La ubicación es buena.

La habitación daba literalmente asco. Olía muy mal, mucha suciedad e insectos. Dormimos con cucarachas. Las opiniones de google son reales.

Gyönyörű helyen volt a személyzet nagyon kedves.

Nem volt tiszta a fürdőszoba, törölköző kopott, foltos volt. A wc nem volt kitakarítva. A szoba és az ágynemű tiszta volt.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix vous trouverez bien mieux sur l’île notamment au centre pour moins cher. Propreté plus qu’à revoir, petit déjeuner moyen également

Lo mejor es la ubicación. A dos pasos del mar con fondo marino y tortugas. La habitación es amplia y la cama tiene mosquitera. El desayuno consiste en huevos o pancakes y se acompaña de café y fruta.

Está un poco anticuado. A pesar que el baño es amplio el lavabo es muy pequeño y no hay otro sitio donde poner tus cosas.

L’hotel è in una ottima zona per soggiornare, secondo me la migliore, dove il mare è più bello e si può fare snorkling vicino a riva. Lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile.

Le camere sono un po’ datate e non proprio pulitissime.

Fronte spiaggia. Possobilità di pagare con il pos cosa non scontata in indonesia. Colazione ok.

Camera buia. Lampadine non funzionanti. Check in alle 14. Spiaggia invasa da formiche. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere le asciugamani perchè non presenti in stanza

Posizione eccellente sul lungomare di gili air, dal lato dell'alba. Struttura estremamente pulita e con diversi servizi (noleggio di bici, maschere, pinne etc). Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La porte extérieure du bungalow ne se ferme pas avec la poignée, ce qu'il fait qu'il faut toujours avoir la clé sur soi. C'est embêtant le soir pour les moustiques. L'emplacement est top sur l'île, il est proche de la plage mais c'est vraiment dommage qu'il n'y ai que très peu de transat, nous n'avons jamais pu nous poser sur un transat. Il serait logique d'y avoir des transats pour tout le monde.

Bungalow vétuste, peu de confort et pas très propre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Star Bungalows Gili Air. Les bungalows sont simples mais confortables, entourés d’un joli jardin tropical. L’établissement dispose d’une plage privée avec tables et transats, un endroit idéal pour faire du snorkeling et voir les tortues. Le lieu est calme et reposant, parfait pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est top, varié et servi avec soin. La piscine refaite à neuf est impeccable, nettoyée chaque jour, et ajoute un vrai plus au séjour. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à une petite boisson de bienvenue, une attention très appréciée. Un grand merci à Ejan, très gentil et attentionné, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Wij hadden voor 3 personen geboekt bij deze accommodatie. Bij aankomst beweerde het personeel dat we maar voor 2 personen hadden geboekt, dus moesten bijbetalen voor een opblaasbare matras. Het sloeg nergens op en daarbij was het personeel erg onvriendelijk. Waren puur uit op geld. Heel jammer.

l'invasione di farfalline in camera, due volte in una settimana è stata una situazione molto spiacevole

la posizione direttamente sul mare, la stanza ampia e molto bella, lo staff gentile ed efficiente che organizza tutto ( dal servizio biciclette alle gite in snorkelig ), la colazione servita in spiaggia.

nonostante il bungalow fosse molto carino, ci sono parti comuni tipo la piscina ed il bancone della reception ed il vialetto che porta alle abitazioni che andrebbe un po’rimodernato. inoltre sarebbe meglio prevedere una pulizia quotidiana. comunque ci ritornerei subito!

La proximité à la plage et surtout aux tortues rend le séjour encore mieux! C’est très tranquille et le personnel est très accueillant et aidant.

Chambre sale (ongles coupés au sol), pas de prises pour recharger téléphone ou tablette. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité! Extérieur en travaux. La salle de bain extérieure au bungalow n'est sur aucune photo.

Just in front of turtle point ! Hôtel situé juste devant Turtle point pour l observation des tortues a toute heure de la journée...et juste devant une passe pour pouvoir sortir nager au dessus de la barrière de corail.

Bedbug in the bungalow, the crew didn t believe us and did nothing to help us. My wife had more than 40 insect bite in two nights. Awful situation. The crew will certainly not clean and will not kill these bedbugs... Also : Work in progress around the pool all the week despite high touristic season !? Why not to foresee this during low season...

très bon emplacement

L'emplacement est vraiment top. Les tortues directement les pieds dans l'eau. Vue sur Mer. À 15 mins à pied de la sortie de bateau. Le jeune personnel est très agréable, souriant, disponible.

Nous avons eu les anciens bungalows et quelle déception car ça ne correspond pas du tout au photo, je ne m'attendais pas à ça. La porte d'entrée ne ferme pas, la tuyauterie du lavabo à changer. Et puis la piscine est en travaux, ça n'empêche pas de se baigner mais avec les ouvriers qui travaillent 🫣

Personnel très accueillant, très serviable et très disponible ! Emplacement exceptionnel : bord de plage et snorkeling sur la plage pour aller voir les tortues ! Nous avons également mangé plusieurs fois à l hôtel et le repas correspondait à nos attentes. L hôtel m a également réservé le transfert sur gili meno ! Très bon séjour. Je recommande !

L’emplacement est top , les bungalow sont sympa et propres. Le personnel fait son job . Il était en train de refaire les carrelages autour de la piscine, ça devrait être plus sympa dans quelques temps.

Salle de bain un peu limite, pas de pression dans les douches. . Un peu bruyant, on entend bien les voisins.

L'emplacement, la boisson de bienvenue est tres bonne. Le prix est avantageux en plus le petit déjeuner est inclus

Que estaba enfrente de la playa en la que hay tortugas, ambiente “isleño”, puedes alquilar accesorios para hacer snorkel. Nos dejaron usar las hamacas de la playa tras hacer el check out hasta que fuimos al ferry.

La habitación no estaba del todo limpia, las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento (de hecho la piscina no la pudimos usar porque estaba en obras), había un avispero en el porche del bungalow , se lo comentamos al personal pero nos dijeron que no pasaba nada. El café del desayuno estaba malísimo.

Très bien pour une nuit ou 2 ! Face a la mer. Le petit déj est excellent.

Das Zimmer an sich war okay. Die Möbel sind alt und es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten (Kleiderschrank und Nachttische vorhanden, mir hat eine weitere Kommode o.ä. gefehlt), aber das ist alles okay. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Zugang zu den Unterkünften ist schön begrünt und gepflegt.

Das Badezimmer, vor allem die Dusche, ist weniger gut. Die Dusche war derart schlimm, dass ich den Duschkopf nicht in die Hand nehmen wollte (hängen lassen ging aufgrund des wenigen Wasserdrucks nicht). Der Duschkopf wirkt, als sei er aus den 60ern und am verrotten. Der Wasserdruck ist dermaßen gering, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, nie richtig sauber zu werden. Pflegeprodukte ordentlich aus den Haaren zu waschen, war fast unmöglich. Das angebotene Frühstück fanden wir nicht gut und haben ab unserem zweiten Tag in einem anderen Lokal gefrühstückt. Die Toilette im Restaurant ist unzumutbar. Der Pool und Pool-Bereich sind absolut abgerockt und sollte gesperrt werden. Die Poolumrandung aus Holz ist eine reine Gefahr, im Pool selbst lösen sich die Fliesen und man erkennt einen dicken Film auf dem Wasser. Wir waren nicht einmal im Pool. Wir waren als Familie dort, daher der Hinweis für Familien: Es ist recht laut, man hört alles aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung 1:1, teils eben auch bis spät in die Nacht.

This is the best place on Gili Air. Extremely friendly staff. Amazing beach. Delicious food.

La zona es excepcional, la terraza del hotel dispone de hamacas y camas a pie de playa, además está enfrente del Turtle Point por lo que puedes bucear a pocos metros y ver tortugas. El personal fue muy servicial y atento. La comida del restaurante está buena pero por poner una pega, los precios son demasiado elevados en comparación con las raciones.

Las tasas podrían estar incluidas en el precio de carta ya que es un 15/18% de la cuenta.

Ubicación, tamaño cabaña, silencio. Turtle point justo enfrente. Cuando sube la marea tiene más espacio es la playa que otros.

Nice location where turtles are, I found a few snorkling. Staff were polite and made me breakfast earlier as I needed to catch a boat (I asked if possible). Was a good stay overall

I took the advice from other reviews and rented snorkling set elsewhere. The aircon in the room needs to be serviced as it was on the coldest setting and overnight it was still a bit warm.

The bungalows are comfortable and beautiful to stay in with verandahs and hammocks. The gardens are very pretty and well maintained. All needs were provided and breakfast was delicious.

We didn't have a fridge

The location of this property is incredibly convenient for snorkelling, providing easy access to the beach! The staff are incredibly kind, they felt like friends to us during our stay. The bedroom itself was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Unfortunately we really didn’t like the bathroom. We aren’t sure if every rooms bathroom is like this, it may of just been ours. The shower floor is made of stone so it traps lots of dirt, so even though I think they attempted to clean it, unfortunately it still felt dirty, it seemed like residue from the previous guests. The water pressure is really poor and the shower head is really old. This was our only complaint for our stay, if the bathroom was cleaner and more functional it would do the property so many favours!

Had a really lovely stay here. The staff were very lovely and friendly. I especially enjoyed the hammock outside of the room.

The air-conditioning units need to be upgraded

Het hotel ligt wat verder van de haven waardoor het heerlijk rustig is. Perfecte plek om te snorkelen. Vooraan veel schildpadden, iets verder door een mooi rif. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en begroet je iedere keer als je langskomt en wil alles voor je regelen.

De waterdruk van de douche was minimaal. Ook de douchekop zou vervangen mogen worden.

Good family room. Very spacious and nice. Just by the beach. Nice breakfast that you can have at the beach too. They have some tables and loungers at the beach that you can use for free. They also provide beach towels.

Breakfast service was a bit slow.

La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est confortable, à l'extérieur il y a de quoi s'asseoir et un hamac. La piscine est très agréable surtout après une baignade dans la mer avec les tortues. La plage en face de l'hôtel qui offre des transat aux clients.

La musique assez bruyant mais qui ne dur pas très longtemps.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Indonesia. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The location is simply outstanding—right by a beautiful beach where you can snorkel among colorful corals and even see sea turtles. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel's restaurant and bar were excellent, serving delicious food and drinks in a lovely atmosphere. There were also plenty of other restaurants, shops, and facilities within easy walking distance, making the location even more convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the nice swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or snorkeling. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to come back!

Good location right on the beach. Good spot for snorkling.

Low quality food. Rooms and area has not been renovated for a long time. Lower standard than images cloud lead you to believe. Broken items that are not fixed: windows to room could not be locked, AC could not keep up, toilet had problems flushing, broken holder for toilet paper, a LOT of loose planks around pool area. For adults there are only two things to choose from for breakfast; fried rice or fried noodles, other dishes are kid-sizes.

We stayed in the big family bungalow. It was comfortable enough with good beds but not as described. There are two bedrooms separated by a set of stairs, but no door, and no living area. Beach towels and drinking water are available on request. Hot water in the showers.

The bar and pool area are run down. For the price of the family bungalow I expected more. Staff were quite pushy with the snorkelling tour etc.

Le positionnement géographique

Plusieurs points méritent d’être développés. Selon moi, une très bonne situation géographique et un prix peu élevé ne peuvent pas tout justifier. Tout d’abord, concernant l’entretien : Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine au vu de l’état de la terrasse qui l’entoure, laquelle est tout simplement dangereuse. De plus, l’eau était presque constamment trouble. Le bungalow était correct, même si le personnel ne semble pas avoir reçu de formation sur la manière de faire un lit correctement. La salle de bain était moyenne, avec là aussi un manque évident d’entretien. Pour finir sur le bungalow, nous avions bien un hamac, mais je défie quiconque de réussir à s’y asseoir vu la hauteur à laquelle il a été installé. Concernant le personnel : Certains membres étaient très agréables et sympathiques. Cependant, j’ai été surprise d’apprendre qu’après avoir loué un vélo et du matériel de snorkeling, la personne en charge demandait à mon conjoint un prix différent de celui qui m’avait été annoncé la veille. Ce qui est d’autant plus regrettable que les tarifs pratiqués pour la location de vélos et de matériel de snorkeling sont déjà plus élevés que ceux proposés ailleurs sur l’île. Nous avions pourtant choisi de louer directement auprès de l’établissement afin de soutenir leur activité plutôt que de nous tourner vers un autre prestataire. Et ce n’est pas tout. Le lendemain, nous nous sommes rendu compte que les coquillages que nous avions laissés sur la table extérieure de notre bungalow avaient disparu et s’étaient retrouvés sur le comptoir du bar de l’hôtel. Comme à chaque fois que nous avons demandé des explications, personne ne savait rien et personne ne comprenait ce qui s’était passé. C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons à Bali. Nous y étions depuis un mois et c’est la première mauvaise expérience que nous ayons eue. Je vous conseille de vous éloigner du bord de plage et de choisir un autre hébergement plutôt que de séjourner ici.
