Super quiet and comfortable room. Great location. The staff was very nice and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great. Coffee shop was good too.

Tolle Lage und Anlage, sehr grosszügige Zimmer mit idealer geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Der Strandabschnitt ist gross mit Liegen, Stühlen und Tischen. Tolle Lounch um den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen.

Die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand, die kostenlosen Liegen und Handtücher. Der Strand wurde täglich gereinigt wie auch die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt war.

Die Frühstücksoptionen waren eher begrenzt und eher fleischlastig (Ham, Sausage und Bacon) und/oder eiweißlastig. Für Vegetarier eher schwierig... Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist (allerdings wie in ganz Thailand mittlerweile) eher hoch. Kein Pool, aber über 100 Euro pro Nacht, da gibt es in Europa durchaus Alternativen...

- localisation exceptionnelle le long de la plage - transats très confortables (important) - personnel très agréable ( mais anglais limité pour certains) - grande surface pour la chambre

- service long au petit déjeuné (1h…) - reste cher pour l’île (comparé à d’autres établissements, par ex. certains offrent le trajet en tuk tuk lorsque l’on prend les billets de speedboat avec eux (200 bath le prix du trajet)

Kleines Resort an einem traumhaften Strand . Familiär geführt mit Engagement. Die Bungalow sind gross! Das Frühstück wird serviert und ist reichlich. Patrizia ( Hotelbesitzerin) bereibt in einem kleinem Bungalow am Strand ein „ piccolo Cafe“ - ein toller Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Am Strand befinden sich einige tolle Strandrestaurants. Sonst sollte man einen Roller haben. Vorbestellen im Hotel ! Selin ( Managerin ) bucht auch andere Dinge gerne .. Taxi oder Transfers ! Es hat uns gefallen , wir würden wieder kommen.

Bettwäsche in der Farbe : schwarz… Aber das ist ein kleines Detail.

Sie Unterkunft war super. Es konnten diverse Frühstücke ausgewählt werden. Der Weg zum Strand sehr nah. Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit seitlichem Meerblick erhalten. Die Bungalows selbst sind großzügig geschnitten, besonders das Bad ist riesig. Die Bungalows lassen sich schnell mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator kühlen. Super nettes und jederzeit hilfsbereites Personal. Vor Ort kann man E Bikes mieten (wer nicht Roller fahren möchte), Schnorcheltrips buchen und die An- und Weiterreise organisieren. Frühstück kann man aus der Karte wählen und nach Belieben nachbestellen. Immer mit Blick aufs Meer… Traumhafte Lage an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge… Und auch in der Strandbar wird einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt…

Insgesamt wirklich super Unterkunft. Würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gibt, dann vielleicht gemütlicheres Mobiliar für die schönen großen Bungalowterassen, wie Hängematte oder Liegestuhl? Das Essen im Restaurant hätte für unseren Geschmack etwas authentischer und geschmackvoller sein können. Aber vielleicht war es auch an Europäer angepasst. Es gibt zahlreiche Straßenküchen auf der Insel, die es sich lohnt auszuprobieren! Am besten ein E Bike oder einen Roller über die Unterkunft buchen!

The location is wonderful, right on the most beautiful beach of the island. That's the only positive thing about the hotel.

The design of the rooms is idiotic - the verandas face each other, there is no privacy at all, they should plant some trees to block view from one porch to another. One of the windows in each rooms has a very thin curtain, so the outside lights light up the room all night. There is a bar behind the hotel which apparently plays loud music until 2am every 10 days or so, making it impossible to sleep. The restaurant staff is unbelievably slow - we were the first people to arrive at breakfast and it took 35 minutes to get some fruit and boiled rice. All these things make the hotel overpriced by about a factor of 3.

In der Mitte des Long Beaches,absolute Top Lage direkt am Strand. Himmlig ruhig-- Keine Kinder erlaubt jedoch waren während unseres Aufenthaltes einige im Hotel.( Wahrscheinlich wird ab 3 Jahren der Erwachsenen Status verliehen). Ausreichend Liegen am Strand vorhanden.Wie überall ab 7 Uhr fängt das Handtuch Reservieren an. Publikum war während unseres Aufenthaltes größtenteils aus der DACH Region im älteren Semester, was zur Ruhe beitrug. Die burmesichen Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut ,jedoch etwas eintönig.

Das Hotel ist schon älter, wurde innen und außen neu gestrichen. Wir mussten das Zimmer mit einem anderen Paar tauschen ( ohne Angabe von Gründen,auch die anderen Gäste waren davon wenig begeistert.)Hat uns einige Arbeit und ein halber Tag Zeit gekostet. In beiden Zimmern waren viele Dinge kaputt.Lampen, Klimaanlagen nicht einstellbar -- ob Temperatur auf 17 oder 31 Grad Temperatur blieb gleich . Kühlschränke waren schmutzig und verrostet. Aus den Wasserhähnen kam nur braunes übel richtiges Wasser.Das schlimmste war das es keine Tür zum Badezimmer gab.Das geht gar nicht.Insgesamt wirkte alles etwas schmuddelig. Schwierig die anderen Bewertungen zu verstehen.

Le meilleur emplacement et le cadre exceptionnel au bord de la plus belle plage de l’île. Les transats en bord de mer, (même si tous les vacanciers les réserve le matin tôt avec une serviette et s’en vont se promener ailleurs! ) La grande chambre et la salle de bain immense. Literie très confortable Terrasse privée avec fauteuils Très joli cadre de vacances, très bien entretenu. Personnel à l’écoute.

L’attente au petit déjeuner, 30 mn environ pour être servis. ( trop long, même si la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle) Difficile de communiquer avec le personnel qui ne parle pas anglais! Peu d’ambiance en général, beaucoup d’habitués allemands qui se retrouvent ( plutôt senior). On allait dîner plus loin sur la plage ou l’ambiance était top et les restos aussi (qualité et rapidité)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Cede Boutique Beach Resort. Es gibt genügend Liegen am Strand und das Frühstück von der Karte war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, definitiv eine der besten Unterkünfte auf Koh Phayam.

The property manager was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond by recommending fantastic island restaurants and helping us arrange our transfers. We felt very well taken care of.

The room was outdated

Amazing location including a super comfortable beach area! Clean and very big bungalows!

I have to say that the towels didn’t smell so good which for me was a bit annoying.

Riesige Bungalows, aber einfachste Dinge gibt es nicht. Beispiel: Wo hänge ich mein Handtuch nach dem Duschen auf? Man spricht von einem Frühstücks-Buffet, das besteht aber nur aus Getränken. Das sollte man klarer kommunizieren, damit der Gast die Auswahl des Hotels besser treffen kann.

Die Lage ist peferkt, mit genügend Liegen am Strand. Die Hotelanlage ist schön, die Bungalows sind recht grosszügig ausgelegt und der Garten-, Strandbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr bemüht, aber wirkten doch manchmal etwas überfordert.

Trotz Freundlichkeit lässt der Service doch recht zu wünschen übrig. Wartezeiten beim Fühstück etwas lang ( 30min+ für ein Rührei) und das bei wenig Gästen. Das Essen ist eher mittelmässig im Vergleich zu den Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Die Reception war auch oft nicht besetzt und man musste das Personal suchen. Wir vermuten, dass dies Aufgrund von Personal- mangel entstanden ist. Nachdem der "Koch" weg war wurde es auch besser. Peis- Leistung hat für uns nicht gepasst. Danke aber an Celine, die das Möglichste gemacht hat....

Deluxe room was very spacious, we loved the locationo of our room as closest to the beach. Very peaceful and lovely views from our terrace. The shower was great, huge bathroom, room was cleaned every day. Plenty of sunlongers and shade if you needed it. Great beach location and easy walk to a good choice of bars and restaurants along the beach. Space to park a scooter. We have been to Koh Phayam previously and love this part of the island. Fabulous beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful. It's a great place to relax as no one bothers you but always on hand if you need anything. They can arrange transfers to the mainland, laundry and bike hire.

There wasn't much of an atmosphere as the restaurant only seemed to be used at Breakfast and no one ever there of an evening. Possibly down to it being early in the season. There is also a cafe on the beach and could be a great little spot but never any staff in there. Breakfast was included but was repetitive, it would have been nice to have more local Thai food on the menu, however the food was plentiful and they did offer a healthy option and fresh fruit with every item.

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Longbeach, sehr angenehmes Ambiente, schöne moderne und extrem grosse Zimmer! Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die Bedienung im Restaurant war manchmal nicht so aufmerksam, dadurch kam es zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten.

Die Lage ist super und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Service an sich könnte besser und schneller sein. Man wartet beim Frühstück recht lang (teilweise über 1 Stunde). Die kleinen Bungalows haben keine Tür zum Bad. Viele Kleinigkeiten könnten mal erneuert werden.

Superlocatie, ruime villa's, zeer vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke pancakes bij het ontbjjt 😊. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is ook meer dan goed!

Ausgezeichnetes Essen, Frühstück und Kaffeespezialitäten. Die Bungalows sind sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Das Badezimmer ist riesig und die Dusche hat Platz für 5 Leute :-)

Leider war das Wetter noch nicht ganz in der Trocken Saison angekommen. Sporadischer Regen und Sturmwind wühlten das Meer auf und machten das Baden schwierig im Meer. Nur die Surfer hatten Spass an den hohen Wellen.

Sehr schönes Resort. Essen ist von top Qualität. Sehr zuvorkommende MitarbeiterInnen.

During our stay in koh phayam we stayed in 4 different places. Cede boutique was so amazing that moving on we returned and came back for a further 3 nights and even got married on the beach at the resort. This place is truly heavenly and with the owner Celi in charge every guest is made to feel special. The rooms are stunning, staff so friendly and food is made with love and great value. We especially loved the beach and comfort of the rooms with comfy mattress and cool designs. Our holiday was amazing & so was the wedding...A Very special place indeed. Thank you

Can not reccomend this place enough...it was so nice we left the next place we had planned to stay for a week and returned as we missed Cede Resort.. Staff, Beach comfortable rooms, amazing food bought us back.. I can so see why people come for months on end.. Its a very special place, managed and staff very well indeed. Every comfort is there and we felt very special and looked after. Well done Team Cede! x

just phenomenal! super comfortable friendly, amazing rooms with such a comfy bed spotless room and luxury amenities. staff go above and beyond and best place to stay on the island. So nice we got married there.

Nothing missing.. possibly somewhere to fill up water to reduce bottle use but truly nothing to moan about.. Absolutely amazing place.

First we thought the resort looked a bit barren coming from a more jungly place but it turned out to be a very zen place to spend time. The bungalows are huge and the always breezy terraces are amazing to sit or do yoga. The staff is super chill and very friendly which made it a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

All good! Some guests could have been encouraged not to save the same sunbeds everyday for themselves from before breakfast until night ;) And mosquito nets to sleep with open windows would have been ideal as we don't use A/C.

Big and fancy, not my style

To European, nothing Thai about this place. The staff needs customer service course, send them to JJs. Mostly grumpy German guests so can understand it’s not a nice place to work. Bad breakfast

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, good location, decent value for money. Facilities were fairly well-maintained compared to others in the area. The hotel was right on the beachfront and the beach was lovely. Very clean and not too busy. Hotel was walkable to a small shop and some restaurants. The staff arranged a taxi for us to go rent a motorbike near the pier.

No door or curtain on the ensuite bathroom in the room. :( The room/bungalow itself is a decent size but nearly half of it is the bathroom/shower area. It would have been nice to have more of that space distributed in the bedroom. And the lack of bathroom door was a bit uncomfortable. Other guests put towels on sun chairs in the morning to reserve them without coming back for hours. Limited reclining chairs so this was a bit frustrating.

All the staff were amazing, especially Sally. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. She has a passion for her job and truly cares about the customers. The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The location was fantastic - right on the beach!

fantastic location on koh Phayams best beach. Celi and Eto could not have been more helpful.

The location is really great in the middle of a beautiful long beach and walking distance to several great small bars and restaurants. The staff especially Eto and his sister were excellent and helpful in arranging everything from a Tuktuk to booking massages.

The two chairs on the terrace outside, our room were not very comfortable. Something to lounge around on would’ve been nice as well as a ceiling fan. The main restaurant lacks ambience, it would be much nicer to eat down on the sand outside the coffee bar. The inclusive breakfast lacked good coffee (although a great cappuccino was available from the beach coffee bar), a selection of fresh fruit and fruit juice and yoghurt.

Beach front location on good size land with spacious villa with large front deck. Great food at beach side Restaurant and very well looked after by staff. Also have coffee house next to Restaurant. Best beach on Koh Phayam.

We simply based our selection on the comments of the other guests. And can only say that most of them did not lie😉 For Thai standards a bit above the price average, but that's why we got what we wanted. very large, comfortable and above all clean bungalows. Chilled, very nice and helpful employees. And a long beautiful beach. What else do you need?! Really great!
