We had a great stay. Very nice place, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a good breakfast. You can snorkel and see turtles at the beach.

That was our second night there, but we'll definitely be back on some weekends. Thanks to the staff—you were all so lovely.

We had such a fantastic stay that we immediately booked an extra night! The staff is super friendly, and the ocean is just a 3-minute walk away. Even though there is no sandy beach, it’s absolutely amazing for snorkeling. We saw turtles, and the world-famous sardine run is less than 15 minutes away from the hotel. A absolute must-do when you visit Moalboal!

De kleinschaligheid van de accommodatie is fijn. Met maar 4 kamers en het lieve personeel hangt er een fijne sfeer. Het is aan te raden om een scooter te huren, want het ligt wel een stuk van de hoofdweg af. Het laatste stuk naar de accommodatie is ook behoorlijk hobbelig, dus dat vereist wat skills. Maar het personeel staat altijd klaar om je te helpen. Wat ook leuk is, je mag gratis gebruik maken van de supboards!

De hygiene had iets beter gekund. De haan die ergens in de buurt zit en de hele dag door kraait. Maar dit is in heel moalboal wel het geval.

The owner of the property is insane friendly, speaks perfect English also. The bed is really big and shower is really good. We also rented a motorcycle for 2 days.

写真に載っているプールはこの施設にはない。メインストリートまでは遠く、行く途中に犬が多いからバイクなどを利用した方が便利！洗面所の流しは勢いよく出る為注意したほうがいい。日中や夜などスタッフが常に常備していない。

Самое лучшее в этом отеле это его персонал, Loveneil всегда был готов помочь с решением любого вопроса. Хорошие завтраки, просторные и чистые номера Хоть у отеля нет собственного ресторана и бассейна мы ходили в соседний (вроде как у них есть негласная договоренность, по крайней мере там все знали что мы из другого отеля и проблем не было)

Дорога до отеля разбитая и довольно много собак, на машине/туктуке доехать не проблема, но вечером до центра пройтись не очень приятно

It was a cute, clean, and the staff were amazing and so helpful. Loveniel and the staff from the whole weekend were so helpful and wonderful. I loved that I was given earplugs due to it being a festival weekend. It was going above and beyond

The location was wonderfully serene. The staff were excellent—especially Lovenell, who was very hospitable and responded promptly to all requests.

The shower was quite dirty, and the sink was leaking. The hot water wasn’t working, and there was a lot of black mold on both the floor and walls of the shower. The toilet seat is broken and shifts when you sit on it, which makes it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the tour prices listed are outdated—they should update and reprint them.

The hotel is accessed by a very bumpy road so it’s hard to drive a scooter to the hotel.

Very spacious and nice room! Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. Had breakfast in the morning that was included in our stay and had it brought up to outside our room on the balcony.

Staff were really helpful. Saved us from spending money on a tour that wasn’t needed. The tour provided by the hotel for the whale sharks and other sites was good value for money. Staff member was very quick to reply and went over to help us out

Location is a bit far from the main town - accessible if you have a scooter hire. Which the staff helped provide us with one making it easy. A blanket would have been nice as it was only a top sheet so got a bit cold

not sure where they were getting in from- but we had a lot of bugs and a snake in our room. I also pre booked a transfer from Oslob, with the hotel. I confirmed the date time and # of people 3 times (including the night before our checkin) and they didn’t respond, ever message back or answer the phone, or show up at the port to pick us up. the google/apple maps location is also incorrect so it took forever for us and our taxi driver to find the entrance. (literally down a road that says private road) the roads to get in are very difficult as well. the room itself was okay but there could be better blinds/curtains, especially because you’re ground level so they always need to be closed or people can see into your room. it rained most of our stay and we would’ve loved a tv.

Absolutely loved my stay here!! Room was cleaned every day, room was spacious, breakfast available on request and free paddle board hire!! Lovenial was so helpful, he arranged our tuk tuk, airport transfers, moped hire for no problem at all.

Personnel gentil et disponible pour divers services. Chambre assez grande , ménage disponible chaque jour. Pas très loin de la rue avec beaucoup de restaurants.

Taches sur les draps et sur le sol de la douche. Nous avons eu des boutons ( de quoi?) sur les jambes. Chemin compliqué d’accès et dans une impasse. Bruit la nuit coqs et chiens qui empêchent de dormir parfois. Pas de possibilité de vraiment fermer les volets juste des stores à descendre donc lumière. Matelas pas super confortable. Le robinet de la salle de bain si ouvert au max arrose le sol.

Cleanliness of the room

The location is just far from the center and the dirt road takes forever

Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Free use of paddle boards. Good location away from main stretch of bars but close enough was able to get there quickly on a trike arranged by staff. The staff arranged canyoneering and it was a flawless, included a meal and full transfer. Mineral water is provided and a fridge which was a great touch as the water is always a concern when travelling.

The upstairs rooms had large steps that were difficult to climb with a bad back. There are a lot of animal noises all night which could keep some people awake and the tap pump outside the room was loud at night. The roads approaching were very bad.

Room was as seen in the pictures, very comfortable, good location close walking distance to restaurants and activities, staff very friendly and helpful.

Virkelig pænt og lækkert hotel, med massere af plads og mulighed for at leje padelboards gratis! Sødt personale, som lod vores bagage stå i baren inden vi kunne tjekke ind.

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse med vandet generelt på værelset. Måtte bede personalet om at tænde for vandet to gange, da der pludselig ingen vand var i nogle af hanerne. Derudover fungerede varme-funktionen ikke særlig godt, så størstedelen af tiden var vandet entet koldt eller brandvarmt. Desuden virkede vandhanen sindsygt dårligt, man kunne ikke rigtig tænde den uden at den sprøjtede vand udover en selv og gulvet. Oveni det dryppede vores aircondition med vand på gulvet så min bagage blev våd… Virkelige skuffende når man betaler for noget lækkert, som gerne bare skulle virke.

Super freundliches und sehr bemühtes Personal! Wir wurden rundum bestens versorgt.

Bei der Ankunft warteten wir auf das Personal vor dem Tor. Es half uns jemand aus der Nachbarschaft die Ansprechperson zu finden bzw. hat diese hergeholt. In der Zwischenzeit kam eine Dame aus dem Nachbarsgarten raus, wiederholte sich im lauten Ton und recht unfreundlich, wir sollen innerhalb des Hotels warten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Dame zu den Hotelinhabern gehöre. Da hat man sich zu Beginn nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal hingegen, hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und sich um jedes Anliegen von uns bemüht! Danke dafür!

Extremely nice staff! Especially Ken was able to help us out with any issues and was always reachable by WhatsApp The room was clean, big enough and the AC was great.

Our stay was great but if had to give some constructive feedback: One issue we had was occasionally extremely low water pressure, making it hard to take a proper shower. While the pressure was never really high, sometimes it appeared to be a bit better. It also fluctuated a bit, making temperature control hard (pass through heater so no exact temperature control) The location could also be better, the road to get there is quite rough and often has big puddles. There are also some walkways to go on foot along the shoreline that could be marked a bit better to make sure these can be found (in the dark) But again, our stay was great

The location is both a good and bad thing. Good in a waybthat its far from chaos however hard to go out since its not on the main road and takes sometimes to get a ride if you dont rent a bike. Also the water pressure can be improved. And sometimes mosquitos at night.

Clean and spacious room! The staff is very friendly as well, and the AC works great. The location is very good: 2 mins walk from the diving center and 5 mins by moto from the main street. The staff can also help to rent motos at a reasonable price. WiFi works perfectly as well.

Bring a sleep mask, the curtains don't fully block the sunlight in the morning.

The location is far.. there is no build road to the hotel which is annoying. The hot water in the shower is ending fast. We upgraded the room in more money but the only difference was that in to upgraded room there is a small tv which we even didn’t use.

A staff asked me if I want clean first morning and I answered not today, but In 5 days stay I never received a cleaning in my room, even I was out every day early morning.

The price was reasonable . Breakfast was included in our rate . The place was near the Cebu diving resort which welcome outside guests in their restaurant. The kindness of the staff. We got help for our transfers.

The place is not like the images we see on the booking.com , it might have been at some stage but it’s seen its glory. Location isn’t practical. We paid for 3 kind rooms at the same rate but only one room had TV. Towels are poor quality and curtains don’t block light.

Staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the young man who worked the afternoons. The beach opposite the resort is worth snorkelling at its away from the crowds. Breakfast was very pleasant.

The curtains and blinds didn't block out the light so the room was light at 4am. Maybe bring an eye mask.

Room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was nice. They even offered to make us a sandwich on the day we had a really early start which was nice of them.

Towel quality was very poor. The blinds don't really keep out the light and would have really liked blackout curtains. No TV in the room. Was off the beaten path and some of the tricycle riders wanted to charge extra because of how bumpy the road was getting to the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious choice of served breakfast every morning right infront of your apartment, close to all important places, they arranged pick up and drop off in Cebu and tuctuc driver for the whole stay. We loved it and if any time back, it would be here

The location is rural so a 15 min walk to the town on a dark road which can be a put off for people however once you get the gist of where your going it’s not overly bad

Staff were so lovely and accommodating! Amazing hospitality and going out of their way to make sure we had breakfast despite our extra early departure!

The room was really comfortable - we slept so well! The staff were amazing and friendly. It's a short 10-15 minute walk to the main area where all the eateries are, and a 5-minute tuktuk ride to the beach where you can swim with the sardines. There's also a quieter beach that's a minute's walk away. A shout-out to Angel who went the extra mile to help me out when I wasn't feeling well one evening. Thank you so much :)

Ladies that work at Pawikan are lovely, so friendly, tasty breakfast and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable - big, bright and clean and the walk to the main town centre (close to dive shops) was about 10/15mins if you cut through Cebu Fun Divers resort which we thought was very convenient.

The roosters at 4am in the neighbouring garden!!!! We really didn’t sleep very well and could hear them even with earplugs. It is such a shame as the property and staff are absolutely great but unfortunately for us the noise was too much. Appreciate this is a problem in rural areas but it didn’t help the fact that the property next door housed chickens and dogs.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they arranged tuktuks for us when we wanted to go into town, they were always super polite and friendly, they were lifesavers on the final day when our private transfer to the airport cancelled the staff found us one immediately to get us there on time. Diane was extremely helpful.
