Came here expecting it would be a relaxing stay. But things were not pleasent. 1)Requested in advance for the sofa bed, towels, dental kits etc for extra guests i had. (Paid $1500+tax extra/ person). Had to do multiple follow ups to get things done. 2) They already had placed a tray with nuts and other snacks inside the room, but never gave a clue that it will be chared extra.! They claimed they have informed us about it, which they never did!! Ending paying extra during check out since we had to leave. 3) Room was not properly cleaned. Found female hairs inside the room and inside the dessing table drawer!! Railings on the balcony are not sturdy. Use caution. I have stayed multiple hotels in the last couple of months. But this was a very disappointing experience. Ended up paying almost 10K, where as similar hotals charge close to 7500 rupeees.!

check out was terrible, no one was there to help out with luggage. It took too long for the counter staff to check on our room and check on minibar use, despite us informing that we were already late for the flight, finally without properly checking for the items we used the counter staff charged us for the whole minibar.

The name luxury is just is in the name

Ordered some rice, got a mosquito in it. Ordered some coffee, it just curdled. After all this, I didn’t even feel like having breakfast at that place.

The rooms were nice and cozy. The pool is nice bjt small.

The staff attitude is disappointing. You'll need to call them atleast 3 times for a bottle of water. The buffet breakfast was passable at best.

Breakfast was good with so many different options like idli, dosa, puri, omlette, and also fruits and refreshing drinks.

We had travelled as a family occupying three rooms and everything about this hotel is simply great. From it's central location, food, rates, cleanliness...we loved them all. It also was easy to find on the map. The location is also close to many shops and restaurants so you can't find just about anything you need. The food rates were reasonable and our orders were served on time and the meals were tasty...only downside was the breakfast. The same breakfast option was served every day.

Breakfast was buffet. It was ok but not great. While there was some variety, literally the same range of food was served everyday. They only served watermelon juice every morning. But other than that it was ok.

Great hotel, nice facilities. Pool area is lovely. Staff were fantastic.

We weren’t able to use the pool area for two nights as there were private parties there, but we were given a free room upgrade to compensate. Could use some loungers by the pool.

Good location away from the old town. Nice, small rooftop pool (no jacuzzi as advertised).

Breakfast variety was very small so we ate elsewhere. No subbed on rooftop which was a shame. No cafe on rooftop as mentioned, just a menu of snacks to order. Felt the staff could have been a bit more welcoming!

Nothing Could not fault it. Was like a mini break back in civilisation after a month travelling around India. Heavenly home comforts that we didn't realise we needed so much. If you need time out from the chaos, noise, dust and dirt - treat yourself. More than we'd usually spend, but soooo worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable apart from the fact that you cannot open any of the windows and there was a bad smell in the room. The pool was nice on top of the property

No windows that you could open in the room and very bad smell. We soon realized it was because the a/c was bringing in air directly from the kitchen air outlet so it made the room smell of old oil and waste, we were on the 4th floor. I mentioned this to the reception and they did nothing about it apart from apologize. I was told I would get a reduction but when we came to leave they said they never told me I would get a reduction?!?! They didn't even take any money off the food we had ordered. The first meal we ordered off room service had a piece of metal in it from a cleaning scourer which they apologized for. The evening meals were less than average, not much choice at all. The breakfast was poor, no decent bread, food that looked like it had just been reheated time and time again. The coffee pots were absolutely filthy and both needed a good clean. The pool snacks we ordered were cold on arrival and of poor quality, the 'sandwich' looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I'm not sure if the chef has any training.
