Molto pulito e posizione ottima.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen and rain shower in the bathroom... the location was good - situated just outside the main tourist beach area in a quiet location, with a minimart, pharmacy, barber, atm etc. near the entrance... Our apartment overlooked the forest and river - we listened to the birds sing in the morning and watched the sunset in the evening... as well as a gym, sauna and steam room, there are at least 4 large swimming pools that meander throughout the resort - all are kept clean and surrounded by lovely gardens... there is 24 hour security at the gate and the housekeeping staff were excellent... Nate, the property agent for our apartment was wonderful - she was helpful when we had an issue on arrival; friendly and professional, she also helped us arrange to stay an additional week (that's how much we enjoyed our stay) and booked us a taxi when leaving... I would recommend this resort for those looking to stay near the national forest and Naiyang Beach...

Though it's not the fault of the resort or staff, there is a narrow pedestrian path to the beach and main restaurant area that unfortunately motorbikes also use, though it only takes 2 minutes to drive around - a couple of bollards at either end of the walkway would solve this...

Апартаменты просто супер! Начиная с того, что для нас разложили и подготовили доп.спальное место, когда узнали, что нас 2 взрослых и 2 детей, заканчивая тем, что в квартире было все необходимое для проживания и даже больше. Печка, большой холодильник, то синица и даже блендер и рисоварка (которыми мы не воспользовались). Классный большой бассейн и ещё штук 5 на территории, зеленая территория. Классный вид из окна. Мы жили на втором этаже и это было очень удобно. Территорию постоянно моют, бассейны чистят каждый день и несколько раз в день. Уборку в квартире за 10 дней провели 1 раз, очень качественно, поменяв все полотенца и убрав все чисто-чисто. Но мы и сами просто каждый день мыли полы. В целом, мы очень довольны нашим проживанием. До моря 400 м, многие писали, что невозможно ходить по узкой дорожке. Но мы не жалуемся и с коляской пройти можно, просто учитывая движение байков

Единственное, что не сильно понравилось - это количество хлорки в бассейне. Но наверно это единственный вариант, чтобы вода оставалась чистой

I loved absolutely everything about my stay; we stayed for a month, and I would happily recommend this place to friends and would definitely come back myself. Everything was truly wonderful—both the apartment and the grounds. They cleaned for us upon request since we were staying for a long time. I loved everything—it’s a great location.

The apartment is very well located, with secure access and close to both the airport and the beach. It was very comfortable for a couple with children. The shared areas are very well maintained, with regular cleaning, well-kept swimming pools and beautiful, lush gardens. My compliments to the condominium management! Check-in was convenient and flexible, including the possibility of extending our stay, subject to availability. The host was personally present to hand over the keys and was always reachable by phone whenever we needed help. You can really see that he cares about providing good service, and that makes a difference.

Хороший жилой комплекс , в тени зелени, 5 бассейнов, в квартире есть всё необходимое , даже детская кроватка. Локация ,недалеко от моря 5-7 мин пешком. Рядом на выходе из жк есть минимаркет, обменник, аптека, прачка, и отличный семейный ресторан.

Не понравилась маленькая пешея дорожка к пляжу от комплекса, по ней ездят мотоциклы ,хотя она предназначена для пешехода и доставляют дискомфорт и опасность для здоровья. Не знаю почему до сих не ограничили по ней проезд транспорта. Надеюсь администрация жилого комплекса совместно с местными властями это сделают. Очень надеюсь. Море не в сезон очень тёплое , с медузами и мутное , но есть отличные бассейны.

The location is brilliant, it’s right opposite a shop, pharmacy and a lot of nice restaurants and a short walk from the main beach. Staff were super friendly and clearly work very hard, the place was perfectly clean and well looked after!

If I’m being picky, it would be nice if there were more sunbeds by the pools

Узкая дорожка до пляжа, где ездят байки.

Территория, здания, квартиры чистые. У каждого здания свой бассейн. Окна выходили на стройку, но мы ее не заметили) слышно не было! Уборка раз в неделю, все отлично.

Во время нашего пребывания, здания проходили технические обслуживания. Возможно из за этого переодически не было воды при зданиях для ополаскивания ног от песка и душа перед бассейном

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a two week stay. The host was easy to contact / quick to respond and nice. Shame I was allocated a room with a pool view in block E as it was overlooking a building site and the only day it wasn't worked on was Sunday. The pools at block F and G were nice and quiet, the main pools were too busy, note that there are very few sunbeds so if you want to tan you'll need to hire one at the beach. I'd stay again if planned to volunteer at Soi Dog again but otherwise prob not as good value but nothing special

Great location - less than 10 mins to white sandy beach with loads of great restaurants. Choice of swimming pools in complex - some shaded parts by trees with children’s areas also shaded. Well equipped apartment for some self catering eg big fridge freezer.

Goed uitgerust en verzorgd appartement. Goede service van de host: defecte waterkoker en tv werden snel vervangen.

Locatie is ambivalent: Geweldig: alle winkels, strand en faciliteiten vlak in de buurt. Verschrikkelijk: pal tegenover een bouwplaats. Het appartementen complex is onderdeel van de Russische enclave in Phuket, hier is Thailand ver te zoeken.

Es war sehr sauber und man hatte alles, was man braucht. Unser Host Nate war sehr nett, sie hat uns bei allen Fragen sofort weitergeholfen und sogar einen Transfer mit Kindersitz zum Hafen für unsere Weiterfahrt organisiert. Beim Fenster und Balkontür überall mosquito Netze. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Es ist ein bisschen weiter zum Strand, zum alleine gehen kein Problem, paar Minuten, nur mit Kleinkind dauert es halt etwas länger. Am Abend war es manchmal etwas laut und die Gäste hauen mit den Türen, auch um Mitternacht oder später. Für all das kann die Unterkunft aber nichts.

Location was excellent. Modern decor. Clean and tidy. I would probably return.

Had an ant problem. Also had a bed bug problem in my flat. Quite a few bites on my leg. Change of bedding seemed to fix it. Building site opposite started work at 07:30 and continued through to past 17:00.

Cute apartment with every facility you could need - washing machine with detergent provided, full kitchen, iron, umbrella etc. Location is a short walk from the beach with plenty of restaurants, shops, massage places nearby. Pools are plentiful and really nice. Easy check in and good communication with host. Naiyang is a great little area - very close to airport, quietish and nice beach.

Gym is small is basic but does the job. Double bed only had 2 pillows - all beds should have 2 pillows per person! I will die on this hill.

Удобное расположение, недалеко от моря, комплекс закрытый, территорию убирают. Достаточно тихо, за лежаками у бассейна нет войны, в основном русские отдыхают с семьями и маленькими детьми. Руководство в виде Нейт реагирует на просьбы, вообще Нейт - очень приятная девушка. В номере есть все необходимое, порадовала маленькая но мощная плита. Однако вокруг идет стройка, нам не мешало, мы мало находились в номере в рабочее время строителей. У нас был тихий номер, соседей особо не слышали. Убирают квартиру раз в неделю, убирают хорошо. Хорошо убирают дорожки внутри комплекса, моют с химией. Рядом с комплексом есть магазин, в котором есть еда, немного отличная от 7/11. А так ощущение что в топсдейли или 7/11 - одно пиво и снеки закуски, есть (в плане готовить) реально нечего. В 15 мин ходьбы от комплекса есть рынок, там можно купить свежую рыбу, зелень, какие-то овощи и конечно много фруктов. Близко от аэропорта - 10 мин на такси, 200 бат.

Wi-Fi периодически вырубается, ужасная тропинка к морю, по которой вечно ездят байки иногда очень быстро. Непонятно как по такой узкой пешеходной тропинке правительство разрешает движение байков. Видимо им все равно что туристы с детьми вынуждены прижиматься к забору, чтобы проехал байк. Стройка вокруг комплекса, если вас это смущает, нам не мешало и не смущало. Окна некоторых квартир выходят на речку вонючку, воняет чуток, не сильно, но все же - что есть то есть. Кондиционеры в маленькой комнате все равно дуют на тебя, либо отключать, либо открывать дверь из большой комнаты. Вид на стройку и очистные (или что-то типа каких-то резервуаров-бассейнов с водой), не мешало, но может такой вид кому-то покажется не айс. Ресепшен самого комплекса не особо клиентоориентирован, но тут уже как есть... Насчет десткой еды в районе большая проблема. Никаких баночек или сухих пачек, ничего вообще, пришлось ехать в лотус, чтобы можно было ребенку нормально есть.

Останавливались там уже 2 раз. Все устраивает от и до!

Расположение гостиницы напротив пляжа, на котором нельзя купаться, так как на нём расположилась стоянка катеров и рыбацких лодок. Грязная вода без возможности купания и отдыха на пляже.

Det vore bra om fastighets skötare informerar gäster om arbete som är planerad i huset, man kan hänga information vid hissen. Det var någon gång avstängd varm vatten och el men vi visste inte om det och kontaktade lägenhet ägare med frågan. Så vi som gäster vill gå bättre kommunikation i framtiden.

Понравилось всё. Расположение рядом с морем. Уютная территория, много бассейнов. Рядом вся инфраструктура магазины, аптека, обмен валют, массаж, кафе, рынок. Апартаменты замечательные. Чистые, уютные, комфортные. Очень отзывчивый персонал.

Хорошая квартира, все новое. Все есть. Я спала на диване-хороший матрас-спать удобно. Вид на бассейн, на кораблик, 7 этаж у нас был. В туалет 2 двери. Оч удобно, кто ночью встает, чтоб других не будить. В целом понравилось. Но на этом пляже или в квартире нас жутко кто-то кусал невидимый. Где, мы так и не определили. В квартире никто не летал. Хороший душ и напор.

Минус-ооочень шумный кондиционер. в гостиной очень светлые шторы. утром даже с очками очень светло нет вай фая у бассейна , только в кв. 7-11 далеко. тропинка к морю-постоянно едут байки, ну прям достало. В целом рекомендую, но хотелось бы еще ближе к морю

The bed was very hard to sleep on, had to sleep on the bed-sofa which was softer. Russian touristic neighborhood. Not very popular and touristic area.

The steam room was pretty shabby. Needs an upgrade. It’s not a sauna as described so that should be rectified.

Self catering unit, well equipped We arrived earlier than usual and waited in the reception area. Nate, a friendly English speaking Asian lady came to meet with us. We were taken to the apartment and after a short briefing we were allowed to check into the unit. Staff were helpful and friendly, they issued extra covers and sheets to use on the sleeper couch. The swimming pool in this complex is huge and surrounded by beautiful well kept gardens with tall coconut trees. There is an office in block D on the ground floor entrance where I could use the wifi to send emails and make photo copies . Staff were very helpful, constantly receiving parcels on behalf of the guests or tenants in the building. There is a good security system in place.

great accommodations with adjoining unit for more privacy. nicely decorated and having all what u need to spend nice vacation. close waking distance to beautiful shady beach, restaurants, fruits smoothies etc. the whole complex has 6 beautiful pools, and amazing landscaping between all buildings. communicating with the host or agent very easy and prompt.

the only one that's is somehow bit far from the city or shopping . but small grocery store is very close by. and it's worth to see charming old phuket city center anyway

At first, we were hesitant to book this accommodation due to several reviews mentioning noisy Russian tourists. However, during our stay in mid-April, it was quiet, and we had no such issues. The owner is Thai and was easy to contact. It's worth noting that around 90% of the tourists in this area are from Russia. The accommodation itself was excellent: very clean, modern, and well-equipped. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our room was on the 4th floor with a nice view of the pool. Although there was a construction site nearby, it was barely audible. The deposit was 3,000 Baht or 100 USD/Euros. Conveniently, there were several restaurants and a supermarket just outside the complex. The washing machine functioned well, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage at Building D until 7 p.m. on our departure day, as our flight was quite late.

Lovely apartment, clean and well kept. The location is great, convenient for beach and main road. A very enjoyable stay.

The apartment has a living and a bedroom, providing enough bedding for a family with kids. It is well maintained and clean. Nate, the lady that takes care of it, is quite helpful. There are multiple pools around the complex, which is also very well maintained.

This is a rented apartment, not a hotel, therefore you have no reception desk, no daily cleaning, no towels change, etc. Free toiletries are limited to just a couple of days. Luggage storage before check-in/after check-out is a bit tricky. Window blinds are only semi-opaque. There are multiple house rules, and you have to pay a deposit upon arrival. The building complex is a favorite destination for families with small kids, and is a 11 min walk from the beach via a less-than-flattering alley. The pools inside the apartment complex have very few sun beds laying around.

We were met by a staff and guided into the room. The room was great, it had everything you need. A washing machine was an awesome bonus. The complex is also advanced and consists of several buildings. The location is good, a few stores around and the beach is nearby.

I can't think of anything except it was a bit pricey.
