Purtroppo troppe zanzare e sulla nostra camera non c era la retina sopra il letto che poteva proteggerti, quando andavi in bagno che era fuori ti assalivano😅. Troppo scricchiolio della camera in legno

Still using small plastic eco unfriendly water bottles in rooms and no refills available at reception. Not very eco friendly and there’s enough plastic rubbish landfill in Bali. 😢

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the pool is actually pretty

Camere veramente carine per caro che le nostre lenzuola erano sporche , sembravano già usate ma essendocene accorti solo la sera tardi ci siamo arrangiati dormendo sui nostri teli , e nonostante il giorno dopo l’avessimo fatto presente la cosa non è cambiata e abbiamo continuato a dormire sui nostri teli. La doccia senza pressione per l’acqua , quindi lavarsi i capelli era un impresa.

La proximité des commerces

Deuxième séjour, déception totale. Trous dans les serviettes, couleurs plus que passées. Draps grisonnants avec des taches. Je ne parle même pas des odeurs de la salle de bain… remontées des canalisations. Le luxuriant jardin de l’année dernière a perdu toute sa beauté. L’impression générale m’a donné le sentiment comme si une âme c’était éteinte .

Struttura davvero carina e fuori dal caos di Seminyak. Il personale molto gentile e il ristorante davvero carino, cibo molto buono, abbiamo mangiato i migliori springrolls mai mangiati sull’isola. Le singole casette deliziose con tutto l’occorrente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Possibilità di affittare lo scooter. Colazione con scelte sia salate che dolci e frullati davvero molto buoni.

Le lenzuola e la zanzariera erano pulite e profumate ma avevano qualche piccola macchia qui e lì, macchie che nonostante il lavaggio non vanno più via se non trattate, potrebbero migliorare questo aspetto.

An authentic Balinese feeling with traditional yet still comfortable setting and facilities. Staff is absolute lovely I’d like to mention Any but everyone else was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The breakfast here was great and very convenient. The pool and gardens were very clean and serene, and staff were frequently tidying and sweeping. My room and bed was very comfy, aircon was good, and a decent amount of sockets. The cleanest place I stayed in Bali. Staff were always available and helpful when I needed them.

Like a lot of places in Bali it's not super insulated, so you'll hear people arriving in the night. Pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken so it was pretty dark in there.

Le personnel était très accueillant, merveilleux. Très à l’écoute et nous a aidé dans la réservation d’un taxi. La piscine est superbe ainsi que son cadre! Nous avons adoré notre petit séjour là bas! Je recommande !! La cuisine était très bonne!!

Loved the old wooden villa style with the beautifully kept garden and pool. The host and serving team were always happy, friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were all excellent; always delicious and artistically presented.

L'hôtel est bien situé à 20 minutes à pied de Legian et Kuta. La gentillesse du personnel, très respectueux et aux petits soins. La qualité des repas proposés : plein de saveurs du petit déjeuner au dîner

I like the atmosphere, the weather was perfect for pool & sunbathing. Rooms was clean, staffs were very awesome. Only 10-15 minute walk to the beach. It just perfect.

Title: Beautiful grounds and delicious food, but staff steals from the safe and belongings! What liked: The villa itself is great: the grounds are wonderful and well-kept, the swimming pool is very clean, and the food is delicious. What disliked: There is absolutely no security. On the very first day, the staff went through our belongings and the safe — some small items like chewing gum went missing, and $100 disappeared from the locked safe. On the second day, it happened again — another $100 was stolen from the safe! The management did not help at all and tried to hide

WARNING: Serial thefts from the safe! Management did nothing. This was the worst experience in Bali. On our very first day, $100 disappeared from the locked safe at Mason Bali Villa Legian. I initially thought I had lost it myself, but on the second day, it happened again — another $100 was stolen right from the safe! The hotel administration was absolutely useless. They refused to help solve the issue and even tried to hide the owner's contact information. What you need to know before booking: Zero security: There are absolutely no CCTV cameras on the villa premises. Police won't be able to help: Without any cameras, it is virtually impossible to prove the theft to the local police. We didn't want to risk it, so we immediately moved to Mina Place Hotel, located just 1.5 km away. It is just as comfortable and nice as Mason, but most importantly — security there is top-notch, and CCTV cameras are installed everywhere. I highly recommend staying at Mina Place and avoiding Mason Bali to keep your money and vacation safe

I booked Moson Villa but I was taken to another villa, kanika or something! It was right in the street with beautiful pool inside and the location was perfect but the street noise at night when you trying to sleep drove me mad. Everything else was great otherwise.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

There were a few minor issues, but nothing that affected our stay. The Wi-Fi could have been more stable, and the breakfast could have offered a little more variety.

Super friendly staff who were incredibly helpful down to last minute requests with assisting us getting docs sorted for airport travel. Pool was nice, lovely garden throughout the property.

Bedding was stained with old blood, mosquito net for the bed was slightly too small and felt a little claustrophobic while trying to sleep.

Its not clean unfortunately, - in the room corner was spider web and under the bed hasn’t been cleaned since forever. -the towels are turning brown/yellow has stains in them. - the bathroom seat has weird stains also. -the bed isn’t clean has dust and small things under the pillows and the sheets also has stains. -the kettle was infested with ants. I don’t know maybe its just my room but thats what i experienced.

À moins de 30 minutes de l’aéroport, cet hotel composé de petits chalets est idéal pour une dernière nuit à Bali, tout en profitant de la plage à 1,5km et la piscine de l’hôtel. Le personnel a été très accueillant et arrangeant pour nous permettre d’emporter notre petit déjeuner de bonne heure.

L’emplacement, l’agencement des bungalows, la belle piscine, le petit déjeuner convenable.

Le problème a été, dès le Check in : le bungalow réservé était à proximité de travaux. On nous a proposé la chambre dans le bâtiment. Or la chambre était moins chère. Au lieu de nous proposer une réduction, l’établissement a préféré annuler la réservation sans frais et nous a facturé la chambre au même prix que le bungalow, ce que je considère comme totalement anormal.

The Food was really good. All the people werde really friendly and nice. We enjoyed the pool every day.

The property is beautiful, especially the pool and outdoor areas, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The room was cozy and having Netflix was a nice touch.

The room maintenance did not match the standard of the property. There was no daily housekeeping, amenities like soap were not replenished, the shower did not maintain hot water, and there were many mosquitoes inside the room and the room was not clean. During my stay, a lizard also entered the room, which staff removed, but it added to the discomfort.

Absolutely beautiful, helpful staff, excellent value for money. So convenient having a restaurant on site too. Made our first stay on our honeymoon special

Only thing i would say i didnt like particularly, was that i couldn’t lock the door, you would put a little stick through the handles to lock yourself in the room, but would be nice to feel a little safer, to have a proper lock on the door. But it wasnt the end of the world.
