Villa Svetoni Wine Resort

Breakfast was super for us, not your typical hotel breakfast but plenty to choose from and hot options also available. Svetoni wines were delicious! All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Gardens were gorgeous and pool area really nice. Decor absolutely gorgeous and classy. As we didnt have a car we caught a bus to Montepulciano (11 km away) and taxi'd back (€30)

Svetoni is pretty remote if you do not have a car. We were touring Tuscany by train and this meant that we ate at Osmosi one night (fabulous) and had a sharing board in the hotel another night and just didn't the other night as it was too far to walk anywhere. We organised transfer from Montepulciano station via taxi service provided by Sayd - it was €30 for 1km journey but he provided a polite and timely service.

We loved our stay! The pool and backdrop was like a dream, the staff were very helpful, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable and the wine and food was amazing. We will be back.

El hotel es muy bonito. Está a pocos kilómetros de Montepulciano, pero nosotros decidimos visitarlo al día siguiente y esa tarde quedarnos en el hotel para disfrutar de sus servicios, piscina, viñedos...merece la pena. Cenamos en su restaurante, Osmosi, con una estrella Michelín, y fue una muy buena experiencia, eso sí, cuidado con los extras que suben bastante la factura. Muy buena opción si te quieres dar un pequeño lujo en tu ruta por la Toscana.

Horário de serviço muito limitado, a noite não tem ninguém para atender. Pelo padrão do hotel deveria ter mensageiro e valet. Piscina poderia ter água menos fria e café da manhã poderia ser mais completo.

A lovely resort with beautiful surroundings, great location, friendly staff, good food and wine and lovely rooms. Nothing to complain about. Good gluten free selection for both breakfast and lunch. Would definitely like to come back!

We had some trouble with the air condition, leading to me having to sleep in a hoodie in the middle of July because I was so cold haha. But that would probably have been fixed if we had asked.

The setting is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the pool is stunning and it’s so nice being able to stay on a working vineyard. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. Lovely breakfast everyone morning and nice lunch options to enjoy by the pool. Lots of experiences and activities can be booked through the hotel also which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Montelpuciano or southern Tuscany. We felt so switched off and relaxed, didn’t want to leave.

I think given the cost per night, the hot breakfast options should be included in your stay and not be an additional extra every morning. We also booked a cooking class through the hotel, in another hotel / BnB. It lacked atmosphere, it was set up in an empty breakfast room, no other participants. It felt awkward, our teacher couldn’t speak English so the silence was uncomfortable, it also said it included dessert which we never got. Felt for €109, we majorly over paid and missed out on the experience we were looking for and expected. We felt for the type of property we were staying in, they would have offered a better one. Also think they are missing a trick not offering it on site themselves.

We stayed at Villa Svetoni for a week in early July, and it was everything we hoped for in a Tuscan getaway. As a small boutique resort, it offers an intimate and peaceful atmosphere while delivering a truly luxurious experience. Our loft-style room was impeccable, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. From the restored architecture and authentic Tuscan character to the premium amenities, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. It was exactly what you would envision for a stay in the heart of Tuscany. The pool elevated the experience even further. Set among olive trees, it was both beautiful and tranquil. The loungers were generously spaced, allowing for plenty of privacy, and the attentive poolside service ensured we were always well taken care of. The hospitality deserves special recognition and simply cannot be overstated. Every member of the team was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Whether we needed recommendations for wineries, restaurants, or nearby towns, they always took the time to offer thoughtful suggestions with genuine enthusiasm. Their warmth and sincerity made us feel less like guests and more like friends, and it was the defining part of our stay. The location is another major strength. Villa Svetoni is just a short drive from Montepulciano, and visiting the town truly completes the Tuscan experience. It is also conveniently located for exploring other charming hill towns, vineyards, and excellent restaurants throughout the region.

Honestly, we struggled to find anything to criticize. Everything—from the accommodations and amenities to the service and location—was exceptionally well executed.

Our room was attached to another room, so we could hear EVERYTHING through the door, resulting in a not nice sleep for two of the three nights we stayed. I love the hotel but if I knew we would stay in a room like that I would not book.

The stuff was very nice and helpful! Location is very beautiful with spectacular views over wine yard.

Air conditioning was not easy to use. If you come back late all the parking might be occupied by guests of the restaurants as it happened to us.

Toda experiência foi fantástica. Equipe do hotel muito gentil e atenciosa, instalações maravilhosas, quarto muito confortável, banho excelente, vista incrível, um oásis em meio a Toscana.

O café da manhã era a la carte, e não buffet. Opções bem limitadas, e cobravam ovos à parte (8 euros), o que não fazia sentido pelo preço que se pagou a hospedagem. Poderiam melhorar bastante esse serviço.

Supertrevligt hotell. Bra läge. Jättefint poolområde. En man kom och frågade om vi ville beställa något. Väldigt fin frukost. Den unga mannen som checkade in oss var väldigt trevlig och berättade om hotellet. God mat på Michelinkrogen bredvid.

Utcheckningen med Marialena var inte så kul. Kunde haft ett trevligare sätt.Avmätt.

Beautiful secluded sort of feeling to the property. The Michelin starred restaurant Osmosi was exceptional and a highlight of our stay. Very comfortable bed and lovely room! Pool was beautiful and a lovely place to relax.

Only feedback was that the breakfast was a bit limited for such a luxury sort of hotel. Would have liked the option for hot items rather than just the pastries and fruit, but that’s a personal preference.

A beautiful villa set in picturesque grounds. The pool area is amazing, as was our room. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we’d definitely recommend booking to eat at the onsite restaurant Osmosi.

Die Villa Svetoni ist ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Weingut. Das Personal ist super freundlich-unser absolutes Highlight war der Pool. Das Weingut hat nur wenige Zimmer, sodass es grundsätzlich sehr ruhig ist. Fine Dining Tipp: ein Dinner im OSMOSI lohnt sich!

Serenely beautiful and elegant. Warm staff with much care

Clean, very thoughtful and comfortable rooms, on a vineyard , excellent breakfast and coffee, lunch was great.

WiFi was very spotty in the room, location on a main road, can hear traffic while sitting by the pool. Can’t hear it in the Garden or rooms at all.

A localização é perto de Montepulciano mas em 10 minutos se chega na cidade. É um hotel super charmoso com um restaurante super conceituado. Na vinícola tem bons vinhos e sugiro fazer a degustação dos mais elaborados porque os básicos pode não agradar. A funcionária do hotel que nós acompanhou na degustação era muito atenciosa, e foi muito interativa durante o tempo que ficamos experimentando os 5 vinho top da vinícola Stevoni

io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend di relax e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla la struttura, davvero meravigliosa, immersa in questi vigneti toscani, in un'atmosfera avvolgente e magica. Tutto perfetto, consigliamo anche il pacchetto degustazione, che permette di conoscere la storia del Resort la cantiana e i vini che producono. Eccezionale anche il ristorante "Osmosi", uno stellato dentro la struttura, che fa dei percorsi enogastronomici sublimi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel clean and comfortable, we had a quiet room which was good.

Breakfast was pretty ordinary compared to other places, was a limited selection but was ok. Shower in room was difficult to work out, considering it is normally quite a simple task .

The rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

It was a bit isolated. Definitely suggest having your own means of transportation.

Per una struttura del genere e visti i prezzi non ho apprezzato la colazione, con piatti salati come scelte extra a pagamento. Lela mia Camera comunicava con un’altra camera solamente con una porta. Ovviamente si sentiva tutto. Poco privacy, peccato

Struttura molto bella, e curata, immersa nel verde, una vera oasi di pace e di relax. La camera era molto spaziosa, confortefole,con arredi di qualita' e un ampio bagno comodissimo. Tutti i materiali sono di pregio. La pulizia impeccabile e lo staff estremamente preparato e cortese. La visita della cantina con degustazione vini molto apprezzata.

Da migliorare senza dubbio la colazione; l'offerta attuale decisamente troppo ridotta, le opzioni a pagamento in una struttura simile dovrebbero essere incluse nella proposta, ho trovato colazioni di livello piu alto in strutture meno costose. La palestra decisamente da rivedere, in ogni caso troppo ridotta. La Spa apprezzabile, ma in molte strutture di livello simile idromassaggio e sauna/bagno turco sono inclusi nel prezzo, trovo molto alto un costo di 70 euro a persona solo per questi servizi.

Before we even arrived, the staff communicated with us about our stay to make sure everything was perfect upon arrival. Attentive. Accommodating. I could not have asked of a better experience.

Non che non ci sia piaciuta ma visto il tipo di struttura e aver cenato da Osmosi l'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare riguarda la colazione....almeno uova omelette e pancake mi sembrerebbe giusto che non fossero extra sul menù e i dolci di qualità superiore,cmq soddisfacente!

Mi è piaciuta molto la stanza ed i locali comuni..

O hotel é bem bonito, mas só isso.

As acomodações não correspondem ao valor das diárias, cama não confortável, chuveiro complicado que não funcionava bem, estava extremamente calor e não conseguiram regular a temperatura dos quartos, o ventilador estava quebrado e tive que dormir com a janela aberta e o barulho da rodovia a frente. Café da manhã apenas com uma atendente servindo a todos com correria e claro não boa vontade porque estava sobrecarregada.

Pace dei sensi. Struttura bellissima e tranquilla dove poter godere momenti di relax e benessere. Abbiamo riservato anche dei massaggi che sono su prenotazione (100€c.a.) veramente ottimi. Purtroppo il ristorante nel periodo in cui siamo stati era chiuso. La reception era preparatissima ci ha dato una lista dei ristoranti limitrofi dove prenotare. La camera era spaziosa e molto bella, doccia con getti d'acqua vaporizzati (top) letti super comodi. Massima cordialità e gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale. Potete fare una degustazione della cantina su prenotazione purtroppo i tempi non ci hanno permesso di farla ma troverete delle bottiglie del loro vino in camera (spoiler). Ricarica per macchine elettriche disponibile per i clienti.

The property is beautiful with modern touches to the architecture. Ceiling height in rooms made it feel bigger than it was.

It’s beside a main road so while at the pool all you hear is the noise of traffic not very relaxing at all. You need a car to stay here or have a private driver organised. The shower in the bedroom was mouldy and smelled because of its bad ventilation and design.

Poolområdet och byggnaden var otroligt vacker och välskött. Bekväma rum. Personalen hjälpa oss med lunch vid poolen trots att lunchen hade stängt. Det uppskattade vi mycket.

Fanns inget som vi inte gillade men frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre. Kändes som att personalen var stressade då det bara var en kvinna som arbetade i matsalen. Utbudet till frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre. Några saker av det man behövde betala extra för hade vi uppskattat ifall dom ingick. Exempelvis juice eller ägg.

Все очень понравилось! Идеальное место для спокойного отдыха. Номер был двухэтажный, все было чисто и уютно, здание недавно отремонтировали. Хоть завтрак и входил в стоимость, часть его оплачивали дополнительно. В отеле есть мишленовский ресторан с адекватными ценами, бронировать лучше заранее. Также есть бассейн и красивые виноградники, среди которых хорошо гулять с бокалом вина.Рекомендую
