Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas, Nai Yang Beach

Мы отдыхали на вилле, понравился наш личный бассейн, комната и наличие второго душа и раковины на улице. Наличие нескольких выходов из виллы.

Общий бассейн, слишком мал для всех отдыхающих. Ресторан для завтраков даже не в сезон был переполнен гостями.

Overall, Dewa was an amazing experience, especially as a solo traveler. Kudos to the warm, kind, and attentive staff who truly went above and beyond and made my stay even more memorable. Their names are, Goffa, Do, another helpful guy and the three ladies from reception. Also Mod from housekeeping. The location of the hotel from the park and beach. Also it’s not far from the main strip with a lot of people and vendors.

The breakfast area could be improved by moving it to a better location and offering a wider selection of food. It would also be great if something could be done to control the flies around the breakfast area. Seeing flies flying and landing around the uncovered food was quite unappetizing and raised concerns about food hygiene. Keeping the food properly covered and addressing the fly issue would make the breakfast experience much more enjoyable and comfortable for guests. Additionally, there was ongoing renovation work in an area connected to the pool. While relaxing by the pool, I could hear tapping and other construction noises, which took away from the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It would have been helpful to inform guests in advance about the renovation or, if possible, schedule noisier construction work during less busy hours.

The pool is lovely and the rooms are nice.

The hotel is under a major renovation so no pool bar and breakfast has been moved to a different location. None of this was mentioned when we booked.

The main room was nice and the sofa couch was comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable.Location is okay but even though the walk isn't very far to main beach it seemed a long way in the heat. Was okay at night.

The bathroom was soo disappointing. It was big but when you used the shower the water covered most of the bathroom floor and I had to request another towel to mop it all up. I shouldn't have to mop the bathroom floor just because I use the shower.

We hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige pool villa. Praktische indeling en groot. Zeer schoon en hygiënisch en het interieur is waanzinnig mooi. Dames van de receptie zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ook het overige personeel. Locatie is top.

Beach in front of the hotel had too much rubbish on it, I know this is not part of the hotel but it would be good if they could maintain a rubbish free pathway to the beach, and also maybe employ someone to keep the beach in front of their property cleaner. It is after all a selling point of the hotel as beach front.

الفندق جدًا جميل ومرتب، ومن أفضل الأشياء فيه الخدمة والتعامل. عندهم برنامج سهل الاستخدام للتواصل، وكانوا يردون علينا بسرعة جدًا وفي نفس الدقيقة تقريبًا. كل الموظفين كانوا متعاونين وخدومين وبشوشين، وحسّسونا بالترحيب طول فترة الإقامة. الفيلا كانت خاصة جدًا وفيها خصوصية كاملة 100٪، والمسبح كان نظيف. صحيح كان فيه شوية نحل، لكن هذا شيء طبيعي جدًا لأن المكان كله أشجار ونباتات وطبيعة. وبرضو كان فيه بعض الهاموش البسيط غير الضار داخل الغرفة، وهذا طبيعي في الأماكن الاستوائية والطبيعية، وأهم شيء الحرص على إقفال الأبواب الخارجية. طلبنا تجهيز غرفة شهر العسل ورتبوها لنا بشكل جميل، وعطونا كوبون مشروب مجاني من الكوفي وكانت لفتة جدًا لطيفة منهم. بشكل عام أنصح الجميع بزيارة الفندق، وإن شاء الله أكرر التجربة وأرجع له مرة ثانية بالمستقبل.

* بوفيه المطعم كان صغير جدًا من ناحية التنوع، وأتمنى يضيفون خيارات أكثر. * وصلنا تقريبًا الساعة 9 الصباح وما كان فيه دخول مبكر، واضطرينا ننتظر لين الساعة 12 الظهر عشان نستلم الغرفة. * الفندق بعيد عن وسط المدينة والخدمات، وهذا الشيء ممكن ما يناسب البعض، لكنه ممتاز للي يدور على الهدوء والاستجمام والخصوصية بعيدًا عن الزحمة. بشكل عام كانت تجربة جميلة جدًا والإيجابيات أكثر بكثير من السلبيات.

Besonders hat uns die wunderschöne Fauna und Flora der Hotel Anlage gefallen. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Zudem muss man nur über die Straße gehen und man ist schon am Meer. Die Lage zum Flughafen ist auch super, gerade einmal 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi.

Das Frühstück war dieses Mal eher enttäuschend, war in einem Café neben der Hotel Anlage weil im Hotel das Restaurant gerade renoviert wird.

Spacious clean apartment. Wonderful large pool. Staff were all charming. Made fuss of 3 year old grandson on his birthday. Breakfast ‘cake’. Sang happy birthday and lady who cleans room made special Happy Birthday on the bed.

Shame main restaurant closed for renovation. Only found out a few days before. May have changed booking, though beach with restaurants etc. Only 5 minutes walk.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza all’aeroporto, non ci aspettavamo un hotel così bello. Il giardino per arrivare alle camere molto curato, la piscina molto grande con cocktail bar. Per andare al mare bastava attraversare una strada. Era anche il mio compleanno e ho trovato una meravigliosa scritta sul letto e una fetta di torta al cioccolato deliziosa!

Il mare di Pukhet in quella zona non é il massimo , anche i ristoranti vicino sono scarsi. Se tornassi indietro rimarrei a mangiare in hotel al loro ristorante.

We had 2 nights here. The area around the pool lounges below the bar under the tree were not swept once. Was a lot of leaves on the canopies over the lounges. Saw staff clean the roof near the bar but never the area around bar or the above mentioned area. This neglected area was not five star hotel.

Seafood Dinner im Zimmer reserviert, jedoch am späten Nachmittag informiert worden, dass kein Krebs resp. Hummer verfügbar ist, was in jedem normalen Restaurant am Nai Yang Beach täglich serviert wird. Für ein 5-Stern Hotel eigentlich schade.

115.04.30 飯店離機場很近，車程大約五分鐘，可以跟飯店預約機場接送，單次兩人+兩件行李250泰銖，員工都很親切。出飯店走路三分鐘有一間算大間的7-11，走路10分鐘內有一個黃昏市集或是夜市之類的，有蠻多熟食攤販。床很舒服，軟硬適中。

Милый отель, останавливаемся второй год подряд. Выбираем именно этот пляж за тишину и малое количество людей. А сам отель еще и в стороне от шумных мест этого пляжа, и это прекрасно!! До магазинов рукой подать, массажи и кафе тоже. До пляжа - через дорогу, как и почти везде, приятно пройтись.

Расположение отеля практически на берегу. Наш бассейн на вилле 102 чистили каждый день, т.к. падали листья. Администратор Даниил - ответственный и очень профессиональный молодой человек, заселение произошло раньше положенного времени. Благодарю! Персонал в ресторане приветливый, особенно Wawa - она очень внимательная и приятный собеседник. Завтраки в отеле-просто идеально.

The price compared to other resorts was a bit high given the size of the room.

I like that the management went out there way to ensure all guests were catered for. They went above any beyond for my family and will be returning because of them. They are a credit to this business. Big respect for Tula

The drink in arrival. It’s a Thai drink just not for me but many others did appear to enjoy to just personal preference.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. The bed in our apartment was comfortable. There is decent WiFi throughout the resort. Food was quite nice in the restaurant. There was a good selection at breakfast with mostly local and Asian food available. But they still had an egg station and a good salad and fruit bar and lots of breads and spreads. Lots of loungers at the pool and always lots of towel available.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the villas and as you walk throughout the resort The pillows are really fluffy and were too high for me! The app didn’t work for our room meaning we had to go to reception whenever we needed anything such as toilet roll.

Frokosten var utrolig skuffende og drar scoren ned fra en klar 10er til 7. Da vi kom til frokosten som var relativt tidlig dagen vi skulle ta turen hjem, var nesten alt tomt. Det som var igjen hadde ligget lenge og var preg av det. Personalet fylte ikke på noe og virket ikke bry seg stort heller selvom de var mange på jobb. Det var veldig synd med tanke på at alt annet var veldig bra. Vi så veldig frem til frokosten og ble meget skuffet.

Small thing - we requested an early check in (12-1pm) - 6 months in advance for 1 of our 3 rooms - but we weren't able to get in until 250pm. I understand they were busy and they can't guarantee it but still.

Vi brukar aldrig bo så flott när vi reser utan håller oss oftast på lågmälda, mindre boenden med kanske 2 stjärnor för att vi gillar det enkla, att vara oss själva och utan att bli uppassad på. Vår tanke och val av Dewa hade mest att göra med resortens läge: nära kvällslivet men inte mitt i då vi föredrar tysta nätter. Vi blev tagna på sängen av det hjärtliga bemötandet, den otroligt vackra grönskan till rummen/bungalowsen, fantastiska frukostar, personalen som kändes genuint hjälpsamma, avslappnad manager som tog sig tid att prata med oss gäster. Fräscht och vackert poolområde med solsängar som räckte till. Såg ingen som paxade med sin handduk. Stora poolhanddukar tillhandahölls och fylldes på hela tiden. Checkade i vanlig ordning ut innan 12 på avresedagen men kunde skriva upp oss på en duschlista som gjorde det möjligt att låna extern dusch och handduk sen kväll innan flyget gick. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende för alla!

Everything! The pool area was incredible, the staff were amazing and the BEST breakfast we had while on our honeymoon in Thailand. Fitness centre is excellent and has everything you need for a 30 min workout. You are situated on the beachfront so a morning walk along the beach is lovely and so close to walk to town for great food and massages.

Wir mussten im Hotel verlängern aufgrund der gecancelten Flüge. Die Unterstützung dabei war sehr gut. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer bekommen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war excellent. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Hotelmanager ist uns sehr entgegengekommen.

Excellent location and value for money. Got free upgrade to private villa which was superb. We loved our privacy in the private pool completely surrounded on all sides. Also very quiet by night which is very important to us retired teachers in our 70’s.

Läget var trevligt precis intill flygplatsen och Nationalparken. Fina grönytor och poolområde (även om vissa paxade solstolar som aldrig användes under dagen - varför?). Nära till matställen och 7elevens även en mindre matmarknad.

Lite för hårda sängar och kuddar enligt oss. Vi bodde både i Garden room och Villa under våra 6 dagar. Personalen är superfina, men i restaurangen lever det tyvärr inte upp till hotell med 5 stjärnor. Här var det lite slappt och inget extra. 6 dagar var enligt oss 2 dagar för mycket.

Absolutely beautiful property. From the gardens, the pool, the overall aesthetic in the main foyer and entrance area, to the incredible private pool villas. There was truly everything you could need. Staff were so incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met, and that guests never feel like a bother. You are treated like royalty and the resort had a beautiful, luxurious feel. It was peaceful, quiet and met every one of our needs!

The grounds were beautiful, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfy. Our room faced the road, so there was a bit of traffic noise but it quieted down early. Great location near the beach.

The pool was small and very warm.
