin duda volveremos a regresar en otras vacaciones. Lo recomiendo ampliamente 🌊🌴👏🏻🫶🏻👍🏻

Me gustaría que mejorarán los postres, siento que ahí se les falta un poco y las bebidas en el área de la piscina principal también les hace falta mejor y tener más variedad en cócteles.

Buena relacion calidad precio, y las pizzas estaban estupendas. El servicio del personal bueno, en general, todo estuvo bien. Mi recomendacion es viajar sin niños.

Habia un personal algo pesado ofreciendote una charla imagino para hacerte socios. Como no la cogiamos, nos insistian todos los dias... Eso hay que controlarlo.

On the beach

Checking in was chaos it took in hour to just get to our room and that was after the check in time 3. We got to the room and the floor was sandy and some wet spots. I booked two beds but wasn’t told it was based off availability and ended up with one king bed. The food was so bland and not enjoyable. The drinks were great but skimped on the alcohol. The staff was friendly and fun.

No entendí a los meseros, cuando entrabamos curiosamente me tocó casi en todos desayuno, comida cena y en ambos restaurantes que me decían que no me podía sentar en dónde había elegido, en el restaurante de abajo no podía elegirlo pero llegaban los demás y sin problemas podían quedarse ahí, y en el restaurante de arriba me pasó lo mismo, no quise enojarme pero me pasó 5 de 6 veces que fui.

Tivemos problemas com o Quarto. Primeiro dia faltou água quente. Segundo dia problemas com ar condicionado. Terceiro dia problemas de uma obras bem em cima do nosso apto. Só melhorou quando fomos transferidos para outro quarto mais apropriado e melhor localizado.

Das Essen war leider jeden Tag identisch. Ich hätte mich über mehr mexikanisches Essen gefreut als nur ab und zu Tacos. Nudeln gab es nur in einer weißen Soße, die keiner mochte. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn es trockene Nudeln mit verschiedenen Soßen gegeben hätte und abends auch Pommes mit Nuggets für die Kiddies. Das Restaurant, die Bars und die Snackbar waren sehr unorganisiert. Beispielsweise mussten die Kellner aus der Lobby Bar Getränke fürs Restaurant holen, in der Zeit wurden keine neuen Tische eingedeckt und man hat ewig gewartet. Generell war das Personal sehr unmotiviert und absolut nicht engagiert. Die Frau im Kinderclub verstand kein Englisch. Die Algen am Strand wurden nur klein gemacht und am Strand verteilt und nicht entsorgt. Nebenan dagegen der Strandabschnitt war 1a - vielleicht zahlen die besser ;) 2 Typen stehen immer untätig am Strand um, in Sansibar hätten die den Strand wie selbstverständlich sauber gemacht. Generell war das Personal sehr faul. Das Zimmer war alt, kaputt und mega dreckig. Wir hatten überall Haare und ich habe 30min geputzt um es einigermaßen bewohnbar zu bekommen. Pizza gab es nur bis 18 Uhr, somit war das Restaurant viel zu voll. Snackbar war auch immer zu voll und man musste ewig warten. Unzumutbar mit hungrigen Kindern. Wir wurden immer aufs Restaurant verwiesen, aber da gab es halt weder Pommes, noch Burger. Also alles unlogisch und umständlich organisiert. Eine Bar fehlte definitiv auch am Strand. Man wurde nicht bedient und musste sich die Getränke immer selbst von den Bars holen. Kenne ich anders bei all inklusive. Also zu Sansibar oder Türkei all inklusive liegen Welten zu dem Hotel. Achja wir hatten ein Beistellbett bekommen, aber erst 1 Woche später eine Deckenkonstruktion die scheinbar eine Matratze darstellen sollte.

que tienes que esperar a que ellos te sirvan el cafe y la bebida y te asignen la mesa, yo tengo esposa en silla de ruedas y te asignaban en cualquier lado, un empleado Rodrigo (al levantar la mesa) tiró el pastillero con medicación de mi esposa a la basura y luego negó haberlo hecho y no quiso ir a buscarlo, otro empleado tuvo la amabilidad de hacerlo y lo pudimos recuperar. De la habitacion de mis hijas desapareció una bolsa con un cinto, y nunca me dieron una solución, me hicieron llenar formulario, que iban a ver las camaras, etc, pero no resuelven nada. Vi poca predisposición del personal.

The Beach is nice, they have lots of cabana beds which is great. And they do keep the place clean.

No entertainment, no uplifting fun Caribbean music just the same music playing on a 24-7 loop. some staff very friendly but most not, they are not helpful and will not go above and beyond to help you with anything. Be careful what you eat, my husband got violently ill along with others who were there at the same time as us. I find you pay a lot of money for very little its just a small boring hotel on a nice beach.

Me tocó en una habitación que daba a la calle y se escuchaba todo el ruido de afuera, recomiendo que los vidrios de las ventanas fueran en contra de ruidos. Y renovar un poco los baños.

Excelente todo, instalaciones, habitación, el personal, las comidas y el bar, lo recomiendo, lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y disfrutar en familia.

We were confirmed for a 2 bed room and received a king bed. When asked reception about this, they would not change our room. They said they keep those rooms for a 3 person occupancy. 🙄

Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, la comida, las albercas la ubicación de la playa y todo lo que proporcionaron, las pizzas fueron excelentes.

El personal con cara larga, como no eres extranjero, te tratan como si no les gustará trabajar, desde el personal de recepción, el bartender (no el ayudante, el es amable), los host en el restaurante y la mayoría de los meseros, una simple pregunta y te responden como si les debieras algo, groseros y mal encarados, además la organización para darte los snacks y las pizzas es ineficiente, tienes que tener una mesa para que te den los alimentos, los cuál es una perdida de tiempo, los huéspedes se quedan sentados para poder disfrutar del lugar lo cual hace que no haya mesas y no te den comida, es horrible y mal pensado.

We had a great time at Flamingo, Cancun. I am glad I did not read these reviews before going. Some of the very negative reviews have no ground. Not sure what people were looking for and why they went there. This is one of the last reasonable priced locations in what I see over-expensive Cancun strip these days (for sure was not the case 5 years ago). This hotel is a small tropical island in the vast sea of intimidating concrete in Cancun hotel zone. The hotel is small, old, and as such, the rooms are ok - dated. But also, it has only five stories for what I assume is the “newer” part, where the older, probably original hotel from early Cancun days, has just 3-4 stories with a nice architecture representing ancient Mayan temple. It is right on the beach separated by a small palm trees “forest”. Everything is within reach: the beach, the rooms, the inner pool, the outer pool, the buffet, the pizza bar next to the outer pool. It offers this great terrasse that is on the second floor when looking from the beach. The hotel has some 80 cabanas throughout the property. We spent the time on the cabanas by the pool. The hotel indeed has very few beach chairs, maybe 20 and similarly around the inner pool. The entire first floor looking at the sea has the rooms open to their own pool or the terrasse with their own beach beds and their own shade. If you are with small children, they have this cute kid’s area. Again, all in the same place. You can spent time on the cabana above the kid’s club and keep an eye on your little one. The beach is amazing, fine sand, wide clean from rocks beach. The water was very clean, no rocks in the water either. The beach seems to have been awarded Blue Flag. The workers kept cleaning the hotel all the time. There is this snack/burger part with few tables. Every morning the area was soap washed. They constantly wash and paint. On the time of departure, as our flight was late I saw our room, the floor being washed with soap. Checkout is at noon. They allowed us to keep our bracelets till 4pm, so we could eat without any problem. The food question. This is a small hotel, so the buffet is small and this means smaller food tables, less offerings. But there is enough food: salads, fruits and the main dishes. There offer two soups and plenty of desserts. The main dishes have some variety as every day there is a different theme. There were some pork skewers one day, fried rice with chicken another day. I think there is sufficient food without the four kinds of pastas, four kind of pizzas and no, there is no Sushi bar.. Again, small place. Thy do have fish and for the seafood lovers they have mussels and shrimps. Now, the a-la-cart restaurant, Albatross.. the food in this placer was absolutely amazing. They offer a lunch menu and a diner menu. They also have buffet for breakfast. The chef deserves applause as everything we tried was absolutely delicious: seafood soup, squid tentacles, steak, burger, etc.. We ate mostly at this place. Few times we had to wait a bit, but it is all worth it. It has this small terrace with own shade and also under the palm trees and right at the beach facing the sea. Well done, Flamingo. On top, during our one week stay, they once offered delicious paella by the pool, and another time, a salad bar: guacamole, shrimps and mussels. They offer burgers by the pool, small sitting area in the afternoon. And there is the pizza on the terrasse of the outer pool. In the evening, the pool bar offers tacos. You can eat from 7 a.m. in the morning till 11 p.m. Also, in the restaurants you can order cappuccino, what was also nice touch. The rooms have mini fridge with two cans of beer, three pops and two water bottles that they restock every day. On every floor there is water station and ice machine. Small hotel, no entertainment team. But we did have a Mexican night and another time a Mayan show. And one night they had Casino with funny money. Location is great. We walked one way ten minutes to La Isla mall. We purchased combo ticket: aquarium + Cancun wheel for 25 $USD. We also walked the other way, 2 km, to Coco Bongo area with some shops and souvenirs and large groceries store. Airport transfer took us less then 20 min with no stops. We have been to over 20 similar resorts in the past 25 years and this is towards to top in our own experience for relaxation and conditions. This place is perfect for 2-3 families. If you are looking for luxury and party, the hotel is not it. For those who decide to book the hotel, do pay the extra money and get an ocean view room. To the hotel management: - The beds have four pillows, but they are all very thick. Consider providing two thinner pillows for better comfort - The WiFI not being everywhere is not normal for the time we live in - And those rooms towards the main road, you should try replacing the windows. Not sure how the other hotels deal with the noise from the street, but newer windows should help. Too many motorcycles, old tracks and busses and driving higher than allowed speed.

We stayed at the Flamingo Hotel and, honestly, we were a bit nervous going in after reading the reviews (you know… the good, the bad, and the dramatic 😅). But we absolutely loved it. The service was amazing. The staff works incredibly hard—always cleaning, always smiling, always moving. Our room was spotless, and our fridge was never without beer and water. The location is great. We could walk everywhere, the mall is about a 10-minute walk, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The only downside is that it’s on the main drag, so at night you might hear traffic or the occasional Fast & Furious moment—but honestly, that’s city life. The food was great. We rotated between the buffet, à la carte options, and the amazing homemade pizza (which deserves its own shoutout 🍕). We did have a small booking mix-up and were given the wrong room at first. When we went to the front desk to ask if a room change was possible (for another reason), they immediately caught the mistake and upgraded us to an ocean-view room. Moral of the story: be nice—it really does go a long way. This is not a 5-star resort—so don’t expect kisses on your feet or 12 restaurants. It’s a smaller resort, but they truly go above and beyond to make guests happy. Beautiful beach, good food, Wi-Fi in the room without paying extra, and genuinely kind staff. The hotel did not have Internet in your room only in bars no one that worked there knew how to speak English, but they knew what a tip was, but never stay there again

La infraestructura del hotel es hermosa, la ubicación ideal. Tiene una hermosa piscina en el medio muy linda.

No es All inclusive demoras para todo, para almorzar, cenar, desayunar, a las 23 hs muere todo, no hay nada 24 hs. Te apagan todas las luces literal del hotel. Todo el tiempo esperando, haciendo fila. Se termina algo del comedor no se repone, muy poca variedad de comida, siempre s repetían los menú. Para comer una pizza o calzón 3 horas literal, para pedir una hamburguesa hay q sentarse y hay 5 mesas para una cantidad de habitación enorme. Muy insólito todo. Terminabas por no consumir nada por el hecho de la espera. No lo recomiendo para gente que ya a ido a otro all inclusive reales.

Check in we were given a room for couples trip with 2 double beds and a noisy street view bring ear plugs if you want to get any sleep The next day we upgraded to ocean front with swim out room of course for a cost Beautiful room with king bed (room # 225 ) Pictures are view from room Gorgeous beach BUT only 8 beach lounge chairs for those sun lovers Gotta be up to reserve cabanas and lounge chairs by 7:30 AM Zero daily or nightly entertainment no music or anything Food selection at the 2 restaurants was very little and cold same stuff served every day We spoke with a lot of people on the resort and food was everyone’s biggest complaint Not all inclusive coffee shop charges for coffee and is expensive (star bucks ) No place to exchange money Bartenders not very friendly with long wait times for drinks No drink menus available No pool or beach service Bars close at 11 WIFI pretty slow Watch out for time share people on the resort pestering Save yourself a bad experience and go elsewhere

We travelled with another couple January 12-19/2026. We never do this, but need to warn people who are thinking about booking this resort. First our bus drops us off on the side of busy road because we find out it doesn’t fit up the narrow ramp, so here we are dragging our luggage up this steep ramp, with no help from any staff , in fact we had to help an elderly couple too! Get to front desk, our friends go to the bar to get us a beverage to find out the bars in the entire resort all close at 11pm!! Including any food( no late night food available) We immediately ask to see a manager, none on duty till morning they said. So we get our room that we upgraded prior to trip which was a deluxe walk out to pool, only to find we walked out to patio area, no water( pool) directly off our room as advertised, next our door lock sticks and doesn’t lock, shower spout spraying water everywhere, the patio doors don’t lock easily, you have to constantly jiggle the handle to get it to lock, the handles on our bathroom door just fall off and finally the ultimate….by Wednesday a leak from the ceiling is constantly dripping over the toilet seat. So we got there Monday night , Tuesday went to desk to complain to manager to come across an individual claiming to be assistant manager with “attitude “ tells us we cannot change rooms because they were booked and if we wanted we would have to downgrade our room! Took them till Wednesday to fix lock door issue (3 attempts) , we didn’t even bother with the leaky ceiling because we were so upset with the horrible service. Now our friends room (standard room) that faces major roadway super loud from vehicles and motorcycles. Now the pools, 2 only, one with NO loungers the other with maybe 9 or 10 ! Now the beach, the beach itself was beautiful, but once again NO Loungers! Just cabanas! what resort has little to no loungers for pools and beach that’s why we’re there!!! Once again address management, just to get run around , attitude and no results!!! No background music and no entertainment also! No money exchange at front desk either. Food was good, that’s it. Very disceiving advertising and pictures on their site that clearly show loungers and tiki huts that don’t exist. Overall horrible experience.

I have mixed feelings about this resort. There are definitely pros & cons. PROS Beautiful white sand. Friendly staff Great service Very clean Beach beds are very comfortable Pool chairs are great Clean beach towels always available CONS Food is very repetitive There are no beach lounge chairs at beach No entertainment Hotel is lacking sitting areas Front lobby had a very pungent floral fragrance that is unbearable Beach area is beautiful but street area surrounding hotel is run down and sketchy 11 PM it’s lights out at the resort.. no food or beverages available. No sunwing/WestJet rep anywhere to be found? If you have really high standards, this is definitely not the place for you, however if you’re looking for a cost efficient / clean / quiet resort, this is the place for you!
