Manque de serviette pour la salle de bain, un linge de douche par personne, il faudrait un linge pour les mains. Un paillasson à l'entrée de la chambre serait bien pour les jours d'orage afin de ne pas ramener de l'eau a l'intérieur et de garder un peu propre. Mon côté suisse ressort à ces moments là

The room and bathroom is a good size. A nice swimming pool. The dinners are very tasty at the restaurant. They provide the drinking water for free, using your own bottles. Good cocktails from the bar. Very helpful stuff.

Very cute scenery. You really have the vibe of being on holiday. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Apple. The breakfast was good. The room was big, had everything you need and the bed was huge. We really enjoyed the pool. It had a very efficient laundry service. We really enjoyed the Isla hopping tour and they even gave us take away breakfast.

It's a 20 minutes walk to the city centre, which is fine, but you have to walk very close to other's people houses in a poorly illuminated, narrow road. Some tuk tuks didn't even want to take us there. There is only one source of light, which is the big glass door. If you want to get changed, you need to close everything or people would see you from outside. The countryside tour only includes the ride. After that you feel like they try to get more and more money out of you for activities.

Value for money zeer goed accomodatie. Niet direct aan Alona Beach en de daarbij behorende drukte, maar tegelijkertijd op wandelafstand van voorzieningen. Familievriendelijk en relatief kleinschalig. Aangenaam verblijf!

Bedden waren wat aan de zachte kant, maar verder was alles dik in orde.

Nous avons été accueillis et traités comme des rois durant tout le séjour. Le personnel était aux petits soins, tant sur le resort que pour l'organisation de sorties (nous en avons fait trois durant notre séjour). Le logement était impeccable, les lieux incroyablement calmes, et la piscine apporte un véritable plus au séjour. Situé à proximité de la ville, ce havre de paix permet de se ressourcer.

Infrastructure et cadre agréable, on a bien profité de la piscine. Au calme un peu en retrait de la rue principale. Personnel toujours super.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande chambre (chambre familiale), la gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner personnalisé chaque jours.

I was in E-building and the neighbour always played music very early. Each morning at 7AM sharp a local started his market tour while you hear what fish he sells through the microphone. If you are looking for piece and quiet, this might be a bit of a bummer.

Habitaciones bastante antiguas tanto en muebles como el baño. Nivel de limpieza mejorable. Bastante caro para los precios del pais y lo q ofrecen ,la verdad.

Sehr gute Lage, super freundliches Personal, großer Pool, sehr leckeres Frühstück, geräumiges Zimmer.

Das Bad war leider nicht sauber, ein modriger Geruch, schmutzige Badteppiche. Hier sollte definitiv noch etwas an der Hygiene gearbeitet werden.

Still my perfect place to stay when in panglao

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et mes 2 grands ados. Nous avions 2 chambres. En plus a cet époque de l'année pas trop de monde. La piscine est top. Grande et chaude. Presque que pour nous! Il y en a une deuxième plus petite aussi. Le cadre est splendide. Avec plantes, arbres et fleurs. C'est très accueillant. La salle de bain est très bien. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est toujours disponible et prêt à rendre service. Ils sont tous adorables. Petit déjeuner copieux. On a le choix entre 6 propositions. Si vous souhaitez à la place simplement une assiette de fruits c'est possible, il suffit de demander.

Le matelas un peu dur je trouve. De plus, un plastique est mis dessous pour protéger le matelas mais du coup c'est gênant quand on dort et qu'on se retourne. Ca fait du bruit. Manque une petite couverture il n'y a qu'un drap. Sur le petit matin j'aime me couvrir un peu.

L'hotel est idéalement situé a environ 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Le bord de plage est très animé et peut donc être bruyant. C'est pour cela que l'hotel est idéalement situé un peu en retrait, au calme. Piscine très agréable. Petit conseil: n'allez pas manger en bord de plage (hors de prix): restez dans la grande rue principale qui remonte: pour une qualité équivalente, le prix est divisé par 2 par rapport à la plage. Je conseille le resto Jose Panglao: bbq de poisson frais avec de très bons tarifs Le sejour est globalement très agréable, et le personnel vraiment gentil (comme très souvent aux Philippines). Les chambres sont top.

Seul soucis: le petit déjeuner: Je suis allergique à la pastèque et je l'ai signalé des mon arrivée. A notre arrivée, ils nous proposent...un jus de pastèque....pas grave, ils ne savaient pas. Mais le lendemain pour le petit déjeuner, on m'amene...de la pastèque... et le surlendemain, on m'annonce un jus de fruit frais...à la pastèque. J'indique que je souhaiterais autre chose (ananas, orange, mangue peu importe etc). Le personnel m'a répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient proposer que du jus de pastèque (alors que la veille il y avait autre chose)!! Je n'ai jamais vu un hotel qui ne puisse pas proposer autre chose (un jus d'ananas en remplacement, c'est quand même pas compliqué), d'autant qu'il faut commander le petit dejeuner la veille. Ce manque de flexibilité est vraiment surprenant et regrettable. Pour le reste, je recommande l'hotel sans probleme. A part le soucis au petit dejeuner, le personnel est très gentil et souriant; un très bon sejour. Panglao est très sympa, même si je préfère Siquijor plus calme

La atención del personal, muy amables, resuelven necesidades, muy cálidos, puntuales con todo. El desayuno delicioso, esmerado, dan opciones, salimos a las 5:30 am y nos dieron un Lunch para llevar. Tienen servicio de tuk tuk gratis a la playa mas cercana, la ALBERCA muy limpia, para llegar a relajarse, las habitaciones muy limpias y todo funcional.

Me encanto todo, el desayuno, la piscima la habitación... ha sido una estancia ideal.

No le pongo el 10 porque la ubicación no es perfecta (los ultimos metros son por un caminito de grava no muy bien iluminado), aunque esta muy cerca del centro y hay un transfer gratis cada hora. Aún así nosotros fuimos andando varias veces sin problema y si volviesemos mañana nos alojariamos otra vez allí sin duda.

Comfy beds. Nice pool. Staff were pleasant. Restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Fairly close to Alona if you don’t mind a 10-15 min walk, and some restaurants closer. Quiet at night.

Only sheets provided in the rooms, a light blanket would be nice. High charges for eg motorbike, airport transfer - better to book independently.

The location is bit difficult to go to with narrow roads but they offer a free shuttle bus to the main beach which is very good

Un bel hôtel, qui permet tout de suite de se sentir en vacances et de se reposer. Idéal pour sa belle piscine, et sa proximité avec la ville d'Alona (3 minutes avec un tuk-tuk pour moins de 3 euros). Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Très bonne idée la navette gratuite qui vous amène à la plage d'Alona et vous ramène également à l'hôtel. Le personnel est charmant et à votre écoute. Petit déjeuner à commander la veille pour le lendemain, plusieurs choix possibles. Très bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement. On y reviendra si possible :)

Our experience at this hotel in Panglao was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had arranged a taxi for 4:30 a.m. and paid 900 pesos for the service. However, the taxi never showed up, and the money was not refunded. We were completely left stranded in the middle of the night, facing the real risk of missing both our boat and international flight. We were carrying around 90 kg of luggage, which made the situation even more difficult. We had to rely on the hotel security guard, who eventually helped us by arranging a tuk-tuk. The tuk-tuk ride was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe due to the amount of luggage and the conditions of the transport, all while we were under extreme time pressure and close to missing our connections. Overall, the lack of responsibility for a prepaid service and the poor handling of a critical situation completely ruined our experience. Postscript: No one ever tried to contact us regarding this negligence. The hotel was completely empty at 4:30 a.m. If you cannot provide the service, you should not offer it. They are still holding part of our money.

Warm service. Great staff. Nice tropical vibes with its nipa hut themed villas. Coffee and food is great and value for money.

We have a car and the place is quite secluded from the main road. The road going there is narrow that one vehicle must give way. If you don't have a 4-wheel car then it's fine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sand Papaya Green Resort à Bohol ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, les chambres sont impeccablement propres et très confortables. Les petits-déjeuners sont variés, copieux et délicieux, parfaits pour bien commencer la journée. La piscine est très agréable et constitue un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée d’excursion. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’incroyable gentillesse du personnel. Toute l’équipe est souriante, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour répondre à la moindre question. Nous recommandons vivement de passer par eux pour organiser vos activités : ils s’occupent de tout, donnent d’excellents conseils et facilitent grandement l’organisation du séjour. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet établissement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Bohol dans les meilleures conditions ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 sans hésitation !

Pool is good.

Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. It seems to be luck of the draw, some rooms have standalone beds but ours had a thin foam mattress on a concrete base. Room was in poor condition, the fridge was mouldy and the door didn't shut properly -- bugs could get in through the slider.

The location was a perfect 15min walk from Alona beach. Staff are very welcoming friendly and helpful in dealing with requests but also helping to book excursions and recommend activities in the area. The place was very clean and tidy. Bar and restaurant have a variety of nice options. The pool area is very peaceful with little mosquitoes. The rooms are spacious and clean with frequent changing of towels and bedding and daily housekeeping. I got a massage there too which was lovely. I loved that they also had a water refill station so that you could fill your own bottles as many times as you like. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Il propose un navette gratuite pour vous emmener à Alona beach, location de scooter pour 500php les 24h, laundry tout y est! 2h en scooter pour visiter les chocolate Hill et tarsier franchement on reviendra ici à notre prochain séjour à Panglao!! Scent Green Papaya Hotel in Bohol was a lovely stay overall. I really loved the place—the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, the breakfast was delicious, and the food and bar prices were very reasonable. The pool was also well maintained, clean, and very enjoyable.

However, one downside was the location, as it was quite far from most places, and the shuttle service was unavailable due to maintenance, which ended up being inconvenient and costly since we had to spend quite a bit on transport; walking in the heat or at night also wasn’t very pleasant. Nevertheless, the kindness of the staff truly stood out and made a big difference—definitely one of the friendliest teams I’ve experienced, and they deserve a raise.

Wir konnten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unserer Familie in diesem Resort verbringen. Von den sauberen und gut eingerichteten Unterkünften über die herrlichen Swimming Pools für große und kleine Gäste bis zum täglichen Frühstück (inklusive) war alles perfekt. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter/-innen.

Da gibt es wirklich nichts zu sagen.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas weck vom geschehen, was uns aber sehr recht war. Zimmer war ok. die Klimaanlage etwas schwach, aber bei 16 Grad Einstellung war das Zimmer angenehm temperiert. Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Restaurant war etwas überteuert. Auch das Ausleihen des Rollers war fast doppelt so teuer wir bei der netten Lisa um die Ecke. haben es daher dort geholt. Personal war mehr für sich und bei fragen wurde man teilweise komisch angeschaut.

Die Lage und das Personal war super. Preis-Leistung war auch gut. Frühstück inklusive. Pool und Handtücher waren gut.

Wasser in unserem Zimmer war abgedreht znd wurde auf Nachfragen geöffnet. Da der Wasserhahn die ganze Zeit tropfe wussten wir später auch weshalb das Wasser abgestellt war. Duschkopf ist immer wieder aus dem Schlauch rausgefallen und hat das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Bett sehr hart. Außerdem gab es nur ein Handtuch für jeden.

Loved it here! The pool is so nice to relax by, the staff so friendly and helpful. Bike hire very easy, and the walk into town also easy - we didn’t end up using the free shuttle. Bar extremely well priced!
