Se nota que este alojamiento en su momento tuvo que estar increíble, porque la casa es realmente preciosa y tiene muchísimo encanto. Es verdad que actualmente se ve algo envejecida y le vendrían bien un poco más de mantenimiento y cuidados, ya que hay algunos detalles deteriorados, como sillas rotas. Aun así, estuvimos cómodos. Las camas eran cómodas, la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y mosquitera, algo que se agradece muchísimo. La piscina no llegamos a probarla porque no tuvimos tiempo, pero se veía limpia y bien cuidada. El desayuno también estaba bastante bien, con fruta, café o té, tostadas, huevos fritos y salchichas. Y el dueño fue encantador con nosotros, muy amable durante toda la estancia. En general, es un sitio con muchísimo potencial y una casa realmente bonita, aunque necesita algo más de mantenimiento para volver a lucir como seguramente lo hizo en su momento.

Por poner algunos puntos a mejorar, estaría bien que las habitaciones tuvieran una pequeña nevera. La ubicación está algo alejada, aunque para nosotros no supuso ningún problema y además nuestro conductor pudo alojarse allí también, lo cual fue muy cómodo. Las toallas estaban limpias, pero tenían bastantes manchas que hacían que parecieran sucias, así que creo que sería buena idea renovarlas. Además, durante nuestra estancia el wifi no funcionaba. Son simplemente pequeños detalles que comento como sugerencias de mejora, porque el dueño fue encantador con nosotros y nos llevamos una muy buena impresión de la estancia.

Es ist noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!! Als Restaurant können wir die Olive empfehlen und das Wave ist super für einen Strandtag.

La piscine sur place était plutôt d'une couleur verte qu'une eau bien claire De très mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain Le propriétaire lors du premier petit déjeuner soi-disant il est tombé en panne avec un tuk-tuk donc nous n'avons pas eu de petit-déjeuner ni aucun remboursement Pas un geste du propriétaire

Alles. Etwas außerhalb. Man braucht ein Tuk Tuk für Restaurants und Stadt. Viel Obst zum Frühstück. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un lieu magnifique en pleine nature et un hôte tellement attentionné !! La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très grandes, très bon lit, douche chaude, piscine, espace terrasse et cuisine extérieure à disposition, des petits déjeuners somptueux avec plein de fruits frais tout juste cueillis ..un havre de paix pour notre arrivée au Sri Lanka ! La plage au bout du chemin est quasi déserte. Comptez 10 mn de marche mais agréables. Un tuktuk sinon pour aller à Bentota/Aluthgama faire quelques courses. Priyanka a également 2 vélos qu il vous prêtera !! Vraiment ce lieu est un coup de coeur !!! Merci ❤️

Nearer town for taxis or tuc tuc but owner brought me anywhere I wanted.

المكان وسط الطبيعة ، هدوء رهيب و مناظر جميلة مسبح خارجي للاسترخاء الرجل صاحب المكان متعاون ولطيف ، قام بتلبية ما احتجنا اليه صباحاً مع افطار سخي ولذيذ و مطبخ بالقرب من السويت للطبخ وعمل الشاي وعندما علم أننا سنذهب اليوم بوقت متأخر إلى المطار عرض علينا البقاء إلى نهاية النهار في المكان مجاناً

فقط الحشرات ، هنالك حشرات قليلة لكنها لا تأتي إلا مع وجود السكريات 😅 وهذهِ ليست مشكلة المضيف أبداً

Miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo trovato Sri Lanka, camera ampia e comoda, colazione fresca, abbondante, varia. Proprietario molto gentile. Piscina ottima, spiaggia vicina e Lunuganga (Bawa) a due passi

Eine kleine Oase der Ruhe. Das tolle Frühstück (Toast, Spiegelei, Marmelade und ein riesiger Obstteller) wurde direkt auf dem Balkon serviert, von dem aus man die Affen in den Bäumen beobachten konnte. Blitzsauberer Pool und sehr, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Wäsche waschen kann man kostenlos und mit dem Tuk Tuk ist man sehr schnell am Strand. Lecker gegessen haben wir im „The Wave“ und empfehlen können wir das Sea Turtle Conservation Project in Bentota, wo man Baby-Meeresschildkröten am Strand aussetzen kann. Ein tolles Erlebnis für die ganze Familie.

Logement spacieux. Extérieur magnifique, grande piscine et beau jardin. Bon petit déjeuner et hôte sympathique.

Réservation de deux chambres, l'hôte nous a demandé si nous accepterions de n'avoir qu'une seule chambre car d'autres clients voulaient prolonger leur séjour. Comme nous préférerions conserver nos deux chambres, il nous a placés dans la propriété d'à côté et nos ados dans la villa. Nous n'avons pas trouvé cela très professionnel. Logement pas très bien entretenu, les chambres pourraient être nettoyées d'avantage.

Krásný dům na krásném místě s krásnou atmosférou. Trochu dál od pláže, ale zato má k dispozici bazén. Priyanka je velmi milý, lahodné snídaně v ceně. Cítíte se jako na návštěvě u babičky, měli jsme velký pokoj s koupelnou s dobrým tlakem vody. K pokoji náležel ještě velký balkon, kam jsme každé ráno dostávali snídani. Úžasný výhled do zahrady plné ptáků a 🐿️. Toto ubytování určitě doporučujeme!

Jediné mínus bylo to, že v recenzích se dočtete, že můžete používat kola zdarma ( cca 1km na pláž a k restauracím ještě dál) ale bohužel k dispozici momentálně pouze jedno. I tak ale hodnotíme pobyt velmi kladně a doporučujeme ho!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a great experience. The room was clean with fresh linens, and the shower always had hot water. The pool was very clean, perfect for a relaxing swim. Breakfasts were tasty and filling, and the hotel owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful. We also appreciated the free bicycle rentals — a fun way to explore the quiet surroundings. On New Year we were treated to traditional local sweets, which made our stay feel even more special. The location is peaceful, ideal for relaxing and watching wildlife. Highly recommended!

The best host I've ever had!! We had big problem,but Priyanke helped us,he saved us! Villa is very comfortable, all is convenient, beds are very nice! Hot water!Breakfast is soon good) We took family room at the second floor-it's perfect and reallybig,with huge balcony! The pool is clean! Drinkable water is good! All was perfect! Beach is nice,no big waves,but ocean not calm,though we like such ocean)Thank you so much, it's really 10 points!! We will come back!

Everything. What a relaxing place. Brand new accommodation. For once, I think the host should be charging more for rooms here as compared to anything in the area it’s a far better accommodation at that price point.

Really nice accommodation in the jungle. The host was really helpful. We had opportunity to ride bicycles for free. His mom prepared for us really good Sri Lanka breakfast. Not too far to the beach. Around is a lot of places to walk

Very uncomfortable while staying in the night time due to flying insects., not sufficient A/C in the first-floor room., no A/C in the ground floor room (got repaired.!) ., fans located in the inappropriate location which is bad., no proper cleaning., No kitchen utensils were available on the premises, and the one provided at the later stage was very dirty! considering all issues the owner admitted and offered me a "free" stay, however, I paid half of the money at my discretion.!

Owner was very kind, room was big, breakfest big and delicious.

A/C was broken, was very hot inside. Room should be cleaner. The accomodation could be so lovely but need some work

We booked this villa off season and we were surprised to have this beautiful villa all to ourselves. The villa is beautiful, the garden with its many corners is wonderful, like a small piece of jungle! The owner is incredibly nice and gave us the best room with a huge terrace where we enjoyed delicious home cooked breakfast. The owner was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. He let us borrow two bikes so we could access the beach and the restaurants. The location of the villa is also very good! We loved staying at this villa, a personal paradise! Thank you again for everything!

Best place to stay in our trip in Sri Lanka.

I really liked this place - it is in a peaceful, quiet location just outside of Bentota and near a beach and restaurant. There are shops and friendly locals in the nearby villages. The host was very friendly and provided me with a kettle when asked and a bicycle to explore the local area. There is a pool and the villa is surrounded by forest. I loved the place and would happily go back.

My only complaint is the room gets very hot at night - there is a fan but it is not situated above the bed. I was given an air cooling unit when asked. I would recommend installing AC or moving the fan on the ceiling. The mattress was also a bit hard/uncomfortable so maybe this could be changed too.

Nice and quiet place. It was very nice that I could borrow the bicycle to go to town. He also dropped me at the busstop the next day.

I can't say enough good things about our host! He went out of the way to help us specifically with transport cause we were relying on public transport & he had a tuk tuk. He dropped us off at two places we wanted to go to for free. We got too late to grab some dinner & he bought us noodles & made them for us. Absolutely lovely, kind & caring host. True Sri Lankan hospitality! Thank you for having us here! The place was wonderful too! Great value for money. It was beyond my expectations! The bed was comfy, fresh linen & towels.. Big bathroom with hot water. There was a nice garden area & front porch to chill & have breakfast. It's a bit inland but walkable. Because it's inland it's very pretty & close to nature.

Everything was great honestly! The breakfast can be improved but for the price we paid it was a good breakfast with lots of fruit, eggs, toast & jam. If you need butter, milk or coffee or anything additional for breakfast, I suggest taking your own groceries or calling ahead & asking the host to arrange for you, I'm sure he will! Wonderful wonderful stay!

It's an ideal place for those who want privacy. Very spacious, clean room with a large balcony. The balcony offers stunning views of the garden. Having breakfast on such a balcony is incredibly pleasant. Priyank brings a generous portion of fruits, some of which are right from this garden. Pryank is a very caring owner, immediately responds to any requests. The beach is a 15-minute walk along a very beautiful road, surrounded by greenery. You can use a bicycle. It was very safe and heartful for me here. A lot of appreciation to the owner.

The villa itself was beautiful and filled with nature. The peace and silence is amazing. The host is also great and takes care of the needs.

Charming room in calm, beautiful location. Host is very helpful and friendly. Good room for money in the expensive Bentota. The place is a bit isolated, from tuc tucs and all. But lovely atmosphere. Beautiful garden. Empty beach at 1km.
