Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny klimat, piękne widoki. Personel sympatyczny i pomocny. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo, a pobyt był bardzo udany. Zdecydowanie polecam! 😊

Die Aussicht war atemberaubend zum Sonnenuntergang. Wirkliches Highlight in den Weinbergen mit einer Flasche Wein vom Restaurant für 10euro. Der Pool war auch ganz cool! Frühstück war gut.

Leider ist die Unterkunft direkt an einer befahrenen Straße, was besonders Nachts sehr laut war und wir die Fenster schließen mussten. Auch wenn man am Pool lag, war es was störend. Das Zimmer hat auch extrem nach Desinfektionsmittel gestunken, als wir eingecheckt haben.

The buildings were original old buildings that gave an authentic ambiance.

Our mattress was only a double on a queen size metal frame. I kept having to be so careful when I got out of bed at night not to trip over. No facilities at all inside the room such as glasses or corkscrew.

O local é excepcional. As acomodações são espaçosas e confortáveis. O café da manhã também merece um destaque especial pois é muito completo e variado. A área de piscina e o Wine bar são muito agradáveis e com visuais incríveis. Atendimento muitíssimo bom. Fortemente recomendado.

A recepcionista muito atenciosa. O pessoal do restaurante não foram cordiais. Estava muito quente e não nos deixaram sentar na parte externa do restaurante mesmo tendo mesas disponíveis. Demoravam para nos atender.

Jammer dat er niks open was overdag om een koffietje of iets te halen. En in het appartement was echt niks aanwezig bijna; geen theedoek, koffie machine, waterkoker, zout/peper. Dat soort dingen ontbraken! Veel muggen bij het zwembad. Harde bedden!

Nestrādāja restorāns, par ko laikus pabrīdināja, sagādājām savu pārtiku, bet mums nevarēja nodrošināt pat ēdamrīkus vai glāzes, traukus, kur to uzservēt.

The most stunning property and restaurant attached, we absolutely loved this stay and loved the pool.

The pool was slightly crowded on the afternoon we went and there were not as many chairs for everyone however not a major problem

Otroligt bra boende. Jättetrevlig personal, fräscht hotellrum, god frukost och fin pool. Jag och mina vänner reste med tåg, det var inga problem eftersom personalen var vänlig och hjälpte oss med att boka taxi. Restaurangen bjöd på utsökt mat. Vi är verkligen så nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka!

The lovely villa is situated 6 kilometers from Montepulciano. The room and bathroom were spacious, exuding an old-world elegance. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast offered a plentiful selection of meats, cheeses, and delightful Italian pastries. The croissants, in particular, were exquisite. There is also a charming pool area with umbrellas nestled beneath olive trees, creating a wonderful atmosphere. After exploring Montepulciano, the villa provided a much-appreciated retreat.

Struttura molto bella, la ragazza alla reception gentilissima, posto molto pulito e curato

Purtroppo, non sono riuscita a dormire bene perché il climatizzatore faceva un rumore assurdo.

Lo que más nos gustó fué la piscina y el resturante para cenar por la noche, Laura la mujer de recepción fué muy amable, nos dejaron disfrutar de la piscina hasta que nos hicieron el chekin, las vistas de la habitación eran increíbles. El entorno es precioso.

Pasamos calor por la noche porque el aire acondicionado metía mucho ruido, y cómo en todos los hoteles que hemos estado no nos parece bien que el chekin sea a las 3 de la tarde cuando luego a las 11 tienes que hacer el chek out, no te dejan ni 24 horas en la habitación.

Tolle Anlage, Ambiente, Personal und Restaurant 1A! Sehr hochwertig und authentisch. Pool ist groß, alles sehr gepflegt.

Es war etwas laut in den Zimmern Morgens/Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Ist aber sicherlich nicht in allen Zimmern/Gebäuden so.

La vista al atardecer sobre los viñedos con una terraza para cenar. Excelente el desayuno con productos artesanales.

Breakfast was amazing spread buffet style of many food types. Pool was clean and lovely in an olive tree orchard! Nearby grape fields are picturesque! Rooms are spacious! Bathroom en-suite was big and plenty of hot water. Beds not so comfortable but adequate.

La struttuea ha una grande potenzialità, circondata sai vigneti e case in pietra tenute abbastanza bene.

Gli alloggi erano senza condizionatori o pinguino, nei giorni più caldi è stato difficile dormire. I cuscini erano delle piadine, abbastanza scomodi. La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è il fatto che le pulizie vengano fatte ogni tre giorni e nel nostro caso si sono addirittura dimenticati di pulirla nel giorno assegnato, quindi essendo stati 4 notti il nostro alloggio non è mai stato pulito.

Everything was wonderful! We loved the location, the grounds, the swimming pool, the restaurant—absolutely everything! The hosts were incredibly kind, especially Gaia, and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

One side of the villa is close to the road, so it could sometimes be quite noisy when spending time outside. However, the noise was not noticeable indoors and did not disturb us at night.

We really like the view that place has and the breakfasst service

Top Frühstück - sogar mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Ruhige Lage mit Pool und Liegen, weitläufiges Gelände, so dass die Wohnungen nicht direkt an der anderen anschließt. Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

location and rooms

Beautiful compound with many photo worthy spots. Breakfast was scheduled at 7.30-10.30 but as we had to leave earlier, the host kindly arranged for some tarts, fruit and juices in a takeaway box for us. There was also a nice fridge with a small freezer component.

As with properties close to nature, there were a bit of insects especially inside and around the pool. Onsite restaurant had good presentation but the food tasted ok only.

La région du Montepulciano

L'accueil du personnel en général. En particulier le restaurant et petit déjeuner. Exemple: bonjour, merci au revoir. Sourire et sympathie aux abonnés absents. Chambre équipée basic et vieille. Une rénovation ne serait pas de trop. A côté d'une route principale, très bruyant.

Localizado em meio a uma vinícola, o hotel é perfeito para quem quer explorar o Val d’Órcia, estando de carro. Quarto e banheiro amplos, decoração rústica e aconchegante. Bom restaurante e bom café da manhã.

O restaurante não funciona aos domingos. Um pouco distante de Montepulciano para quem está sem carro.

En general correcto, sin más. No lo recomendaría y no volvería. El personal correcto. La habitación muy grande dividida en dos estancias pero sin sentido. No hice fotos de la estancia dado que no tenía motivo para hacerlas

We loved our stay here! Our room was huge and the hotel was beautiful. The pool among the olive trees was a real standout, as was the breakfast.

Dinner at the restaurant onsite was just okay. The setting is truly beautiful with the sun setting over the vines but the menu read better than it tasted.

La situación como base de Montepulciano es muy buena. El apartamento es espacioso y la piscina está muy bien.

El apartamento está bastante viejo y conviene invertir en mejorar (ej. nevera muy antigua que costaba enfriar muchas horas, cafetera con moho, 2 ventiladores muy básicos que eran insuficientes, ducha no estable en temperatura….). Luego el personal tenía que venir a limpiar (cada 3 días) y no lo hizo. Por el precio que tiene debería mejorar

Obiettivamente mi è piaciuto tutto. In particolare la cucina e i loro vini sono stati una sorpresa, a proposito consiglierei la tartare e fiorentina di chianina abbinata con il loro Anterivo o Nobile di Montepulciano riserva. Ottima struttura per portarci un cane adeguatamente educato, stanze spaziose e molto fresche anche con il climatizzatore spento, piscina grande con molti lettini disponibili, tanto parcheggio.

L'unica nota negativa è stata la presenza di troppe zanzare solo in piscina ma basta munirsi di antizanzare per risolvere.

È la seconda volta che ci ritorno ed è sempre un piacere ritornare.. Agriturismo bellissimo e curato nei particolari lo straconsiglio

The room was so beautifully designed and decorated - classic yet modern. We stayed in three different loging/farm houses in Tuscany during our trip, and this place was my favourite! It was very clean and well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable. Their pool was a great size and well kept. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices.

It is located on a plain adjacent to the road; you dont have much view of the beautiful tuscan hills.

Bella struttura in pietra, staff al ricevimento cordiale. Piscina bella, con acqua alta adatta anche per una piccola nuotata. Per il periodo e i servizi offerti, prezzo più che buono.

Colazione buona e varia ma al nostro arrivo in orario centrale di colazione (9.30) mancava completamente il pane (era finito, sarebbe uscito dal forno dopo 10 minuti ci hanno detto) e quello in cassetta (a lunga conservazione) non si poteva tostare perchè "il tostapane ce l'hanno rotto". In pratica, io che mangio salato, ho saltato la colazione. Nella piscina, dato che lo spazio per le sdraio è in prossimità dei bordi della piscina, ci starebbe benissimo un bel cartello di divieto di tuffi a bomba per i bambini (poi si sa che è sempre questione di educazione, con o senza cartelli). Presso il bar non è stato possibile acquistare da mangiare (non c'era nulla, nessuno snack, un gelato, un pacchetto di patatine, nulla).

Los paisajes 💖💖 Que nos ofrecieran limpiar, cambiar las toallas, hacer la cama del dormitorio y que nos proporcionaran más sobres de gel de ducha. La amabilidad de los empleados.

La ventanita del dormitorio que nos toco que daba a las vistas de la naturaleza era pequeña y estaba del otro lado de la cama. Luego hubiera preferido otro sistema para los geles de ducha, que no sean sobres incómodos de abrir.

Colazione top, molto varia dal dolce al salato con prodotti tipici locali. Camera super spaziosa. Piscina ampia e pulita, con ampia zona relax ottima per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata di visita. Super consigliato!

Posto incantevole, accoglienza calorosa grazie a Laura e una degustazione di vini davvero eccezionale grazie a Gaia. La cena presenta piatti locali genuini e saporiti, il personale è preparato e disponibilissimo. Se cercate relax e ottimi sapori, questo è il posto giusto.

Non c’è nessuno in struttura al di fuori degli orari previsti per il check-in. Non è possibile arrivare prima e lasciare i bagagli. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata la sera e non c’è nessuno a cui far riferimento

The room is too old to be a 4 stars hotel.The pool has a brown inner edge around the entire perimeter and the sunbeds are very dirty too. No towels for the pool are provided .

Mooie grote kamer en heel netjes. Je hebt altijd bedje bij zwembad. Ontbijt was prima en avondeten ook.

Je kon tussen ontbijt en 17:00 uur niks te drinken/eten krijgen. Ongezellige bar.

E’ la seconda volta che alloggiamo a Villa Nottola. Tutto perfetto: posizione ottimale, struttura accogliente, personale super gentile, piscina stupenda, ristorante con piatti toscani buonissimi. Stra-consigliato!

Het enige wat ik mij kan bedenken was dat er geen airco was maar dat wist ik van tevoren. Het was heel erg warm op de kamers door de hittegolf maar we hadden gelukkig wel een ventilator wat een beetje hielp om koeler te slapen.

Per quanto riguarda la piscina, cambierei alcuni lettini modernizzandoli visto che alcuni erano rotti. Per quanto riguarda la camera, molto rumoroso il condizionatore e il frigo… difficile tenere aperte le finestre di notte visto il rumore delle auto.

Locatie was prima en we hadden een ruime kamer.

L emplacement et encore …

Problème de climatisation dans la chambre, celle ci ne fonctionnait pas bien . Une odeur pestilentielle dans la salle de bain . Le petit déjeuner déplorable quelques bout de charcuterie des gâteaux locaux et obligé de courir après le personnel pour obtenir nos cafés.

Piscina no meio das oliveiras e muito agradável, excelente café da manhã e ótimo atendimento do pessoal, Localização próxima de várias cidades de interesse, garantindo, ao mesmo tempo, a tranquilidade de zona rural e o acesso fácil as cidades. Da acomodação se visita Montepucciano, Pienza, São Quirico de D'Cia e outras cidades em poucos minutos de carro. É um ponto bem estratégico para visitar os pontos turisticos daquela região. Ótima área para se apreciar o por do sol, tem plantações de oliveiras e videiras. Produzem azeite e vinho. Tem um restaurante, o qual não usamos, mas parece ser uma boa opção.

Room was clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful and the views were incredible (especially at sunset).

We had a pleasant stay at Villa Nottola. It is a good base for exploring the Tuscan countryside. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, while still being only a short drive from the main town. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Any small issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. While the rooms aren't luxurious, they were spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, which was probably the biggest drawback for us. Breakfast had a fairly limited selection. While we found this to be quite common during our travels around Tuscany, a little more variety would have been appreciated. The on-site restaurant is closed for lunch, so you'll need to plan ahead if you're spending the day at the property. A car is also essential, as you'll need to drive into town or to nearby restaurants for most meals and sightseeing. Lastly, if you're visiting in the warmer months, be sure to bring mosquito repellent, the mosquitoes can be quite persistent in the evenings.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und gute Betten. Die Anlage ist insgesamt hart herausragend. Auf das Frühstück war klasse. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Restaurant sollte man auf jeden Fall besuchen geniale lokale Küche. Und vergessen Sie nicht, in den schönen Pool im Olivenhain zu springen.

Comfortable well located with good facilities and friendly staff.

Restaurant of poor quality. Ordered famous Fiorentina steak, signature dish at 6 euro per 100g but it was oozing water on the hot tray and tasteless. Housekeeping didn’t clean the floors. No guest laundry or area for drying clothes.

EVERYTHING AMAZING. Spacious parking, the place around was very clean, a lot of space to walk around the beautiful winery. The staff were very kind, helpful and show us the room. The onwer Gaia is very friendly and happy to help in anything. The room was one of the best, very clean, air condition, beds very comfortable. GREAT JOB

한적하니 좋았어요 너무 더운 날이아니었으면 좀더 즐겼을텐데 그곳 수영장등을 사용하지 못해서 아쉬워요
