Avendo soggiornato più volte presso il Sun siam iru veli, il divario tra le due strutture e’ pesante ed evidente. Sicuramente non perfetta la posizione, di fronte ad una isola locale abitata da cui proveniva ogni genere di rumore e odore. ALTRO CHE LA PACE E IL SILENZIO DELL IRU VELI. Altro aspetto carente IL CIBO. Io sono celiaca e spesso mi sono ritrovata a non avere cibo dedicato, potendo quindi ordinare solo riso e grigliata di pesce per quasi tutta la vacanza, tanto da finire pure intossicata al termine. MAI E DICO MAI pollo o carne alla griglia.

We had high expectations for our stay at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef, and we were not disappointed. The island is quite small, and you can literally reach every point of the island from anywhere within 5 minutes or less. But don't be fooled by its size. It still offers anything you could ever wish for: a nice spa, great restaurants, an exceptionally well-maintained kids' club, excursions, a pool, and, of course, the reef that gives the resort its name. The reef alone was worth the visit. We saw big sharks, turtles, titan triggerfish to keep your adrenaline levels up, stingrays, and much more. I can also highly recommend the dolphin tour and the lobster dinner. Everyone working there was exceptionally attentive and professional. A special thank you goes out to Sella from the Nautilus Bar, and Nizam and Rita from the Aqua Restaurant. We hope to come back soon.

Excursions and time management are complicated at this hotel. You book a tour and arrange your schedule to ensure you have activities lined up, only to receive a notification that the tour has been cancelled.

The place is amazing, like heaven. But the best thing is the feeling that is like being home. The staff is very kind, we spent two weeks there and we felt everyday more than welcomed. We had already been in Sun Siyam Iru Veli, but here the atmosphere is more familiar. Special mention to Chaminda, sous chef of one of the restaurant (Aqua), who cooked for us amazing fish and Sri Lankan foods. But also: Cella and Sabiul

There are currently some works on the island. They have just built brand new villas and there are some works in the nearby. The older villas (the one in brown wood) need to be rejuvenated. They are super comfortable but they need a refresh.

We recently spent 7 unforgettable days at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef in the Maldives, and it completely blew us away. From the moment we stepped off the seaplane, we knew this trip would be special. This resort didn't just meet our expectations—it exceeded them in every single way. We have been allocated a dedicated butler, who was our point of contact during the whole stay. Zidh was very helpful and supportive with all our requests, making different arrangements and helping with reservations on the island. In terms of accommodation, we tried both type of villas, Grand Beach and Sunset Water Villas and both were spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct access to the turquoise lagoon felt surreal. Not mentioning the stunning sunset you can admire from your own private terrace. The room was kept immaculate twice a day by our wonderful attendant, and the little luxury touches made it feel like home. The culinary experience was a major highlight. Every meal at Aqua Restaurant was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, special thanks to Chef Chaminda. Great staff at the restaurant, especially Shayan who was always attentive and supportive to all our needs. What truly sets Sun Siyam Vilu Reef apart is the people. The hospitality is warm, genuine, and deeply attentive without ever feeling intrusive. If you are looking for the ultimate island getaway, do not hesitate to book here. We loved it

Nothing to add

This is our second time in the Maldives. The hotel is constantly improving, and the staff is very kind and responsive. The menu is delicious and varied, especially when we tried traditional Maldivian cuisine on Saturday (weekly special event). We were fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade for the entire stay, for which we are especially grateful to the management and our manager, Alia. The reef is wonderful, and the bars are excellent. New villas are being opened on the other side of the island, and they are working hard to update all the equipment.

The neighboring island is a local residential island. Some of the beach villas overlook it, so keep that in mind. When the staff realized we'd been upgraded, they tried to move us back, but after a short conversation, they were able to smooth things over. There's talk of dividing the hotel into two parts (new and old), but I hope that doesn't happen, because the entire island is wonderful.

The best holiday of our lives! We had the most unforgettable days! Everything was simply perfect: the beauty of the island, the incredible reef, the countless fish and baby sharks, and the beautiful accommodations (both overwater villas and beach villas). We truly felt like we were living in paradise! All of this was made even more special by the extraordinary staff, who took care of us from the beginning to the end. The service was truly five-star: attentive, caring, warm and welcoming. They made us feel like part of one big family. A very special thank you goes to Zidh, who was always incredibly helpful, patient and attentive to every single one of our requests. At the pool bar, a special thank you to Gita (so lovely and kind!), Shakeeb, Yash and Tharinda. At the restaurant, a huge thank you to Nizyiam, Roji and Rita. And a special thank you to Chef Chaminda, who delighted us with delicious and delicate dishes. We also wanted to address a couple of points mentioned in previous reviews regarding the anti-erosion walls and the local island opposite the resort. Yes, there are anti-erosion walls, but honestly, the beauty of the reef and the incredible marine life completely take your breath away. We saw so many fish and sharks that it was impossible not to be amazed! As for the local island, the Maldives are also made up of local islands, so for us, having one nearby was actually a plus. It made the experience feel even more authentic. We are leaving with wonderful memories and the Heart full of Joy! ❤️

A little more entertainment and more acti es in the evening would have made our stay even more enjoyable, especially after dinner

- Work in progress in the island straying at 8am and finishing very late around 7 pm: it's noisy and really disturbing to hear sounds of Work in progress. - Excessive price of water sports (from jetski to fishing) - outdated deco and interior design of reef villa (water villa). It needs fresh updates.

- All inclusive package (meals, drinks all day long). - The Beach villa with new pool (black pool, jot thw white one): clean, amenties, and relatively modern, - mosquee for prayers. - availability, responsiveness and kindness of our resort host (Shafaan) - resort lounge at the airport, seamless and very fluid seaplane check-in.

- Not considering muslim family constraints and rules (alcohol in the room by default, wine offered to the room without permission). - Chargeable activities in kids club. - Excessive price of water sport activities (especially jetski, banana and fun tube). - Big game fishing activity is really expensive . Very basic activity and Excessive price. The experience of trolling was good, but the price is very high. - work in progress at daily basis (construction, carpentry) very near to the villas, and it comes with noises starting from 8am. - dark grey smoke with a very bad smell 2 or 3 times very close to our villa. - The Aqua restaurant needs some fresh look

Accoglienza e assistenza da vero 5 stelle, reef del resort fantastico con squali, aquile di mare e tartarughe, nonostante il sovraffollamento non c’era la percezione di essere in mezzo alla folla di persone.

Hanno costruito un altro bar con piscina e altri overwater che non si vedono ancora nelle foto postate, peraltro sull’unica lingua di sabbia che era rimasta intatta. L’isola in generale è molto costruita e perde, a mio giudizio, parte del suo fascino.

Overall, we had a lovely stay, and the biggest reason for that was the staff. Every single person we met—from the restaurants and bar to housekeeping—was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Nothing that didn’t go perfectly was ever the staff’s fault. We were looked after by Aminath, who was fantastic throughout our stay: always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The house reef is one of the resort’s biggest highlights. It’s right off the beach, full of marine life, and we saw plenty of fish and turtles. The all-inclusive drinks selection was also excellent, with a wide variety and good quality. We really enjoyed the new main pool and the smaller overwater pool. Despite the number of villas, the island never felt crowded. The food was pretty good overall. There wasn’t a huge amount of variety between days, but that’s understandable given the remote location. The Maldivian and Indian dishes were good, while some of the Western options were less impressive.

Our main disappointment was the scenery on part of the island. After flying 40 minutes by seaplane, we expected to feel completely surrounded by nature, but there is a local island very close by. From the eastern side, you can clearly see industrial buildings and also large rock wave breakers, which take away from the tropical feel. This isn’t visible in the Booking.com photos, and we think the listing should represent it more accurately. The other issue was the beach villas. The photos mainly reflect the villas on the northwestern side of the island, which have lush greenery and a wider beach. Our west-facing beach villa was very private, and the private pool was fantastic, but the beach was much narrower and the long white privacy walls between villas were much more noticeable than expected. It looked quite different from the photos, which was disappointing. Further there was a construction of more overwater villas just finished, so there is no southern beach point like photos here suggest (there is the new pool and walking path towards new water villas). This is not reflected on Google Maps yet either.

Przepiękne miejsce, dosłownie raj na ziemi. Jedzenie wyśmienite, duży wybór drinków. Super rafa po wschodniej stronie wyspy. Obsługa dba o wszystko - szczególne pozdrowienia i podziękowania dla Aruna (villa attendant) oraz dla kelnera Yasha.

Jedyny minus do którego mógłbym się przyczepić - stosunkowo drogie atrakcje dodatkowe (np. nurkowanie z butlą itp.).

Second time we were here, second time everything was perfect. Food in all restaurants was great, everything was clean, the stuff was helpful and friendly. And of course the ocean and the nature. We were here during the wet season (in May), so there were almost no people, but still the weather was great - it was raining just a couple of time ~30 minutes each. Special thanks to our host - Basith, he was very helpful but not annoying at all.

La cosa che maggiormente ha influenzato il mio punteggio estremamente positivo sono i servizi di questo resort e il personale. Appena arrivati sull'isola, siamo stati subito assegnati alla nostra referente, Aliya, la quale ha sempre e puntualmente soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, in tempi brevissimi, tramite un gruppo WhatsApp creato appositamente. Anche i ragazzi del ristorante tutti sempre molto gentili e professionali. Pulizie e gestione della camera perfetta. In poche parole servizi da 10 e lode.

Purtroppo l'isola è circondata nella parte a est, da muri poco estetici e che, probabilmente, avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. Poi è un peccato che abbiano sacrificato la lingua di sabbia a sud dell'isola per costruire altre water villa. A mio avviso, oltretutto, anche bruttine. Poi devo dire che i prezzi delle escursioni sono esageratamente alti.

Die Villen sind sehr sauber und gemütlich, es sind immer genug Handtücher, auch für die Strandliegen vorhanden, es gibt sogar Bademäntel.

1. Villa Nr.144 neben der Baustelle, um 7:00 Uhr fing der Lärm an. In der 2. Villa Nr. 148 neben der Poolterrasse gingen um 5:00 haben 2 Mitarbeiter an die Sonnliegen vorzubereiten , 1 Stunde lang Lärm!

We liked more or less everything, part of paradise indeed, amazing accomodation, spacious villas, great food, cleaned twice a day ♥️. We visited as family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and each one of us enjoyed in complete peace, great beach, nice sun and perfect service...

In some areas like the pool the stuff was sometimes slow. Helpful and polite but not quick enough... Payed services like spa, drinks etc untastefuly expencive. It is not about the money but leaves a feeling the resort takes advantage that there are no other options on the island 😉

Everything was perfect, the island, the reef, the food, the entire organization of the resort is at a very high level. The staff are exceptional professionals and very kind, every single one, the boy who cleaned the room twice a day, the boy who served us in the restaurant, our hostess who took care of us Aminath, we thank everyone for the wonderful vacation. Everything from landing in Male, to our transfer back to the airport, was organized perfectly to the smallest detail.

The water villas don't have an outdoor bathroom, but you get used to it.

L’hôtel propose une carte postale exceptionnelle des Maldives. Un effet « WOUAHHHHH » garanti ! Le snorkeling, le lagon, l’atmosphère paisible de l’atoll et les services proposés sont des atouts précieux pour passer des vacances de rêve. Mais ce qui est plus incroyable encore, c’est, incontestablement, la qualité du personnel qui a rendu notre voyage inoubliable. Leurs éternels sourires, leurs attentions particulières et leur gentillesse nous ont rempli d’une joie immense. Nous sommes habitués à ce type d’hôtel et à ce niveau de professionnalisme. Mais la différence avec ce personnel, c’est qu’il est à la fois très professionnel et très humain. Nous repartons en France avec une très belle leçon d’accueil. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Habib qui a su être à notre écoute et à nos petits soins tous les jours pour satisfaire notre confort. Son professionnalisme et sa juste distance nous laissent un merveilleux souvenir. C’est une personne très respectueuse qui saura vous surprendre par ce mélange de discrétion et d’efficacité. We loved every minute of our stay at the property. We spent 7 days on the island with 2 small kids. We started the journey in the Hotel Lounge at the Male airport where our little girls could play in the games room and we could eat a light snack / drink soft drinks and coffee. This was great and you will be pleasantly surprised to know that there is even a shower that you could use in between the flights. The seaplane trip was approx 40 mins long. Then we started our 7 day long holiday. We absolutely loved it. We used the kids club that our girls really enjoyed. There are regular classes every day and your child can take part in them if they are interested. There is also a little pool for the kids. My girls really enjoyed themselves when at the club. We also took part in a dolphin cruise. We saw plenty of dolphins and we were all really happy. Kids were ecstatic. There were many interesting activities taking place on the island - especially in the evenings. I loved the crab race - interesting experience. Staff was phenomenal - amazing with kids and all the guests. Helpful, always smiling, were ready to provide assistance with literally every request that we had. We felt extra well taken care of. Food was delicious. Always fresh and massive variety. We were always well fed after each meal. We stayed in a beach villa which was really cosy, always well maintained with cleaning being offered 2 per day. I would go back in a blink of an eye. This was by far our best holiday ever. Thank you to all the kids club staff, the Aqua restaurant staff, Nautilus staff and the beach house maintenance team, especially Babul who was a 5* host. We interacted with so many team members that it is really hard to put the names here but we really could see that a Customer is in the centre of everything that you are doing in the resort. Thank you for this. We had a fantastic time and will bring these memories home, to London. I hope we will be able to come back soon.

Te obligan a coger la cena de gala de Nochebuena, te cobran casi 500$ por persona y es un Buffet parecido a un día normal.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf den Malediven und waren wirklich total baff von der Schönheit! Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und stets für einen da. Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich. Das Essen fanden wir auch sehr lecker. Die Vielfalt am Riff und um unsere Villa der Fischen war mega!

Wir hatten all Inklusiv gebucht, so dass wir vor Ort eigentlich nichts mehr zu zahlen hatten. Ich hatte etwas das Gefühl, dass es erwünscht gewesen wäre, wir hätten noch zusätzlich einen Ausflug machen sollen. Dieser war uns allerdings zu teuer. Generell, die zusätzlichen Ausflüge sind meiner Meinung nach sehr überteuert, auch die Massagen. Wir hatten zum Ankommen ein sehr schön dekoriertes Bett, an den nächsten Tagen nichts mehr. Ich dachte auf den Malediven wäre es schon üblich mit dekorierten Handtüchern oder Kleinigkeiten auf dem Zimmer das war leider nicht. Leider waren auch keine Snacks auf dem Zimmer. Generell hatte ich oft nicht den Überblick, was etwas zusätzlich kostet oder was im All Inclusive war. Wir haben einmal Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellt. Dies kam leider 20 Minuten zu spät, ohne Entsprechende Rückmeldung.

The resort was small and personal, not crowded, we got all the attention we needed, no mass tourism. We always got little treats in the room (coconut snack, bathtub with roses, fresh coconut, chocolates..) Our personal assistant Amanith took care, that our stay would be perfect and organized everything for us. We booked with half board, but we did not stay hungry. The food at the restaurant was delicious prepared by Sri Lankan Chefs Yoonus and Chaminda - they cooked some meals especially for us, were very attentive and enjoyed their job always with a smile on their face. The fresh fish and curries were very delicious. The choice at the buffet was big and the theme changed always, so it did not stay boring. There was a gala dinner at the new years eve with somehow hidden fee of 500 USD per person, what shocked us unpleasantly, however the dinner was worth it - great buffet with freshly prepared meals by the chefs. You could taste really everything. Sri Lankan, Indian, Maledivian… meals. It was actually great to celebrate the new years eve there. The actual highlight was their housereef. We saw so many beautiful different colorful fishes, sharks and even twice a turtle! the reef was very near, no strog swimming skills needed. There was a guard always watching so it felt very safe. The water was not too deep, you could even take a break on the side and stand. It was very private, not crowded. The current was pushing us safely to the shore. Actually you just needed to float and watch and enjoy the current brought you slowly to the end of the beach. Swimming shoes to protect your feet were needed that you don’t hurt yourself. We stayed also at another hotel that didn’t have a house reef, they brought us with a boat nearby with all the other guests and there was actually not much to see - very little fish, poor diversity, it was crowded, dangerous and stressful and time limiting.

We did not take all inclusive, nothing was included, completely everything was chargable - even borowing snorkeling equipment or kayaks and the prices were not low. The water villas and the main restaurant would need a little makeover/refreshment - they looked aged.

tolle Insel, grosser Pool für Kinder, ruhigere hintere Teil im Meer zum Baden (hatte da auch weniger Wind). Pool Strandvillen top mit einem Grosszügigen Pool, Service war freundlich oder bemüht freundlich zu sein.

Essen hätte besser sein können. zwar gab es abwechselnde Buffets, aber trotzdem same/same but different. Abwechslung hat gefehlt. zudem hätte ich mehr Fisch aus Auswahl erwartet, und in allen Restaurants (von Buffet (mit Fish BBQ Theme) bis hin zum "fine dining" restaurant war der Fisch jeweils zu trocken, zu lange gegrillt. Einzig am livecooking stand, da gab es aber nur Reefisch oder Calamari oder Thunfisch (was gut ist, aber halt jeden tag dasselbe). Indisches Restaurant (Spices am Abend) konnte überzeugen, aber da will man auch nicht 10 Tage lang essen.

The island is natural (not man-made), and therefore has nice lush greenery. The ocean water in the lagoon is clean, transparent, without seaweed and at the right temperature (slightly refreshing). Staff service is excellent and staff was ready to help and solve problems, reacting immediately - special thanks to Zidh and Sahib. The beach villa we stayed was excellent - no remarks there. Very good quality of coffee for a resort in the Maldives.

Food quality and variety could be improved, both in the main buffet restaurant (Aqua) and the two a la carte restaurants (Spice and Welldone). The all inclusive package was rather limited: there was no complimentary spa time included (like in another Sun Siyam resort), while only limited part of the menu in the two a la carte restaurants and the bar was part of the all inclusive package (most of the quality items were charged). Gala dinners for Xmas and New Year's eve were at an exaggerated mandatory supplement - 2000 USD for 2 persons - on top of the paid all inclusive package. It is interesting that at this exaggerated price, the guests receive buffet dinner, without any wine included in the price. Finally, the entertainment programme could be improved and more varied - seeing the same average fire show and belly dancing several times becomes boring.

Nice staff, delicious food, great rooms and especially GREAT DIVE CENTER = 5 stars for the dive staff :)

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef and were overall very satisfied with our experience. Positives -From the moment you arrive at the airport, you are welcomed into the lounge where drinks, snacks, and a children’s playroom are available. -The seaplane to the island departed within three hours of our arrival. -The staff on the island were genuinely friendly, caring, and consistently attentive. They truly helped make our stay memorable. Special thanks to: • Reema, our host, for providing all the information we needed • Babul, for taking great care of our room and cleaning it twice a day • Sagar, Asmita, Rita, Vijay, and Imran from Restaurant Aqua, always cheerful and wonderful with our kids • Zaina, Sam, and Marie from the Kids Club -The festive and entertainment activities towards Christmas were very enjoyable -The food was consistently good, both at the buffet and the à la carte restaurants. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, we had a great holiday and appreciated the hospitality and atmosphere at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef.

-The “All Inclusive” package does not include à la carte snacks, despite the hotel promoting its offering as 24/7 all-inclusive. -We were not informed in advance about the ongoing construction work, which blocks access to the side of the island where the sandbank is located. -The fee for the Christmas Gala Dinner felt quite high at $500 per adult. -The view on the east side of the island is less appealing, as it faces a local island and concrete walls. -The entairtainment should be more focused on local Maldivian traditions rather than Western imported

Dopo aver passato lo scorso Natale al Sun Siyam Olhuveli quest’anno abbiamo deciso di ripetere la bellissima esperienza del Sun Siyam ma al Vilu Reef. Aiutati anche dall’ottimo clima abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni fantastici. Organizzazione trasferimenti perfetta. Il nostro Host Baasith ci ha seguito h24 soddisfacendo ogni nostra esigenza al meglio! Ci è stata assegnata la beach villa pool 159 (posizione in laguna perfetta per noi), camera sempre pulita alla perfezione con due tre passaggi giornalieri di pulizia e sostituzione asciugamani. Grazie SAKHAWAT! Noi abbiamo optato per la formula all inclusive che ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Resort super pulito ed organizzato grazie al lavoro costante e preciso del personale. Ristorazione veramente di ottimo livello, coordinata da NITIN, sia al centrale AQUA (bravissimo e gentilissimo RAMZEE, VIJAY e SUJATA per nominarne alcuni) che al The Spice (grazie ALI) ed al Well Done. Abbiamo usufruito anche della SPA con un massaggio di coppia: ECCEZZIONALE!!! Molto bello il reef dell’isola con tante varietà di pesce, coralli e tartarughe. Una nota sui lavori di ampliamento del resort: ci sono e si vedono dopo il nautilus bar ma non danno alcun fastidio e non sono rumorosi. A marzo 2026 dovrebbero terminare. GRAZIE SUN SIYAM VILU REEF! Здесь привлекают все: цена, качество, сервис, предоставляемые бонусы, чудесные люди от администратора Zidh, официантов старательно выговоривший слова на моем языке, до садовника, который каждый день приносил нам свежий кокс и вырезал мягкость. Супер экскурсии и их гиды. Особая благодарить гиду Adam, который просто нянчил детей в буквально смысле, давая и мне самой наслаждаться морскими видами. Ridh супер гид, который был внимателен к каждому нашему пожеланию. Рекомендую Sun Siyam Vilu Rife без хорошие совести!

Small enough but with excellent service, Sun Siyam Vilu Reef gives the atmosphere of privacy and comfort especially in beach villas, separated by small gardens to avoid contact with neighbors. Small lagoon gives perfect space to train your snorkeling and house reef provides wonderful view on various sea life in 10-minutes walk by the beach. Food was very delicious, not only in a la carte Welldone restaurant but at everyday buffet dinner too (special thanks to the Chef Chaminda). Snorkeling safari by the boat was well organized and interesting, we visited 2 reefs and were lucky to see two sea turtles which was definitely luck. We would like to personally mention the excellent housekeeping service by Suhag, restaurant service by Shayan and of course our host Reema for the unforgettable stay. Maldives as we expected them. Highly recommended.

Świetne jedzenie, willa z basenem na wyspie jako świetny wybór . Bardzo dobra i sympatyczna obsługa. Przyjemna plaża , szczególnie ta na końcu wyspy z „oczkiem” do nurkowania. Dobre drinki.

• The island is very beautiful and well maintained, with white sand and clear turquoise water. • Compact island, everything is close and easy to reach — very comfortable for a relaxed stay. • Peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for rest and switching off from daily life. • Friendly and attentive staff, always polite and willing to help. • Nice sunsets and a generally romantic, tranquil vibe. • Good food selection and fresh ingredients.

The house reef was disappointing for me. While there are some fish and small baby sharks, the reef itself does not feel very alive. • I was expecting more colorful fish, turtles, and richer marine life, which unfortunately I didn’t see. • For snorkeling lovers with high expectations, the reef may feel quite limited.

Tolles Ressort mit großem Erholungseffekt. Wir hatten die Beachvilla mit Pool und Bettschaukel, die zur Lagune rausging und nicht zur lokalen Insel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unseren Roomboy Sahib, der uns auch immer wieder mit Dekorationen überrascht hat sowie das Küchenteam um Chaminda, Sheehan und alle anderen! Zidh stand uns als Gästebetreuer immer sofort unterstützt. Das Riff ist noch relativ gut erhalten und sehr fischreich, aber nur an einem kurzen Abscjnitt zugänglich. Die Schnorchelausflüge lohnen sich!

Wir finden es schade, dass Ressorts mit noch einigermaßen erhaltenen Riffen gleichzeitig motorisierten Sport anbieten. Das Essen war qualitativ sehr lecker, könnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein; vor allem in den a-la-carte Restaurants (und besonders im Well-Done).

The room, the friendly staff and the choice of the two restaurants. The water was beautiful and clear and the snorkelling and diving quote special.

We were not made aware by the hotel or booking.com that there was construction of new villa's and our room overlooked a local island. The discounts offered on activities, spa treatments were also not clear.
