Real Gem on the Main Road, boutique hotel with 5 star service, a Lovely pool and restaurant around it. Restaurant serving excellent meals from breakfast to dinner. One of the best English breakfasts you will get! Rooms are spacious and clean.

Had a wonderful experience at Retrieve Wellness & Spa in Kochi. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and very relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The SPA therapy was excellent and incredibly relaxing. Everything was handled with great care and attention, and we left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Retrieve Wellness & Spa to anyone looking for a quality spa experience in Kochi. Would definitely visit again!

Bedsheet, blanket and bathrobe could be better

This was our second time staying here, and it was so sweet that the staff remembered us! We were a bit sad to miss a few familiar faces, but everyone looked after us with so much love and care. The restaurant was great, and we loved both the delicious food and the cozy vibe. The spa was another highlight—the team there is amazing and gave us the best service. We truly love this place and can't wait to come back again!

My stay here was perfect in every way. The rooms and bathrooms are kept remarkably clean, and the temperature control was pleasant throughout my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond, offering great recommendations and taking care of my laundry incredibly fast. ​I also highly recommend the spa – the massages and beauty treatments were excellent and very hassle-free. The dining experience was another highlight, with superb food served daily. Thank you to the entire team for being so welcoming and attentive. I will definitely return!

The cleanliness was very poor. The bath towels were not clean, the pillow covers had stains on them, and the drinking glasses had an unpleasant smell. Hygiene standards need significant improvement. I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room.

Perfect first place to stay when u get off the plane to rest very nice rooms and sky lounge is very chill 2nd time there and staff are really nice

The premier room had a nice ambience and you can see bamboo through the window which gives a feeling of calm. The fridge and air con are the best that I have experienced in all India. Effective and so silent! 😁 The staff are also the kindest and most helpful that you will ever meet. Really good people. You can also enjoy spa treatments.

I feel the menu needs updating to reflect the same health and wellness vibe as the rest of the hotel. More salads, detox juice mixes/smoothies (i.e. not just one or 2 fruits) and gluten and dairy free options. You can't swim in the pool.

The pool is purely ornamental or for toddlers. It is not deep enough to swim. I don't feel that the menu reflects the wellness centre vibe. I'd like to see better juice offerings e.g. mixed juices to cleanse and not the same as you get in the street, smoothies, salad bowls, rice bowls, vegan, dairy and gluten-free options.

קודם כל הצוות. היה מדהים, מסביר פנים. ענו לנו על כל שאלה והכל באהבה. חדרים נקיים ונעימים, בדיוק כמו בתמונה. הכל מושקע, נוח ונעים עד הפרטים הקטנים שבחדר. תאורה, מקלחת, מיזוג, מקום אחסון. נמליץ בחום ולגמרי נחזור שוב.

The hotel is nicely designed with a beautiful roof top bar. I stayed in aristocracy room, very well thought out rooms, comfortable beds, multiple fresh towels and nice extra touches in the room that made my stay very comfortable. Everything fully functioning and a great bathroom with beautiful shower room. The breakfast is taken on the roof top and was wonderfully presented with several options. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, very helpful with all aspects of my stay including helpful tips about where to shop. The wellness centre also fabulous with a range of treatments. Just a ten minute ride to MG Road. Lots of eateries within easy reach, the war situation had an impact on gas supplies to restaurants but room service at the hotel compensated.

There was no washbasin in the toilet; it was located in a separate room where the wardrobe was, which was inconvenient. This is the first time I’ve encountered a situation where the washbasin wasn’t in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no fan in the room. The AC worked, but the fan was missing.

We booked in for our last night in India , this is a nicely appointed hotel and fairly close to the international airport , ( 30 minutes drive ) We had their "Royalty" room , it's enormous and lovely . A very comfortable bed , nice bathroom and lots of room and storage if you need it . We had a light dinner in their restaurant which was ok , if nothing inspiring . A comical thing happened when we arrived there it was virtually empty and , in order to give us a romantic atmosphere they turned the water feature on , which was so deafening so we could hardly hear each other speak !! They did turn it off when we requested that !!

Communication wasn't the best unfortunately, they let us know on arrival that I could have a massage in the evening , so we thought we'd have a couples package, but unfortunately the therapist for my partner had gone home when we wanted to have our treat .

From the front office to the spa and the rooftop café, everything about this place felt truly special. The staff are clearly handpicked so welcoming, attentive, and warm and the hospitality throughout was absolutely top-notch. I only had the chance to stay for one day, but it was more than enough to leave a lasting impression. I will definitely be coming back, and this will always be my safe place in Cochin for future visits

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Meine Zimmer gross und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Massagen sind hervorragend. Das Rooftop Restaurant auch sehr schön und empfehlenswert.

Schade, dass es keine Ruheort mit Liegestühlen gibt. Zwar gibt es in der Rooftopbar ein Planschbecken, das aber nicht zum Gebrauch gedacht ist.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the reception team, who were always helpful and ready to assist. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
