Very kind staff, comfortable rooms

Had to pay for early check-in by the hour, even though the room was ready. A lot was money earning oriented. Breakfast was not good.

The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again.

we stayed here for four nights. the staff are so kind and attentive. the location is convenient, with only about a 10 minute walk to the main street. the rooms are also beautiful and fragrant, very modern and clean. suitable for solo travellers and groups alike, i 100% recommend staying here!!!

Es ist kein wirkliches Dive-Resort mehr. Tauchgänge werden vermittelt aber um einen Transfer zur Tauchschule etc. muss sich zustätzlich gekümmert werden. Hier sind die Mitarbeiter aber auch wieder sehr hilfsbereit

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben die Country Side Tour und die Wasserfall Tour über das Hotel gebucht, das war perfekt. Die Anlage ist ruhig und süß, man sieht das sie renoviert ist und nicht neu gebaut aber man sieht auch das sich viel Mühe gegeben wurde. Aber das beste an der Unterkunft war wirklich das Personal dort, kann es nur nochmal betonen.

Très bon hôtel, la piscine est très grande et le cadre est très sympathique. Nous n’avons pas pris l’option petit dej mais nous pouvions commander et manger sur place sur une plage horaire définie. C’était propre, le personnel est très gentil. Concernant l’emplacement, il faut un peu marcher pour se rendre dans le centre mais c’est agréable on découvre des restaurants qui deviennent de très bonnes adresses.

Le pommeau de douche était un peu spécial, mais ça fait l’affaire, c’est vraiment le seule défaut que j’ai trouvé.

I stayed in the 4 bed female dorm. The room was quite big and there is plenty of space to store personal belongings and luggage. The stuff is very very helpful and friendly. I felt realy welcome. I also liked the location, it‘s not in the busy busy area of town, but there are still restaurants and caffees in walking distance. Would book it again, thank you :)

1. Это реально ДАЛЕКО от пляжа. Вы можете ходить через отель Henann (сделав вид, что вы в нем живете) или идти минут 15-20. Но честно, лучше жить тогда в Henann, цена почти такая же, но уровень вообще другой, и у вас будут шезлонги на пляже (для обычных посетителей их нет) 2. Во время нашего проживания у них сломался насос, и у нас не было воды в номере. Два дня! И они не очень торопились его починить. И не предложили никакой компенсации. 3. И у нас постоянно НЕ работал WiFi. Ну то есть заплатить такую сумму за номер, который далеко от пляжа, без воды и без интернета…. Такое себе. Дайв центр там тоже уже не работает

Die Unterkunft ist zentral, aber dafür recht ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war ansich sauber, das Bad ist war sehr komfortabel.

Die Unterkunft hat auf uns leider einen etwas schmuddeligen Eindruck gemacht, Liegen am Pool waren kaputt, in unserem Zimmer waren Anzeichen von Schimmel an den Wänden, im Raucherbereich waren die Kissen dreckig. Fand ich sehr schade, weil die Anlage mehr zu bieten hätte.

The staff were very polite and helpful with all arrangements, from booking day trips, motos, and scuba.

TVs are in Chinese so hard to know what’s what. But that’s all didn’t really watch much tv while I stayed. Just an improvement.

If you’re deciding where to stay, I highly recommend skipping the big chain resorts like Henann and choosing a smaller hotel like this instead. The personalized service, attention to detail, and warm atmosphere simply can’t be matched by large resorts. We always leave happy, relaxed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone who values genuine hospitality and a more intimate resort experience.

Personnels tellement gentils, les chambres étaient incroyables franchement pour avoir passé 3 nuits c’est top. L’hôtel est un peu reculé du centre pour être au calme sans trop être loin non plus. Je recommande ;) (mention spécial au super Iced Latte Coffee).

We really enjoyed our stay at Dive Mint Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and a clean cold towel, which was a nice touch. The resort is modern, new, and extremely clean, easily one of the cleanest places we stayed at in the Philippines. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and it was convenient that beach towels are available. The staff is very helpful and assists with arranging transport or other requests, which makes everything easy. The location is slightly less central, but getting around is no issue since tuk-tuks can be arranged at the reception. The area is quiet and feels safe in the evenings.

The only downside was shower head / the low water pressure that came out of it in the shower, which made it a bit difficult to wash your hair properly.

We stayed in the deluxe room. It’s was lovely, the beds were so comfy and it was so spacious and clean. Definitely the highlight of the stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We even got a welcome juice on arrival. The poor is nice and big and there are loungers beside it.

It’s about a 10 minute walk to the busy area and 15 mins to the beach. The road leading to the hotel gets quite wet and muddy. Booking.com mention the “good breakfast” a few times but it’s not included.

Wir waren fünf Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und können nichts bemängeln! Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und die Betten bequem. Wir haben super geschlafen, da es eine ruhige Gegend ist und es keine Hühner in der Nähe gibt! Die Dusche hatte einen guten Wasserdruck und zudem war sie klar abgetrennt zum restlichen Zimmer, man flutet also nicht das Badezimmer beim duschen! Man hatte eine gute Ausstattung - Föhn, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Kaffee, Kleiderbügel, Frotteetücher für den Pool usw. Es war alles sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Auch das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten im Resort einen Roller mieten und es wurden uns auch Tuktuk organisiert bei Bedarf. Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Empfehlung😍

The wardrobe is not big enough in room for 4 people

Красивый и просторный номер, большой санузел. Приятный бассейн и в целом территория, хотя она и небольшая. Ооочень отзывчивый персонал, помогали со всеми вопросами, спасибо большое! Несколько раз мы брали завтраки, они тоже хорошие и недорогие. Стирка в отеле показалась дорогой по местным меркам, поэтому мы не стали ей пользоваться (50 песо за каждую вещь). Если хотите взять экскурсию, лучше определяйтесь заранее, так как при попытке заказать накануне может уже не быть мест, как в нашем случае. По расположению - немного далековато от пляжа (по карте было не совсем понятно, но ближайшая дорожка в сторону пляжа ведет в тупик, поэтому идти дольше, где-то минут 15 ну или 5 на туктуке), но в целом это было изначально ожидаемо.

Под дверью (она же окно) довольно большая щель, из-за этого в номер могут заползти насекомые. Также нет возможности спать с открытым окном (хотя бы с окном в санузле), потому что ни на нем, ни на окне-двери сеток нет, а кусающиеся мошки присутствуют. Кондиционер направлен на кровать, поэтому с включенным кондиционером тоже особо не поспишь.

We thought that Resort would be much nicer and cleaner. The staff was friendly, but the only thing they always said - we do apologize, but no - so nothing was possible in this hotel, we had to even asked for toilet paper. Never ever, sorry, but was really not a nice experience as we were looking forward to it.

The stuff was very helpful and friendly , evryone was super nice , which made the whole experience better. The room was cozy and clean. The location is a 7.5/10 Becouse even tho the way to the beach or the restaurants / bars wasn’t that Long , it might be a bit tricky after a rain Becouse of the mad.

Erg gehorige omgeving/kamer. No curtains but blinds that are not functioning properly. We didnt slept well because the sun is up and the the light is coming in. Also because the room not good isolated. You can hear people talking around you and the room next to you. The place is a bit far from the town and it is handy if you have a car, tricycle etc, or walk 30 mins to get to the town. Restaurant doesnt serve dinner so better order via GRAB etc.cocktails and other drinks in the evenin are available at the bar.

Opravdu čisté a hezké ubytování. Pokoj velmi prostorný s velkou postelí. Bazén ve skvělém stavu. Obsluha jako vždy velmi milá. Místo 5 min chůze do hlavní ulice a 15 na pláž.

Horší snídaně, spíše doporučuji snídat ve městě.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend. Sie versuchen, einem jeden Wunsch vor den Lippen abzulesen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum gelegen und dadurch schön ruhig. Alles ist sehr modern und sehr sauber und weit über philippinischen Standards.

Ich hätte mir noch etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht, aber das ist ja eine persönliche Präferenz, denn es gibt so viele Frühstückslokale in der Umgebung, dass wir nur einmal in der Unterkunft selbst gegessen haben.

Found a few pests in the room. The staff immediately came to address it though.

We spent six wonderful nights at this hotel. The room was absolutely perfect — spacious, new, clean and stylish. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made for great sleep every night. I was a bit worried about the hot water after reading some comments, but the shower worked perfectly and there was always plenty of hot water. The staff were very kind and responsive. We didn’t try the breakfast, as we preferred to explore local places to eat each morning. There’s a pool and a very cozy lounge area where we spent many relaxing hours. Overall, a solid 9 out of 10 — we’d happily come back!

The location is a bit far from the center, but still manageable.

Staff were lovely and happy to help organise anything. Location is decent as it’s a short walk to lively part but also separate to chill.

Shared rooms are expensive considering they’re four times the cost of competitors.

siamo arrivati dopo essere stati truffati da un altro hotel là vicino. abbiamo prenotato in loco ma ci siamo sbagliati nel selezionare la camera e abbiamo subito proposto di pagare la differenza. lo staff però ci ha fatto pagare il triplo del valore effettivo dicendo che la prenotazione era attraverso booking e non si poteva fare il cambio in loco. inoltre la piscina è vecchia e sporca. netflix non funzionava in camera e non sono stati in grado di aggiustarlo

The vibe of the hotel is nice. The chill out and the pool are confortable.

We had several issues with the room (door not opening or closing, bathroom full of insects and smelling bad) and we weren’t compensated anyhow. They charged us for staying one estra hour, something that in most cases is assumed by the hotel. They also charge if they cannot remove some stains in towels and sheets.

實在是想不出來哪家飯店會在早上八點施工，硬生生被吵醒，完全沒在管旅客的休息。 備品全部都不提供，卻沒有標示在預定頁面，距離市區遠也不好叫車，大概要十幾分鐘才有車願意來載。 照片好看而已，泳池也有點舊，而且泳池旁的磁磚滑到跌倒受傷，只有表面功夫的一家飯店。

Staff were very friendly, made sure we were happy with the room. Location was great, not too far of a walk to the main areas.

I love the property. Location was just minutes away from Alona Beach, staff were really accomodating and friendly, even helped us book a tuktuk. They offer breakfasts as well, with pool and surprisingly the room was spacious, interiors were divine. My family loved the place and would definitely be back once we're in the area again. Highly recommended!
